Gabenath Headcanons

Note: Let’s just pretend that the season 5 final didn’t happen. These two are canon in my heart.

Nathalie and Gabriel were each other’s first kiss

Gabriel and Nathalie shared their first kiss at a college party in a game of spin the bottle

When Gabriel plays the piano he always asks Nathalie to sing along

Gabriel often finds himself sketching images of Nathalie when working on new designs

When Nathalie, Gabriel and Emilie met, Emilie was secretly shipping Gabenath

Gabriel asks for Nathalie’s opinions on his designs and lets her be the first to try them on

Nathalie is the dominant one in the relationship and you cannot convince me otherwise

When Gabriel found out Emilie was pregnant with Adrien, Nathalie was the first person he told

Nathalie always eats whatever Gabriel makes even if it’s disgusting just to make him happy

Nathalie sometimes wears stilettos in hopes Gabriel will notice

Gabriel and Nathalie make it a habit to play at least one round of chess every night

Okay guys, I present to you the Origins Oopsie or Oopsie AU

Basically in origins, everything is going the same except when chat Noir asks ladybug her name, Marinette DOES say her real name by accident.

Cue shocked looks and Marinette internally screaming. Chat Noir opens his mouth about to say something--is he going to tell her his real name too? Marinette panics and hurriedly says "Dont tell me! Just forget I said that, okay?"

Chat Noir vows to keep her name a secret. Fights goes on as planned and marinette introduces herself as Ladybug, but Adrien doesnt forget her real name. He is curious. He wants to know who she is. Decides best bet is to go to school to try and see if she is a student.

Gets there and the gum incident happens and when marinette comes storming in he is struck by how familiar she is. She reminds him of ladybug, and he is too caught up in his thoughts to explain himself. Adrien is bummed but doesnt want to get chloe in trouble.

However, when Nino asks him why he didnt tell marinette the truth, Adrien gapes

"M-marinette? Did you just say that girl's name is Marinette?" Adrien feels like he's about to keel over from shock. Was it that easy???

"Yeah. The pigtailed girl is Marinette. You okay dude? You look like you've seen a ghost"

Cue Adrien internally screaming

He tries to get closer to marinette but doesnt let her know it is him, chat noir, but she doesnt seem interested.

Meanwhile marinette gives alya the miraculous since she feels like a failure. Not only did she fail to capture the akuma but also she told chat noir her name!

Alya still forgets her bag and marinette still chases after her, but when chat noir is fighting he notices marinette and they lock eyes. She sees he is struggling and then the car traps alya. She cant let chat noir do this alone or alya be hurt. She transforms into Ladybug and the battle proceeds. When ladybug and chat noir win and chat noir watches her leave, he knows he is in love with ladybug--this girl named marinette and promises himself to get to know her.

Cue umbrella scene and marinette realizes Adrien is not as bad as she thought and they become friends, but she also has fondness for chat noir who is keeping her secret.

Cue Adrien entering a love triangle with himself.

There is a point, in a certain tv show. Called Miraculous: Tales of lady bug and cat noir / chat noir. WHERE I YELL AT MY SCREEN THROUGH SEASON 3. Until they lose their memory’s and after that, they go back to normal and I RESUME MY YELLING! Then I feel ridiculous because I’m yelling at a show meant for kids. Do I still watch it yes, yes I do.
