Guys I made Noatmeal and I thought it was going to be meh but it was freaking incredible.
I got most of my inspiration from this recipe but I'll post my tweaks below:
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup almond milk
4 tbsp hemp seeds
4 tbsp almond flour
4 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp flax-meal
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp of butter
A few drops of vanilla extract
pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Sugar free maple syrup to taste
sprinkle of cinnamon
Strawberries + almond butter for topping
Add all ingredients (except maple syrup, butter, vanilla extract, strawberries, and almond butter) to a medium size sauce pan over medium to low heat.
Mix well. It will start to thicken up right away but keep stirring until it's warmed through. Around 5 minutes but watch closely.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla, butter, and syrup.
Pour into bowls and top with strawberries and almond butter.
So so so so so damn good. And filling. I only was able to finish half. I highly recommend this recipe and will be making it again.

wow i feel so good about today :) i woke up and my discipline is paying off - i was back to 124.3 pounds this morning. and it was the first day of the couch to 5k program. feeling the sun and the breeze this morning was life-giving, and the somewhat cold shower i had when i got home felt so good too.
for breakfast this morning, i had noatmeal, following the wholesome yum recipe. lunch was a leftover chicken breast with some veggies, plus one chocolate cupcake.

l: ~40 (approximate because i don’t have cupcake specifics)

total: ~55
i have pole today at 6-8pm, so i was going to eat dinner when i got home at 8:30pm. i was thinking of just doing salmon, but now that i’m thinking about it, i’d have to thaw the salmon for at least thirty minutes... it’s time to pivot. i could have some cereal for dinner, or maybe an omelette.

I promise I eat other things aside from noatmeal…just usually not for breakfas… I promise I eat different issues apart from noatmeal ... simply often not for breakfast. Hempseeds and flax as a base (as standard) with peanut butter blended in.
