Drew this in support of Palestine, it is horrifying to hear about what is happening right now. Please never stop talking about it, never stop protesting, boycotting. We can make a difference and people's lives depend on it. I will not let genocide go ignored and unnoticed, my blog will mostly be Palestine related art for a while. NOAA Ocean Guardian Schools strive to protect and conserve their local watersheds, national marine sanctuaries, and the ocean. Under the program, PreK–12 schools propose and implement a school- or community-based stewardship project, spanning five program pathways: Watershed Restoration, School Garden/Habitat, Energy and Ocean Health, Marine Debris, and 6Rs (Rethink/Reduce/Refuse/Reuse/Recycle/Rot).

So this isn't exactly my usual post, but as I'm sure most people will know by now, the UK government have recently introduced incredibly dangerous and discrimatory new 'guidelines' on how to 'deal with' trans kids in schools. This involves banning social transition without explicit parental consent, allowing misgendering of trans pupils, and even teachers being 'advised' (told) to out pupils who are trans or questioning to their parents which, as I'm sure is pretty obvious, is at best taking away someone's choice in when to come out and at worst putting someone in a potentially dangerous situation.

Mermaids, which is a trans rights charity, have organised a petition to send to local MPs and eventually the government in order to protest this law, which you can find by following this link: https://mermaidsuk.org.uk/schools/

This is called "Goddamn Fucking Disgrace." Some kind of meaning out of a solid slanted board.

I was talking to my neighbor, Jack, about the current situation. He had a beer in one hand and a supernaturally large hot dog in the other. "Which situation?" he said. The current one, I said. The ongoing one. The one everyone is talking about. "Ah," said Jack in between sips and bites, "yeah, it's, honestly it's, the thing about it is, that situation, damn, it's, it's one of those, one of those goddamn, goddamn fucking disgraces." I asked him in what way was it a goddamn fucking disgrace. Jack said, "Too much indignity and injustice. Very one-sided. Very. Too much, too. And we're, we're—us (he waved his hot dog at me and then back at himself)—are expected to make a difference?" I asked him if he didn't think we could. And Jack, polishing off the rest of that hot dog and washing it down with the last gasp of beer, said, "Of course I think we can. Of course."
