Would you still love me, even if I was a worm?

Please note there are 3 Pokémon classified as work pokemon and they are all bug types

Wives edition (only Cynthia, Rika, and Cyllene cause my wrist cannot handle more.) pure fluff

Cynthia

“Babes?”

You look up at her as you lay across her lap.

Cynthia looks down, her uncovered grey eyes locking with yours. She can’t help but smile, you look so cute in her lap, gazing at her with such love yet curiosity.

“Yes, dear?”

“Would you still love me if I was a worm?”

Her brain stops.

She blinks once, twice, before rapidly doing so. You look at her so earnestly, like you want a genuine answer….but-

“What kind of worm would you be? It would I entirely depend as Snoms, Caterpies, and wurmples are all wildly different. And if you want to be technical burmies as well, since they are the bag worm Pokémon-“

“Cynthia.”

“Oh, yes?”

“Would you love me if I was a worm?”

“Dear, that entirely depends on which worm though!”

You watch as she rambles, listing off the logistics, and what each worm needs and how well it would do in certain environments.

She probably would, but you’ll never get an answer as her mind plays all sorts of scenarios.

Rika

She loves it when you spent time with her at work, she’s usually alone so no one is around to tell you or her off for this, and she uses every chance she can to love on you. But she notices you have something on your mind.

She hums, moving you from her lap to on top of her desk.

“Got something on your mind, doll?”

“Would you still love me if I was a worm?”

Oh you’re too cute for her heart to handle! You look so meek, so nervous, so adorable, fuck she loves you.

“Oh sweetie.” Rika places a kiss to the tip of your nose.

“I’d buy you the best fruits for your little work self to feed on, let you ride around on my shoulder just so I can still love on my buggy baby.”

Her smile grows as you giggle, covering your mouth while you do so, but she continues.

“Get you a nice big enclosure covered in pretty flowers, and with a nice branch for you to get cozy on. And of course a lot of the most how quality dirt I can get ya.”

“All for me?”

“All for you, no matter what you’re my sunshine.”

And she will be damned if anything happens to you.

Cyllene

You knew what the answer would be, at least, you thought you did. After getting injured and being sidelined until you’re fully healed, you’ve been bothering your betrothed a lot more now that you can’t leave the village.

And she’s the only one constantly around for you to lovingly bother.

You sat in her office, Abra dozing in your lap from all your comforting pets. The silence being filled with Cyllene’s pen moving across paper.

Your silence has her concerned, usually you’re more chatty or at least much closer to her, you never sit to the side like this.

“Cyllene?”

She glances over to you before looking back at her paperwork.

“Yes, dear?”

“Would you still love me if I was a worm?”

The office falls still and quiet.

Her pen to the side and she looks deep in conflicted thought.

You thought you’d get an out right ‘no’ but you never thought you’d make her spiral.

You can see her arguing with herself in her head, unsure of what to even say. On one hand she loves you dearly, you mean so much to her, on the other hand….she loathes bugs, she can’t even imagine being in the same room as a wurmple!

But the bug would be you…

But….

“Cyllene, please breathe!”

She’s snapped from her thoughts as you gently shake her, your arm around her back and your free hand on her forearm.

She takes a few deep breathes to calm herself, but you can’t escape her questioning.

“Why ask such a thing? You know I love you, correct?”

“I do, I just…thought it would be a silly thing to ask, maybe joke about it?”

You nervously laugh, feeling her steen gaze staying locked onto you.

“You truly are something else.” She sighs.

But you perk right up “But that’s why you love me!”

You’re right, but damn.

Cynthia x male s/o headcanons

Cynthia met s/o at the Canalave City library where he was reading a book she was interested in.

The two hit it off immediately and quickly became friends.

Cynthia learned that s/o is an amateur archaeologist who was studying the history of Sinnoh.

The two would spend hours discussing history and old Sinnoh myths, leading to her and s/o developing feelings for one another.

After a couple months of pining for each other, Cynthia decides to take initiative and tell s/o how she feels about him.

“S/o, there’s something I need to tell you. I’ve felt a connection to you ever since I met you. We’ve been friends for a while now, but I would like us to be more than that. What I’m trying to say is that I love you s/o, but if you don’t feel the same way I understa-”

She’s cut off by s/o pulling her into a passionate kiss, making the Sinnoh champion blush deeply before sinking into the kiss.

He pulls away and gives her a warm smile.

“I feel the exact same way Cynth, I love you too.”

After that, he and Cynthia officially became a couple.

Whenever she isn’t busy with her champion duties, Cynthia joins s/o on his archeological escapades as if they were dates.

The two don’t tend to have much leisure time together due to their busy schedules sadly, but they always find a way to put a little time aside to just sit on the couch and cuddle.

Cynthia’s grandmother absolutely adores s/o, constantly teasing her about how he’s a keeper and should hold onto him as long as she can, much to Cynthia’s embarrassment.

All of Cynthia’s Pokémon really like s/o, especially Garchomp, who gets excited like a little puppy whenever she sees him, much to her trainer’s amusement.

She and s/o buy a house together in Jubilife City and spend all their time there whenever possible.

After Cynthia loses her Champion title, she has much more time to spend with her beloved s/o.

She likes going on vacation with her s/o to the Unova region to stay at her friend Caitlin’s villa.

On their 3rd anniversary as a couple, s/o takes Cynthia on a romantic dinner at her favorite restaurant and gets on one knee, causing the former champ to gasp in surprise.

S/o pulls out a beautiful engagement ring from his pocket and smiles at his beautiful girlfriend.

“Cynthia, we’ve been together for 3 years now, and I feel that now’s the time to do this. I love you with all my heart, so will you make me the happiest man in all the world and marry me?”

She tears up and nods excitedly at her boyfriend with a wide smile.

“Yes! Yes, of course I’ll marry you s/o!”

She hugs him tightly as happy tears stream down her face.

Needless to say, the future is incredibly bright for Cynthia and her s/o.

Cynthia's s/o challenging the Galar League

Had free time and decided to practice getting back into writing and had a surge of inspiration so I made this 🤷🏻‍♂️ hope you enjoy.

(This work includes gender neutral!reader)

When it comes to Sinnoh's League there are fast and slow points in every year.

In the fast periods when new trainers first get their pokedex and start their pokemon journey, the entire region is a bussle with life; constantly trainers coming in and out of gyms, pokemarts, pokecenters, nurseries everything is busy and it's the time of the year everything's the busiest and with Cynthia as Champion she can't be too far from the League building in case a challenger comes looking for her title.

However, in the slow periods it's a different story; with hardly any new bunch of trainers or trainers traveling in from other regions around to take on the challenge everything is much slower and in some ways much calmer. Gym leaders can focus more time taking care of and raising their pokemon and training up their sponsored trainers that fight for the gym, pokemart owners business' mostly rely on resupplying said gyms and whatever trainer does roll through their store, for pokecenters and nurseries things are mostly the same given they are free services funded by the National League, and with how slow this period makes things the doors to the League Building itself are shut down and challenging it is put on pause until the next burst of trainers given the Elite Four and Champion a break - in these times Cynthia finds herself more time and freedom.

In these periods of the year she has more time to focus on her research of ancient Sinnoh and it's pokemon, spending time with you quality time with you which given her career and in the fast periods of the year can be very difficult, and as well as traveling to other regions (explaining her appearances in Unova and Aola) so it's funny enough this year she gets an opportunity to do all three at the same time when you bring her two tickets to the Galar region.

It was Galar's League period of the year and has intention on keeping her promise to you locked in and she'd take it easy and not participate even if once the Galar Leauge gets even a single sniff of Sinnoh's Champion being in the same area as their 'Undefeated Champion', given how seriously the region takes its League and competitive pokemon battles, that the media will absolutely explode - which besides that with her competing it would be taking the thunder from you, whose expressed your entire private League provided cruise ride together wanting to compete, it also just seems like a large annoyance to deal with.

However, on the way there it does plague her mind a bit about Galar's Champion - like her he's had his seat ever since he was a child and while with Cynthia before entering the Hall of Fame and reigning Champion for all these years she lost a whole bunch when first starting her journey, that's what built up her relationship with her Garchomp (who was only a Gibble then later a Gabite at the time) in the first place was going through their struggles gym after gym until they became such a strong pair along with the rest of the team she built that she hasn't lost since but with him... Leon, not a single one. Ever since he first started. It ebbs at her gut a bit. She believes entirely in your skills but from rumors she's heard from other regions Champions that he's has that undefeated for a reason and it's because of how quickly he thinks, takes advantage with type coverage, and that fucking Charizard.

She knows you are very close to your pokemon, with exactly how close you are and how you bond with them clearly as family is the reason she fell in love with you in the first place, but she can't help herself for those two weeks on sea sailing towards Galar on the cruise to try and train up with you further, not going fully 100% but at least a good 70% with aims of the entirety of the rest of the gym challenge and Leauge to prepare you enough up further - afterall again from what she's heard the Galar gym leaders aren't to be taken lightly either so best to be prepared. When all that's good and done and your close to arrive in a day or so with all of your pokemon rested up and a few cuddle naps on deck (or more likely just you sleeping on her while she reads through her book on Hisui pokemon she brought with her from home with a few kisses pecked to your forehead here and there)

When you finally reach Hulbary port you can't help but to gawk at how pretty and busy with people everything is. In immediate reaction while you look around at your sighting as League Cruise workers behind you begin taking your luggage off ship to send to the hotel, you grab your girlfriend's hand and pull her off in one direction and immediately spin around and go in another that catches your eye while Cynthia's bewildered startles calls from behind you fill the air as you go on your little sightseeing tour. Hulbary might be a small port town but it has lots to do - from the markets, the restaurant, to the lighthouse, all places you and Cynthia go together. Each place acting as it's own date of sorts until you both go back to the Hotel exhausted in each other's arms. It's really nice, spending quality time together like this but tomorrow is when the real business starts.

With having your a region champion as your girlfriend there's do reason to worry about endorsements, from the very moment you expressed to her you wanted to participate in the League it just took a five minute (many even less than that) phone call for your endorsement to already be secured although given your relationship to Cynthia and her own wishes for you to be treated no differently to other trainers in the challenge and again given Galar's seriouness around their competition she doesn't want all your thunder to be stolen/negative things said about just because she is your s/o and endorsed you - so outside of inner Leagues circles, so publicly her endorsement is anonymous.

Cynthia does go with you to the opening ceremony, however, she doesn't attend the actual ceremony in person given her previous said wishes instead she watches you on the television in her League provided guest room and even if you don't hear it she and Garchomp are cheering you on every single second you're on field and just how lovely you look in your uniform, tears swelling up in her eyes as the number you picked being Cynthia's old League number before she became Champion.

Then begins the badge collecthon, while you travel the region for the eight badges Cynthia travels the region (though trying to keep a low profile given her "celebrity status" in Galar's eyes) herself learning and catching pokemon from the region and learning about Galar's history - the story of the darkest day intriguing her the most - and talking to the Professor of the region: Professor Magnolia and getting to know her granddaughter professor in training, Sonia a bit. With each badge you collect you call (basically face time) Cynthia and excitedly show her it to the Rotom screen and tell her all about the gym challenge, the battle with the gym Leader, more about the gym leader themselves, and just how fun Dynamaxing is all with a smile that lures Cynthia in with every word. She loves seeing you this happy as you boast and praise you pokemon as you turn the phone at them to show them to Cynthia followed by their growls/cries of pride as they pose for her followed by more of your praises, she can't help but to giggle at the sight.

With every badge you get and show her on call, the stronger you’ve grown she can just tell by just looking at you and your pokemon - badge after badge but closer you get to the final one the more... nervous she becomes. She believes in you, she really does, but she hasn't even met Galar's Champion and even with all she's hear about him and how he fights... she doesn't really know what to expect. This means a lot to you, she knows this more than anyone, after years of expressing desire to set own and conquer your own Leauge to be a Champion just like her to be on 'equal footing' before you take on Sinnoh's League and challenge her... this means a lot to you and she doesn't want to see you sad because, and to be perfectly honest with herself, she doesn't even know if she fought the Undefeated Leon if she'd even win? It's nerve wracking that she doesn't know what to expect and now she just got off call with you showing her your final gym badge from Hammerlocke gym's leader Raihan. This means the finals are soon.

Unlike with the opening ceremony, Cynthia does appear at the stadium where the finals are being held; this was very much different from the opening ceremony in her eyes you had already proven to the people of Galar you got here because of you skills - not your connection and her s/o was in the Galarian Pokemon League finals there's no way she'd miss being here in person for the world, though she did cringe a bit when the announcer made it a point to point out her "guest appearance" in the VIP stand, showed her on the monitor and everything. Although she did get the small kick out of Garchomp, whose was out of her pokeball and perched up in her own modified seat beside Cynthia ready to cheer you on with her own sharky cheers, seeing herself on the big screen and having a very adorably confused reaction.

Then comes time for the semi finals rounds and the moment you come into view on the field, Cynthia can't take her eyes off of you. Even from up in her stand she can clearly see it with how you walk onto the field, how you carry yourself as you approach your opponent, and even how you throw out your first pokemon - you are nothing but serious. It's breath taking really, as Garchomp as well as the rest of the stadium is loudly cheering Cynthia can't help but to just watch in amusement. No mistakes. Every attack is planned and carried out. While with each of your rivals pokemon faints out they clear express anger and spite; all their orders to their next pokemon agitated and all attacks are ordered aggressively - your the opposite, calm and level headed as you absolutely sweep through their whole team. Even when your rival throws out their final ball out to dynmax, it's no use when you switch your pokemon - your first partner pokemon you've had even since you were a kid - to dynamax as well. Whatever attack your opponent throws at you misses and fires at the stadium ground several feet behind your pokemon in a rise of grass and dirt that showers the stands behind them and in one fell shot your pokemon's next attack is the one shot finisher that finishes the match off.

The crowd roars into cheers as Cynthia stands up from her seat, Garchomp howling at your victory beside her, applause and screaming praise is thunderous throughout the entire stadium, and this is only the semi finals, but everything to Cynthia goes completely silent as your eyes catch hers from the field below along with your wide grin. As you and your opponent, whose still groveling in their defeat, are instructed to go back to the lockers you can't help as you leave to mouth a small: 'I love you' that Cynthia absolute catches before you disappear further back into the stadium field below.

Of course Cynthia does watch the rest of the matches your not in it's her duty as a region champion to show good sportsmanship after all, but she wouldn't lie and say her focus isn't nearly as concrete as it was for your match - her eyes drifting to different parts of the field and the stands with its array of advertisements as well as giving Garchomp a few good pets here and there with a quiet: "Good girl." as she scratches under the pokemon chin like a dog (which a mean... Garchomp is basically an oversized shark dog) so it's definitely not an understatement when the sudden flop of the other seat next to her is suddenly occupied.

"Champion Cynthia of the Sinnoh region, right?"

Undefeated Champion Leon.

"And you must be Leon the Undefeatble, if I'm not mistaken."

"Well I wouldn't say that, yes I might be undefeated but I wouldn't say 'undefeatble' afterall there's new trainers every year eventually there has to be one who can be up to the mark."

Cynthia gives the man beside her a glance over he seemed... more casual than she thought he'd be, although given such high ranking secure reputation she guess he could afford to be so, afterall more than ten years in his career and has yet to be beaten once gives the assurance that he would be beaten anytime soon assuring that causality. Even Cynthia can't afford to do that, even if she hasn't been defeated since before she became champion there have been a few close calls... which motivates her to trains and stay on top of her skills whenever she possibly can. But this man... it's like it comes from nothing but pure talent, or at least that's what vibe she's read from him now. It twists in her stomach how exactly he's going to be when facing you.

Next to her, Leon's eyes drift to the other occupied seat on the other side of her, more specifically at the pokemon sitting in the chair clearing glaring at him.

"Hey-" The champion takes a moment to glance at the shark pokemon's back complete intact fin. "-girl."

His hand wraps around the back of Cynthia's seat to gesture his hand at the pokemon, which Garchomp growls at at first but once her gets whiff of oran berries in his hand she's quick to eat the berries up and nuzzle herself in his hand. She lets out a sharky yelp in delight.

"So this is the notorious Garchomp that has ended hundreds of trainers hopes and dreams, huh? She doesn't seem that scary."

"You haven't seen her in battle. Or when she raids the kitchen when she's hungry." Cynthia jokes, providing Garchomp a few head pats.

"Oh I get that, my Charizard's the same way."

Things grow quiet when suddenly the announcer comes back on; announcing your next match in the semi finals. Leon adjusts his cap for a moment before looking over and seeing how immediately Sinnoh's Champion's eyes are glued to the field.

"That's the trainer you endorsed, right?"

Her throat goes dry.

"I saw their last match, they're really skilled. I would expect much from someone endorsed by a region champion - and not because they're your partner either. I know how... people talk and claim things like that unfair, but they're talented and you saw that in them that's the important thing that matters."

Same as before you come out on field with nothing but all seriouness as you approach your next opponent.

"I have a brother whose competing next year, he's... a bit stubborn and tends to act before he'd thinks but I see a lot of potential and talent in him if he actually uses it. So I'm thinking about endorsing him next year. But who knows? Maybe I won't be champion next year when that happens, maybe it'll be that trainer there who will take my title." He points at you as you throw at your first pokemon and begin the match. "Either way, I'm sure it'll be fun when they challenge me."

You speed through that match and obtain your win. You are moving on to the final match.

In that moment it doesn't feel real when Cynthia watches you stare down Leon on the field, all the silence cheering she's done ever since the finals started is all out the window as she vocally cheers you on along side with Garchomp, somehow louder and more clearer than anyone else in the stadium.

You were here. Where you wanted most. Right here. If you can defeat him, youd become champion and finally in your eyes be truly on par on the same footing as Cynthia as a trainer. Your heart screamed for this as you clench onto your first childhood starter in their pokeball, you want to save them for his Charizard.

Leon can't help the wide grin on his face as he stares you down.

"She's proud of you, friend."

The statement catches you off guard before in all of his theatrics tosses of his cap and cape before doing his trademark pose. With one flashy toss of his first pokeball the match begins.

Unlike your previous matches where it was mostly a team sweep against Leon it's way different, less aggression and more reactionary - whatever you dish out he seems to have an answer to; even if you have type advantage over him you still won't get out of it that easy. It's rough, really rough, however you and your team try you best to push through it as much as you can heavily relying on planned critical hits and dodges to where is neck to neck and both of you have one pokemon each left: Leon's infamous Charizard and your childhood starter. Moments before you toss it out to the field you give the ball a glance with memories of all your adventures together including meeting Cynthia and her team when you first came to Sinnoh all those years ago, determined. You promise to make Cynthia, everyone else home back in Sinnoh, and the rest of your fallen team proud. The moment your starters touches/hovers the ground (depending on what type of pokemon it is) and your dynamax band flashes to life you gander across the field as the champion's does the same as he is quick to toss out his Charizard, it's roar loud in your ears the moment the red clouds surrounding its titan size followed by a rocketing boom that shudders the ground once it lands, but soon your pokemon follows foot their roar/cry gusting in behind you as if they were reassuring you that they too have been waiting for this moment.

However, you don't win this encounter.

It happens in a flash - with one blast takes down your already heavily damaged pokemon in a earthy combustion as the ground spews up around the stadium. Cynthia jolts forward from her spot in the stand to try and see through the hovering dust cloud to see 1. If you caught up in the blast and 2. If your pokemon was still standing. When the dust settles she's relieved to see you're okay but also her hear clenches in her chest as she sees you summon your fainted partner back into their pokeball, next to her Garchomp whines in worry, mean while Leon's Charizard shrinks back to normal size from his place cross the field.

The stadium bursts into cheers for their reigning champion but Cynthia is quick to leave the stand, Garchomp waddling in tow, to make her down to the stadium field. However once she reaches the bottom of the steps where your several courtyards away from her what takes by surprise is as Leon holds up your hand to encourage the roaring audience to not just cheer for him but as well as his: "Strongest contender he's faced in quite some time," - in his words - and want shocks her even more is the... not signs of loss on your face, instead there's this mystical gleaming smile on your face.

When everything is over and the stadium audience begins to depart, Cynthia can't help but to gawk at how you come rushing up to her and throw your arms around her in an embrace. For a moment she fears that this might be a saddening hug and is just about to comfort you when you pull back and jolt forward into a mind melting kiss. When you separate you can help but to giggle at her stilled expression.

"Are you alright?" She asks.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" The response is confusing to the blonde as she looks to the field where your previous battle took place. "You lost..."

"I did."

"And are you... okay? You expressed this meant a lot to you."

Your fingers loop around and fiddle with the accessories of her signature black coat.

"I mean, yeah it sucks but I mean. 'Undefeated Champion' and all? I mean I really really did want the win to be able to prove myself capable of even being on the same level to challenge you but still I had to prepare myself realistically of the outcome. Besides all it proves more is that I need to train myself even more if I want to be the same league as you. And this was like a... needed experience, I guess. To motivate me even more."

For a good passing moment Cynthia looks at you, contemplatingly, before eventually she just loops her arms around your waist and brings you in closer to press her forehead to yours.

"I don't know why you want to be like me so much."

"Because you've done so much for me teaching me as a trainer over the years that guess I just want that true equal match one day to prove to you just how much you've done for me?"

"I'm already so proud of you, you know that right?"

"Yeah. But I want to take it one step even further." It makes Cynthia's heart sing as she presses a kiss to your forehead.

You stay in Galar for a few more weeks after that before heading back to Sinnoh. Now with every pokemon Leauge related stuff over you two clearly have more time to spend with one another and have fun, and maybe even the conversation comes up of challenging in another regions League next year? But exactly where you're not sure. But for now there definitely has to be a bit more training done and both you and Cynthia will see through it, together.

How You Meet Cynthia And Start Dating Modern AU Headcanons

A/N: Cynthia my beloved, she’s getting me back into Pokémon. Will be NSFW later on. GN!Reader

You meet when you return her change to her after she forgets it at the ice cream van

She thanks you and jokes that she would lose her head if it wasn’t screwed on, it makes you laugh but you reassure her that everyone does that

Something just clicks with you two, she offers to buy you something to drink and to walk around the park with her, a offer which you gladly accept

You two walk together for hours, Cynthia telling you all about her favourite myths and legends of the world and you telling her your interests, listening very carefully

It’s getting dark before you know it and you unfortunately have to go home, Cynthia offers to drive you home, you tell her you can get a taxi but she insists

Usually you don’t let strangers take you home or give them your address but your gut is telling you it’s fine so you agree and she walks you to her black mercedes benz and opens the door for you (a true gentlewoman and it makes your heart flutter)

The ride is nice and Cynthia isn’t a bad driver (thankfully) and you arrive at your apartment complex safely, before you leave she gives you her phone number and tells you to text/call her. You leave her car flustered and with butterflies in your stomach

For a few days you overthink on what to say to her, hell you don’t know if you should call or text her. She may have forgotten you already, so maybe you should just leave it, luckily your best friend encourages you to text her and with a deep breath and some courage you do, it’s a simple hi how are you it’s Y/N from the park

You feel a bit sick and don’t look at your phone for a good 30 minutes, your phone vibrates suddenly and you look at it, it’s a text back. ‘Y/N! I’m very well although I was a bit worried you weren’t going to text’

You’re surprised by her response but you do relax a bit and respond ‘You were? I thought you would kinda forget me’

And so you continue to talk until she tells you she has to go back to work but she does text you after saying to look nice at around 8pm

So you do and sure enough she picks you just before 8. She’s wearing a long black figure hugging sleeveless dress, it looks perfect on her. Turns out she’s taking you to an opening of the new observatory, it’s nice although you both don’t classify it as a date

Months pass, you and Cynthia become close friends (that’s what you keep telling yourselves anyway) and so you go on many dates- I mean lunches and dinners. She also takes you to events, she enjoys your company the most and would not have anyone else by her side

By this point it’s so very obvious that you two have deep feelings for each other. Even Cynthia’s grandmother, Carolina knows (by the way Cynthia constantly talks about you and she sees the way you look at Cynthia whenever you come over)

It’s not that you two don’t want to admit your feelings for each other it’s just, you’ve never been so happy with someone or comfortable with someone, it’s a really good friendship and you don’t want to mess that up, the thought of losing Cynthia is terrifying and the same goes for her

That is until one night, you’re just about to leave and get the train (you told Cynthia she doesn’t need to drive you everywhere) home when it starts raining unfortunately you didn’t bring your umbrella and Cynthia can’t remember where she put hers or the others for that fact.

It’s so typical of her but you smile and it’s not like you haven’t stayed the night before. Unlike other times Cynthia suggests that you sleep in her room just cause her bed is more comfortable and it’s warmer in her room (and both are true)

So now you’re both sitting on her bed, in your pjs just talking and laughing, god she is beautiful when she smiles. Something about this moment feels intimate as the room goes quiet and you two look at each other, as Cynthia looks at your lips and you slightly lean in closer to her, asking if you can have a kiss, it surprises Cynthia, your boldness but she rewards it, pressing her lips softly to yours in a soft gentle kiss

It quickly becomes more passionate, her arms wrapped around your waist and your arms around her neck with one hand in her soft long blonde hair, it’s sweet and you only stop when you two nearly can’t breathe anymore

After that you feel the chains come off, the chains of just calling your relationship a friendship in disguise. You quickly rid yourselves of your clothes, leaving you both naked on her bed, with her on top, she looks better than your mind could of ever imagined

She’s gentle kissing and whispering in your ear as she fucks you with her soft slender fingers and it feels so goddamn good after all these months of using your own hand, all those times you’ve imagined this, you can’t help but come within minutes moaning out Cynthia’s name

She tells you, you did so good and licks her fingers clean, which makes you moan again, after that you kiss all over her body, worshipping her before settling in between her thighs and eating her out, her hand firmly keeping you in place not to mention her thighs wrapping around your head as she comes so very hard, you drink up all she has to offer

After that you actually call your relationship what it is; you two dating. You’re both very happy and Cynthia’s grandmother, Carolina can’t be more happy for you both of you (tbh she’s just happy you both finally stopped lying to yourselves and is very supportive)

You hold hands in public, she kisses you on the cheek too, lots and lots of cuddling at home together.

Everyone says you two are the cutest and most wholesome couple and you couldn’t agree more

It's my Birthday!

March 19th and im a year closer to meeting Arceus lucky me! So here is some of my Pokémon simps headcannons as to how they would celebrate your birthday. (I was going to do my top 5 simps but they are all from different things so I'm gonna leave those to myself) There will be no Scarlett and violet characters. They will be in they're own post (There's a lot I like)

Adaman’s number one rule is that every moment counts. So when it comes to planning your birthday, he makes sure every second he spends planning results in the perfect outcome.

He would make sure to remember all of your favourite things to do and put as many as he can in one day without overdoing it. Adaman was always good at planning. Execution was the problem.

Headstrong and passionate don’t tend to go well together, so no matter how many hours he spends detailing everything. Planning around possible problems; as always something is bound to go wrong.

Surprise bandit attack; Alpha attack; Something happens in the Demand clan; Irida

Will that stop him from making this day all about you? Arceus no! He’s just gonna try harder to make you happy. Even if you're already beaming with the royal treatment he is giving you. Adaman won’t stop until the sun is gone, and he’s carrying you back home.

I would try and pinpoint 1 specific thing he’d do, but Adaman would do basically anything you wanted. Your wish was his command, whatever you wanted to do - he would do. Want to go on a catching spree? Sure. Want to walk along the coastal beach, when do we leave? Want to scale the cobalt mountains to reach the temple of Sinnoh? He’s already racing you up there.

You could drag him to the Alabaster Iceland's and he would follow you like a Fidough. It’s your day and he is going to make damn sure you feel like royalty by the end.

🧡☕Lysandre☕🧡

Lysandre is a busy man. Being the leader of Team flare and running his company and keeping his goal of beauty running smoothly. Time is not something he has! But for his darling's birthday, that's time he is happy to put aside.

He wouldn’t be particularly flashy about what he does for your birthday. He is a gentleman aftercall! Not psychotic at all he's fine i swear. Don’t expect Tengen Uzui to be flashy with him. Lysandre is much more laid back than that. He won’t show you off to the world if you aren't comfortable with it.

His personal life is something he likes to keep behind closed doors, so for your birthday, the most public he would get is taking you out around Lumios, weather that be a shopping spree, a nice conversation at a quiet café. Dinner at a nice restaurant would be a must however. He still wants you to feel special so he will spoil you rotten with gifts. Dudes got the money to burn.

I can see Lysandre planning something beforehand to keep the paparazzi distracted. Like calling in a favour with a friend high up and having them stage something on the other side of the city so you two can be together in peace.

Once you two get home, he will spend the night with you watching any movie or show you want. Reading with you, just talking with you. Anything you want so long as he can see that beautiful smile of yours.

Lysandre will go to bed with you but… It's a 50/50 shot if he will still be in bed when you wake up. If he is there, lucky you! If he isn’t there, expect an apology note written quite detailed and a nice breakfast with a simple apology gift next to it.

💗🐉Raihan🐉💗

Battle dates. This man will take you to every single gym tournament and battle he can just to watch your excited face when something awesome happens. Seeing his treasure smile makes him all bubbly and giddy.

But don’t worry, he isn't;’t just going to drag you around Galar showing you fight after fight. He isn’t that stupid. Raihan would definitely take you flying on Flygon so you can see the beauty of Galar from his view. Though his view won’t be on the land below.

For once, he will not mention Leon’s name once! I didn’t know that was possible but here we are. Today is about you, so Leon is flicked temporarily out of Raihans mind and into the naughty corner.

Photo’s everywhere. Anywhere you two go, he will either stop to take a selfie with you or tell you to go pose somewhere so he can capture the moment. Defiantly will ask you before posting the photo though. Sometimes though he will sneak a photo of you when he thinks you like breath-taking. Something to keep to himself. And don't even think about saying you look bad in one of them, because he will then take a million more to prove you wrong. That or smother you in kisses so you won't say it again.

Raihan will be like Lysander when it comes to gifts. This man will SPOIL YOU! Anything you want, you’d have to grab him by the hood to stop him taking the crowd of people down with him.

He would 1000% be down for a movie marathon as well if you would rather stay inside. He will have a fort built, snacks at the ready and every movie ready.

💜🎮Leon🎮💜

Bless his soul, he has no idea what to do. Leon would want to take you somewhere really nice he found during his travels, if only he could remember which direction it was in. Then he thought about a nice restaurant you had mentioned wanting to try. Which city was that in again? Perhaps he could take you out to the beach, where was that again?

He would leave it at. “I’ll follow you.” So just drag him around with you and he will gladly follow you and do what you wanna do. Just nothing reckless, he won’t do anything that could get you hurt. Unlike Raihan he would avoid battle arenas.

I feel like Leon would 100% be down for a gaming day, he’d let you take him to any game store and buy every game you wanted and just play all of them. Card, board, video all of them. Single player or multiplayer he will be right there cheering you on or giving you competitive gals with a smile.

If you're up for it, Leon would ask if Hop could join you two for a little while, not long as Leon does want to spend the day with you, but Hop sees you as a family too.

Dude cannot read. So do not ask him to read anything, he can’t tell the difference between Your and You’re. But if you like reading out loud, he will have his head in your lap listening to you read if that will make you happy.

Leon would try and make you the best cake he can! We know this man can decorate very well, the baking half is a hit or miss, definitely would have gotten help from an unknown alias. His mom.

🖤🌺Cynthia🌺🖤

Forest date. This woman would give you the royal treatment. Lysander got nothing on this Queen! She will take you anywhere you want for the day. But if you ask her to pick what you do or… a surprise!? She takes that as a challenge. You will most likely wind up on a secluded part of a meadow surrounded by nature.

Tranquil and beautiful, a place for just the two of you to spend time with one another. No champion duties, paparazzi, endless questions of your relationship. Just Her and you.

Cynthia’s Roserade would make it subtly rain rose petals around the area to add to her love for you. If it’s raining, she has a plan for that too. No rain is going to ruin your special day! Hope you like dancing in the rain because she is already dragging you out to the flower meadows to dance with you hand in hand.

You can guarantee she has a picnic somewhere hidden, Where you will never know that. But this woman has come PREPARED! She’s prepared for everything, and your birthday is no exception. She has everything, from your favourite snacks, drinks, everything. Even the blanket is your favourite colour. Cynthia even bought a pillow with her that you could sit on so you wouldn’t be uncomfortable if you wanted it.

Like Raihan her Pokémon would be involved. But instead of flying, she would use her Pokémon to put on a show for you. The rose petals from Roserade being just an example. Her Garchomp would show you a fireworks show when night arrived, along with the help of Togekiss.

She won’t spoil you with gifts. Instead she will have one thing she made for you herself. It won’t be very big, but it will show you the love she has for you. Whatever she made you, expect it to be incredibly meaningful.

💛✨Volo✨💛

Cynthia had to get her skills somewhere and this is where. Volo does everything Cynthia does but somehow even more extra.

If Cynthia gives you the royal treatment, he is giving you the Deity treatment. Man has Giratina at his call, he can literally give you anything! And he will use it to his advantage at every chance he gets. He will use his craftsman skills to make you a bracelet with all of the stones on as a mark of your journey together. If you want him to make another so you can match, oh look he already did! What are the chances?

This man will take you EVERYWHERE! Even places you have never been to before on the back of Giratina, he will show you the world most don’t get to see. The world he will build for you. But he won’t spoil that surprise.

He would definitely make you food, he travels alot so cooking is a must know skill. So your birthday with him isn't a day, it's a whole week. And every time he makes you something it is completely different. Volo is taking zero shortcuts on this adventure. He may have a Deity on his team, his Deity is sat infornt of him admiring the stars.

Speaking of Stars. Stargazing is a must on every clear night you two get. He would lay his jacket down for you to lay on and look up at the sky together.

Volo would make sure to stop around different areas and tell you about the history there, watching your expression carefully to see the enthusiasm and curiosity on it which just makes him want to try harder to get that smile to stay there.

He will also use his trade skills to get you something that caught your eye from wherever he took you. Volo may have money but he will use his skills where he can. Giratina isn’t the only benefit he has. Dude is a travelling merchant after all. He has more knowledge than everyone combined. Expect him to show you off however. He loves you more than anything, and wants the world to know that.

Sorry it took so long, and that I didn't realy post anything In a longer while, I wasn't feeling very motivated, once again I apologize for that!

🍦She would be surprised to say the least, she realy underestimated you.

🍦 While she knew you were an extremly talented trainer, she would never have thought that you'd be capable of beating the Elite 4, her and becoming the Champion.

🍦Like I mentioned in a diffrent post, Cynthia isn't the Kidnapy type, and you becoming the Champion (most likely) wouldn't make her abduct you. Especialy since you being a stronger trainer than her would make it complicated

🍦 I don't think Cynthia would mind it too much realy, since you're the champion now, she can spend my more time with you under the excuse of "showing you the ropes"

Ok, so do think that you can do relationship hcs for Cynthia, Lusamine, Diantha from Pokemon?

The fact that a Pokemon request of all things took so damn long is baffling but whatever. Minimalistic post since I don't have banners for Pokemon and I don't feel like going through Tumblr gifs to find a decent one for everyone.

God this took way too long. Writer's block struck at the worst possible time.

Cynthia

-Cynthia's occupation as champion keeps her quite busy. Neither of you particularly enjoy this but that's just how the cookie crumbles as they say.

-Despite that, she's surprisingly good at separating work from her personal life. When the League's finding itself in a slow season and new trainers aren't running amok around Sinnoh she'll always manage to find time for you.

-She's extremely supportive of whatever you do and will be there all the way. Wanna be a trainer too? Congratulations, you have a world class mentor. Wanna be an archeologist, she will nerd out about ancient mythology with you all you want and join you on your excavations. Anything you wanna do, Pokemon-related or not, has her full support.

-Between her mythological studies on the side with her work and training as champion, there are moments she overworks herself. You'll need to play the role of caretaker and bring her back down to Earth.

-Of course despite this, it doesn't stop her from doing the same for you when necessary. Gently pushing you to go to sleep, preparing a fresh cup of your favorite warm drink, or knocking you out with a bat hugging you from behind to relax you.

-Her Pokemon quickly form an attachment to you, they see her family as theirs, too. Seeing her terrifying, nightmare inducing Garchomp acting like a big puppy will never get old.

-If you have a team of their own, they get quite protective, especially the unevolved, inexperienced ones. At least until you end up catching up to them, which they eventually will under their tutelage.

Lusamine

-Realistically, you really only get close enough to be in a relationship if you start as an employee at the Aether Foundation. Your hard-working attitude and sincere kindness towards the Pokemon they take care of quickly grabs her attention. Something about you just stood out even among the similar employees working under her.

-The relationship instantly is declared to be a secret, she still needs to keep a professional appearance at work. In private though is a different story.

-Once you do manage to win Lusamine's heart, she's extremely attached and clingy. Considering how her last relationship ended, she will not let you go. And you can bet that you're not touching anything involving Ultra Wormholes with a 40 foot pole.

-Very physically clingy all around despite what your first impressions of her might have been. It's a pleasant surprise when she finally drops the professional facade around you and craves gentle intimacy.

-It's only natural that Lillie and Gladion quickly become a big part of your life considering how big of a part they are in Lusamine's. Being there for them is a requirement in your relationship.

-It takes a while for them to warm up to you, but they do eventually. Lillie's much more open about it, happy to have a second parent in her life again. Gladion does try to keep up the edgy persona, but he does become fond of you, albeit shown very subtly.

-It's a very surprisingly domestic relationship after the whole Ultra Space incident. A very happy family picture with Lillie and Gladion around.

Diantha.

-Much like the last two ladies, very busy. Being a champion and a movie star means she's not exactly swimming in free time. Whenever you two do get to go out together, disguises are needed thanks to her fame.

-Dating Diantha means your fashion sense sees a noticeable improvement. Mostly to have effective disguises so you can go out in public without being hounded by paparazzi. It's actually quite pleasant when it works.

-You learn to spot her out in public regardless of what she's wearing as she beckons you over to a nice cafe or restaurant she wants to try with you. Kalos is known for it's exquisite fine dining, whatever gets her approval is bound to be the good stuff.

-The public is inevitably soon going to find out you're dating THE Diantha. You're gonna become a bit of a celebrity yourself whether you like it or not. If you're pursuing anything to do for a living, you're at the very least gonna get eyes on it, fortunately. You two immediately become Kalos' power couple.

-If you have a Pokemon capable of Mega Evolution, Diantha will be your number one fan and mentor in helping you achieve that power. She's about the best you could ask for in this regard, her ace is a Psychic type that she Mega Evolves, after all.

-Despite all the glamor and lights, she does crave something of a domestic life. She very much appreciates a more traditional partner there for the long run who wants the same thing. To her, buying a house and settling down is her ultimate goal, and showing you want the same makes you two pretty much set for life.

A Handful of Headcanons

These are, uh, kinda unhinged.

I love Nemona with my whole heart and soul, but I almost always write her (and you, dear reader) as being insanely oblivious because I just can't help myself. Every time I saw her in my Scarlet playthrough all I could think was “You wanna kiss me so bad you look stupid” because that is exactly what she’s like.

Her friends have been telling her for the past Arceus knows how long about her crush, but she never understood where they were coming from. Her obliviousness is completely impenetrable, it’s insane. They’re all pulling their hair out by her inability to recognize her own damn feelings.

Like, it’s to the point that her friends think she’s worried about people’s reaction to her being gay. Penny will casually tell Nemona that everyone was fine with her being gay or bi or whatever but Nemona’s just genuinely a dumbass when it comes to romantic feelings.

(It’s funny, really, because anyone that would have a problem with her sexuality would never voice it lest they get their ass kicked but I digress.)

But when she realizes it? It’s fucking over. Her entire perspective has changed and she is now a new person. She now spends her nights staring at the ceiling plagued by thoughts of you. She could never fall asleep when thinking about holding your soft hand, or playing with your hair, or feeling your lips against her own. Occasionally, her thoughts become unsavory, and it never fails to make her feel like a complete creep because she shouldn’t be thinking of you like that.

When around you, she manages to act pretty normal. She’s too distracted by you to be overthinking her own feelings. The most she’ll do is just… look at you, but kinda intensely.

She’s just in so much awe at your existence, how you could look so beautiful, so elegant, just sitting there. Your every action sets her heart ablaze. Please give her affection, she deserves it even if she can be inexplicably stupid at times.

Cynthia would be such a wife-guy, it’s unreal. I have given this much thought. Sometimes I think about those alignment chart memes and everytime I do I think about the champions in regards to how they would treat their partner and, without fail, Cynthia and Leon fall into the wife-guy section and I will not elaborate further (that is a lie I will elaborate if asked).

People across the world look up to Cynthia as a pillar of strength, as a serious badass who could curb stomp you with a single look. These people have no idea how much of a nerd she is, but they sure as hell know how much she loves her wife.

Every interview she’s ever in, she will bring you up. No matter how much you might beg or plead her to, to avoid the embarrassment of her unabashed declarations of love, she will not stop. She cannot stop herself even if she wanted to.

She is the definition of relationship goals. All of her interviews have comments like “get you a girl who will talk about you like how Champion Cynthia talks about her wife” under them.

And she absolutely adores your embarrassed reaction to them, too. You just look so adorable when you’re flustered. Don’t worry, she won’t tease you that much, that’s not really her style. She’ll always make it up with hugs and kisses and chocolate and anything else your heart may desire. She loves you more than anything else, after all.

Geeta is lowkey a sugar mommy, no matter what. Certified Girlboss™ over here is so busy, which she’s not inherently against as a workaholic, but it does prevent her from seeing you.

And so whenever she does get time for you, she will spoil you. Gift giving is her way of showing affection, at least when it comes to you. She’s practically made of money, please spend as much as you want. It’s her treat and you deserve it. Don’t even think about pulling out your purse or wallet, she will not let you pay.

During quiet moments in her day, she’ll pull up a store on her phone and scroll until she finds something you’d like. She’ll be scrolling through fancy-smancy stores during an important meeting or when talking to someone like Nemona or Clavell because she just thought of the most darling thing to get you and she needs to find something suitable this instant. And she’s not slacking off or not paying attention, either, she knows exactly what is being said around her.

She’s also shameless. On more than one occasion, someone’s seen her looking for fancy, incredibly expensive lingerie. They’re incredibly embarrassed about it, but Geeta doesn’t care. She is in no way flustered or worried, just amused by their reaction.

If you don’t live together, she’ll totally send packages to your house or apartment. She’ll usually tell you, but sometimes she just doesn’t and suddenly you're opening your door in the morning only to be greeted by several packages.

Not so much of a headcanon as much as it is a concept, but Courtney and Shelly pining for the same person. That’s it, that is the thought,

These two are their own brands of unhinged, and they would absolutely rip the other to shreds if it meant winning your heart. Courtney is just batshit insane. She’s feral. She’s completely unhinged and would go to any lengths necessary to get you by her side, no matter how much she has to dirty her hands to do so.

Shelly is also unhinged, but she’s far more calculated. She’s part of the brains behind Team Aqua, and so she’s not going to take action without considering all her possibilities first. She’ll go to the same lengths Courntey will go to, but she'll consider all her actions before making a commitment.

There is very little you can even do in this scenario. They would choke each other out with their bare hands if it meant having you. Don’t think this can end in dating both, they would never tolerate the other. They’re just going to continuously fight each other, try to one up each other, until one of them snaps.

Drasna is severely slept on. I don’t even have a grand vision to put here. There is no idea, there is no headcanon, and there is no scenario. All you get is the concept of Drasna.

Just like… look at her. She borders on milf and gilf, she is decorated in dragon bones, she is sweet and kind and could kick your ass. She is gentle and loving but changes into cold and savage when in the midst of battle.

She could curb stomp your ass any day of the week, and you (by which I mean me) would thank her. Not that she ever would. She cares about you too much! If you did battle her, she would attempt to go a bit easier on you, toning down the intensity a bit, but it slips out every now and then.

Also, do you think she’d have fangs? That’s how all the dragon tamers are in my head, so it’s not really Drasna specific. Actually, don’t answer that, she totally does because it’s my fanfic and I get to make the rules.

Anyways, Drasna would totally live in a cute little cottage. She’s from Celestic Town (apparently), so she likely prefers a quieter, humbler lifestyle. That is to say, you get to live with her in a cute little house that’s surrounded by nature and is also covered in dragons. You get to unwind at the end of the day by sitting in your cute little garden with her, and isn’t that just the dream?

…. How do we feel about gilfs? Like, in general. Milfs are pretty unanimous, I think. We all love a hot mom, but what about hot grandmas? I say that like the Pokemon grandmas are hot which I don’t think they are (except Cogita, obviously) but like… is there a consensus on this?

I don’t know man, when I look at Agatha and Bertha and Opal it’s just like… that’s a grandma. She’d bake you cookies and ask you about school or work. Agatha has an implicit risk, as you will be jumpscared by her ghosts. She’s also a little bitter and would totally just bitch about the people that get on her nerves. She’s old, she doesn’t care about anything anymore.

Bertha is the kind grandma who always asks if you want to help her make the cookies (she will not be offended if you decline). She’ll ask how your life is and will give you so much useful advice. She’ll also tell stories from her youth, and she looks so happy when she does it. She’s just nice, that's all I have to say.

Opal. Oh Opal. This specimen already has the cookies baked when you show up at her door unannounced. She knew you would be coming. Come sit down and complain about your life. She wants all of the gossip. Tell her everything, especially about your love life. Be careful about what you tell her, though, because she will not hold back when giving you her opinion.

Sorry I couldn't help myself. I had to write this out. I’ll go back to the regular headcanons.

Regular is a strong word. I desire Sada carnally. She is broken and I can fix her, okay? I have thought about this a lot, and I would subject you to all of those thoughts in incredible detail if I was strong enough to truly capture her image.

Real talk though. Sada is hesitant to fall in love again. She’s gone through a messy divorce before, and doesn't want to go through that kind of thing ever again. But she couldn’t help but fall in love with you, which leads to one of two things happening.

There’s the realistic option, that her love for you will make her work even harder towards finding paradise, which basically just leads to how the game plays out. She spends more and more time in the crater until she decides to move into it and eventually gets got by Koraidon, but you don’t know that. It would suck, but you would not be totally alone as you would have Arven there, going through the same thing. At the very least, he’ll turn out slightly better (until he has to tell you that Sada’s been dead for Arceus knows how long).

But that’s sad, so I present to you the ideal option, that her love for you makes her realize how damaging her workaholic nature has been. She’ll be able to take a step back from her work, from the time machine and Area Zero, and just be able to live in the moment with you and Arven, like a normal family.
