hey so about your tango torchy fic, while i see what you were going with having torchy represent intrusive thoughts n such. it does kind of come off as torchy being an evil alter voice in his head which is a harmful plural stereotype. intrusive thoughts don't usually have vessels or personas represented by them and all

sorry, i think there’s a misunderstanding? i only put the intrusive thoughts warning just in case ppl could be triggered by reading things like ‘burn it’ or ‘kill him’ ect ect or the fact that tango thought he was hearing things. but in the actual fic, tango isn’t actually imagining anything. he really is hearing fire talking to him, bc he’s part blaze. that’s the concept i was exploring. so like, it’s not actually intrusive thoughts or supposed to be a portrayal of an alter? i just put that warning so anyone who is sensitive abt that stuff would be aware.

You two first met when you joined the royal guard as a new member

She went to initiate you personally

Beat you VERY quickly

You said you would get on her level one day

Something sparked in her in that moment

You two started talking a lot more after that

Sometimes you'll flirt with her (But you swear it's all in good fun)

She'll get embarrassed and kick you

It really hurts

There was also a baking event once, where both of you attended

She made a slice of cake for you

She kept calling it a failure, and that just because she was giving it to you doesn't mean anything

You tried it, and it tasted really good

You realized then that you were in love with her

Later that day, she said she got a date

It made you really sad, and you felt the world crumbling around you

You told her 'congratulations' and 'im happy for you' anyway

She knew you were lying

She started to tell you that she was lying, and that the only person she'd want to spend her life with was you

You two train together all of the time

Although, she is better than you

She doesn't go easy on you either, since you practically BEG for her to go all out

You've ended up with a few injuries because of this

She patches you up very well and apologizes with kisses

when it comes to pet names she generally leans towards cutesy stuff (think: ‘sweetie’, ‘honey’, ‘baby’, etc.) but she usually just uses your name unless she actively wants something from you — like your attention if she feels like you’re ‘neglecting her’ too much

on the other hand, she hates being called by her ‘name’ and much prefers being referred to as all sorts of cute pet names by you — so anything from ‘darling’ and ‘dearest’ to ‘angel’ and ‘cutie’ is completely fine by her (and will be rewarded if such terms of endearment don’t come as naturally to her you as they do to her)

she’s very physically affectionate and always seems to be hanging off of your body when you’re together (an arm around your shoulder, cuddling into your side whilst hugging your arm, hugging you from behind, kissing your neck/cheek/lips randomly, etc.) and she’s also very liberal when it comes to complimenting you (when you’re with her it’s pretty much impossible to think negatively about yourself) — but her main love language is actually quality time

she’s absolutely the type of girlfriend to pick at your food when you’re eating even though she doesn’t necessarily need to eat like you do — she’s also the sort to enjoy being ‘cutesy’ by hand feeding you sweets, fruits, and snacks whenever you’re eating together

being with you and knowing that you’re spending time with her because you care for her as a person and aren’t just caught up in her charm and seduction is incredibly comforting and reassuring for kumiho cookie — especially if that quality time allows her to shed her human form for a bit and be playful in her original body (bonus points if you let her nap on/beside you whilst she’s a fox because those bouts of sleep are the best she ever has)

she’s quick to jealousy but the way that she goes about showing it isn’t exactly obvious to anyone that isn’t really close to her (anyone but you, in other words): being extra affectionate towards you, verbally flirting with you, batting her eyelashes at you, trying to lure you away from the other party through whatever means possible, and subtly glaring at and goading the person she’s jealous of whenever you’re not looking at her

kumiho cookie is forever bragging about you and all of your accomplishments to anyone who will listen — discussing the treats and foods you’ve made for her with vendors at the markets she frequents, charming others into doing what she wants whilst dropping in comments about how in love she is with you (making it clear that she’s taken whilst still getting whatever she desires from them), and gushing over the last date you took her on with those she gets along with (usually okchun cookie after she helps her village) whenever she gets the chance

raspberry cookie defaults to terms of endearment that are more ‘traditional’ and ‘respectable’ because of her upbringing, social status, and the perception of her within her family (and because of it) — so things like ‘darling’, ‘angel’ and ‘my dear’ are common place for her

her main love languages are acts of service (giving) and words of affirmation (receiving) — she’s forever bringing you your favourite foods from the markets and running you baths after long days, and after a stressful day of training or an event where she felt like she fell just short of her goal, she loves nothing more than coming home to you and being wrapped up in your arms as you tell her, earnestly, how much you love her and how proud you are of her for how far she’s come

her kisses are all very chaste and appropriate until the two of you are married (and even then she’s still very proper around others) because of how she’s been brought up: light pecks to the insides of your wrists, chaste kisses along each knuckle and fingertip, kissing the back of your hand before she leaves you to go and train, pressing her lips to your temple/the crown of your head before you part ways for a longer period of time, and even chastely pecking your lips in a stolen moment of privacy at one of the grand royal balls held by queen hollyberry and her family

she’s incredibly protective over you and isn’t afraid to challenge anyone who dares to insult or mistreat you to a duel — though they very rarely take her up on her offer due to her reputation as a skilled swordswoman and the vast majority will trip over their words in an attempt to apologise to you before fleeing with their tails between their legs

when talking to others she never uses the words ‘girlfriend’ or ‘partner’ to refer to you as she doesn’t like the sound of them — ‘my beloved’ is the term she uses most often for you and, later on in your relationship, she’ll start calling you things like ‘my fiancée’ and ‘my wife’ with so much obvious pride that it makes your heart swell

she doesn’t really get jealous so much as she gets protective over you — she trusts you with everything she has and knows that you’d never stray from your relationship, but she’s also keenly aware of the fact that there are others in the kingdom that are interested in you and that won’t necessarily respect a simple ‘no thank you’ or another such form of rejection (hence why she insists on training you to protect yourself and why she always sticks close by you when you’re in public together)

if you offer to feed her some of whatever you’re eating (e.g. picking a single grape off of the vine, or taking a small piece of the cake you’re testing and bringing it to her lips to try), then raspberry cookie will promptly go pink in the cheeks and timidly accept your offer — she’s not used to small ‘cute’ gestures like that, which is plainly obvious once you get to know her, but she appreciates them nonetheless

HELL YEAH, okay i've only read the lightning thief so far so i apologize if any of this is out of character for the rest of the series, this is based on my very limited knowledge<333

first, annabeth chase. wise girl. she is...a normal amount of ticklish, but is hella dramatic about it. she takes being tickled as a personal attack that demands revenge. she acts like she hates it (she doesn't love it, honestly, it's fun but she doesn't like being bested in battle, even if that's a tickle battle) and will kick and scream.

she's most ticklish on her stomach and knees, but just about any spot works. she has this really girlish, high-pitched laugh that is so endearing and makes percy melt

she's a pretty mean ler!! she can be extremely teasy with her words and likes to tickle people until they call for mercy or admit something

grover is very ticklish and has this really cute, nervous giggle that definitely has a little bit of a...goat-ish quality to it lmfao

his whole upper body is extremely ticklish, his lower body isn't really ticklish at all bc, yknow...goat

he finds tickling really fun but he's so sensitive that he always taps out early af

as a ler, he's really gentle and playful and silly!!

cuddling with raspberry cookie is quite the rare activity since she’s usually far too busy throughout the day to spend any proper time with you in private — and time spent in public is limited to only the ‘proper’ and ‘polite’ forms of pda (she adores you but she also can’t risk the reputation of her household, it’s a delicate balance really)

but all that means is that the times where she is able to cuddle with you are all the more special and intimate — defined by a cracked open window with fluttering curtains, her lips on your temple, your arms around each other and the two of you laying in bed after a long and gruelling day

she prefers to cuddle with you curled into her side or resting on her chest because she loves being able to feel like she’s protecting you (and not at all because she’s comforted by your body weight on top of her and it helps her sleep better, of course not)

when she’s in this position she’ll keep her lips on the side of your head, drifting in and out of sleep and answering any questions you have with a low hum or an ‘of course/of course not, my love’ as she drifts off
