It's Buffalo Bill/Jame Gumb from Silence of the Lambs

So there's a particular character that I've dreaded posting because they are directly responsible for so much pop culture transmisogyny. This is a character who has been cited by sitting senators and politicians to justify their transphobia, and one that I and many other trans women been compared to by transphobes many times across multiple platforms.

HOWEVER

This character technically doesn't break any of the blog's rules. This is a completely fictional character, just one who's existence has caused a lot of harm for trans people, mostly trans women.
