Mankind has been using ancient holistic ways to cure the sick, to cure the mind and to in so many ways help.. meditation, metaphysical tools, spiritual guidance from dreams or a healer they know. Herbal medicine too.

We need a comeback of all this!

It really could happen for all of us to open up our lives and minds and have much more fulfilled lives and feel clarity. What we gain is worth so much to spread the word. To have more energy and happiness. Sooo many tools are at our disposal by using Reiki, Spiritual guides, meditation and herbal remedies.

Healers have shown the way toward getting our mind-body-soul right and remove the blockages we have. We all can get such a true healthy life from natural remedies and simple healing techniques.

No more drugs for things we could so easily fix with a little meditation! It is truly wild that the way we handle things during 2018 is to put a bandaid over everything and never actually look at the problem... So much ego so much pride gets in the way of basic human conversation and what we truly are here for (being there for each other).

Sooo many of us have awoken to this but we have so much more people to help along the way. Revolution time!

Today, I spent hours talking about, receiving, and providing bodywork. The time slipped away without either of us noticing. A constant buzz of meditative energy hummed through the day, stories exchanged, insight gained, holding space for both of us to heal ourselves, mind, body, and spirit alike. It reminded me of why I'm intoxicated with my profession. It allows me the space I need to heal myself, pushes me to return to a centered and balanced environment within, making sure my own cup is full so that I can pour into others. Massage and bodywork is an art form, touch being an innate part of being human, a dance and flow of energy. Sure, it all sounds hippie and like a load of bull to anyone with such a closed mind. But to those of us that listen carefully to our own soul, it's the only way to live life. Every person I meet, every soul that lays on my table is cared for and loved on an inexplicable level. I'm always at my best when my mind can slip away to a silent state and my hands do what they seem to have learned in another life. I have training and knowledge, but there's something in my hands that has always been there, something no one could have taught me. I am a healer, my calling to hold space for the weary, to give them a place to heal their tired muscles, rest their chaotic mindset, and soothe their own soul back into peace. Lay your burdens down on me. Let me lay them to rest for you when you can't shake them alone. My shoulders are poised to heave them up and throw them out when you're not able to, an Atlas in my own way.
