I've seen a few "Tim and Alice would be besties" posts and I love it so much cuz like. Tim's sense of humor canonically is mostly pop culture references to movies and stuff, there's no real indication that he's particularly online. Meanwhile Alice speaks like she's been Very active on tumblr for longer than she's been at OIAR CONSTANTLY, she just says the strangest shit all the time. So I just keep imagining a conversation between Tim and Alice constantly having to stop because Tim keeps cracking up unable to breathe over the Shit Alice Keeps Saying and he's never heard any of that kind of shit before, especially not with such a casual, nonchalant delivery. And Alice is laughing because its hilarious how offline Tim is. Hearing the phrase "none pizza with left beef" would incapacitate him.

genuine question: why are some people so against lily having any other sexualities in fics besides lesbian? because i hear crickets when fics portray like sirius as bi when those same people hc them as gay, but the second someone portrays lily as bi? well then the writer is evil and they can’t even stomach the idea of read it.

like can you not enjoy things even if they don’t align perfectly with your headcanons? because i hc regulus as unlabeled, but i read plenty of fics where he’s gay or aroace and have absolutely no problem with it. i read fics where lily is a lesbian, and i still enjoy those fics even though i hc her as bi. i read fics (and have even wrote fics) where sirius is a cis man even though i hc her as trans feminine, and i still like those fics anyways.

i do not see a problem where some other people see a problem and i want to understand.

ok i know no one will really see this but i just had a dream and need to share.

so. i have a toddler cousin who loves trying new stuff and im always trying to make that happen, so apparently that includes dragon riding. my two year old cousin was hanging out with the httyd gang and rode MOTHER FUCKING TOOTHLESS. AND ALSO MEATLUG.

the gang was all talking about what they were gonna do when they had to pass their dragons down (bc dragons are apparently immortal + ig they just can't ride them forever or smth like they're too busy) but IT WAS SO CUTE like she was having a blast and they were all so sweet! and hiccup was talking to astrid about how toothless is too hard to clean and might not get proper care with someone else. also apparently when he wears the dragon mask (he had a new cool one that only covered his mouth ig) he can't breathe so he has to fire breathe. well he said "technically raptor breathe" when astrid asked so idk. the whole time the gang was on a little island discussing who would end up with their dragons, and the dragons were all making sure my cousin (the toddler) didn't get hurt

also there was a later scene where there's a group of kids (that look exactly like movie 1 gang) who keep trying to go ride dragons but get scolded bc they're too young. it was actually like really cool and stuff idk i wanted to share before i forgot
