As a wheelchair user I'm trying to reframe my language for "being in the way."
"I'm in the way," "I can't fit," and "I can't go there," is becoming "there's not enough space," "the walkway is too narrow," and "that place isn't accessible."
It's a small change, but to me it feels as if I'm redirecting blame from myself to the people that made these places inaccessible in the first place. I don't want people to just think that they're helping me, I want them to think that they're making up for someone else's wrongdoing. I want them to remember every time I've needed help as something someone else caused.

The rules of the game are simple:
You go to geoguesser
You set it to world map
You go through locations, through multiple games, driving around those locations
Until you see a cow
When you find a cow, you win

The extra hour of sleep. Those healthy meals. That gym session you didn't skip. That walk you went on. Are all investments in your future self. And the more of those investments you make, the more your future self will thrive.
My advice: Invest as often as you can.

“The most remarkable part of all is your DNA. You have a metre of it packed into every cell, and so many cells that if you formed all the DNA in your body into a single fine strand it would stretch ten billion miles, to beyond Pluto. Think of it: there is enough of you to leave the solar system. You are in the most literal sense cosmic.”
— #Bill Bryson (The Body: A Guide for Occupants)
