A system or a headmate that’s originated from believing, having faith or having the certainty of, itself makes it own existence, even if have faith or believe before it happens.

For example, believing that your head will generate a headmate makes your system get one, having faith that your headmate is cool makes it act cool, having certainty that your system will be modified, affect reality, and your thoughts and your own system change based on your force of belief.

We have been in the mogai community for many years now and adore the labels and people so we’ve come here with our partner sys to make some of our own! We are bodily 18, intersex to female (transfem), two spirit, as well as an abro-lesbian! We hoard many other terms and modifiers but those are our main label identities. As for our system we are a diagnosed DID system, disordered, polycon/consciousflux, gateway, spiritual, adaptive, and mixed origin of some kind. ALL systems are beautiful, valid, and integral members of the plural community. Not every system will use or benefit from -genic or other origin labels, and that’s okay! There is nothing wrong with accepting your system as it is, and choosing not to label how your system formed. So here’s to all the systems who don’t identify with origin labels!

You deserve the right to define your own system and experiences with terminology that works best for you - and if -genic and origin labels don’t work, it’s okay to simply not use them! Choosing to not us these labels does not make you any less plural, or any less of a cherished and integral part of our community and spaces. In fact, your unique perspectives are a benefit to the plural community, and we are so happy to have you here!

We coined a new system consciousness label!

Linkconscious:

A system or plural collective that is primarily polyconscious, but members periodically link and become aware of one another’s thoughts and emotions. In a linkconscious system, links do not only happen in the front, and they are not typically facilitated. The links do not cause members to blend, instead they maintain full awareness of whom the thoughts and feelings belong to. Links may happen between any number of members. Links may be as minor as the transferring of one thought, or as major as days of transferring every thought and feeling.

Any plural or system may use this label as long as they are accepting of all origins and types of plurality.

The flag color meanings:

Shades of brown: the spectrum of linked experiences

White: all plural types and origins

Shades of green: the spectrum of polyconsciousness

We chose a tree for the symbol because trees are primarily individual entities, but are linked together through their root system.
