I sometimes do aesthetic moodboards for comfort reasons, and this next one is like that. The moodboard itself is a Princess Luna one, primarily with purple (and/or blue), stars, moon, and a bit of Astronomy by Conan Gray. The secondary purpose of this moodboard is to comfort people with anxiety (i.e. me and others who struggle with it) Vent in read more, it's optional to read because you don't have to read it. If you do want to, though, I appreciate it because it adds some context to the moodboard and it helps me feel heard and appreciated

In general, the reason I made the moodboard is because right now, the world sucks. You see developments and horrible news regarding real world events. You see people generally being shitty on the internet. You see corporations being greedy and generally shitty to its people. You see society collapsing in on itself. It becomes too much because you want to browse happily and be full of whimsy, but it seems like the bad news just won't set itself aside.

You've practically seen everything at this point. From people trying to live their lives, to people who want to take their enjoyment away. The cycle of evil humans ruining everything they touch continues. Society dooms itself. You hope it passes for the sake of wanting an essence of hope, and it doesn't. It feels like a god damn eternity. During this eternity, it feels like bad people are taking over the world. You just wait, hoping no innocents are hurt, and that there is hope for society to redeem itself and restore faith through kindness.

The only thing you can really do is be aware, be respectful, do simple things to help, and be kind.

It just keeps getting harder because of how overwhelming it is. It keeps getting harder because no matter how much I try to browse to the fullest and enjoy things, something negative makes itself known. It gets harder because I want to hold back sadness and anger and then there's reasons for it.

When will there be a point that society will be good again? When will there be a point that the world does something good?

Cuz tumblr has grown to become something I despise from the rampant transmisogeny and I just don't feel safe here as a trans woman anymore, so I'm thinking of jumping ship to cohost, it would suck to miss out on your art Morgie especially having to miss out on Meradith, so do you have a cohost and if not do you plan on making one??? :33333

Unless cohost has a messaging system, i don't plan on making one, i need to stay where i can actually do business, and lord knows websites like bluesky are a huge waste of my energy if i want to get commissions xP I'm staying put untill a website option with actual possibility for business appears, unfortunately! i really don't like spreading myself thin. I'm still posting on furrafinity though, but taking comms there is *so* impractical...
