Lucifer: 4 months old

Not gonna lie it took him the longest to realize it's YOUR baby WITH him! In his defense, babies can look a bit weird. The baby definitely has your mouth, but his eyes and hairline. He didn't see many infant in his life so this is all new! You can literally see his heart melt when the little baby smiles at him! Shares his part with pride, changes diapers, carries the baby around....just take over when the baby is fussy.

MC I can't wait to meet the baby again... I miss them already, isn't that funny?

Mammon: 3yrs old

Your toddler immediately recognized you and Mammon. You and him looked at each other with an awkward stare, his face is as red as it can be- you are definitely not ready for kids!!! The fact that around 3 years old kids looove disobeying on purpose doesn't help. Mammon gets the hang of it though, he looves his little troublemaker! They could play all day long.

I wanna see ya grow up little man- I looove being your dad!

Levi: 8yrs old

Again, the kis recognizes you and him. Right now he keeps telling you he isn't ready for kids and might never be; same as you!! So how did this happen??? Do you must have one in the future??? Thankfully with an 8yrs old you can already have a conversation, play games with, etc so by the time it's over he grows very fond of them.

MC... I think I have changed my mind- having a kid is a lot like having a small best friend!

Satan: 16yrs

Ah. Your child is as upset as any 16 yr old would be in this case, leaving you and Satan no time to think about the fact you made this person. He does his absolute best to stay calm and see things from the kid's POV, but man is it difficult when your teen keeps lying about important stuff, escapes the house as soon as you lower your guard, fights with anyone over and over who doesn't do as they want despite being so so so sensitive... it is tiring.

I wish I could see what they were like as a little kid... why did I think teens were easy?!

Asmo: 13 yrs

Okay he is very quick at recognizing his own kid; he has YOUR and HIS face memorized. Starts sobbing when he realizes what this means; you are going to be parents!! The thought of loving someone sooo much just sends him over the edge. He buys everyone matching clothes, plans so many vacations you are rarely at home, surprisingly good at answering questions your little one has. (Very comforting, builds their confidence as much as he can!!)

MC, how do I look as a parent? You still love me?

Beel: 1 yr old

Okay, it was obvious the baby is a perfect mix of you two; his eyes are definitely yours though! Beel finds this job to be super important so he spends almost all day with the baby. They play peek-a-boo, he helps your kid to learn to walk and eat with hands, carries them on his shoulder when they get tired. Honestly he doesn't want to let them go back.

MC... I think we should have at least 3 kids!"

Belphie: 6yrs

Okay, he never would've thought he'd have a kid with you; first, you are dating someone else right now and second, he doesn't really like kids. So this one's gonna be complicated. His face turns red though as he has always liked you but you made it clear he is not really your type. Co-parenting brought you much closer; you could see how calm he can stay when he wants to, and how smart he actually is especially when the 6 years old doesn't stop with their questions. How it continues after the kid is back in the future is up to you babe!

Surprisingly enough, not Buggy centric this time!!

AU where things are mostly the same up to a certain point - that point being the disbanding of the Roger pirates. Shanks and Buggy, as the two children on board, wind up already having an unhealthy codependency, something only exacerbated when all the adults in their lives are suddenly just.... Gone. They still fight after the execution. They still argue. They still split. But they come back together not even hours later because Buggy and Shanks and Shanks and Buggy are the only constants in an ever changing world.

They remain close and connected, hiding it from the world at large by playing to their strengths. They are effectively co captains and allies in equal measure, each having a place with the other and theirs.

So when Uta is found and taken in, Buggy is the voice of reason and the one to help Shanks with determining the safest avenues to keep her and keep her safe, the ways they should have been.

The events of Elgia go similarly to the movie, up until the moment they leave her. Shanks, emotional, uncertain, scared, calls Buggy for input.

Buggy tears him a new one for even considering that ((bonus for contextual angst if anyone is interested, lmk)).

Anyway, they decide that yes, being on the Red Force full time is dangerous, but abandoning her is out of the question. They'd need somewhere relatively safe with someone trusted within accessible distance...

Uta and Luffy are both sat down together, gentle words spoken and facts exchanged. Shanks introduces them to Buggy, and they both share the information with the kids as well as they can. Uta is upset, admittedly, but after some time to cool down, a talk with Makino, and then another talk with Buggy, she comes around to the idea. Luffy's already like her little brother anyway. Might as well just... accept it.

Makino is happy to have an extra set of hands around the bar, and Uta and Luffy are her "appretices". While Lu has a tendency to be a bit overzealous, Uta is a good calming force on him, and he's good for drawing her from her shell. They're nearly attached at the hip, and you'd be hard pressed for a long time to find them within arms reach of each other and NOT be holding hands at the very least.

Buggy and Shaks wind up coparenting the kids for a while, until Shanks is finally set to leave - for a long voyage. He passes the hat to Luffy. He makes the promise-

And is quickly cut off by am annoyed Uta because "you can't just say it like THAT, dad!! Give the hat back as a great pirate, sure, but don't make it so you can't see each other. You'll both cry."

So, promise amended to allow for visits and talks and stuff, Shanks passes on the hat, sets out, leaves his kids with their own denden, and looks forward to the future and adventure!!

Just to get a call three weeks later from a frantic Buggy that "garp took the kids up the mountain to some bandits and I'm going TO THROTTLE THE MAN-"

He's a few weeks out, and he's already on the way, just wanted to let Shanks know.

A week later, Buggy calls again, quiet and shaky.

"There's four now. And one of 'em is.... fuck, Shanks..."

"What is it, bugaboo? Is someone hurt-?"

"He asked what I'd think, 'if Gold Roger has a son'."

"...."

"....."

"........."

"His name is Ace."

"Oh by the seas..."

"Yeah. Good news - our little brother is our son's brother."

Shanks cackle, hysterical, because otherwise he might cry.

In one world, a pirate prince, a blue blood, and a revolutionary's legacy meet and swear to be together, alove in the wooded lands of their world.

In this one, they've got a cursed songstress at their hips, more than enough adults to worry over them, and a fundamental shift in the bearings of fate.

with the eggs leaving and the reboot coming up I think we all should sit abck and just wait and see what all happens.

I understsnd we all are scared and some arent too confident about it. And some may even feel they should just close the server.

But heres my take on all this.

The eggs leaving is like and end to an arc that ended up lasting mlre longer wether it's due to all of us getting attched or other reasons.

The eggs stayed and they were gonna leave at some point, nothing lasts forever, but we all werent expecting to have trouble saying goodbye, like I feel like the timing feels right for these eggs that woke up, its sad that the eggs that are still asleep arent having a chance to say goodbye but I feel tjey are getting a proper goodbye inna different way

Like reading books, looking at things the eggs did snd worked on. It's a way to conclude their stories

This is like a chapter of the story ending, same goese for the cubitos, their arc ended but their will be more for many and some may have an unexpected return in the future.

None of the ccs that was on the server for the few weeks never said their quitting the server, some are jist taking a break and phil may not return but he might if he feels he wants to.

And again who knows if these eggs will return but as dragons tho we shouldnt assume.

Speaking of assuming people have been doompoting and expecting the wost since the eggs are leaving.

Like most of us forgotten what the qsmp was mainly about?

Quackity made this server to connect people from different languages and countries. He wanting to build the bridges that wasnt really there.

And I say he succeeded, unfortuently I feel a lot of people forgot what the qsmp is about and as much as I love and care about the eggs, they arent the main reason to join the qsmp.

Like I would love to joins the qsmp because I wanna meet new people and learn new languages and cultures and the eggs would be a side reason as they came after the server began.

Sure the eggs helped bring many to stay on the server. But like even with the eggs dissapearing people still were on and did stuff together, the onese without eggs like YD were on, maybe not often but still showed up. Aypierre is still hopping on once a while despite Pommes admin not coming back, like even with Richas leaving, Mike still played on the server until he completed the statue.

Like these ccs who want to stay on the server may not show up for a bit but they will return when their ready.

We can't keep assuming what this person will do or if this person will stop interacting and all this assumptions we all need to stop doing as we end up dpreading missinformation.

Now the whole reboot coming up and the doomposting. I have seen most people doompost that the server is gonna fall because the eggs left. If that's the case, why are people still hopping on? Sure bad is the only one mainly on but again none of the ccs never confirmed they are leaving the server.

Some may never come back at least until they feel they want to. some are taking a break and will eventuslly return when their ready. But we all need to stop putting words that they didn't say on these sites as again spreading missinformation.

I think we all are scared of change and are afraid that everything that the qsmp did will be reversed but we should remember that these ccs always have a chance to interact outside the swrver.

They just have their owb things they wanna do but theyll interact at some point. Like Philza and Etoiles wanna play the car soccer game (I forgot the name of it) and Fit and Pac wanna continue playing it takes two and possibly more stardew valley.

Like these ccs have bonds that may be lasting forever its not all just gonna be on stream or public, some will be private and between them that they just wanna have fun without us always following their friendships kf this makes sense.

Like the qsmp briught them ttogether but their friendship will continue even after the server does permamently end.

Tthis reboot honestly may be what all of us need, sure the memories of this server is something we wanna keep but everyone needs a fresh start as it became too hard to enjoy the current server with the eggs leaving.

And again we don't fully know what will happen, maybe the spawn will have the current builds but be in a similar state the spawn looked at the beginning which has ruined and abandoned buildings or maybe fully reset. Either way we can only sit back and see what happens from here.

I think out problem is we tend to assume. Doesn't help with twitter as a lot of people there just are toxic and will condtsntly assume and put words that werent said.

I feel confident about whats to come and we should just wait and for now just take time to recover from an emotional week we all had, it's hard but like when Technoblade passed it wasnt easy for many of us especially his friends and family, but everyone still did what they can to keep them alive in spirit. This can be what we can do for the eggs and for the cubitos, like fanfics, fanart, easter eggs, even music and animations.

Like we have the power to create things even if the character or cubito is gone.and same goes with shows or the characters not returning, we can remember the show and characters even if it ends through creativity.

So overall we need to take slow deep breaths. Take time away if needed, and look forward as we can only wait and see what happens. We'll get thriugh this all together and remember we can still look at old vods and memories if we want to (I think theres a vod list somewhere on here)

Change is hard and many of us are uncertain what will happen from here, but remember that things don't last forever but they will Always be around if we continue to keep them alive through out creations and talking abiut them. And alsoz the reason that qsmp was mainly created for. And how we better handle these changes and situations that impacts us emotionally.

Remember that we can't predict the future and we just need to concentrait on the present. And take care of ourselves. Remember to take a step away for however long u need to, take a drink of water, eat something, take a nap or sleep depending on where u are, hug someone or something, take a step outside (aka touch grass for a bit) and do whatever u need to recover mentally.

Hope u all can have a bom dia/noite wether u are right now :)

okay but like they have said multiple times that it's probably not gonna happen. ryan has said Eddie is heterosexual like three times in that interview. jlh said it's probably time to throw in the towel give up. like they are telling you guys it's not happening. and yeah maybe down the line they'll change their minds and if they do that's great, but guys they have said buddie is not happening several times already

okay but what i’m saying is that interview questions are intentionally answered vaguely for a reason. they want people to make assumptions but they don’t want to actually give anything away about future storylines.

when they do an interview it’s about the episodes up until now, not explaining potential future episodes.

ryan referring to eddie as heterosexual makes sense seeing as he canonically is heterosexual, obviously he’s being played as a heterosexual man as of now. that doesn’t tell us that he won’t question his sexuality, nothing about that interview ruled out that as a future possibility but people are acting like it has.

jlh saying buddie won’t happen (may not happen? can’t remember the wording exactly) could be her opinion, could be someone above her told her to say that, could be “letting us down easy”, could be intentional misleading. people are acting like she said 100% for a fact it’s never happening and she knows it. even if she thinks it isn’t happening. even if some writer or producer told her to say that it still has no bearing on the future of the show.

that just isn’t how PR and tv interviews work, they aren’t going to give us strict answers, that would defeat the purpose of watching the show if interviews just gave us the answers.

they literally have not said that buddie isn’t happening, and they haven’t said it is. for every interview you can find suggesting it won’t happen i can find just as many insinuating that it will. they want people the make assumptions and discuss the show, so they’re all over the place with how they answer questions, to give us stuff to think about, give us stuff to discuss, drive up interest, maybe mislead us from figuring out what might happen.

either way no one knows until the episodes come out.

a habitable state of the twili realm relies almost entirely on the welfare of its people. what we see in the game is the result of Zant taking over and letting things (in all essence) decay. it was comparable to when the interlopers were first thrown into the realm -- inhospitable and seemingly barren. granted, there were no structures or technology in place at that time, but it is strikingly similar to what the twili have in forms of ancient texts that describe their ancestors’ lives.

wildlife and foliage was basically nonexistent, or unusable in its original form when the interlopers were initially imprisoned. magic users and those with wildlife expertise -- farmers, botanists, alchemists, etc -- formed the pinnacle of sustainability for the future generations within the realm. they collaborated to experiment and germinate crops that could grow even in the eternally dim light, cross-pollinating existing vegetation with what might have been on their person at the time or using magic to stimulate growth of different varieties similar to what they were famliar back in the light realm.

it should be noted that the entirety of the twilight realm isn’t populated with these plants and creatures that the interlopers first developed, but the area which is seen and explored within the actual game is the culmination of their work. due to this new ecosystem having been created through artificial means however, it also requires upkeep from the twili people to this day. that is to say, if members of the twili do not make sure things are properly maintained, all that which was created by their ancestors will return to the way it was; a hostile ecosystem with which the twili people would not be able to sustain themselves, no matter how much they’ve come to reflect the realm in which they live.

because Zant’s main goal was dominion over the light realm, the twili who were responsible for caring and upholding their ancestors duties were morphed to better suit their new kings’ needs. though it could be argued the usurper saw no benefit for these stations if the twilight realm was to take over the verdant light realm, the lack of upkeep quickly saw to the twili realm’s dark and wasted appearance during his rule.

this was one of the main reasons as to why Midna chose to return to her realm and shatter the mirror. the prospect of her people facing any further disruption to the dire need of restoration out weighed all other desires she might have had to keep the portal open. the twili needed someone to help them and their realm heal, and the mirror posed too much of a threat to both of those for it to stay intact.

Time for another Batman OC! Again not too awful original, but this one is my own take on the Brave and the Bold character Scream Queen.

She was Crane's star student, who became obsessively hopelessly in love with him enough to follow him down his path of a rogue while also both, harboring a complicated romantic relationship together. This one's a little dubious sooo

Cursed hooded dress - Her magically cursed dress hoodie gives her many different abilities, such as below:

Invisibility

Sonic Scream - one of, if not her only, means of attack. It let's out powerful screams enough to blast through concrete and even metal to an extent. Every scream she emits is different sounding than the last; She hypothesized that the different screams it omits are most likely the screams it's collected from all of its past victims.

Life Force Draining - This ability is what helps power her Sonic Scream. It emits a different colored beam that is used to literally take the breath away of any living thing until the victim is drained completely of their life force (their breath per se), leaving them as a completely immobile, breathless husk. This, remarkably, is also collected by the cloak and stored as another victims scream to add to the ever-growing collection. This can and WILL kill the victim if not treated right way.

Medical/ Pharmaceutical Knowledge - Her family background and her Major in college has made her very knowledgable in the ways of treating illnesses, injuries, and even some knowledge in drugs/medicine. Even though she never got licensed, they are skills that absolutely do in a pinch and help with Crane in the lab sometimes.

History: Kathy Holloway was born into a wealthy family who does business selling medical technology. Perhaps not as wealthy and as influential as names like Wayne, but were still known and respected fairly well by those around them since they help contribute to some of the hospitals in Gotham. In her childhood, Kathy was determined by teachers to be intellectually smart for her age. However, she was als considered "the creepy weird girl" that her peers hated to be around or bullied her. It also didn't help that she had little interest in what other people her age liked and would sometimes get into arguments and fights with other kids. She was bothering a lot of her peers to the point that word got around and even her family couldnt help but think she was a problem child. But in response to her high intellect, they made her spend a few years of her childhood studying, then counseling at school and then taking finishing lessons at home as a means of keeping her in line and shaping her to be "normal" enough. It put a lot of pressure and hurtful abuse on her self esteem. She still wouldn't break from her usual self, but she tried her best to play along just so it could stop. When Kathy became 13, it started to feel pointless to her parents, and she was then considered "not to be bothered with anymore" and focuses on furthering her younger brother's growth instead.

Later on in highschool, it was at least a little less restricting than it was at home. Kathy was still ostracized among peers who grew up with her, but still managed to become friends and eventually a relationship with a senior year boy. However, she quickly became infatuated with him to the point of stalking him. She was caught and had a restraining order put on her, she was suspended from school for a time, which isolated her even more. She managed to graduate highschool with relatively no troubles, but as soon as she did, her family kicked her out of home, and cut her off after feeling too much shame from their failed and disturbed child. She hasn't made any attempt to contact any of them since. Luckily, Kathy had some money to her name, enough to find a place to stay, found a job at a nearby metaphysical shop, which was then when she found the cursed hooded dress that she decided to keep. When she discovered its frightening abilities, she quickly begun figuring out how it works and, taking inspiration from her favorite horror movies, uses its powers to commit small, haunted robbery's that left police and detectives baffled at how this is even happening. Gotta pay the rent and food somehow.

After a while, after finally scraping and stealing enough, Kathy uses said money to finally get into Gotham University. It was there she met Proffessor Crane, taking one of his Psycology classes. She didn't think much of him at first, but as soon as he acknowledged her intelligence and in her assignments (considering her one of his star students), how she saw how he revelled in his obsession with fear, and his phobia experiments on other people, she felt a kinship to him and his dark eccentricities and fell instantly in love with him. She would stalk him for a few months after that, trying to get his attention in any way subtle way she could. There was reluctance, but Jonathan gave in and thus begun having a relationship with his star student, albeit brief. She still stalked him, even finding out that he has taken on the Scarecrow persona after hearing how he was fired and kicked out of the school for his horrible experiments.

She continued her schooling after his attack on the University until she eventually got her masters, but continued keeping tabs on his whereabouts and activities. Even taking on her Scream Queen persona to help him out of a jam or two (much to Scarecrows confusion and uneasiness at first). She was finally caught one night when she got a little too brave sneaking into one of his secret hideouts and they found out both their identities. Scarecrow honestly thought that he would never see her again, let alone all that she has been doing without him noticing OR she was the reason behind a few of his close calls. Nonetheless, he couldnt take that risk no matter how fondly he thinks of her. But in response, Kathy insisted that as a compromise, she stay by his side and work alongside him in whatever he needed; She was more than willing to take this chance to be near him as much as she could. Scarecrow was both reluctant and distrustful at first. She knew his hideout and, apparantly, more so about him than he thought and could use it however she pleased. But on the other hand, she would've done so anytime but didnt and already said she is loyal to him (definitely stroked his ego). He definitely thought her strange abilities could be useful and knew how capable she was already. They, at first, agree to work together in the sense that they could both ruin each other at anytime, but Scarecrow soon starts realizing that they work together a lot better than he thought. Thus begun a complicated, twisted, slow burn romance that he never thought he'd get into with his right hand in fear, "Scream Queen".

Notes/Quirks:

Its typical, but she likes horror movies from all range of subgenres, but has a personal love for the ghost/haunting genre; she knows a very good amount of horror trivia; Some of her favorite directors are Dario Argento, James Whale and Wes Craven.

While in school, Kathy minored in Film/Acting because of her love of horror media and the means of producing and acting in them. Taking much inspiration from the actresses and female characters is what made her borrow the term "Scream Queen" as her alias.

While working at the metaphysical shop. She learned a few things like tarot reading from a former friend/employee of hers. She didn't entirely believe it (at least not at first before she found a literal magic hoodie for crying out loud!), but she thinks it's all very interesting to learn about.

She prefers to be called by her shorter name "Kathy" because she doesn't like her full name or when other people use it. Jonathan is one of the handful of people whom she let's call her "Kathleen".

The only family members that Kathy can say she remembers fondly or indifferently towards to was her little brother, and her estranged Aunt on her mother's side. Her Aunt being the one person she felt connected to due her Aunt also being seen as an embarrassment by her family. She unfortunately passed away when Kathy was 11. Kathy and her little brother, sadly didn't spend much time together. Her brother would be constantly away in his own schedule their parents made and was 7 when Kathy was kicked out. He doesn't remember much about her.

Okay but I really like the idea of Sophie, Michael and Howell being roommates in 1980's college just for fun and giggles.

Michael, being a typical young student, survives on instant noodles and oatmeal he keeps in his nightstand instead of the table, stacking books on a blanket and trying to get along with Howell in five square meters. Overall he just a sweet boy who tries his best to study while Howell plays music from a tape recorder on the max volume at 1AM.

Howell Jenkins collects dust, random tests and papers, magazines, posters, a couple of dozen deflated rugby balls and old cassettes under his bed. A small family of spiders lives peacefully above his bed, who look like they've been here for 10 years already. He also locks himself in the bathroom for at least two hours every evening and every morning, and Michael fights for HIS LIFE to find a moment when the shower is free.

Sophie Hatter, on the other hand just...lives with them. Seriously, one day she barges into their room completely unannounced and starts cleaning Howl's part of the room, telling them that "she lives there now." She was not worried about the lack of extra space, nor other small points related to the fact that she simply invaded their private property. None of them kicked her out anyway, allowing her to terrorize their ten square meters. And, partly, not without scandal, spiders and Howl's fashionable clothes.

I was tagged by @somanywords for a fic patterns thing a few days ago? Anyway I'm supposed to post the first sentences of the last ten things I've posted to AO3 and see if there are any patterns in how I start my fics.

1. How It Will Be

When pressed, David said he’d applied to be on The Bachelorette as a joke.

It was Spot’s fourth time on this climb, and he still couldn’t get through the crux without falling.

Charlie normally hung back after his and Sarah’s civics class to ask about the weird hypotheticals he cooked up during class, but there had been a sub, and so Charlie and Sarah only stuck around long enough to wedge their textbooks into their bags before leaving for rehearsal.

Awareness usually came to David very slowly when he didn’t have to set an alarm; this morning, the sounds of Jack clattering around the kitchen gradually became more distinct until David could tell Jack was making something unnecessarily elaborate for breakfast.

I didn't realize I'd posted more than ten fics! Absolutely wild, especially considering that I did not start writing fanfiction with the intention of writing a lot of it.

While it didn't happen in every fic, I have a lot of first lines that are their own paragraph? I think that's the main pattern here

For the werewolf/vampire AU do you have a list of all the characters and their species? Or at least everyone you have figured out

I do! I just hadn’t posted it yet, been meaning to for a while I just kept forgetting whoops. So, here it is now! Everyone that has been figured out so far, what they are, and a lil’ bit of extra info, ‘cos I can!

The Vampires Xisuma - 500-600 years old or so - Vampire Court Grand Master, has been in charge for about a century. Stronger than people give him credit for, but generally pretty calm and friendly.

Doc - 300-400 years old - Court member but lives with Ren. Local cursed creature doctor and prosthetist. Valid medical liscense? Probably not.

Wels - 300-400 years old or so - Court member, the armour he wears is genuine from when he was human, not just for the aesthetic.

Mumbo - About 250 years old - Court member, likes to invent things and seems able to figure out any technology, be it old or modern. Acts and dresses like he's still stuck in 1850 though.

Etho - Roughly 200 years old - Friends with the court but lives on his own. Doesn’t like being called a stray. Powerful and stealthy, mostly solitary but pretty chill and usually nice to people. Found an unexpected friend in Bdubs.

Cleo - 150 years old - Friend of the court, strong vampire lady. Very powerful and not someone worth messing with. Is often seen with Joe.

Keralis - About 100 years old - Court member. Good friends with Xisuma and often found working alongside him. A master hypnotist and more powerful than he looks.

Tango - About 60 years old - Court member, clever with technology and likes hosting game nights for the vampires and their friends. Spends a lot of time with Impulse and Zedaph.

Grian - Late 20s - Court member, fledgling vampire, recently turned and still adjusting but also kind of loves it. Was put under Mumbo's care when he first arrived. Likes to cause mischief around the court.

EvilX - 500-600 years old or so - Previous court leader, overthrown and kicked out by Xisuma some 100+ years ago. Now lives as a stray in the forest. Powerful but not quite as strong as he thinks he is. Still an expert hypnotist though.

HelsKnight - 300-400 years old or so - Previous court member, left with EX after he was overthrown, now lives as a stray in the forest. Occasionally shows up to cause problems, often targets Wels before anyone else.

The Werewolves Ren - Turned at least 15 years ago - The local wolf pack leader. Cares a lot about his wolves and does his best to make sure they're all safe and healthy. Lost his leg after a bad full moon.

Bdubs - Turned about 10 years ago - Pack member, works as an interior designer and tries to live his life as ordinarily as he can. Tries to be friendly with everyone, and found an unexpected friend in Etho.

Impulse - Turned 5/10 years ago - Pack member. Owns a candy store in the city. Very good with gadgets and computers. Spends a lot of time with Tango and Zedaph.

Pearl - Turned about 5 years ago - Pack member. Has to constantly convince people that her surname is actually 'Moon' and that she didn't change it after being turned.

Skizz - Turned less than a year ago - Pack member. Very recently turned and still learning to navigate everything. Good friends with Impulse who has been helping him out a lot with these early transformations.

The Humans Martyn - Magically inclined (healer) - Friend of the court, helps out as a healer where he can. Good friends with Ren and spends time with him a lot, knew Grian before he was turned.

Zedaph - Wannabe scientist and researcher. Finds magical creatures fascinating despite not even having proof that they exist until he meets Tango. Spends a lot of time with him and Impulse, has too many questions.

Scar - Magically inclined (wizard) - Good friend of the court and other magical creatures, runs a wizard shop somewhere in the city selling spells and crystals. Keeps the fake stuff for ordinary folks who stumble across him accidentally.

Joe - Magically inclined (unknown) - Good friends with the court and an old friend of Xisuma's. Has magical ability though exactly what that entails only seems to be known by him. Often with Cleo.

Beef - Butcher in the city who somehow came into contact with the vampires. Often helps the court with their food stores. Not all of that blood is from his shop though, best not to ask.

Scott - Magically inclined (part fae) - Friend of the court, uses his magic in subtle ways to help people out. Also uses it to make his hair blue without needing to dye it. Dragged Jimmy into the magical world and eventually married him.

Jimmy - A completely ordinary guy who was living a completly ordinary life. Until he met Scott and discovered the magic of the world. Kind of freaked out at first, but they’re married now so he must have gotten used to it.

And that is everyone my friend and I have figured out so far! So, a good chunk of the cast of characters actually! And yes this does include the 3rd/Last Lifers, because of course it does.

If anyone’s got any ideas for characters not listed here feel free to send them my way, many of them are the Hermits CJ and I aren’t as familiar with, and it’d be fun to see what other people come up with! And just in general, I love getting asks for this au, so please do send things in!

I trimmed a lot of the info here from a slightly more detailed list I’ve gotten partially written up, maybe that’ll get posted too some day. But for now, I hope this list is what you wanted Anon!

vincent is introduced to the audience when he's moved back to night city after living in atlanta for a while, and he's just settled in. he's driving around town and the first song i mentioned is playing at the same time. it's a song from the game itself but it fits incredibly well so that's why i'm keeping it LOL

i mentioned a second song because i wanted to <3 that would be a song that plays when he's re-introduced to the audience in the interlude between the arasaka chapter and the broker chapter, when he's no longer actively dying and is settled in and feeling a lot better in general. the re-introduction would still be centered around night city since it's just a very important part of vincent as a character, so i can see him walking around the streets at night with this song playing and then showing up at the afterlife and getting the attention of everyone in there >:) he's one of the cool kids now

vitali's canon introduction is kinda boring actually in terms of how cinematic it is LMAO vincent is taken to his office by jackie and they just meet him there and that's pretty much all there's to it </3 so for the sake of this post i've cooked up an improved introduction scene >:)

vitali is "introduced" to the audience when jackie is taking vincent to see a fixer. they enter a very crowded club and have to push themselves a way to the far back, and while they're doing that the song i mentioned is playing. vitali is chilling in one of the booths, probably with mikhail and eddie as bodyguards by his sides, and he's dealing with a client before jackie and vincent join him there. the client is getting agitated over nothing and it ends up becoming physical, but surprisingly enough, despite having two bodyguards with him, vitali deals with the situation himself <3 all while the song is still playing <3 insanely sexy of him

drivers license - unsecret, unsecret string quartet

mikhail's canon introduction goes hand in hand with vitali's since he's also at the office when jackie takes vincent there! they don't really talk at first. or the second time they see each other. or the third. they just keep running into each other and they just kinda look at each other from a distance and especially because mikhail looks pretty intimidating. well. vincent is a bit scared of him at first LMAO but at the same time he's curious!! because mikhail seems close with vitali!! but also since i changed vitali's introduction a bit i'll do the same for mikhail bear with me here

mikhail is "introduced" to the audience when vincent and vitali meet in the club, though he speaks very little in that scene. from that moment on, kinda like in his canon introduction, vincent would run into him occasionally at the office. i'm imagining a compilation of tiny moments of vincent arriving at the office or hanging out there and seeing mikhail every now and then while the song i mentioned is playing in the background :) in this hypothetical introduction vincent would still be intimidated a bit by him at first, but his curiosity would soon take over as well and he would eventually approach mikhail to talk to him and stuff <3
