“Did you seriously have to choose ‘usernames’ for this?” Billy blinked in utter befuddlement at the words in the corner of his vision, even if he knew it was all in his head. All in his magic or something. It wasn’t like the wizard had exactly explained anything.

Several voices responded with far too much smugness or delight, save for Marvel. Actually- “Um, why is the cap’ labeled as moderator?” he knew he shouldn’t have told them about streaming and chats, he knew he shouldn’t have. “Hold up, why is my name showing up in… uh, chat?”

Well, at least it wasn’t his full name or something, because he had no idea if other magic users or telepaths could see it. The fact he could both hear and see the gods- even if half of them actually weren’t- was just another thing he’d get used to.

He’d gotten used to hearing Solomon after all, even if it took a solid week to stop jumping whenever they piped up. So it couldn’t be much different to get used to the rest and well, the Marvel that was pretty much the amalgamation of all the past users.

Oh no did this mean he counted as haunted? Would someone try to exorcize him? Oh no, he didn’t have to avoid everyone for the rest of his life, did he? That would suck, especially seeing as how he needed to get food somehow, even if it was through the trash-

HeralKeys: I will give you temporary super strength in your mortal form if you punch one of those blue boys you don’t like

Nevermind, he’d have to be a hermit because of the dead egging him on-

IAMSPEED: Do it and I’ll give you my speed for the day, no questions :)

Billy… was probably going to regret this, but honestly Solomon was the only one protesting. If the marvels thought it was fine, then it’d be okay, right? Besides, what was the worst that could happen, someone catches a street kid using super speed on video?

Also known as where Billy can use the powers he has in Marvel form at different points because the divine twitch chat did the equivalent of a donation. $5? They can't do that, but what about 5 hours of Solomon's wisdom while he tries to figure out magic?

Justice League is trying to figure out who or what Captain Marvel actually is because every question they ask him gets a weirder answer than the last:

Bruce: *Analyzes DNA samples, pores over Fawcett news articles for CM’s history, cross-reference’s CM’s face with Fawcett’s citizen records, builds and analyzes a psychological profile, asks Zatanna*

Clark: *Continues trying to wheedle information out of CM whenever he can, keeps offering to help him out on monitor duty or in Fawcett, interviews Fawcett citizens as his civilian reporter identity*

Diana: *Just goes and asks Her Dad*

sometimes the short end of the stick is the sharpest.

he's not sure who the people talking to him in his mind are, but they're (sometimes) complete experts at ruining silence. one second the mind would be buzzing in white noise, and suddenly it's filled with endless chatter by 'speed' and 'energy'. billy swears they've told their names before, but the memory was far gone.

other times, the 'brave' voice talked. they didn't talk for very long, saying they were busy doing who-knows-what, but their stories were pretty adventurous. (<- smarty taught him that word!) brave and strong shared turns telling stories of their life, (he wasn't sure how they lived as voices.) and billy would listen to them as backround noise.

but there were times where it was distressing for them to talk. when he got fainty and confused, they stopped talking. when static filled his ears, they stopped talking. sometimes it gets quiet for weeks, months, to somewhere close to years. but they were never permanently gone.

'dissociation', the smart voice called those times. they didn't explain any further.

out of nowhere, short phrases of some voices would be heard. billy only got to hear 1-2 sentences during that time, as if their speech was cut. he didn't try to reach out in those times, he barely could anyways.

billy would get headaches that varied throughout the day or weeks, always when one of the voices sounded a bit too close to him. (it almost felt like they were standing right next or behind him, but there was never anyone around.)

he rarely heard the voices chatter so much while he was captain marvel, but there were times they did. he couldn't call those times 'distressing', but they were quite annoying when they talked in important league meetings. (billy should tell them sometime.)

sometimes people noticed his face scrunch up due to the amount of voices that were talking at the same time—but none questioned it. sometimes they whispered about him looking 'out of it' or having 'a faraway look'. batman tended to look at him more often when people spoke up about it to the bat. ("why would they do that?" he heard a familiar, energetic voice whisper.)

he's not sure, he decides to tell the energetic voice.

DPXDC Community Service Mentor

After Dan's redemption arc and subsequent chilling out, the observants still feel he hasn't paid back for what he ruined, and decided that rather than incarcerate a perfectly nice guy, he's going to have mandatory community service.

And thus, Dan Phantom is shunted off into the mentor program for shitty powerhouses known as Marvel Duty.

So when Billy Batson is chosen and meets his new head mates, he's faced with morally questionable mythical figures such as Zeus, Hercules, Solomon, Atlas, Achilles, Mercury and,,, some guy named Dan???? Who, for the record, gives horrible life advice.

Billy: Batman kinda scares me.

Dan: oh, he's one of the easier ones, actually. Just go after him first real quick when he has no reason to suspect you, worked real well.

Billy, very concerned: ...what?

Dan, doesn't realize how insane that was: what?

Billy: How do I get rid of this rogue? He's really persistent!

Dan: kill him.

Billy: NO!

Dan: That rich guy, the Wayne one.

Billy: yeah?

Dan: don't let him get your genetic material, crazy billionaires are an epidemic.

Billy: what the hell happened to you?

Flash: so what were the crusades like, did you participate on either side?

Billy, put on the spot and panicking: uhhhh

Dan: say you were in China, Kublai Khan was trying to relive his grandfather's glory.

Billy awkward as hell: oh I was in China for that. Kublai and all that jazz.

Billy: were you alive in ancient China? You sound American?

Dan: I am, time travel.

Billy, confused: oh...

The 7th

When the Wizard explained to Billy about his powers he forgot to mention that the Champion of Magic had a seventh patron who would manifest in his greatest moments of need. Although this one did not count as "official" since he was not exactly sharing his powers like the others.

So it's understandable that Billy would freak out at the new voice in his head telling him to steal a sandwich from one of the rude people on the subway.

Billy tried to argue with the voice about it since his parents had taught him all about good and evil but it had been a few days since his conversation with the Wizard Shazam and it had been weeks since his last decent meal other than leftovers. The Sandwich was packed and its owner wasn't paying attention, one little slip and he would have something in his stomach.

Solomon was very upset with the new voice, he was fully aware of who was talking and thought that he had left after the disaster with Adam but apparently the Ghost King had taken an interest in "The New Champion", Solomon had suspicions that it was because Billy was a kid.

The new voice introduced himself as "Phantom", he argued a lot with Solomon, didn't seem to have any moral and Zeus always muttered about his older brother's annoying best friend whenever he manifested. The boy did not know who the new God was but at least he gave good life advice. Or he liked to think so.

Phantom had many arguments with the other immortals, Hercules complained about his friendship with Kronos (which the boy found worrying but decided not to comment), Salomon about his recklessness, Atlas and Achilles bothered him constantly and Mercury kept challenging him to races. But it seemed that thanks to him everyone had become interested not only in helping Captain Marvel but also Billy!

Phantom even had a lot of good advices on being a young hero or keeping his secret from the League and for the first time since he got his powers Billy didn't feel so lost.

Captain Marvel head cannon again.

Thinking of all the, JL travel through Caps psyche for one reason or another, but instead of Billy's memories they get Marvels, so all of the past incarnations (which billy has had to witness too) at their lowest point.

Let's just say a champion is not given these powers and set free, they must learn where such power comes from.

So in this case they see Wisdom be found through betrayal

Strength found through destruction

Stamina through suffering

Power through sacrifice

Courage through loss (very very specifically a situation like Patrolucous and Achilles. Love, family, soul mate dies and courage is found through the loss of all you hold dear)

Speed through negligence

These are all just ideas of what they could be, really riding on the idea of the JL seeing captain, or someone so opposite of the captain find the one they love dead in a war, and just screaming in agony, getting up and doing what Achilles did. ( destroying damn near all of an army single handedly, then, without care for themselves, no food, no breaks, brutally enforcing a barrier and dragging a dead body behind them one person stacked behind the other, line in the sand but the line is blood and the sand is a battle field) just something so horrific and heart breaking that the JL may never be able to look at the cap as soft ever again

And for the new folks these are the powers specific to patron Solomon (wisdom), Hercules (strength), Atlas (stamina), Zeus (power), Achilles (courage) and Mercury (speed)

Achilles: *starts off with general advice that’s interesting, but useless as it’s based in 2000+ year old Greco-Roman societal rules and expectation then loses the plot and waxes poetic about Patroclus for two hours*

“Yeah, it’s,” said Billy. “Wisdom of Solomon, Strength of Hercules, Courage of Achilles, Power of Zeus, Stamina of Atlas, Speed of Mercury,” he reeled off.

“Isn’t Atlas first?” said Vic absently. “I thought it was Atlas and then Achilles.”

“Hey –” A troubled look crossed Billy’s face. “Ah, shit, I think you’re right.” *

“What’s Solomon doing in there?” said Ollie.

Billy rubbed again at his face. “Why shouldn’t he be in there?”

“He’s from the Bible.”

Billy sat forward on the pull-out, hunching over. He studied Ollie as if trying to figure out if he was serious. “Are others. Not from the Bible?”

The mumble of laughter that went around the basement probably wasn’t very nice, but in their defense they’d had a very stressful night. “Oh, give me a break!” said Billy, holding up his hands. “I’ve missed a lot of school.”

“Alright – so,” said Ollie. “Kid, if you’d prefer I drop this, I will – but wasn’t Solomon a historical – man?”

Billy had flopped back on the couch and begun to chew on the strings of his hoodie. “I’m gonna be real with you,” he said around them. “I don’t really know who Solomon is.”

Fanfic prompt: The Marvel Family Forgot They're Superheroes, So It's Up To Kid Eternity To Temporarily Protect Fawcett City

The entire Marvel Family has forgotten that they are Superheroes hence forgetting that they are the Marvel Family, whether it be from Sivana's invention or a villain wishing that with a Genie.

Kit doesn't want to reveal himself to any of them especially to freddy, so he had a brilliant Idea.

Every time there is a Villain terrorizing Fawcett City, he would summon these heroes in order.

Solomon

Hercules

Atlas

Zeus

Achilles

Mercury

He hoped that they will notice the pattern

Although those weren't the Gods that gave her powers, Mary was the first one to deduce the acronym.

Then she eventually gathered the rest of the family and told them to say the magic word to remember it!. Freddy was the last to remember.

I hope someone alse can make this into a fanfic, I'm not a good writer (or maybe ill try writing it once i have more ideas, who knows)
