@vstrider pointed out that Wild Card looks kinda like a caterpillar creature... and I totally agree~!! SO, what if in Season 3, Mr. Unpredictable gets an insatiable appetite, is always tired, and molting even more frequently than usual (which is EXTREMELY frequently; how many times has General Outrage had to tell the kid to pick up his own exoskeletons as soon as he sheds them?), among other things, and Brainz realizes that all these symptoms of Wild Card’s are actually his body preparing itself for its metamorphosis-- and sure, the kid’s roughly the same age as the other Generals, but in (insert silly-sounding species name here) years, he’s just begun to go through puberty! Outrage, Brainz, and Clipper do their best to care for the little guy, even when he slips into a weeklong coma before finally cocooning himself (a state poor Wild Card may or may not be stuck in for the next few episodes).

I admire your interest in wanting to know more about WOY’s characters. To tell you the truth, I’ve never ever ever ever had any thoughts on the subject of which you speak. The Insurgents were inspired by the A-Team, so I figured Wild Card (voiced by Dwight Schultz, who played Murdoc of the A-Team) was also an adult who shared the same goal with the rest of the team. Being totally unpredictable is WC’s specialty, but that’s not to say he has no self control. I’m not really the guy you want to ask about all that, though. Only Craig and the crew know how the characters fit into the WOY universe and whether they’d be recurring. The thing about WOY is all characters (save for Lord Hater, who might have originated from Earth) are extraterrestrials who come in all shapes and sizes.

I can say, however, that I imagined the Insurgents having a sentient van called Ivan (think the A-team van, KITT from Knight Rider, Herbie, and Speed Buggy rolled into one vehicle) who was taken to the vehicle impound planet when Lord Hater rose to power (not related to Hater’s van, BTW). The third part of my Eye on the Galaxy fan fiction even brings him up. I like to think the Insurgents would be useless without Ivan.

Also, I noticed you pointed out that Wild Card couldn’t be seen in The End of the Galaxy - I, too, already caught that. Just because you can’t see him doesn’t mean he’s not there. Other characters who didn’t appear were bound to be offscreen in some way. The Lost and Found Guy didn’t appear until after Prince Cashmere and Neckbeard spoke, the Black Cube was first seen after Sylvia said the Robomechabotatron was blown up, and Major Threat came from a different spot in the hideout when Sylvia called for him.

Anyhow, there you have it.

Nelvana’s S&M Freelance Police: the edgiest shit Nelvana’s done since Rock and Rule, some kind of very happy future in which Sam and Max have sorted out their homoerotic feelings for each other and are happily married and have adopted a little girl, and an alligator on one occasion. They have a house with a little picket fence in the suburbs and Sam is finally comfortable with his Stephen King-like body. I can’t make this shit up.

Telltale’s S&M games: could be like a prequel to the TV series. They are aware of their blatant gayness and repress it with impunity because that shit ain’t MANLY. At least Sam does it the most, because he’s ashamed of his body and has intimacy issues. But they’ll figure themselves out in time.

Bonus: Poker Night 2: Sam and Max are planning to get married after the Devil’s Playhouse fiasco. They’re raising the money by gambling it all at The Inventory. Max has settled comfortably into his role as Sam’s heckling wife. They are content.

Today's the 27th! It's nice to see some other fans jump on the bandwagon with the monthly question! I wanted to redo this post to be more direct and I want to include a little sketch/drawing in the posts.

(Sorry for the long post!)

"What do you think the inside of the Star Nomad would look like, and what kind of rooms would there be?"

Lets start with the concept first. Okay, so in my last posts, I described the star Nomad as more of this really big hotel for guest to come in and out of. After some thinking, I think the star nomad would be more of a cruise ship instead. (y'know how it portrays a pirate ship? pirate ship, cruse ship, eh?)

As for the inside of the star nomad (including side character rooms. excluding the main fours rooms) I can image each room in the past characters of the main fours seasons of their lives being similar to one another's. What I mean is that, every characters room looks the same since their only on the star nomad to get back home to their home planets, (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.) but something in each room would probably have something small to reflect the person inside of the room (a gun for ripov, a bow (or something else) for lil bits, ect)

Now let me get into the main four. Craig confirmed that Wander and hater would've been roommates inside of the star nomad. With that being said, I think its only fair and logical if Peepers and Sylvia were roommates too.

Do you see the star window in this image? I like to think that there is a hallway in the middle of the window that leads to the large circular window. Wander and haters room would be to the left of the hallway, where peepers and Sylvia's would be to the right. I feel like the gang would be located in this section of the star nomad. (In the future worm cameo, Sylvia is steering the ship, so I can only assume that she would at least be somewhat close to the wheel. Now as for the Interior of the rooms, I came up with this sketch.

Now I'm no architect, but I am a drawer. I like to think that both rooms look similar except, Peepers and Sylvia's room is more organized while Hater and wanders is either Really messy, or surprisingly neutral. same-ish design, but different concepts. The ladder/ stairs in the room lead to an opening in the floor where the pinwheel is. Perfect for gag opportunities in my opinion. Plus, I've seen wander as the "sleep in hammock" type guy. If you want to jump in the bandwagon, answer questions related to the fandom, or anything else with the fandom, it's never too late to join! As for the trending 27th question, it's Wander over Yonder we're talking about it can be as simple or childish and cluttered as you want it to be. Let your creativity shine with your answer!

What do you think the inside of the Star Nomad would look like, and what kind of rooms would there be?

Where do I even begin? Since the Star Nomad would be carrying folks back to their planets, I think there’d be hallways upon hallways on every deck, and there’d be either staircases, an elevator system, or both. Perhaps the Lords of Illumination could provide their own light for the entire ship, if they’re among the refugees, that is.

Maybe one of the decks would be reserved as some kind of temporary zoo. Of course, the larger animals, including the pit monster from The Birthday Boy, would have to be shrunk down by Neckbeard’s minimizing spell.

With the Watchdogs on board, their sleeping space would be just as condensed as their sleeping quarters on the Skullship. We already know Hater would have to share a room with Wander, but in the case of Sylvia and Peepers, I would imagine they’d take turns steering the ship and napping (imagine Peepers standing on a crate when he’s at the helm). The main four would have live right under the helm where the star-shaped window is.

As more folks are being dropped off on their home planets, more rooms would become vacant, thus making the perfect opportunity for Wander to reserve those rooms for villains and keep them safe from Star Force Enforcement Force until he finds places where they can keep them safe (e.g. Sourdough/Evil Sandwich wrapped in a refrigerator at Blarpee’s).

I have been imagining the Star Nomad acting as some kind of cruise line with so many people on board. Clancy and Nancy of the Fancy Shmancys are in the hotel business, so maybe they’d know how to keep things in orderly fashion from buffets to recreational activities. Oh, and maybe there’d be a big room similar to the United Nations where the rulers of their planets can discuss their plans for the restored galaxy and such.

Maybe, juuuhhhhhst maybe, there’d be a spot somewhere under the stern where the fan that blows into the orbble wand masts is powered. You know how in Yogi’s Gang, the flying ark is powered by Magilla Gorilla running on a treadmill getting bananas in front of him? That particular spot would be for Huckleberry Knucklehead, and in front of him would be a lollipop. Worry not, though, for his teeny tiny parents would be there to watch over him. For every planet stop, he gets a lollipop.

There’s no telling where the ships owned by Starbella, Ripov, and Major Threat are, but considering the latter was said to be a recurring character in S3, I’m sure he’ll hang around on the Star Nomad to be Hater’s mentor whenever necessary.

See how much creativity you can put into WOY if you put your mind to it? I look forward to seeing fan content related to the Star Nomad.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIRBY!!!! (and headcanons for Kirby's birthdays)

IT'S KIRBY'S 32ND ANNIVERSARY!!!!

I headcanon that Kirby's birthdays get celebrated BIG TIME in-universe.

As in, he has giant birthday parties happening right outside his house every year.

All his friends show up.

King Dedede, Meta Knight, Bandana Waddle Dee, Rick, Kine, Coo, Nago, ChuChu, Pitch, Gooey, Marx, Adeleine, Ribbon, Shadow Kirby, Dark Meta Knight, Daroach and the rest of the squeak squad, Magolor, Taranza, Susie, Francisca, Flamberge, Zan Partizanne, Hyness, Elfilin, Clawroline, Leongar, Gorimondo, Sillydillo, and many more show up!

Even some waddle dees, waddle doos, chillies, burning leos, bonkers, bugzzies and other helper species show up too!

Kracko doesn't show up, and thankfully he's sensible enough to not try anything on Kirby's birthdays. He knows that everyone would hunt him down if he tried. He's not THAT stupid.

Kirby's birthdays are big events, as shown by the ^ amount of people that show up. It's a huge deal! Everyone cares about it!

And honestly, how couldn't they be big events? Kirby is the biggest hero in this universe. He's beloved and celebrated all over. He deserves big time celebrations after everything he's done for everybody.

While most of his birthday parties happen right outside his house, there have been a few occasions where they've happened elsewhere. One was held at the Forgotten Land's planet in Waddle Dee Town, while another was held in Merry Magoland in another part of Dream Land. (You can bet that Magolor was super glee and proud of that!)

Kirby really knows how to spread love and joy. He's spread it to so many people, and then they spread it to him on his birthdays.
