EGG FAST DAY 1 MEAL 3 I almost didn’t eat this meal. 2 Instapot eggs topped with mayo and Tajin and some smoked cheddar cheese. ▫️ I packed these up to eat before our women’s life group but I was just not hungry. I wanted to eat them so I don’t even think about the good food and treats that are always available. ▫️ Rule is to have last egg at least 3 hours before bed. I did get a bit hungry after the meeting was over. WEDNESDAY IS CORN DOG DAY I had not made them these corn dogs in a while. The dough recipe by @ditchthecarbs in the pictures has been the best one for me and use it for their corn dogs, kolaches, pizza and other foods. ▫️ These are more like super long pigs in a blanket but kiddos like them.
