hiya!! i just officially made this blog a studyblr as of yesterday so i figured it was time for an introduction post. putting everything under a read more so i don’t spam anyone’s timeline! some studyblrs/blogs whose content i really enjoy:

my name is alex, i’m 22 years old. i’m married to my best friend and we live in a cute lil apartment in the good ole us of a. i’m an infp (as of the last time i took the test), a ravenclaw, and a taurus. i’m currently a teller at a credit union and i looove my job! i’m also pursuing my bachelors in psychology at an online university. i want to continue on to get my master’s in social work, and i have a particular interest in working with military families to help them navigate the difficult parts of the active duty lifestyle.

i LOVE reading!! seriously, if you read a super good book you just couldn’t put down, share the title with me! i’m always looking for new things to read. (ya lit and mystery novels are my fave)

hedgehogs are my favorite animal

baths + bath bombs are my saving grace

i rlly love my dweeb of a husband so you’ll probably see me post about him from time to time :’)

i’m an essential oils/aromatherapy nut and i enjoy learning more about how to incorporate them into my health and wellness journey (not at the expense of modern medicine tho, so don’t worry, i’m not one of those antivax crazies haha)

i’m currently on a leave of absence from school (take care of urselves guys, or you will crash and burn…) but i start classes again on september 9th! i will be taking introduction to theories of learning + critical thinking & personal development. my semesters are 8 weeks long and i take two full courses during that time. it’s a lot, and very different from the traditional lecture format that i’m used to.

my biggest goal in starting this studyblr is to connect with others who have had non-traditional college journeys. for so long i felt like i was behind because i didnt graduate in 4years and that couldn’t be farther from the truth! i am right where i need to be and crazy successful.

i will [eventually] do the 100 days of productivity challenge

i will consistently use my bullet journal to help organize my thoughts + crazy schedule

i will do my best in both of my courses this next semester (and that means NOT waiting until sunday to do all of my readings + assignments)

Hi everyone!

introduction I’m Rosalie and I’m new to studyblr community. I’m 18 (almost) and I live in Poland. I’m in high school and after summer I’m going to senior year, so I’ll write exams, which are in may ‘18. I’m going to write biology, polish and english. English, of course, isn’t my first language, but I do my best. I’m learning also german and french. After holiday I want to start learn new language italian or portuguese.

hobbies Learning languages is one of my hobbies. I like to tell this people, because their reactions are great. They always suprise, that learning might be somebodies hobby. Besides that I play the guitar, sing and draw. pseudo art kid, yes that’s me

goals My goal is to have above 75% from all my exams. Also I want to be fluent in those languages that I’m learning. My new goal is to find what I want to do in future. Next year I’m going to studies, and I still don’t know who I wanna be. My goal connected with this community is to meet new people around the world.

purple: 10 facts about my room

i have a double bed and it’s comfy enough but it squeaks like bloody murder lmao

my wardrobe is way too tiny so i keep my off-season clothes inside my suitcase under my nightstand (yeah, organization space is scarce in our tiny apartment)

i have to make my bed everyday or else i feel like i’m Failing in life

my desk serves both as a makeup station and workspace

i have two windows, one of which opens up into possibly the smallest balcony ever

it gets hella cold in winter and hella hot in summer and there’s no ac or central heating just an old electrical heater

one of the walls is painted bright green (think this year’s pantone colour) with a white tree (? plant thing? our landlords have a certain artistic penchant) silhouette on one corner

i have entirely too many plushies on the floating shelf above my desk and my boyfriend isn’t helping with that population problem

likewise i have to keep reorganizing my makeup storage and display bc i have too many products on rotation

my ceiling lamp is super cute and shaped like a cloud (again, whimsical artistic sensibilities) but it’s hella low and i’m tall and sometimes punch it when working out or getting dressed oops

grey: 2 facts about my favorite things

one category of my favourite things includes everything indulgent: gold, pink, glossy, champagne and cakes, feeling and acting like a living goddess, the unrivalled feeling of luxury, of being the best of the best

the second category involves nostalgia and nature: feeling at peace, reliving good moments, spending quiet time in fields or forests, health and ecology-minded things, reading, old music, flowers and stars, the joys of life that money can’t buy
