This happens entirely too often. Yawning. Gasping. Catching my breath. Eating. If my hair is loose, there is at least an 80% chance I will be breathing it in within moments. lol. As such, I do not sleep without a scrunchie and my hair up in a ponytail. Also, yes. Heidi is a remarkably heavy sleeper and HAS slept through my choking jags before. And finally, no. I do NOT own a Star Trek sleep shirt. But I'd sure LOVE one... in maybe a 2X. Hint Hint. ;)
