Sometimes, while sleep. We have nightmares. We see things so scary, we force ourselves awake. The fear is just a root chakra related response. What helps me is being present w/what I am witnessing/observing. Often times in my inner child consciousness. To bring healing energy to the younger part of myself that initially noticed the pattern. Confession: I’m a skeptic...! I have a hard time believing things sometimes. Which is easily explained via #AstroTherapy (@jupiter_love2020 ) I use this app called @thepattern which analysis-es ur personal natal chart w/the current Cosmos. Offering a sneak peak at what’s to come, how we r likely to respond & some suggestions for the best outcome. This week, my family is dealin w/a huge crisis that has affected my bloodline for many generations. Same for sooo many other ppl. It’s soooo simple & natural to worry. But that goes against who I believe myself to be. And what the Yoniverse wants me to honor, right now. Practicing mindfulness helps me skate past drama & trauma w/much more ease than I would b4. I been practicing for almost 10 yrs. I’ve come far. But, I felt like I was missing something to really believe in. I been w/EPIC since August/September 2020. I believe in the product! But this is a whole new one, which triggers insecurity & lack of confidence. That plus the stresses in my daily life make it tough to study regularly. Adding more for me to figure out. The #EPICApp does all the work for me (besides actually adding the contact info). Sometimes, talking to ppl is challenging. Sending texts & emails still delivers my message while I heal my energy.
