i love duck and yellow guy sharing a brain cell in transport. from a writing standpoint its probably to make red guy seem more isolated but i think it is very cute
THEY HAVE THEIR BUDDY MOMENTS SOMETIMES AND WHENEVER THEY DO I THINK ITS VERY SWEET AND FUNNY!!
Also yeah, that whole episode Red's just on a totally different wavelength than the other two. I hate it bc he gets scary but I like it bc then we get moments of my fave duo being stupid together and also about wicker.

Are you planning on doing a third and fourth place round? I feel like that would be very interesting to pit the two non aids related art pieces against each other whilst the finalists compete?
Thank you for running this whole thing, it's been really fun and I'm sure a lot of work from your end! 🎉
I was going to skip doing a third place poll since I thought the answer would be self evident, and in my heart absolutely everything else is third place, but I'll run a one-day poll between Can't Help Myself and Two Earthlings to end at about the same time as the final.

There are places where I think a sex scene can dramatically impact a story in a way that enriched the viewing experience and conveys important information. There are movies and/or tv shows in which this happens. I haven’t seen any of them. So much of the time it’s there to do exactly what it says on the tin. A woman and a man are banging. Sure. Fine. Happy for them. It’s just a literal scene used to pull a bit of a ‘well you didn’t think THEY would be involved’ plot twist or a ‘we’re so edgy’ signal. The only show so far that I’ve seen that uses sex scenes as an actual tool of storytelling is Black Sails, and the reason it works in Black Sails is that the sex is Bad. People are bored. People are distracted. The characters are so bound up with the plot that it’s physically prevented them from fucking like normal human beings. That works. The rest doesn’t

also also while those fandom history masterposts are cool and useful I'm kind of glad we're beyond the era of people reblogging those every week because every rando would need to add on their mile-long two cents and this was before long posts were auto-shortened

Hey everyone! Round 3 is fully out now. I've decided I'm not going to stagger the remaining polls in order to simplify things and speed things up, at least for the final polls, since we only have three more!
I'll post the next two polls once the final Round 3 poll has closed.
