this is Anchi... he felt like a Higher Self bowl, sang in the key of F, and connected me to the wisdom of the ancestors. after being repaired once, his glorious cracks filled with the purest quartz crystal, he sang like an angel. then, Anchi fell, and a precious crystal friend shattered beyond repair. ...today, i read an article about defended love, tasted a whole lotta bittersweet, and was inspired to write a blogpost about my experience and journey... Snacking after a busy day of therapy!! It has been a great lull in life to just sit and have a cup of grain free oatmeal. Quarantine took a toll on this one. He became so anxious and self harming.
