One of my hcs for the difference between Germany and Nyo Germany has to be like- While Ludwig was able to chill out and let his guard down over the years, I feel like Monika took much longer and still is a lot more harsher, stricter, and to an extent more commanding than Ludwig. This is mostly because as girl she's most likely faced a lot of misogyny, especially as a female nation in a very patriarchal society. I feel as if in order for her to be taken as a fraction as seriously as Ludwig was, she would feel the need to have to push herself to be more stern and more outspoken than him even as things died down she would still feel the need to be that way.

Regressor!Taishiro Headcanons

(with cg!Monika)

When you work as a pro-hero for long enough, eventually you come to see everything the hero course attempted to prepare you for. Even the stuff that seemed like you would never encounter. At least, that's what it feels like for Taishiro. He's been on the scene for several years and even has his own agency going now, but the biggest surprise? The fact that his hero psych courses that he took when he was still a Shiketsu student weren't lying when it came to age regression being a fairly prevalent coping mechanism—it's one of the industry's best kept secrets, though somewhat of an open one amongst the pros themselves. There's been a time or two when he's had someone drop on him—which of course wasn't an issue, different strokes and all that—but it left him feeling a certain way that he couldn't quite identify (which admittedly threw him off a bit since he's got a pretty high emotional intelligence). And of course when he brings it up with someone they come to the "obvious" conclusion that he'd make a great cg. Maybe that's true, but the suggestion doesn't settle right with him. In fact, the idea of being a cg makes him feel uncomfortable for some reason, and there's a small part of him that believes he might fall on the other end of the spectrum.

His suspicions eventually get confirmed. The first time he drops is not long after a major fight against a villain where he had to use up all of his stored fat, causing him to shrink down to a size that he's not used to being these days. Not too uncommon, since that sort of thing happens. But something is different this time, something is off, and for some reason he feels a lot smaller than normal (and not just in a physical sense). Taishiro tries to wade through the steadily increasing fog in mind to try and make sense of what is happening, and he thinks he knows, but...but he doesn't fit there, does he? Everyone always tells him how good he'd be at taking care of someone someone like him. He doesn't believe he really fits the bill either so to speak, but maybe like this someone would consider that he wasn't lying, that he was little too. So as the rest of the heroes and law enforcement involved pick up the pieces and clean up the scene, Taishiro needs help, and after scanning those present spots somebody he knows he can trust: Monika.

Monika can tell something is up with Taishiro—they've worked together for a long time after all, and even hang out on their off days. Despite all of that, it wouldn't take a master investigator to notice the glossy sheen of unshed tears in his eyes, or the way he is chewing at his lower lip. She is quick to excuse both of them, claiming that she's taking him to get some medical attention (although she's equally as quick to explain to a nervous Taishiro that, Don't worry, I'm just getting you someplace quiet. Everything is a-okay, bug). It's not possible for her to ignore the way he clings to her hand, nor is it possible to ignore the innocent and trusting way he looks at her. All it takes is a couple of questions once they are somewhere away from the public eye before Monika has her answer that, yes, Taishiro is regressing. It's almost too easy of a decision for her to take him back to her place for the afternoon to look after him, though she suspects he would have followed her home regardless (looking for all the world the part of a lost little duckling, what with that white-blonde fluff of his no longer hidden beneath his hood).

It becomes increasingly obvious just how low on the scale Taishiro regresses. By the time they are at Monika's apartment he's chewing on the tattered remnants of his jacket sleeve, his costume having gotten irreparably torn during the fight that feels like it happened forever ago now. And so while there's no risk of him ruining it, it is dirty—though as soon as Monika tries to gently redirect him she's got a very teary baby on her hands. Taishiro is tiny, and it's apparent that he's going to need some gear once she has a minute to place an online order. But in the meantime she soothes him with the tried-and-true method of pulling a number of silly faces until his crying turns into hiccups, and those hiccups turn into a few soft giggles. Monika is quick to find something in her apartment to occupy him once he has calmed down, which happens to take the form of a box of graham crackers. There's plenty of cracker crumbs and cinnamon sugar dust coating his cheeks by the time he's done, but he doesn't try to go for his sleeve again so she'll take it as a win.

Once he's regressed that first time however, it's as if the flood gates have been opened and Taishiro finds that he hovers at the edge of small quite often now that he recognizes it for what it is! But most often he still tries to regulate his headspace to when he's physically smaller—which is something that Monika notices and sets about working on with him, encouraging him to regress even when he doesn't undergo the physical and mental stress that comes with shedding his standard size. With her help, he eventually comes to find his regression can correspond to other things too (and can definitely occur when he's still his regular size, as it often does). Taishiro gets to the point where he'll start slipping if he gets very excited or happy about something, his elation bleeding over into his smallspace—making him a very happy little guy most of the time. He forgets to be worried over being too much to handle, and instead focuses on the important things. Like what kind of milk he wants in his bottle or what story he wants Monika to read to him during naptime (the answers of course being strawberry milk and A Bad Case of Stripes).

While he might be on the tiny end of the regression spectrum, he's not exactly one of those babies that are big on spending most of their small time asleep. He's got nothing against naptime and goes down pretty easy, but he is still very active and is into everything—he is very much a sensory focused little guy, always wanting to explore different textures and such. But the soft sensory toys that he has can only keep him occupied for so long. If Monika doesn't keep a careful eye on him, he's liable to toddle off and make a mess. His mess of choice almost always being the ever-enticing activity of making what Monika has fondly dubbed the "shampoo potion" in the bathroom—Taishiro would watch the different colored shampoos and soaps pour out of their bottles for hours if he could, something about the viscosity of how it flows into the basin of the sink making him calm, the soft colors and floral scents pulling him in and keeping him entranced. By the time she finds him he's making sticky sweet scented handprints on the mirror, shampoo bottles scattered around him and forgotten.

Taishiro is also prone to forgetting his own strength when he's small and that he isn't supposed to be using it. That isn't to say he's destructive though, far from it in fact. He's incredibly gentle with his many plushies and the things around him. No, the issue of his strength comes up in regards to what this baby can lift. When he gets very happy he's quick to sweep up Monika in a hug and doesn't think to put her down right away. Says Oh, carry big sister Monika? Carry her around like the teddy bear? Cuddles for one thousand years? It's not really a problem per se, since she finds it more endearing than anything. After all, there is no harm in it and he's just a bouncy little guy that wants to show his affection to one of his most favorite people ever. So what if it's usually cgs that carry their regressors? Nothing wrong with it—until she needs to do something, that is. Then it's all pouts from him as she promises her little bug that they can cuddle more after she makes lunch. She drives a hard bargain for sure, but the allure of a good lunch is too much for him to refuse.

Dude, thank you so much for this ask. I've been pretty quiet on most of my socials as of late just because I was working more on the fic-making side of things, but given any opportunity to talk about Fatcrab I will. A few of these are going to end up in the two Fatcrab wips I have going, but since you asked I'm gonna put them here anyway:

Headcanons:

So I HC that they officially get together in the time period between vigilantes and the main series, as a result of one of them ending up in the hospital after a villain attack.

They are NOT married yet. Every time they set a date something terrible happens. First it was the flood, then it was the fire, and then that one guy with the hot sauce quirk spilled hot sauce on Kaniko's dress. (Fatgum was called in to prevent a murder that day.)

They both can cook, but don't usually. Most of their expenses are for takeout. These are two very busy people! They both have very dangerous full time jobs! They do not have time to cook for themselves so they often collapse on the couch together at the end of the day with boxes of take out.

Because they are both busy, they do not have time for kids, at least not yet.

So, they treat Fatgum's sidekicks as their kids for now.

Kaniko hasn't met Kirishima and Tetsutetsu yet cause she's been on a big undercover mission (where I HC she is during the main series), but she knows Tamaki, and while her out-there personality is a bit much for him, he appreciates that she makes Fatgum really happy. (He's still really scared of her + her snippy hands.)

But lets not forget that though Fat and Kaniko are committed to each other, their first priority is always to the bit. They can often be seen making 'title of your sex-tape' style jokes in which they high-five afterwards.

Also they are a nightmare to team-up with. You WILL be subjected with a never ending series of 'yes-ands' until they are both nearly hyperventilating from laughter while they're trying to stake-out a villain.

Eraserhead was subjected to this before they were even dating.

Kaniko and Ms. Joke being in the same room is Aizawa's worst nightmare

Fatgum is the ultimate mattress man, and it is very hard to find a bed big enough for him so Kaniko usually just sleeps on top of him, and Fat barely notices.

Also, remember when Koichi thought that Aizawa was on a date with Kaniko? If you mention that around Fatgum he will give you The Stare™️ and you will feel the chill of death up your spine.

An AU:

So, I had an idea for an au where Kaniko is a villain and Fat is the hero tracking her down (crab related crimes) and every time they meet Kaniko aggressively flirts with him. But! They don’t recognize each other when they’re out of costume because that’s my shit in villain/hero aus, so it's like:

Fat sees Kaniko with her hair down: a pretty woman

Fat sees Kaniko with hair like crabs: KANIKO!?

and kaniko cannot recognize him without the fatgum hoodie:

DDLC characters when they're drunk headcanons

as someone who has never gotten drunk I am obviously the right person to make headcanons on this ;D (some of this headcanons are more set for when they're older)

Yuri

-I think would handle it the best out of all them. She has the most experience drinking out of all them so she knows her limits

-She has a pretty high tolerance though

-One of the big reasons she likes drinking is because it lessens her social anxiety 

-Gets increasingly more social and talkative the more she drinks, she’s gets more open and relaxed and is more willing to try talking to others even if she still comes off weird

-Along with that she also gets increasingly more impulsive

-She can already be a bit impulsive at times when she’s sober but this fact skyrockets when she’s drunk since there’s no voice of reason holding her back

-When she gets really drunk, without fail she will always do or say something in the spur of the moment that she horrifically regrets the next day which she’ll then proceed to agonise over it for the rest of the week

-If she’s in a good mood when this happens it’s usually just something really embarrassing that her friends tease her for

-If she’s in a bad mood when this happens something more dangerous could happen 

-She learnt from experience how much to drink as to not get to that point but also feel the weight of social anxiety lighten a bit

-If she’s drunk she needs someone to babysit her and keep a close eye on her, when she’s tipsy she babysits her drunk friends

-Also if she’s around someone she’s interested in romantically while she’s drinking she can turn real flirty

-She’s got some banger pick up lines up her sleeve, Yuri rizz is real

-When texting, still tries to spell good when she’s drunk but it doesn’t work out so well

-Imagine her infodumping while drunk, imagine a drunken Yuri rant, 10/10 must have experience

Natsuki

-She’s got a short tolerance and she’s not afraid to use it

-Was scared to drink at first because it reminded her of her dad but it ended up working out okay

-To sum up her drunken self, whatever emotion she’s feeling when she drinks will be exacerbated when she’s drunk

-if she’s in a good happy mood, she’s the life of the party, she’ll be energetic, much friendlier, she’s loud, excited, might stand on a table or two

-if she’s angry, she’s willing to throw hands over a slice of pizza. Copious amounts of swearing and angry half baked rants, again she’s loud, she’s a scary little feral gremlin. Tries not to angry drink since she usually ends up regretting those the most

-if she’s sad, she’s a hundred percent gonna end up crying. Will be more willing to spill her feelings, she’ll complain to the nearest friend, she’s pretty quiet and soft-spoken in this state.

-You might even see a rare clingy Natsuki if she’s in a certain mood

-overall she’s a wild card, a mixed bag of a drinking buddy

-Really likes going to karaoke and singing really badly and loudly between drinks

-hates the fact that she ends up throwing up 90% of the time

-a lot of burps and hiccups, she chuckles at it everytime

-still has a pretty good sense of danger when drunk off her ass

-a drunk Natsuki gets flustered cripplingly easily and can’t hide it, she falls apart, keep that in mind if you flirt with her

-cannot fucking hear you if you talk to her in a reasonable tone at a slight distance, goddamn deaf woman

Sayori

-the least coherent drunk out of these four

-also doesn’t have a very high tolerance, it doesn’t take many drink for it to get to her

-doesn’t like drinking too often but every now and again is okay

-is just super duper out of it when she’s drunk

-she’ll be half zoned out the whole time, her brain is %100 just vibing

-surprisingly won’t say much, she’ll have mild reactions to what’s happening around her or she’ll say or ask something really random out of nowhere every few minutes

-if you ask her a question she’ll reply like ten minutes later, very slow processing, windows 98 brain

-is extra clumsy when drunk. She’ll drop and knock over so many things and probably fall at some point. The next morning she’ll wake up with a bruise with no memory of how she got it

-if she’s in a good mood when drunk she’ll be really calm and lightly bubbly

-but drinking is bad for her when she’s not in a good mood. Can turn into a sad drunk, her feelings become even heavier than usual and she can spiral really bad, she sometimes fears drinking due to experiencing this before

-tends to get sleepy and drowsy. She’ll always end up passing out by the end of a session

-on rare occasion, if there’s alcohol in the house she’ll drink a bit when she’s having problems insomnia problems

-also most likely gets extra cuddly and affectionate when she’s drunk or tipsy

Monika

-usually drinks the least out of the four of them

-has a medium sized tolerance

-the only reason she drinks the least amount is because of  the lack of control she has when she’s under the influence

-doesn’t mind being a little tipsy so much, will just be more relaxed at that point

-an existential drunk 

-starts questioning the meaning of life, her purpose, why things are the way they are and other deep questions, half of them end up not making sense

-can spiral too deep and either get depressed or turn into a conspiracy theorist

-either that or she’s a clingy affectionate drunk

-if there is anyone she cares about there, especially if it’s in a romantic way, she will cling to them the whole time and use every type of love language she can think of on them

-she also talks a lot, she talks about random stories or things she finds interesting or about her feelings, anything, she wants to shut up but she can’t stop

-and of course she’s more impulsive too and will go along with whatever idea someone comes up with

-she perceives her drunk self to be annoying and embarrassing which is why she now avoids it as much as she can
