Late night, ptsd attack my brain was fuzzled I dozed off and bam there you where again scratching into my mind making my throat close and my hands shake. I couldn't breath I tried to find every distraction but everyone was asleep, so I paced the room, and I tried so hard--- but still it happened. I got stuck in my head thats what I prefer to call it when Im so aneixous I don't know what's real or whats fake, when I have so many flashbacks Im making mistakes . I can't breath and I stress and then I just flat out make a mess. Those Ptsd attacks are hard, but thinking of the pain you caused , leaves me trapped in the past for a second or two and then I'm just -- trying to exist again with the moments that just happened flashing through my brain . Im sorry to everyone I spammed in these seconds they are getting worse , and I cant seem to stop them . I'm sorry for the seconds I dont understand and thoughts Im lost in. The way my body shakes and the fears I conjure to wipe the real ones away. In these moments all of them seem to be real , yeah -- way to real.
