Mango and Pineapple Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 small pineapple, peeled and cubed
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the mango, pineapple, kiwi fruit, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice.
3. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture and toss to coat.
4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
Enjoy this refreshing and healthy fruit salad as a dessert or a snack!

I’m thankful to God for these healthy and delicious foods!! This is a quinoa bowl I made for the first time! I seasoned the quinoa with salt, vegan butter, and garlic powder. Then I added refried beans (I love the Ducal brand), mashed avocado, corn, and a salsa/pico de gallo mix (from @goyafoods)! Then on the side I have vegan popcorn chicken (from @morningstarfarms) which is AMAZING, and then some sesame seed crackers (from @crunchmastercrackers), but I forgot what flavor it was lol (maybe the regular sea salt one). Then there are teriyaki stir fried vegetables (from @yourtaylorfarms) which is also so good!! For the dipping sauce in the middle, it was the Polynesian Sauce from @chickfila!! Hi there! I made a whole wheat bread❤️it turned out amazing so I thought I would share it with you!
The recipe base is from kalcirecept.hu

But I added some of my own ideas:
Whole wheat bread:
🟣500 g of whole wheat flour
🟣100 g of wheat gluten (to raise its protein level)
🟣10 g /or a teaspoon of salt
🟣250g fresh yeast
🟣350 ml of mineral water/or any water but chlorine in tap water kills the yeast (i put in a little less because i also added yoghurt wich is not dry either)
🟣30 g of oil-any oil will do this time I used some olive oil
🟣1 tablespoon of greek natural yoghurt (for taste)
🟣A small clove of garlic (I minced it)
🟣Some caper berries (it gives it a nice taste I promise)
With all this: 40 gramms of this bread is 105 kcal, 13 gramms of carbohydrates and 7,9 gramms of protein

You could add more spices and flavouring according to your liking! I know simple whole wheat bread can be pretty boring or tastless but if you add flavouring you will come to like it!
You mix the flour with the wheat gluten and the salt. Then make a little hole in the mixture and break the yeast to tiny bits and add a pich of sugar or a bit of honey to help the yeast.
You make sure the water is not too cold or too hot because of the yeast-->you need warm water
You put in the water, the yoghurt the flavours, the oil and start to mix it till it all combines and stays together, and let it sit in a warm place for 20 minutes covered with something flanel or dishclothe
Then you gently knead it over a little bit and let it rest for 20 minutes
Then you put it on a tray or a mold or something you can put in the oven. Make make cuts on the top of it then turn on the oven to
230°C and let it rest for 20 minutes
Before putting it in sprinkle it with some water.
In the oven I had it for 20 minutes of 230°C then I turned on the fan covered the top of it because it was burning a little bit and turned down the heat to 200°C for 25-30 minutes

We've been passing by Soy & Bean Stores 豆腐小店 thinking that they only sell taho drinks and desserts. Turns out it also offers Chinese Tofu (50php/400grams), Korean Tokwa (50php/400grams) and even Sisig Tofu (130php/tub). Just like any Asian household, we often use Chinese Tofu and Korean Tokwa as an affordable, healthy and versatile food ingredient. 2/2/23 walked on the treadmill for an hour today. My body is sore but my heart is happy for going that long.

My fiancé is my +1 at the gym. I’m blessed to be with such a supportive partner.
I’ve been playing around with intermittent fasting, but today I did have a nitro cold brew from Starbucks with just a splash of cream. I needed it to make it through my morning. I was babysitting my nephew late last night. For lunch I had about 1 1/2 cups of my dads homemade chili (literally the best and you can’t convince me otherwise) with a banana and some homemade blueberry banana bread. Dinner is roasted chicken sausage with veggies over cauliflower rice 🤤

Low carb lasagne❤️🥺🥒🍝 made with swapping the pasta part with zucchini, so there is only a little amount of carbs in this. But the flavour is sooo amazing. Quite filling for lunch or dinner🌛🌉🌞 Recipe: make a ragu with finely chopped vegetables (carrots🥕, onions🧅, garlic🧄 etc) minced meat and tomato paste.🍅 Flavour it to your liking (I used oregano, basil, garlic, white peppers and salt) Cook it for a few minutes on low heat, so the flavours can come out. Get out a zucchini, wash it, then cut it into thin flat slices, then layer it.
