Publishing poetry here and keeping Scuzzbucket going as a place for raw, real, and eclectic writing has been pretty much my favorite thing to do since I started writing. It wouldn’t be as grand without all the people—the ones who are brave enough to be themselves and share their voice regularly on this platform. So, keep up the good work and never stop trying.

So about a month ago I jokingly suggested to @signor-signor that when all seems lost in WOY Season 3, that Captain Tim might ultimately be the one to save the universe from Star Force Enforcement Force...
... and got this real swell reply in response!!!
I was even more grateful than I probably should’ve been, and just HAD to return the favor!
So without further ado, here’s...
🌟WOY Season 3 Episode Ideas🌟
🌠General🌠
⭐The Coronation: Upon returning to Baaaa-halla, Prince Cashmere invites Wander, Sylvia, Something the So-and-So (because yes), and everybody else still on the Star Nomad (read: a LOT of secondary characters) to attend his coronation! But of course, it’s not a coronation without a little trouble...
⭐The Little Guy and the Party Animal: In Westley’s official S3 debut, Emperor Awesome attempts to take his mind off his trauma and get back into the swing of things by doing what he does best: Throwing an epic planet-ending party with his new pet by his side!! ... That is, unless Westley has anything to say about it! Sister episode to “The Awesome Pet” and takes place not too long after that episode.
⭐The Little Cousin: Something the So-and-So (whom btw I can totally see being crazy-allergic to arachnomorphs for various reasons) tries to thwart SFEF’s plans with help from his kid cousin, Whatzit. Sister episode “The Nap” is only 5 minutes long as this is 17 minutes.
⭐The Insurgency: The Insurgent Generals are on a mission to steal back the weapons that the Scuzzbuckets rightfully stole first, only to get ambushed by Cirno from Touhou Project a mischievous fairy named Mitzi Ditzy, a brainwashed ex-commander Inkers, and their army of Schmartians! The gang has absolutely no idea what this kid’s deal is, but her ability to predict Wild Card’s moves (something deemed impossible long, long ago) is definitely not a good sign!! Mitzi tragically manages to get Wild Card on her side in the end (but not before the latter says something along the lines of “Go falafel yourself”)...
⭐The Honesty Issues: Trudi Traveler finds a treasure map, prompting Ryder and Frederick to tag along on the perilous voyage to the “Mystical Crystal Isles”! Spoiler Alert: Those are fake islands. But at least Ryder would become a slightly more honest person, and we’d finally learn where Trudi’s clones come from!
⭐The Mahou Shōjo: Just as “The Robomechabotatron” was all about mecha anime, this episode parodies magical girls in a hilarious way! Wander, Sylvia, and a few others get into quite the dilly of a pickle during a run-in with SFEF. But luckily a magical-girl humanoid named Sakura Tsukino, AKA Super Smile Sweetheart-chan, is there to save the day!
⭐The Purpose: Having finally returned to his reborn home planet, Something the So-and-So sets out on an adventure with his girlfriend, the paper-bag groupie from The Cool Guy (Bow, as I like to call her, whom I can see having a similar voice to Marcia the Martian from Tiny Toon Adventures for some reason); only once he’s returned to his mother and cousin Whatzit (and gotten a big ol’ smooch from his bag-headed cutie) does Something realize his true calling: to become a Wanderer just like Wander, Sylvia, and Westley! At long last, Something the So-and-So has found his purpose in life.
⭐The Gift 3: Electric Chimpanzee: Sister episode to “The Purpose” and the penultimate episode of Season 3. With everybody returned to their reborn homes and the 365th Yuletidian Cycle right on their heels, Wander, Sylvia, Westley, Hubert the space ape (another great idea of signor’s), and Cabin Fairy Mitzi Ditzy travel all across the galaxy delivering gifts to every new friend they’ve made throughout Seasons 2 and 3 (of their lives), and perhaps even their old friends from Season 1! They soon run into some trouble, however...
🕷️Feat. Everyone’s Favorite Arachnomorph🕷️
⭐The Nap: When Peepers takes his pillow away for the laundry, Captain Tim desperately searches all over the Skullship for somewhere else to nap. Only 5 minutes long due to sister episode “The Little Cousin” being 17 minutes.
⭐The Mate: During “The Return to the Star Nomad/The Invasion”, Captain Tim was smitten with Baroness Samantha Riegel when Emperor Awesome brought her along for his part of the attack. Now, he will do anything to smooch her and have little arachno-babies with her, just like how Hater was with Dominator! Forget “Bros before Arachnos”, that Baroness is HOT! Now it’s just getting her to return Tim’s affections. (Spoiler: He fails.)
⭐The Arachno-Obsessor: Some weirdo named Erika Phobia shows up on the Skullship asking to see Captain Tim. Spoiler: She is Planet Janet levels of yandere for him.
⭐The Metamorphosis: Captain Tim has been acting weird, causing Hater to worry his big ol’ skull off, and even Ripov can’t figure out what’s wrong with him! But then Tim disappears altogether, leaving nothing but a strange big “croissant” in Hater’s room, which turns out to be a chrysalis. Once the titular metamorphosis is complete, Tim looks exactly the same, but has aquired some new abilities that will almost certainly come in handy later on!
⭐The Cure-All: Poor lil’ Tim-Tim fell into a deathlike coma at the hands of SFEF in the previous episode, leaving Hatey-bo-Batey a mopey, sobby bag o’ bones. But it just so happens that the lost-and-found guy knows of a legendary cure-all that can wake him up, so Hater drags Peepers, Wander, Sylvia, Major Threat, and Ripov to help him on the dangerous quest for the ingredients. By the time they return though, Tim has already awoken-- seemingly making the whole thing all for nothing!! But surely the cure-all can be used to treat Something else in a future episode... (The sister episode is only 5 minutes long as this is 17 minutes.)
🦹Feat. The Bad Guys🦹‍♀️
⭐The Awesome Pet: Emperor Awesome has a close encounter with a female arachnomorph (which are like twice the size of the males bc SPIDERS), but ends up naming her “Baroness Samantha Riegel (get it?)” and adopting her as a) his therapy pet, and b) to spite Hatey and Tim-Tim! Otmar Vunderbar, the therapist (who just so happens to be signor’s OC), is not amused. Sister episode to “The Little Guy and the Party Animal” and takes place not too long before that episode.
⭐The Curmudgeon: Mandrake the Malfeasant gets conned into taking an interpretive dance class, and things only get worse for him from there-- especially when the instructor’s true identity is revealed!
⭐The Fairy Tailspin: Sister episode to “The Psycho Sextet” and leaves off right where that episode begins. Mitzi Ditzy, her bad-commander-turned-good-guy-turned-bad-again-sargeant Inkers, their new tactican Wild Card, and the Schmartians show up to cause chaos for Dr Screwball Jones and signor’s other oc, Dingbat-- even managing to manipulate the former into becoming their lieutenant!
⭐The Psycho Sextet: Sister episode to “The Fairy Tailspin” and begins right where that episode left off. Mitzi Ditzy, her Schmartian army, Sargeant Inkers, Tactician Wild Card, and the newest recruit, Lieutenant Screwball, head out to get Kragthar and General McGuffin on their team-- and succeed! How will anyone stop this Psycho Sextet (which, according to Mitzi, she wanted to call her “Sinister Six” but couldn’t due to legal reasons)!? We’ll find out in the next episode... (The next episode being “The Return to the Star Nomad/The Invasion”)
👉The Bad Guys Gone Good Club Arc👈
⭐The Bad Guys Gone Good Club: Sister episode to “The Roommates” and begins right where that episode left off. Westley, Something the So-and-So, and Something’s little cousin Whatzit (who’s only tagging along because SOMEONE has to keep her pathetic cousin in line. That and she can’t stand that darn arachnomorph!) leave the Star Nomad so they don’t have to deal with Captain Tim every day for possibly months (that and they don’t want the bad guys to find out Westley’s alive). Westley, inspired by the photo strip of Wander and you-know-who, forms the titular reformed-villains’ club, recruiting Major Threat, his former commander Mr Inkers, Black Cube (who’s feeling down because Tracy had to leave for the weekend to attend her sister Macy’s wedding), Something’s girlfriend Bow (the bag girl from The Cool Guy), Freddy the fire lion, and an extremely reluctant Dominator. They even bring along some of the Star Nomad’s other passengers, such as Something’s mother (the one who knitted the sweater for his villain costume; Something’s father and Whatzit’s parents were presumably killed by Dombots), to help return them home quicker! Inspired by this sweet art from @fanfic-inator795
⭐The Mischievous Fairy: The Bad Guys Gone Good Club heads for the So-and-So family’s reborn homeworld to drop Mama So-and-So off, but they run into a big problem when they arrive... Let’s just say Mitzi Ditzy makes her debut with a whole herd of brainwashed Schmartians in tow. It ends with Mitzi managing to coerce Mr Inkers onto her side, but luckily Tracy is back from her sister Macy’s wedding to fill the space!
⭐The Littlest Fistfighter: The Bad Guys Gone Good Club befriends Jenny, the youngest and most timid fistfighter, who was left behind when Awesome left Suburbon V, and take her on a trip to Bestley V (where Wander and Sylvia met Westley) to cheer her up.
⭐The Civil War: With their newest member, Jenny the littlest fistfighter, in tow, the Bad Guys Gone Good Club arrives on a planet ravaged by an ongoing civil war. But with the power of friendship and a little help from Frank Van Yisuko (signor’s other OTHER oc), they manage to bring the planet to peace after 4728 years of its otter-like inhabitants-- who can’t even remember why they started fighting-- warring amongst themselves (but not before Dominator furiously ditches the club)! Sister episode “The Bug” is only 5 minutes long as this is 17 minutes.
⭐The Return to the Star Nomad: The Bad Guys Gone Good Club arc concludes as Westley and Something find out that the Skullship is repaired and Hater, Peepers, and Tim can thus finally leave the Star Nomad. But when they arrive, they discover the ship under attack from a gaggle of villains! (Poor Something is sneezing like crazy due to the presence of both Captain Tim and Baroness Samantha Riegel... poor guy) Sister episode to “The Invasion” and tells that episode’s story from the Bad Guys Gone Good Club’s POV, similar to “The Gift 2: The Giftening”.
💗Based on the fact that Craig himself mentioned that Hater and Wander were going to bunk together on the Star Nomad at some point💗
⭐The Roommates: Sister episode to “The Bad Guys Gone Good Club” and leaves off right where that episode begins. Due to the Skullship’s destruction in the previous episode, Hater, Peepers, and Captain Tim are forced to bunk with Wander, Sylvia, and Westley and the So-and-So cousins respectively. Needless to say, hilarity ensues.
⭐The Bug (AKA Tim ’n Buggy): A little Wander-looking bug runs loose on the Star Nomad, and Captain Tim is determined to catch it, leading to a series of Tom and Jerry-style chases! But we all know that in toons like this, the hunter never, EVER catches the prey!! Only 5 minutes long due to sister episode “The Civil War” being 17 minutes. Inspired by this adorable art from @alixcitement ^w^
⭐The Invasion: The Skullship has finally been repaired, and Hater and Peepers have had enough of living on the Star Nomad. But just when they’re all packed up and ready to go, all sorts of villains burst in to cause some serious mayhem! Emperor Awesome and Baroness Samantha Riegel, Lil’ Bits and her Troll buddy, Mandrake the Malfeasant, Sourdough, even Mitzi Ditzy, her Schmartian army, and her Psycho Sextet-- Mr Inkers, Wild Card, Screwball Jones, Kragthar, and General KFC Bucket! Will our heroes be able to defeat them all!? Well duh, of course they will. But it won’t be easy! (Mitzi would reform out of frustration at the end, snapping Inkers and the others back to normal, and end up atoning for her mischief by working as a cabin girl for the Star Nomad idk) The Bad Guys Gone Good Club shows up too, and Hater and even Peepers mistake Westley for a ghost! Sister episode to “The Return to the Star Nomad” and tells that episode’s story from the Main Four’s POV, similar to “The Gift”.
I love how hardly any of these have anything to do with Star Force Enforcement Force (^^”)
I hope you likey ♥️❤️💗❤️♥️

To any and all potential lawbreakers reading this, I think it’s best if you leave because Casey Jones is here to clean up the scum! This comes from NECA’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles line and...well, I’ll be upfront I overpaid quite a bit for this one. Not quite as much as this figure usually goes for on the aftermarket, though. Despite that, I’m preeeeetty satisfied with this overall.
As per usual with this line, this figure feels like he really stepped off the television screen. I love the sculpt. The accessories are nice too, he’s got all kinds of equipment to rough up some scuzzbuckets. The pointing and thumbs up hands are also just awesome. Articulation is also very strong, with only a limited head and lack of ankle swivels being my only real complaints. Actually, I guess the arms could go forward a little more for better two handed weapon holding poses.
I’m pleased with this. I’ve been wanting a Casey Jones for my cartoon figures for awhile. Unless you’re a plastic addict like me, I’d recommend just waiting until NECA rereleases this sucker if you want one too. Those aftermarket prices are real bad.

[87 Rasey - yes im jumping straight to this, fight me, there is some soft under that unhinged nonsense. Oh and blue because he wears a blue/teal shirt]
It was a quiet night, too quiet, Casey hated it when it was like this. Sure, it meant the lawbreakers were staying out of trouble, but it also meant he wasn't allowed to smash things. Least Raph was sat next to him as they watched the city, looking out for any sign of, well, anything really. Casey rather liked spending time with Raphael when it was just the two of them; they were both hot headed and liked to be violent - Case just happened to be a little more unhinged, that's all.
He trusted Raphael. Maybe that's why he felt his guard could be let down, just a bit. Seeing no reason to be wearing it at that second, Casey reached up, and, without bringing any attention to what he was doing, casually unclipped the red straps that held his Hockey mask in place, removing it completely. He had never shown his face to any of them before. Running a hand through his hair, Casey gives a huff,
"Quiet night," He comments, hockey mask in his hands as he glances towards Raphael, offering a faint smirk, "Guess those Scuzzbuckets know Casey Jones and Raphael are hunting them down."
| Muse interaction
The night was nice, a faint chill in the air but at least the sky was clear so you could see the stars up above. New York was the city that never slept and yet? Raph sort of huffed a bit it was just so quite tonight a bit to quite if he was honest. Not the kind that was left to make one one suspicious mind you and that made it worse and was starting to wear on the turtles patience at this point. Wasn't New York meant to be that city that never spelt at least then? Well right now it was very much the city that was dead quite with nothing going on! Normally he would just turn in and head back home. But well he had kind of planned to spend the night with the city's local wack job Casey. If the night was quite then well that would lead to a few things one a early call of their plans or two and the more likely option Casey was going to start going on a smashing spree because of the lack of action. Well guess that would allow him to be around Casey longer.
Raphael sighed loudly, slightly make it louder than needed to be as he let himself slump back against the billboard sign they been using to be their look out point right now. "So much for the city that never sleeps uh?" Raphael complained a bit. Slightly glancing over towards Casey now, he liked hanging out them despite how out there they could be yeah he had a crush on the guy an obvious one at that too. But he did just like Casey as well, he didn't want the night to end. But, well meeting up to take tot streets for lawbreakers was kind of the only reason they were out and about uh? Casey wouldn't just wanna hang out around with him? "not even a jaywalker out tonight." He tossed in as he looked up to Casey just now. They been quite themself well it's not like Casey was big on conversation in the first place, but didn't really stop Raph from dragging out any bit of conversation he could get out from them.
Tumblr media
"whatcha think Case?" he slightly tilts his head curious as Casey went to lift his hand up. reaching back behind their head as they undid the clips on the red straps that held that hockey mask in place over his face right now. It was a bit odd Raph unsure why they were even taking it off just now but he also kept watching out of a growing curiosity. Casey pulled the mask free from his face and set it down as they let out a sudden gruff, Raphs eyes followed to look where they set it too. For some reason he grew quite not even physically reacting to the action before it clicked in his head that wasn't Casey's face. And well duh of course it wasn't his face but wait! then that means?! Green eyes darted back up to them.
"Quiet night,"
Raph's eyes widen he never seen Casey with out the mask before after that other night about keeping his identity sort of secret. Like how Casey wasn't even his name. But Raph had taken it at the time to also mean that meant getting closer to know them was out of the question as well. That Raph would only know Casey as this crazy manic who swung around baseball bats to bust up knee caps of lawbreakers or anything inanimate object that got in his way so he could smash something. But now? no mask and a smirk that cause Raph's face to flush a little and make his heart flutter within his shell the second they flashed it his way. Then there were his eyes. Casey eyes were so indescribable. Because they were so unique it explained the mask more, it be easy to notice a guy with two different colored eyes after all. One was so deeply blue, such a cool and calming shade of it. The other was so rich in it's warm brown coloring. It left the turtle a loss for words. it made him think of something but for the life of him it was like the sight of Casey's face had fried his brain just then and there.
"Guess those Scuzzbuckets know Casey Jones and Raphael are hunting them down."
Tumblr media
"Wow" he near whispered his remark just now, because he was in pure awe whatever Casey had said had fallen on death ears. ."your eyes are..just wow." Was the only word that finally fell from his beak. It was like standing at the shoreline! that's what Casey's eyes made him think of. Like being out on the beach and standing just on the edge of the sand where cool ocean water swept up over your feet.
Raph couldn't stop staring hell Raph didn't wanna stop staring as if Casey's eyes were hypnotic casting a spell over the turtle. Willingly at that, he wanted to stare forever. And that thought brought heat to his face fast as he only now seemed to catch up to what was going on man now Raph was understanding the term of movie star smile. Stars were hot right? like the sun? Don said something about that once? is that why that's a thing? Star were dazzling. So they called actors stars cause of that right? so much so they fried your brain? What the fuck was Raph going on about just now. How long has it been since he talked noticing Casey still looking at him now as he jolts a little. He finally torn his eyes away from Casey letting his face paint over in a nice deep red. Trying to keep his face forward now. Come on Raph say something anything! man even Raph was too gay for Raph, fucking Jones needed to stop putting him through this his heart might not be able to take it. He side glanced a little to them still seeming to have his attention as he offer what was meant to pass of for a casual laugh only to come out so bizarrely.
"Eh guess I know another reason ya keep that mask on though. If the law backers saw ya they be way to stunned to wanna fight and that would take the fun out of it huh?" He tried to flirt just a bit there if Casey got his meaning. "heh gotta protect those movie star looks right?" just in case that idiot needed the clarification he was complimenting them just now. He felt like his heart was in his throat now as he swallowed thickly swearing even Casey would hear how it was beating. He called it before he was in trouble hes falling for Casey, and he's falling fast. Worse, he didn't want it to stop.
"You're uh eyes are like the shore line ya know? kind of shame ya gotta keep them covered up so much never seen eyes like yours before." Oh Raph please shut up, he was hoping for a robbery suddenly now.

S3 Episode Summary Predictions (DEBUNKED!)
Over one month ago, I said I’d give S3 episodes their summaries, and after much deliberation, I replaced several titles with ones that might sound right (and came up with better summaries to go with them). The titles that are bolded are the tentpole episodes. Just something to tide everyone over while they wait 10 more days for the 8th anniversary of WOY’s REAL first episode, The Greatest (followed by The Egg).
I took into account the inclusion of Star Force Enforcement Force, the space ape, the Star Nomad bringing folks back to their planets, Major Threat being a regular, Dominator being in a “delightfully petty” situation, the backstory of Hater and the Watchdogs, Wander being tested, and more. It’s not quite perfect, but most of it is based on what I know about S3 so far. The rest is mainly fan-made speculation.
The Galactic Rebirth Wander and Sylvia, having explored the reborn galaxy, find a stranded space ape and bring him back to the formerly secret planet where a refugee ship is refurbished, renamed the Star Nomad, and used to take the refugees, including the ape, whom Wander names "Hubert," home. Peepers starts a fan club dedicated to Lord Hater, who is weary of his status as a hero, and when a team of space cops called Star Force Enforcement Force (comprised of Sheriff Goldheart, Lieutenant Iris, and Officer Sampson) show up, things get complicated.
The Cruise To make the ride on the Star Nomad more leisurely, Clancy and Nancy Shmancy set it up as a cruise ship as Wander tries to keep Hubert, the space ape, occupied. The Remaining Villains Lord Hater, Peepers, and the Watchdogs return to Suburbon V to retrieve their necessities, and when they find that the other villains had been hiding in a bomb shelter when Dominator showed up to destroy the planet, Hater tries to keep them trapped so he can conquer more of the galaxy.
The Trauma Taking a tip from Wander, Emperor Awesome visits Dr. Otmar Vunderbar to explain the PTSD he's had after his interaction with Dominator. The Stowaway Hubert finds his way into the Skullship and Barry, having been promoted to corporal, tries to get him out without Hater and Peepers noticing.
The Spy Guy Something the So-and-So thinks he's found his calling when Wander tells him that Stella Starbella's companion, Mittens, used to be a secret agent, so he goes on a mission to thwart the Scuzzbuckets' plans. The Escape Having been caught by SFEF back in the beginning of The Galactic Rebirth and imprisoned in one of the holding cells in their ship, Dominator looks for numerous ways to escape.
The Lost Dog With help from Major Threat, who's had experience with large animals before, Wander and Sylvia help Beeza and the Ballzerians look for Buster, who's been under the care of Ms. Myrtle since Dominator scared him off. The Karate Zbornak Worried her fighting skills aren't up to par, Sylvia meets Master Yisuko and learns to hone her skills just before Kragthar shows up to reclaim Yisuko's planet, Dokwontae.
The Evil Sandwich Sourdough, the evil sandwich, gets placed in the Blarpee's sandwich refrigerator to avoid becoming stale, plots revenge on Wander, and waits for a victim to inhabit. The Van Wander and Sylvia find that the Insurgent Generals had a robotic sentient van called Ivan before Lord Hater came around and attempt to break him out of a vehicle impound with Hubert tagging along.
The Haunted Planet Lord Hater attempts to conquer a haunted planet only to find that Dr. Screwball Jones has set up shop, and the two are frightened out of their wits by a cacophonous fruit bat called Dingbat. The Ghost Ship The Star Nomad and the Skullship come across a ghost ship, and when Wander, Sylvia, Hater, and Peepers are dragged aboard, they go on a surreal trip and desperately look for a way out together.
The Sibling Rivalry Determined to learn more about Star Force Enforcement Force, Lord Hater takes a reluctant Peepers along and meets up with the latter's big sister, Lieutenant Iris. Meanwhile, Wander and Sylvia meet the former's former companion, Sampson, as an elite member of SFEF and discover their main objective: forcing villains to reform without their consent, something that goes against everything Wander stands for.
The Supply Run While avoiding SFEF and with the assistance of Badlands Dan and his gang and the Motorhogs, Wander and Sylvia search for supplies on several planets to keep the remainder of the passengers on the Star Nomad fed and occupied. The Labyrinth Wander and Sylvia take the Lords of Illumination to a maze planet where they seek an orb to replenish their magical energy and fend off the Schmartians, and when Hater and Peepers show up to conquer the planet, they, Wander, and Sylvia must get the Lords out of the maze.
The Treasure Hunt Wander and Sylvia assist Neckbeard in seeking a special stone that grants the user multiple powers, but with Hubert's clowning around and Master Yisuko's insistence that physical work must be done instead of magic, delays are inevitable. The Cataclysm Little Bits has teamed up with the Troll, who is even bigger than ever, to seek galactic domination, so Wander, Sylvia, Prince Cashmere, and the Baa-hallans must convince the passengers aboard the Star Nomad to ignore the Troll's insults or Bits will take her exploitation too far.
The Songwriter Dominator gets an idea to convince Goldheart to let her go: turning the lyrics she wrote during her time in her holding cell into hit songs. The Playmate While Demurra and Dracor redecorate their castle, their children, Dorgan, Daintia, and Deliquette, find a shy plant-like being and try to invite it to play with them in the playground behind the castle.
The Blockbuster After another visit from Dr. Vunderbar, Awesome tries to make a comeback by working in the world of cinema, but the two Okeydokian movie directors give him suggestions that bring to mind the unpleasant experience he had with Dominator. The Watchdog Home World Wander, Sylvia, and Hubert come across a destroyed and reborn planet that once inhabited the Watchdogs and find a stash of old films recorded by Andy to learn more about them.
The Trespassers Janet and Maurice return from their honeymoon to find the galaxy had changed in their absence, and when SFEF arrive and set up base on Janet, Maurice sends a message to the Star Nomad to summon Wander, Sylvia, and Hubert to lure them away. The Pet-Sitter Lord Hater asks Ripov to watch over Captain Tim while he, Peepers, and the other Watchdogs attend a Watchdog convention secretly run by Iris.
The Heist When SFEF takes control of the Skullship's fuel station, Peepers and his team of stealthy Watchdogs go on a heist to take it back. The Missing Link Major Threat notices a resemblance between Hubert and Hater, so he tries to talk Wander and Sylvia into bringing the ape to Hater.
The Dawn of Hater and the Rise of Peepers In this musical episode, Wander learns from Goldheart that Hater once had a previous best friend, and after asking everyone on the Star Nomad what they previously knew about Hater, Sylvia asks Peepers to explain his "top secret origin story" in much greater detail. It's eventually understood that Hubert is a past version of not Hater, but Goldheart.
The Mentor Having lost Peepers to SFEF in the previous episode, Lord Hater asks Major Threat, who once had a right-hand man himself, to help him cope with his inability to conquer the galaxy. The Broken Wings When the Star Nomad flies through an asteroid field, its wings break off, so Wander and Sylvia enlist the assistance of the Flendarians and Master Yisuko to find a way to repair them.
The Game While aboard SFEF's ship, Peepers is tricked by Dominator into making a game in which the winner gets control of the ship and the loser stays inside a holding cell permanently. The Lone Shark After yet another visit with Dr. Vunderbar, Awesome gets another panic attack at a nightclub and frightens off everyone, including his Fist Fighters, and reluctantly heads back to his mother's place before having a run-in with SFEF.
The Zoo Having given up her habit of hunting, Ripov is encouraged by Ranger Flute, who just moved into the reborn galaxy, to find a new career at a newly established zoo where animals that lost their homes try to settle in. The Double Date The Black Cube and his new girlfriend, Tracy, look for a suitable place to celebrate their tenth date, but Brad Starlight and his wife, Princess Remora, keep getting ahead of them.
The Master of Puppets When the Star Nomad arrives on Destructor's planet, the children onboard are eager to see more of the performance of Destructor and his sock puppet, so Wander inspires them to make their own puppets. The Super Guy Something the So-and-So unlocks his full potential when he unknowingly recites the magic words from a spell book in the Star Nomad's library shelf and, in his attempt to apprehend a chicken bucket-ized General McGuffin, is almost arrested by SFEF.
The Discovery Sylvia visits her home planet to check on her family and she finds some secrets she never knew about her father, one of those secrets being that he was a part of SFEF before Sampson replaced him. The Homeless With almost everyone brought home, Wander realizes he still hasn't found the perfect home for Hubert, so he searches every jungle planet that is suitable for him.
The Bingleberry Bush After the Binglebops return to the galaxy, Wander, Sylvia, and King Bingleborp find all the Bingleberry bushes have disappeared, except one, so they start a farm to harvest Bingleberries. The Peacemakers Corporal Barry temporarily takes place as commander while Hater attempts to get Peepers away from SFEF.
The Star Nomad Legacy Goldheart begins to flicker out of existence because without Hubert (his past self) being placed sometime in the past, Star Force Enforcement Force would cease to exist and so would the Hater empire, Dominator's rise to power, and Wander and Sylvia's friendship. Hater and Peepers (who left SFEF) finally see Wander as a friend and they, along with the rest of the galaxy, assist him in sending Hubert back in time to set things right. (This true series finale may or may not be 44 minutes in length).
There’s still no denying the fact that the plans for Season 3 exist. Of course, my predictions may be different from what the crew planned in 2015, and because they still won’t tell us everything about it, I still have the drive to keep making those predictions. They have a true ending in mind and by golly I will see to it that it gets revealed before the end of time. We still deserve to know what happens after S2, especially after what the world has been through in the past 18 months.
One effort at a time.

I think one of the worst things in this fandom is knowing how much material is worth posting and yet I delay on because some scuzzbucket is going to try to twist it. In example: the analysis I want to do showing how SPN is essentially shattering sex and gender roles, I know if I don’t give some giant lead in showing what kind of jizzmonkey you’d have to be to say the opposite, someone would pull it because TheyDon’tLikeIt.
So right now, I’m going to go into it in shorthand:
The Generational Family
Supernatural started in a very classic heterosexual family structure.
The Mom, Mary, was dead. She had the nurturing inner spirit and served as a sense of conscience for Dean to carry her torches and ideals subtly because,
The Dad, John, was emotionally absent. John became a hunter to get revenge, but a great deal of his displaced anger fell on the cursed child he even tried to command Dean to kill if he had to.
The Cursed Child, Sam, had this yellow eyed curse following him around which they even find it WHY Mary burned, much less the Luciferian path waiting for him.
His Big Brother, Dean, “had to be a mother, and I had to be a father, all to keep him safe. And that wasn’t fair.” But he did it. And he loved his little brother. With mother lost to death and father lost to grief, Dean stepped forward to be everything they couldn’t or wouldn’t.
But this same cycle hits us later. We often speak of “Team Free Dads”, and I mean, sure, Jack calls all of Team Free Will his dads, and why wouldn’t he, I mean, nobody’s really broken down advanced gender sciences to even adult team free will much less little Jack, Cas for example despite being an agender being in a masculine vessel has long accepted masculine pronouns because of the sex of his vessel, etc. So easy. They’re my dads.
This fandom has often argued over who is more dad. Honestly, all three are equally *parents*, but there is a point I would like to make.
The Mom, Castiel, was dead. He was the nurturing inner spirit and served as a sense of conscience both before and after he returned for Jack to carry his torches and ideals subtly, but before Cas came back,
The Dad, Dean, was emotionally absent. His anger and grief was displaced on the cursed child that Castiel died helping birth into the world, who’s yellow eyes looked at him while Castiel knew the child within the womb, and eventually, the Allfather would even command the Dad to kill the Cursed Child years later. Again.
But the Cursed Child, Jack, had that yellow eyed curse, and suffering through his dark and luciferian parentage and struggling to find himself.
His Big Brother, Sam, had to be a mother and to be a father, to keep him safe during season 13. Neither Castiel or Dean were available, be it literally or emotionally, to provide and Sam had to take care of him until they could come back.
Over time, this tracked differently, because Castiel came back a HELLA lot earlier than Mary did. Mary took a lifetime, Castiel took a few months. Jack got to actually grow with the Mother, and the Father started to heal, and the Big Brother could take a healthier balance in this but still maintained his connection.
The reason I am slow to say this, like, ever, is I know there are people that would warp this into me prescribing gender roles--but actually, it’s the opposite. Hell, Dad is the one that does the things culture would determine some of the motherly: the cooking and cleaning etc; Mom in this instance is a whirlwind rebel soldier that can still take off in a blur. And frankly, this removes “uncle Sam” making him feel detached. Because I’m sorry, in Supernatural, “Big Brother” is inarguably THE most important parental role. He’s not Mom and he’s not Dad, but he’s Big Brother. And that’s what it’s all about in the end, isn’t it?
And frankly, I find if people start seeing this as Maternal, Paternal and Fraternal connections, a lot of other things gain sudden lucidity. When Castiel sighs tiredly at Jack, it’s a mom sigh, I’m sorry. When Castiel takes either side of Jack’s face and stares into it in Byzantium while sending him back to earth, it’s a mom look, I’m sorry. No, AngryMcPostTwister, that’s not saying that men can’t have gentle looks or any particular thing someone will try to vibrate themselves into, but there’s literally an energy to each of these moments that show the nurturing vs mentoring roles in either.
And that’s not about sex or gender but with Cas about a certain sort of nurturing personality trait they have, or with Dean a very teaching-forward strength, or with Sam a very balanced emotive connection.
Together they make a three person parental unit that is familiar, but far healthier than its original form, and part of why we’ve come to adore Team Free Dads so much. It’s what we wish Sam and Dean COULD have had. And ultimately, it’s -- to put it in Dean’s words -- “very progressive” in the family structure.

Title: Out of Character
Author: Annabeth Albert
Genre: Fiction | Romance | Friendship | Drama | LGBTQ+
Content Warnings: Homophobia
Overall Rating: 8.8/10
Personal Opinion: In this sequel to Conventionally Yours, we follow the classic childhood friends to enemies to friends to lovers love story that is Jasper and Milo. When Milo comes groveling to Jasper, the boy who was once bullied by Milo’s friends, for help, Jasper doesn’t know what to do. Has Milo really changed from the bystander he once was? Is the boy who once played with Jasper all the time still in there? You’ll have to read and find out. It’s exciting and fast-paced and you won’t be able to put it down.
Couple Classification: Jasper Quigley X Milo Lionetti = Nerd X Jock
Do I Own This Book? Nope.
Spoilers Below For My Likes & Dislikes:
Likes:
- Something really special in this book is the theme of being able to change. Milo Lionetti used to be part of the jerk jock crowd as a soccer player. He was a bystander when his asshole teammates actively bullied the nerds, people like his former best friend, Jasper Quigley. It was even rougher for Jasper because he’s gay and all the harassment he dealt with came with a heavy undercurrent of blatant homophobia. So it’s only natural that he believed Milo to be straight. But Milo, through all of his faults, tried to be a better person. He wanted to be a better person. And that resonated with me deeply as someone who went through something similar in middle school. I hung out with a crowd that was toxic, hoping they’d keep me from standing out and also from being targeted. And it worked. And I don’t blame Milo for having all this doubt and fear and shame. It’s good that he carries it. And better that he acknowledges it and tries to do better. The way he does better is so sweet too. I mean, when he stood up to James and Luther while in his Prince Neptune cosplay at the hospital was so good. He did it! Eight years late but he took Jasper’s hand in front of those homophobes and held up his head high. I’m proud of him.
- Jasper is also relatable. He’s always been the sidekick, the background character. For his sister and for Milo, he was a hero. And I respect that he’s such a good guy. Someone for Milo to aspire to. And the fact that their relationship already had so much history made the connection so much deeper. It kept me invested. But even better was when they learned and saw new sides of the other that made them fall deeper. Milo’s art and Jasper’s genius, it was so good!
- I love the quest to collect the rare Frog Court cards too. It’s a united goal and it was fun. A competition, a treasure hunt, and a battle with a high-stakes ante against that scuzzbucket, George. It was so good and it felt like watching the progress of Milo’s and Jasper’s bond grow in real time. That first kiss after the tournament in the car was so steamy. The secret kisses in the library were so sweet. I just want what they have.
- Professor Tuttle and Herrera are so lovey-dovey adorable too and I respect them even more than the previous book when they gave their spare room to Milo. Queer elders that want to help and care for the younger generations is the kind of future and present that the liberals want!
- All the couples are adorable and I need to address Kellan. A teddy bear of a man who has a loving girlfriend and is into costume design and made all their cosplays! Like, obviously I don’t know if he’s straight but if he is, I love how comfortable he is in his sexuality and how much of an ally he is with the revue they put together!
- Milo choosing to disconnect from his abusive father and to stop drinking is so admirable. I just love how much he grew up throughout the course of the book. And I respect it so much too. I understand why it was so difficult to part with the car but I think he made the right choice in the end. And Bruno telling him to use the money to go to art school so he can truly be set for his future was so good too! I love that!
- We also got Eugene who is Asian and apparently popular with hot blondes? And he’s a gamer too. Representation? I don’t know, I like him enough and I do think he was hilarious when he kept saying Milo was into Jasper and Jasper didn’t quite believe him. For good reason, of course.
- Milo’s mom is super sweet too. It makes my heart swell that she was so insistent on Milo coming to Bruno’s homecoming party and to bring his “friend” too. And she also did the right thing acknowledging that she should have protected her son better. Just because she loved her husband wasn’t an excuse and she knew that. But I’m also glad that Jasper didn’t forgive her and Bruno immediately. He’s not obligated to, considering how hard they’d made it for Milo to come out and be himself. But I do like that Milo’s mom discovered his porn history and she left him a note saying she loved him and also explaining how to delete his browser history properly.
- Milo introducing Jasper as his boyfriend to his aunt and her responding with, “Make sure he eats my ziti, he looks skinny,” is gold.
Dislikes:
- There was a long section of the book where every chapter ended with Jasper thinking that this was temporary because he couldn’t trust it and Milo thinking that he was going to fuck up somehow. It was drilled so deeply into my head that I myself became really convinced that that’s what would happen. In fact, now having read a grand total of five of Albert’s novels, I can confirm that this is a recurring theme. Enough with the couples thinking they’ll break up or fuck up. It’s getting to be so annoying. Especially because so many of them seem to have to learn the most basic of lessons in order to stop thinking like that. Like Rain learning that need and want are different things. Or in this case, Milo learning that he should have stood up those asswipes he called friends.
- Speaking of, James and Luther disgust me. What era are they in where they’re so homophobic that they tell their own friend that they don’t have room for him “experimenting.” And you can tell that they just refused to believe jock types could be actually gay since they didn’t believe Milo when he implied he was gay. It goes to show how ignorant and gross they are and I hope they realize that the reason why the fridge had okay food and their apartment was clean was due to the most responsible of the three. Fuck them. Actually, I really hope they see Milo blowing up on the internet with his drawings. God, I want them to see him succeed so badly while they’re stuck in their dead-end janitorial jobs. I just wanted them to get their well-deserved comeuppance and to be honest, Milo standing up to them is not enough justice.
- Conrad and Alden barely had a presence in this book at all. I get it but I wish they showed up just a little more. I will admit, it was hilarious when Conrad went to compliment how Milo looked in a toga and Alden just shot him a look, making him shut up. But I don’t think jealousy is a good look on Alden, to be honest. He doesn’t trust Conrad or what?
- Fuck George too. That’s all I’ll say about him.
- Bruno… eh. I can sorta forgive him? Maybe? I don’t know, I think he should’ve communicated a lot better with his brother when Milo came out to him. That’s a big ass deal even if you don’t understand it yourself. Like, he could’ve told Milo that he needed to think but Milo’s sexuality is not something that bothers him because clearly he was more bothered by the car than the gay thing. I don’t know, it bugs me that he reacted that way and I get why Jasper can’t really forgive him himself.
- Also, where is Payton? They just straight up vanished? Are they not a part of Gamer Grandpa anymore? When did Kellan and Jasmine join anyway? Were Conrad, Alden, Jasper, and Payton not the whole crew? They were the only ones who got the tickets to Odyssey con originally. I don’t know, I feel like there’s a gap of information missing here.
