"You know," Katsuki says over his menu, glaring across the table, "I think you're a secret pervert. Why else would you pick Hooters for lunch?"
Shouto doesn't look up from the menu, dragging his thumb down the list of drinks. "I like their wings, not the breasts."
Katsuki turns, ready to bark out his order to the waiter, and comes face to face with the biggest chest he’s ever seen in his life, attached to the biggest guy he’s ever seen in his life. He tilts his chin and makes eye contact with a tanned, beaming redhead, and can’t help his whimper.

In the tags for Apex Predator it says minor TodoDeku. How minor would you say it is? I'm really not a TodoDeku fan but if it's really a minor thing then I'd like to give it a try. I also saw minor Shinso/Monoma and that is fairly appealing so that adds to my curiosity.
It's been a bit since I last read Apex Predator, I'm planning on rereading it soon. So that in mind, I don't remember much of the TodoDeku but I do remember the Shinsou/Monoma. I don't think they're a thing yet but Shinsou is pining harder than a christmas tree farm

Love burns like a matchstick, starting with a spark, flourishing in a strong, beautiful flame, eating up what it can, and then petering out, leaving nothing but a twisted crisp behind. People get caught up in the flame and forget the end of the story. Shouto knows this better than anyone.
The question he's always left with is is it worth it?
He can answer that question now, he decides as he watches Midoriya kick the Hero Killer directly in the head. You fall in love, because love is beautiful. Because love changes something inside of you. The fire leaves behind a broken splinter, but that splinter has a story, a story of heat and energy and passion.
