So. Hear me out. - Clint either 1) is living in the vents of Avengers Tower, hidden from the other avengers, or 2) has nests in the vents and spends most of his non-social time there instead of in his room. (because when you're a kid and your adults are not trustworthy your bed is not the safe place it should be while small cramped spaces could be instead, and old habits die hard even when you're grown-up and the tallest baseline human you know). - He is not quite up-to-date on everything the other avengers are doing because either 1) he's not actually supposed to be there and sometimes you have to choose between more information and staying undetected, or 2) he was undercover /hurt /on a SHIELD mission /on holidays with his family /blowing shit up with Kate and maybe he hasn't told people he's back yet. - Bucky was only just brought back by Steve, and emphatically does not know Clint is there. Maybe he knows of him, maybe he does not, but he sure doesn't know he's lurking in the vents. - So they're both very surprised when they're all "intruder!" and they encounter each other.

A scene in the Venom movie I found hilarious (Anne doesn't call him out on it in the movie, I think Venom's dialog is internal): Venom is the one telling Eddie he needs to apologize to Anne for snooping through confidential work files on her computer (without her knowledge nor consent) and then publicly using them in his investigations, consequently losing her her job. Despite, you know, Eddie being human, and Venom not, and apologizing being very culturally-dependent besides (and Eddie's whole job being about him having social interaction with other people! And ethics being kinda important in journalism).
