I told her it would be beautiful where she was going and she wouldn’t be in pain anymore I found her dying on the freezing cold ground after being “thumped” the legal method of killing those deemed “waste products” by swinging them by their legs into the concrete..but they don’t always die, they instead suffer sometimes for days with head trauma by Animal Agriculture’s “family farmers who love the animals” She didn’t die while we sat there, so we drove her 3 hours to the closest emergency vet and set her free. If you see injustice you must not wait for someone else, you must stand up and get involved. Everyone has curiosities, but a lot of people don’t let those curiosities take effect enough to see the truth behind the action. I see a lot of people with shock and disgust on their face when they find out the truth of what these trillion dollar industries keep secret from the public eye.

All the babies separated from their mothers in their very firsts days of life, mothers crying to know that their never gonna see their babies again. The last couple of days I’ve been following many Instagram stories from #meatthevictims that took place in Barcelona. It was the footage of a little piglet, later called Sky, that moved me the most. She was found by activist and veterinary nurse @shakirafree who at this moment couldn’t do anything but comfort her and her siblings during her last breaths. Sky wasn’t the only piglet that died in this facility. I purposely tried to illustrate this as a beautiful calm piece even though it is very sad.
