I went to an egg hunt today. there were lots of kids there. my friends are younger than me, and I think they were trying to be "too cool to participate."

not me tho. I was borderline regressing. running around collecting as many eggs as I could. I had a blast. I LOVE healing my inner child.

I even said to a friend, "where's your inner child ?" and she replied, "she died when I was 8" so I said, "find her and let her play again !!"

lmao whenever i try to tell my parents about my day or something that i did, they have no interest whatsoever

the only time they give a shit about me is when they need something from me or if i did something i wasn’t supposed to, which leads me into the idea that i purposely do bad things to bring some kind of attention to myself because otherwise i’ll never receive it

i have this journal called “story of my life” and it basically asks questions about your life and you just answer it and i was going thru it and there was a question i came upon and i went to go tell my parents and they told me to shut up and go make dinner lol 🫶🏼
