I am so stressed out. Today has been an AWFUL day for my anxiety and stress. First I yet again had to chase up my mental health team for an appointment and the first lady I spoke to was not outright rude rude but she was not great either. She just made my anxiety so much worse I was like voice trembling super sweating level of anxiety kind of a miracle I didn’t have a panic attack on the phone to her. I managed to get a last minute appointment as someone had made a cancellation so that’s on Thursday and tomorrow is my first therapy session in a month due to both mine and my therapists schedules meaning we had to cancel multiple sessions. Appointments really stress me out with my mental health team/psychiatrist because of the trauma I went through with my last one and it doesn’t help that as soon as I was transferred over here right off the bat I had to continually chase them up about anything and I got put in between a difference of opinion between my care co-ordinater and someone else who I always forget her actual job title tbh as my old CMHT didn’t have whatever she is and she said she made the role for herself so idk. So that was not fun and it doesn’t help that this place doesn’t actually let you see a specific psychiatrist like at my old place you would essentially get ‘assigned’ a psychiatrist and that’s who’d you see every appointment which is nice right (well so long as you get along with them) especially because it means they are familiar with you and your ongoing treatment especially as often times the write up notes sent to the GP aren’t as accurate or well documented compared to the actual check ups themselves so if you see a different psychiatrist every time all they have to go on is these poorly documented notes and that’s if they even find the time to read them given they are understaffed and overworked - more patients than psychiatrists to actually treat them means too many patients landing on each psychiatrist and not enough time. To the point I actually found out today that they have a waiting list for just general check up appointments with psychiatrists. Yes waiting lists are common for therapy or anything outside of seeing your psychiatrist or maybe I was lucky at my old CMHT because there was never a ‘waiting list’ my previous psych in my last appointment said he’d see me in 4-6 weeks well not him personally but that basically I’d have a check up then which is standard when medications are changed or upped you usually see a patient more often and its in my experience always been within a 4-6 week period. So there’s nothing odd about this except for the fact that’s not accurate and my ability to get an appointment is at the mercy of admin staff who may or may not understand the importance of receiving a timely appointment when meds are being upped.

Right before therapy?? Which he did do that i think in my last therapy session actually #So now im super stressed out

Things that "allegedly" happened at the Aus tour that might have caused William to initiate the royal foundation split asap -

1. Jason stayed back in London at KP and did not accompany the couple to Australia. Quite a bit of the HnM staff went to Australia but point of contact the remained Jason in London. The harkle shenanigans were directly reported to Jason at KP during this time. And maybe Jason talked to William while Harry was away

2. Jessica accompanied Meghan as her stylist. But essentially Meghan and Jessica treated it as a holiday and wanted to do holiday stuff even though the couple's schedule was packed. Rumours are that Jessica/Meghan billed Clarence house for this styling expenses.

3. Meghan sort of sabotaged Invictus and wanted to be there with Harry at every Invictus appearance and give a speech as well. Harry in the end, ditched Invictus and only did a couple of appearances to give a speech. But did not meet with the organizers or the participants. While this is not related to RF or KP directly, it showed bad faith. Now we know they did mistreat David Beckham.

4. Jessica's husband Ben had also come over from Canada with a crew. This was done in the garb of covering invictus but rumours were that Meghan wanted to do an exclusive interview about her pregnancy. The staff put a stop to this. Seems like this was a similar arrangement to what the couple eventually did in SA with Bradby and the "no one asked if im okay" interview.

5. Meghan's people had kinda roped in Jaguar to be Invictus sponcers and arranged a Jaguar to be gifted to Ben as a thank you gift for the exclusive interview with the Canadian network. Staff got to know and put a stop to it becoming news. Rumours are that Ben then flew back, but still got the Jaguar.

6. Meghan did not like staying at the governor generals official residence. Esp since Jessica was with her. She wanted the whole house as opposed to a wing. Jason and the KP team had to sort that headache out and smooth it out with the Australian team. Meghan remained mad.

7. She had an argument with the Governor generals wife, allegedly over staff treatment. rumours are that Meghan used the F- word and rolled her eyes. Happened in front of KP and aus staff. This was pretty much a diplomatic incidence and BP+govt got involved.

8. She wanted to accompany Harry at every one of his solo engagements. This caused quite a bit of hassles last minute. They were late to nearly all their engagements.

9. The blood diamond earrings situation happened. She wore the earrings without letting the staff know. KP/London staff were told one thing and issued a statement but later were told by staff in Australia about the true provenance. From a diplomatic pov this was a very bad look but Meghan said she did not care.

10. Tea throwing incidence happened and tea allegedly spilled over one of her PAs. That PA was being bullied by Meghan for a while and decided to leave. She was paid and an iron clad NDA had to be signed. But this incidence became quite an big legal issue for KP and there was allegedly a super injunction about this.

11. Jason decided to officially forward the bullying complaint to Simon case, BP HR and CH in writing. And maybe talked to William because staff's mental health was at stake.

12. She walked out of the UN women engagement after 10min and berated her staff, while at the venue, for arranging this. She allegedly ripped her Amy and her female body guard a new one infront of everyone, including royal rota. Amy cried. And the female bodyguard handed in her resignation that day.

13. She allegedly skipped/ditched some engagements to go to a spa/resort with Jessica. This caused some embarrassment because a lot of people had put in a lot of time and efforts into making these happen- reporters, organizers, local authorities, security, attending public and staff were all left embarrassed.

14. She was merching throughout the tour. She had arranged for merching deals and freebies and the staff wasn't made aware. Ethically, this caused quite some problems for KP. Gifts were also accepted in Australia personally by the couple against staff advice.

15. The pricetag on one of her dresses was left on when she walked out of a plane. She was embarrassed and ripped into her assistant for that. That was a merch which went wrong for her.

16. The couple was rude to the royal rota throughout. Even though the rota had been previously briefed about the kind of coverage Meghan wanted. Jason had to frantically be smooth things over constantly from London to ensure positive coverage from the press.

17. At least 4 members of meghans staff handed in their notice while on tour. This got back to KP/William who felt they had to act asap.

18. The couple constantly rowed while in Australia, and staff was put in an impossible sandwich situation while dealing with two. Both H and M were constantly on social media checking commments and were issued that public was criticising Meghan. They constantly telling staff to cover social media and clab back, instead of doing actual work.

Thank you so much! I remembered it was a disaster, but I’d forgotten some of the details.

They also took some vacation days at a resort, and there were rumors it was a freebie. And she made that speech claiming she’d paid her way through Northwestern and her dad and sister clapped back at that.

It really was a nightmare. I smh whenever Harry claims his family was jealous about how well they did in Australia.

Hey I did your meditation again last night but since you said not to talk on dm I was scared to write you there about it!

Last night I was sleepy & tried & I put on your MediaFire meditation on but this time I put it on & slept in my usual sleeping position & then followed along. After about 10mins I could bearly hear the audio genteelly the sound & sensation disappeared!

I was super sleepy & almost a sleep but while I was conscious enough to know all this but then I stayed in that state for about 20-30mins more & then I slept without affirming for my void list!

My main concern now is I don’t remember to affirm I know the void state is no intrusive thoughts state but I literally have no thoughts then how can I affirm for my void list?

Now I am kinda comfortable with meditation & I am doing your void hypnosis meditation now! Only thing is I do it lying on my stomach

Hakuoki Drama CD - Shimabara Disturbance Track 2 English translation

Heya, I know this is late... but my eye problems continued until the symptoms got better last Tuesday, on April 2nd. Long story short, I had difficulties keeping my eyes physically open without them feeling irritated or hurting after 6pm, which really cut away my time to translate for the past two weeks as I normally translate in the evenings, which didn’t help when I was actively cutting back on my screen time while that happened. Overall, my symptoms seemed to have cleared up for the most part since I started using Hypochlorous acid as recommended by my optometrist and I have thankfully stopped needing to walk around with a damp towel everywhere for relief.

Anyway, I decided to post these as soon as I finish them to make up for the post-less March... I’m about a quarter way through track 3 (it and track 4 are over 10min), but I already have 5 and 6 done so it hopefully won’t take too long? I’m really sorry bout that!

Also, for various reasons, I've decided not to tag the characters for the rest of this drama for the time being. I'll tag them a week after I post the last track... if I remember to.

Stretching your limbs oh so freely, you hit snooze on your alarm. 6:30am giving you just enough time to get yourself ready for the day. You slipped on your bedroom slippers, making way to your bathroom. Grabbing the toothpaste, you where quick to brush your teeth. Skincare, Hair and Makeup following shortly after. Taking a step over to your closet you wanted your outfit to be perfect! This year is going to be the highlight of your life and you mean it. 6am alarm goes off. Have existential crisis for fifteen minutes

6:15am undignified flop out of bed. Brush teeth, sunscreen, deodorant. Get confused by socks.

6:30am feed guinea pigs, take meds. 10mins of existential crisis.

7am rush out of door in a panic only to discover train is late/cancelled.

What do these people do which makes them morning people? When do they have their existential crises?

Maryland Opinion

Ok, so. It's late, but I have to share my thoughts. This is spoiler free at first:

- first of all, I am BLOWN AWAY. I loved every minute of it

- it was rather slow and pretty much completely character-driven, but gods, I could not stop watching until I had finished it

- Eve has been chronically underused in most of her roles, but this show really drove home just how much. The acting of literally everyone was phenomenal, but Eve's and Suranne's especially. There was just... so much raw emotions.

- pretty much from the first minute I loved Rosaline, and the character development was hella satisfying

- despite it being mostly tragic all-around, there was a lot of humour, mostly through Rosaline. So I really enjoyed that. And it was the sort of humour that shouldn't crack you up, but does

- all in all, it's a really good show and everyone involved should get awards for it, but I'm not sure how much general audiences will like it. Like I said, it's gripping bc of the characters and not much through the story imo

Here is the spoiler part (episodes 1-3):

- I can't help myself...I'm shipping her with the taxi driver. The scene at the lake might have been slightly cheesy but I totally melted. And the way she talked to him at his house...about her sickness. That really hit me hard.

- then there is the fight between her and Becca, where all the burried resentment comes out and she screams "this conversation makes me want to kill myself". I forgot to breathe for a moment. At the time we still didn't know that the cancer hadn't returned...

- when they read their mum's letter...the way she sobbed. Ngl it broke my heart... completely.

- when they identified their mum's body ... I just knew how their characters would react even before they got there. That's how well they established them in the first like 10min. Also...that tear...pls end me

- the way that I found most of their feelings and reactions so believable...loved it.

- but I have to admit, I am not a huge fan of love declarations and the sort of messages that their mum wrote them, or the discussion between Becca and her husband at the beach. That's the only stuff that seemed slightly artificial to me. The rest was really life-like in my opinion.

- and my concluding statement: Eve looked stunning. That's nothing new, but it had to be said.

another long ramble this wont get out of my head!! ur words hav enlightened me! a bit wish washy i may hav repeated some stuff but man i hav sooo many thoughts. when u mentioned how some of ur favorite prog rock songs feel more like a journey rather than conventional music experiences it rlly struck a chord in me. rlly! its such an interesting take bc it did make me reflect a bit on king crimson's *titles* in particular and their longer songs, specifically. theyre like chapters, is what ive came to realize a bit too late knowing ive been listening to king crimson since 2021... i really wish i had taken the time to delve into their lyrics. (moreover on lyrics, i did have a long conversation about starless w a friend before,, i really liked the themes of torn relationships and betrayal within the song! richard palmer james, someone who helped write the song stated that the song was actually about ending a friendship of sorts. interesting. [http://www.elephant-talk.com/wiki/Interview_with_Richard_Palmer-James_in_Tylko_Rock], tho honestly i could see many other interpretations of it. another song i analyzed, that time on my own, was fallen angel... which still makes me pretty damn emotional to this day.) the narrative parts of kc makes me think of lizard (the song, not the entire album), part one being labelled "prince rupert awakes", w v lively and descriptive lyrics. (expressing themes of royalty and social hierarchy. alluding to rupert's arrogance in being able to wipe out the enemy.) and then nearing the end of the song, is "prince rupert's lament", paired w an instrumental which expresses his death in battle!! while i hav listened to this song countless times (inadvertently bc spotify's shuffle features sucks ass) and have gotten a bit frustrated, i never rlly took the time to rlly take a look into the *beauty* of the lyrics of lizard... i jus rlly appreciate how subtle yet very profound and rhythmic the lyrics are... even if it seems like gibberish at first glance u can still make out some sort of meaning given that u have the patience n time. jus like listening to the song itself u have to take in all elements of sight (reading, obviously jbddb) and hearing.

i love the attention to detail in verses 4 and 5 in part 3 (battle of glass tears) (moreover i think this is one of the most beautiful fuckin things ive heard in a king crimson song), showing the passage of time from night to day as the soldiers fearfully yet ambitiously prepare for battle. as soon as the sun rose, they (id presume) said their prayers before they marched into battle. usually sunrise is associated with more positive emotions, but in this case id assume rupert and all of his underlings died. glass tears are also a real-life phenomena, very strong hardened glass... earlier in the song there were allusions to eyelids being torn (ouch) and yeah i can see the logic behind that bc glass cuts thru things. i think it touches on the bloodshed and lament of the battle rupert and his soldiers fought!

i feel the last portion of the rlly ties into the darker aspects of the song which i had overlooked, initially...!!! i feel that part of the prog rock experience, at least w listening to king crimson, is to immerse urself in the lyrics i guess. cuz while u may get a good 10min of instrumentals (bolero), i jus find it so fascinating that even smthn as "simple" as that could withold immense meaning to the artist which makes it shine or stick out.... fripp mentioned that the segment of lizard, bolero, was the only thing that didnt cause him intense misery. (https://www.dgmlive.com/diaries/Robert%20Fripp/simon-amp-robert-have-returned-210916) which obvs provides a lot of insight into the making of the song and album itself. twas a bit critically received and fripp called ppl who liked lizard "strange" iirc. heh. i enjoyed looking up random ass takes abt this song online. and also using my own brain. i think it adds to the experience a lot, like i said. i should def go check out echoes by pink floyd and take ur interpretation into consideration, ofc. X)

I don't have much to add since I haven't thought about them as much as you have, but yeah, absolutely. Progressive rock is fantastic at immersion and telling stories through the music just as much as the lyrics. Some of my favorite songs seem strange on the surface, but become better with thought and repeat listens. Hope you like Echoes, of course. (Pink Floyd also made an abridged 16-minute version a little while later, which I think was a good call despite my love for the original.)
