Maybe making a bento for the kamaboko squad?

Anon (´∀｀•) This was such a nice request to receive! It just instantly sent my head into fluffy territory and it was just a pleasure to write.

It also made me want to make a bento?

Making a Bento for the Kamaboko Squad!:

Tanjirou Kamado:

Ok, first off! Tanjirou would literally eat anything and everything you made him - seriously, head AND stomach of steel

Obviously if you took the time to make it all pretty and presentable he would look it in awe and eat it slowly to properly savoir the presentation and flavoring

Loves it when you pack him all the home cooked meals

He's happy with food that were left over from breakfast or dinner from yesterday - so long as its something you've made

Enjoys your Miso Yaki Onigiri with Honey Soy Chicken with a side of cherry tomatoes + sauteed cabbage

Anything yummy makes him happy - well... anything that you've put time and effort in is always gonna make him happy

Wouldn't say he has a big sweet tooth but he really can't turn down your desserts - especially if freshly made!

Particularly loves your Matcha Marble Pound Cake

If you ask him, Tanjirou will help you make your's and his bento's

Nezuko Kamado:

Nezuko loves your bento's

She loves the bright colours of the food that you use - it always makes her happy to see that you've added something into the rice to make it slightly pink

Nezuko also has a soft spot for sweet things so when you add extra Tamagoyaki (sweetened omelette) from breakfast to her bento it adds a little pep in her step

She really loves forward to the bento's you make during cherry blossom season cause everything is cherry blossomed themed - lots of cherry blossom themed desserts too! e.g. Cherry Blossom milk pudding

Oh! Enjoys abit of Sweet and Sour in her bento - specifically when you use the lefter overs from your sweet and sour chicken + vegetables with steamed rice

Sweet and Sour Chicken with Japanese Potato Salad and steamed rice with sesame seeds and umeboshi (pickled plum) + cherry tomatoes

Will absolutely help you make the bento's

Inosuke Hashibira:

He's still getting used to receiving a packed bento - Inosuke was really confused when you first gave him one

Doesn't see the point of all the pretty food shapes and colours to begin with but he does secretly enjoy it when you shape and do all that stuff with his food - it just helps prove that you love him cause your making him food and making it into things he likes

Cackles when he opens his bento up and there's onigiri shaped like boars + pigs

Will eat anything that's smothered in teriyaki sauce or tempure-d

Absolutely adores sweet potato pie and will eat an entire one to himself.... - its safe to say that you put at least a couple of slices in his bento when you make a pie to hold him off

To give him his vitamins in the form of fruits, other than berries, you usually pack him a Fruit Sandwich/Fruit Sando - a taste sweet dessert in sandwich form that consists of sweet milk bread, fresh whipped cream with strawberries, kiwi and orange - which you usually have to give him extra as he scoffs down the first one

don't ask him to help make the bento's.....he'll eat everything as your preparing them...

Zenitsu Agatsuma:

Absolutely sobs when you give him a bento.... actually that happens every single time you make him a bento

Enjoys literally all of your food

Will absolutely sob while eating it...

Really enjoy when you use ginger and honey in the foods

Has a softspot for your Ginger Pork Onigirazu

Although he really loves when you pack Nikujaga (Meat and Potato Stew) with Shirataki Noodles with a side of Miso eggplant in his bento

Loves all the desserts/sweet things that you pack him

Doesn't matter what type of dessert - cake,mochi, crepe, etc. - its going into his stomach

although if he had to pick a favourite, it would have to be your Warabi Mochi

You can ask him to help prepare the bento's but he will add more stuff than needed or add the wrong decorations and/or seasonings

Muichiro

Bet he would be spacing out in there BUT THAT’S SO CUTE

His hair is quite long, so it would be flowing around with the water, tempting you to play with it

Self-control… self-control…

You ended up playing with it.

But ok picture this, you were tenderly washing and untangling his hair. And because it felt so comforting to have you playing with his hair, Muichiro ended up falling asleep.

After he fell asleep you give him a gentle peck on the forehead then sat and leaned your head against him.

He then woke up to find you sound asleep.

Muichiro would carry you back to the house you were staying in in the swordsmith village and help you get cleaned up.

Aaaaand you would wake up realising you were in Muichiro’s bed with him cuddling you from behind :)

I wanna play with his hair so badly >:O

Mitsuri

Let’s all be real here, you both would be flustered seeing each other in the hot spring.

“KYAAAAAAAAAAH! It’s our first time soaking in a hot spring together! Isn’t this exciting??!”

You both would be chatting endlessly the whole time while you were soaking.

While Mitsuri was ranting about food or cats, your eyes would dart between her fern green eyes and her b a d o n k e r s I know you would you little perverts

Yea there were definitely a ton lot of ranting about random things.

After having a nice long relaxing soak in the hot spring, you and Mitsuri would have a nice meal.

Genya

The poor boy would be painted red all over and be frozen in place as soon as you showed up.

You would be talking to him, asking how his day was, or whether he ate dinner already. But he would be too flustered to even open his mouth and talk to you.

You being intimate with him obviously did not help.

Tracing the scars that decorated his body is a must.

Throughout the whole time you both were soaking, the only thing anyone could hear was you happily ranting about random stuff, like what you wanted to eat for dinner.

After soaking, you would help Genya clean up. Because, well, the whole time Genya is too flustered to do anything.

Since he doesn’t usually go eat with everybody else during dinner, you would eat with him in his room.

You like seeing his soft side don’t you :)

Nezuko-chan

Nezuko is a fun and happy little girl, so I for sure know you both would be playing around in the hot spring

The both of you would splash water at each other, chase each other around the hot spring etc.

You would be playing with Nezuko like an elder sibling

Speaking of siblings, bring big brother Tanjiro too next time, Nezuko would be overjoyed to soak with her favourite two people in the world

I can imagine you giving her cute little pecks on the forehead

You would help Nezuko clean up and hold her hand as you both went to eat dinner with Tanjiro and Mitsuri afterwards :)

How would kny characters hurt you in an argument?

Includes: Tanjiro Kamado, Kyojuro Rengoku, Giyuu Tomioka, Sanemi Shinazugawa

A/N: Hello readers! This is an idea I got from a hc post on here, I'm not sure who made it but I give credit to them for this hc idea. Anyways, I hope you enjoy!

KAMADO TANJIRO:

I feel like most arguments would start becaude of Tanjiro's protectiveness of his friends

He would probably start scolding you for doing something he thought was reckless while fighting a demon

Especially if Nezuko we're to be the one to save you and get injured, he would probably be pissed off

Tanjiro is the type of person to bottle his emotions up, so he really just snapped at you

He seems like the person who yells and cries during an argument

He would bring up the fact that you had jumped into danger without thinking, calling you selfish for thinking only about the battle and not of your friends

If someone had gotten injured protecting you, like Nezuko, she wouldn't be able to say anything since she was healing and unable to stick up for you

You would just be too shocked to even say anything to defend yourself, along with everyone else, since no one has seen Tanjiro like this before

Once he finishes, he simply excuses himself quietly, saying that he's tired from dealing with this

Bonus!

Zenitsu would immediately rush to your side to comfort you as tears spilled down your cheeks

This would be especially hard if you had past problems with arguments and yelling

RENGOKU KYOJURO:

Now Rengoku seems like a type of person to be less of a yelling type at the beginning, but slowly builds up his anger to the point that he starts yelling

Usually the arguments are about how Shinjuro treats Rengoku and Senjuro, with Rengoku insisting that he can convince his father to be better

You try to tell him that Rengoku should ask for help to deal with his father, but Rengoku stubbornly disagrees

His demeanor during arguments is different, his eyes looking darker and it seems like he loses his friendly glow

When Rengoku argues back, he usually uses something your sensitive about, like if you had a bad relationship with your parents

He would claims that he's at least trying to fix his relationship with his dad, hitting you hard and causing you to go speechless

rengoku usually just stomps away from the fight when he's done saying his mind, leaving you teary eyes and with a broken heart

TOMIOKA GIYUU:

Giyuu always wants to avoid arguing as much as possible, always shutting you down when you want to talk about some problems

This causes you to get frustrated and start bombarding him with questions, like why is he avoiding their problems

Giyuu seems like the type of person to talk more than yell, but his voice is still strained as if he's holding back from yelling at you

Giyuu knows exactly where to hit you to make it hurt, taunting you about problems that you could never solve

His words would go to the point that he makes you burst out crying and run out of the room

He immediately regrets whatever he said in the argument, and ends up going to bed alone, covering himself in the sheets as tears of regret slide down his face

Bonus!

Giyuu wouldn't be able to face you for a few days after the a t in fear of hurting you again with his words

It takes a lot of reassurance from you to get him outside again

SHINAZUGAWA SANEMI:

Sanemi is the type of dude yo go all out during arguments, yelling and screaming at you, even sometimes going as far as you throw things into the ground in rage

You both seem like you're at each other's necks, not backing down from proving your side right

Sanemi seems like the type of person to call you degrading names, such as coward, selfish, etc.

You try to stay calm at first, but you have yo resort to yelling to get your point across

Sanemi is usually arguing to you about staying out of his and Genya's relationship, saying that it is non of your business

You end up running out of breath before he does, simply listening to him yell at you for a few more minutes before he storms out the room and slams the door

By the time he's gone, tears are already streaming down your face, breathless and tired from screaming your lungs out as you collapse to your knees, sobbing

but don’t worry, she jumped in front of you so you fell on her back

she thinks you’re the one that needs to walk inside the box ngl

she loves touching your bruises with her forehead as if to kiss them

ZENITSU AGATSUMA

zenitsu when he has anxiety because you might get hurt even when he’s around you

would cry if you hurt yourself & feel bad about it

he usually stops you physically if you’re talking with someone or looking at something while walking

because he knows you would end up hitting something or falling on the ground

super sweet whenever he checks your bruises and cuts

“i walked into a tree,” you’re crying while zenitsu checks your forehead and then he pouts because he feels like it’s his fault

INOSUKE HASHIBIRA

treats you like a toddler

holds your clothes 24/7 because man’s on a duty

and his mission is surviving each week without ending with you covered in bruises

he somehow feels you’re about to walk into something and his hands end up wrapped around your forehead or whichever part of your body and take the blow for you

“watch your step! if you lived in the mountains, you would be dead already!” it’s usually what he says to scold you

he saw tanjiro do it, so he would usually kiss your bruises and then smile at you as to copy him lol

KANAO TSUYURI

another person who feels bad whenever you are the one hitting something

“i’m so sorry!” she helps you get up and checks if you’re alright. “no i’m sorry, i was distracted.”

knows how to medicate you tho and it’s pretty good at it ngl

holds your hand or arm every moment, just in case

“look, that’s uzui-san over there!”

bonk, straight into a wall

“oh my god! are you okay?”

kanao is this close 🤏🏻 to get a box similar to nezuko’s one

GENYA SHINAZUGAWA

man would be so stressed

The detective sprinted, dodging the infected, striking the oncoming with the baton he had earlier pulled out. Hakuji reached towards an end , jumping up on the car bonnet and climbing on the roof of the car, reaching towards the first floor ceiling when he heard a 'what the hell'. He turned his head towards an officer whose lower half was trapped between the car and the wall. Hakuji raised his leg to kick the suspected, assuming it was infected when he stopped midair as he heard an exclaimed 'Wait' from the officer.

"WAIT wait help me!" The officer yelped, "I'm stuck!"

Hakuji looked around, trying to figure out whether to help out or not, when he released a deep exhale before lending his hand forward, "Come on."

The infected roamed around the corridor aimlessly as Haruto straigtened his posture, the cracks of bone being heard, blood dripping down his nose and eyes turned the darkest shade of red.

"How are we different from seeing an eye dog whose instincts to run and bark are stripped?"

"Must all dogs abandon their instincts and become seeing eye dogs?"

"Must everyone truly abandon their instincts to become truly human?"

Veins now visible around his face, Haruto walked forward.

Hakuji and the officer hid by a brick fence by the road, kneeling down, as they waited for the infected to clear out the area. The duo waited patiently unmoving, until there was no sign of life present nearby. Hakuji peered over the street to confirm his surrounding before kneeling down again,

"Hey."

"Yes, sir." The officer answered, who was sitting with his knees towards his chest

"We're going to the Disaster and Safety Management. We have to tell them to get the laptop from the Kimetsu High School lab. The solution to this disaster is in there. You understand?" Hakuji said, as he looked around his surrounding. The officer sat there dumbfounded, blankly staring at the ground. "Hey." Hakuji called out again to grab his attention by shaking his shoulder by one hand, "Kimetsu High. Science Lab. Laptop."

"Why are you telling me?" The officer questioned softly, fright clear in his eyes.

"If I die, you have to stay alive and tell them, you idiot." Hakuji replied as if it was obvious.

"Me?" The officer questioned back, surprised.

"You dumbass." Hakuji retorted, "Lets go." The detective tried standing up, taking the officer's hand in his before being pulled back down by the latter,

"Where are you going?"

"The Disaster and Safety Management. I told you two seconds ago. Get with the program." Hakuji gritted his teeth irritatingly, making the officer nod his head.

"Where?" Hakuji asked, like a teacher asking the student to repeat the answer, to which the officer answered back correctly, "Disaster and Safety Management."

"And tell them what?"

"Kimetsu High. Science lab. Laptop."

"That's right." The detective nodded, "Are you ready?"

"No."

Hakuji grabbed the officer by the shoulders before taking a deep breath, nodding encouragingly, "Lets go", before making both of them stand up, cautiously.

The detective jumped over the small fence wall, landing on his knees, followed by his fellow new partner who almost slipped at the landing had it not been for the former's hand holding him to be stable. "Follow me." The detective instructed, as he started moving stealthily, grabbing a wooden rod by the street and passing it to his partner, both of them anxiously looking around their surroundings.

Zenitsu turned his body from the sleeping blue haired boy, moving the sleeping boy's leg away from his own, as it rested on top, "Its cold." He muttered, facing the other direction, going back to sleep. Everyone were in their previous places, sleeping,as the tiredness of the past few hours had set on them.

Tanjiro woke up due to the sunlight falling his face, before getting up and checking outside the window instinctively. Everyone started waking up one-by-one as the early sun rays fell on their faces. Nezuko walked upto her brother who was looking outside the window, before staring at the scene in front of her. The infected had completely taken over the ground,roaming aimlessly, bodies laid at few places.

"No one came." The younger sibling spoke up.

The blades of choppers passing could be heard, as they both looked up, seeing a dozen choppers flying flying from a distance.

"This is driving me crazy." Sanemi groaned, "No cops and no cigarettes. Nothing." Sanemi slightly called out for the other two to hear, "Really? Nobody came?" Genkei questioned frustratingly. Sanemi got down from the stool, huffing and sitting down on it, "Hey. What do you want to do?" He questioned the purple haired girl,

"We need to leave. No one's coming to save us."

"All the zombies will see us right now. Lets go at night." Genkei groaned, seated down on the floor, leaning against a door of a bathroom stall.

"Okay. You can stay right here." Sanemi retorted in a tone, as if talking to a baby, "Let's go out back and leave through the back gate." He suggested, facing the girl, who was tightening her pony, "But first I gotta check the second floor."

"I guess we are on the same page," Shinobu replied, "I was also planning to go there now."

"Why?" Genkei asked.

"Our siblings are juniors. We need to check if they are there." Shinobu answered.

"Hey. Would a zombie sit and wait at his desk in his classroom?"

Shinobu turned towards the chubby boy with a blank face before her smile reappearing, "Did you see them turn?"

"They may have. There's no guarantee that they didn't."

Sanemi and Shinobu glared at Genkei, to which the chubby boy apologized meekly with a 'sorry'.

"Come with us if you want." Shinobu said, not turning back, readying her bow, before walking towards the door, followed by the white haired male. Genkei sighed, getting up, his eyes not leaving the girl, "She's so cool. Damn it. So annoying." He called out to the duo asking them to wait for him.

"They'll come for us eventually." Y/N spoke.

"How long do we wait?" Zenitsu asked.

"Until they come."

"We don't even know if they are coming."

"So? You want to go out there?"

"But even if they come, they can't find us if they don't know we're here." Tengen spoke up.

"We can put up a signal for help?"

"How?" Muichiro asked.

"My dad taught me a signal that's used internationally." Y/N started, "It was red and blue arranged together to create some sort of a pattern..." she realized that she didn't completely remember the exact pattern, "Should we just write SOS on the curtains?"

"Yes. Let's do that." Mitsuri chimed, trying to encourage, but it didn't seem to work as she saw H/C girl visibly deflate in her seat.

"We can't last long anyway. Three minutes of no oxygen, three days of no water, three weeks of no food." Kanao uttered.

"What's that?" Tanjiro questioned, confused.

"How long a person can survive."

"It's only been a day. We have to try the best we can." Y/N replied.

Kanao who was resting her forehead on her hands by the table, looked up towards the former, with a blank stare, "We'll show signs of dehydration after today. We won't be able to move by tomorrow."

"What are you getting at? Are you saying we should go? Or are you saying we'll die anyway, or we shouldn't bother doing anything?"

At the words, Kanao's eyes widened a bit for a split second,a pang of guilt and surprise passing through it, which went unnoticed by others, before returning to her blank look, her gaze slowly returning to the previous position on the table, "I.. don't know."

"I think Kanao means that we should think about all our options. Right?" Tanjiro spoke up, trying to diffuse the tension.

"No." Kanao answered, "I mean we know nothing. We need to know more to think and make plans-"

"What do you mean?" Muichiro interrupted.

""What she means-" Muichiro slowly looked towards Tanjiro, "You don't know what she's saying either."

"Right." Tanjiro muttered, accepting his defeat.

Kyojuro who had stayed quiet the whole time, spoke up, "Are you saying we need to grasp the situation before taking action?"

"Yep. Something like that."

"I agree." Kyojuro, now speaking slightly louder than before, " We need to know more to decide whether to wait, rum or go out."

"How can we do that right now?" Sabito questioned.

"We can go online if we have a phone." Giyuu commented.

"But we don't have one." Sabito answered back.

Giyuu looked at Sabito, "The teacher's office ."

"Why are you telling me that now?!!" Akari wept, slapping Aito hard on the face.

"Sorry.."

"Why didn't you tell me earlier?? What can I do about it now??!"

Aito stood silent, his lips slightly trembling.

"What time is it?"

*FLASHBACK*

Toshinori walked towards Aito, pointing towards the phone in his hand, "It's 9 AM"

"Kimetsu High. Akari. Nude." Toshinori mumbled while typing the title of the post, as he set the timing of scheduled post for 9AM the next day. "The post is scheduled for 9am tomorrow. You better bring money before that. If you don't, it'll be uploaded automatically."

Aito looked back at the boy, fear present in his eyes, as he looked at the whimpering girl desperately putting the garments back on her body.

*FLASHBACK END*

"I just had to give him the money. But I couldn't because of the zombies." Aito explained, hoping the other would understand, "I was going to ask the rescuers to find his phone if they came, but.."

"It's past 9am right?" Akari asked.

"How would I know? I don't have my phone."

"No. It can't be 9:00 a.m. yet." Akari shook her head in frustration and denial, "If that gets posted online, I'll..." Akari took a deep breath before walking towards the edge of the rooftop.

"What's wrong? Where are you going?" Aito asked in panic, pulling her one hand by his, to which Akari shook it off, "Let go. I should've died yesterday." "Don't say that." The duo continued to struggle before Aito exclaimed,

"PLEASE STOP IT!!"

Akari stood in shock as Aito panted, "Whether or not you die, the video will be posted. What will it change?"

Akari stood there whimpering, desperately rubbing the tears off her eyes. A few seconds of silence passed before the girl spoke up, "You're right...Even if I die, everyone will see my body. Everyone will watch..and my mom.."

"It'll be okay. We did nothing wrong. We were victims."

Akari stared at the door leading to the school, as Aito spoke up when suddenly, "I'm going." "Where?"

"To get his phone."

"Are you insane?"

Akari who was walking towards the door, stopped midway, turning abruptly and faced the boy, "Will you come with me? You filmed me.."

"But.." Aito flailed his arms in panic, "I had no choice. They made me do it."

"It's the same as committing murder because you had no choice." Akari retorted, which silenced the latter.

"Still..we'll die if we go."

Akari stood still, her eyes narrowed and teeth clenched, "That's so you. You don't have the courage to live or die. You're a fucking coward, asshole."

Akari turned, opening the door, continuing to walk down the stairs as Aito stood by the open door, unsure. The girl stopped, standing still, not daring to turn back, a spark of hope burning in her mind, which vanished as she heard the door close, clicks of the locks being heard and no footsteps following her. Clenching her teeth, she moved forward.

"Kyojuro stop being so nervous." Y/N called out as she walked towards the window, where the flame haired boy leant against, examining his surroundings. Kyojuro turned around, facing the girl, "The teacher's office is two rooms across and one floor down."

"Don't go."

"I'll come back if I can't make it all the way. Don't worry."

"I'm not worried about you. I'm angry."

"Oh is that so? Well I think that's not true." Kyojuro chuckled, making the ears and the cheeks of the girl go slightly red.

Kyojuro climbed out, leaning against the exterior wall, holding the upper window sill, moving sideways and balancing himself, moving forward. Uzui got up, straightening himself a bit before climbing out next,

"Tengen." Y/n called out to which the white haired male replied with, "I'll be back." as he followed his orange haired friend's movements.

Hi! I saw you were doing Demon Slayer! How would our trio, Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke, react to a Nezuko like male reader? The three had heard reports of a demon in a village that never leaves a certain house, it hasn't bothered anyone, but does frighten people at night just by seeing them. Only to discover, they have been trying to find descent food for their still human little sibling. Mom was killed, same with the other older siblings, and dad was thrown into the sun by Nezuko reader for trying to attack little sib after turning into a demon. I personally think Tanjiro would be having flashbacks about his own family. Reader tries so hard to keep his sanity for his sibling, and is actually keeping it pretty well. If he is killed and accepts his death is up to you. You don't have to do this, I just wanted a little bit of fluff to the end.

They were all quick to get to the village

Tanjiro had them all three split up to hopefully find you faster

Zenitsu didn't want to split up, while Inosuke was already running in a different direction

Zenitsu saw you first, you had walked calmly in front of him, but he didn't realize at first

Then Tanjiro, you said said a simple hi to him, and at first he said hi back

You had learned that acting normal st night would make it alittle harder for the people to realize you were a demon

But Tanjiro smelled you, but by the time he realized, you were gone

And Inosuke saw you, he stared right at you as you were walking around, he was the first to attack

You were shocked when you felt his sword slice your shoulder

You had then quickly made your way back to your house, losing Inosuke in the process

When you back to your little sibling Tanjiro and Zenitsu was with them

You had went into defense mode and shoved them away, but only shoved to not hurt the two

When they looked back at you, they saw your defenseive behavior, and Tanjiro realized you were like Nezuko

Zenitsu was freaking out and ran out over to Tanjiro

"Your like Nezuko?"

Tanjiro would say he would then explain what he meant and when he seen your small nod he smiled

He offered his hand and a safe place for you, with Tamayo

You were hesitant, especially when Inosuke came barging through the door, and straight at you

Of course Tanjiro stopped him before turning back at you

"I understand how you feel. My family was killed, and my sister turned into a demon. Please, Tamayo may be your best shoot, for the both of you"

That's when you accepted his offer

When you got to Tamayo, she was more than happy to take you in and help you

Inosuke was still pissed off and had a fit at Tamayos

But at the end of the day, Tanjiro wanted to help as many people, and demons as much as he could
