I’ve seen some educational nsfw posts and figured I’d make one about stuff I don’t see as often.

Down there will stop producing as much natural lubrication for a lot of people. More lube can or will be needed.

Yes it is going to randomly stink more then before. Hygiene is extremely important to keep up with.

Some stuff that worked before testosterone may need to be changed after. Like the products you use, the position and other things you do either by yourself or with someone else.

Not everyone gets a tdick! A lot of people do but not everyone. They also don’t all grow the same. Some are able to get to over an inch, some don’t make it past a bump. Don’t expect it to be huge because you’re setting yourself up for disappointment.

“Morning wood” can happen depending on the length of the tdick and getting randomly horny throughout the day will happen! It can happen in the most awkward or unprofessional of times. Don’t be ashamed of it because it’s just part of the testosterone kicking in.

Your dysphoria down there can heavily change. Not everyone experiences it, but it is possible for you to be way more comfortable with that area after awhile. Sometimes to the point where you don’t want bottom surgery if you did before. But it’s also possible for you to feel more uncomfortable with that area after time. Testosterone doesn’t fix everything.

Not everyone bulks up or even gets much more muscle and that’s okay. There’s nothing wrong with being a skinny masculine person. Same with facial hair, not everyone can get it. You’re valid regardless on body and face type.

On the topic of faces. A lot of people will experience their face changing a little, a lot of faces can get a more masculine wether a little or a ton.

There will be days you think you’re ugly or more gross then before. Self conscious days or even weeks are normal. Don’t be ashamed of when you need an extra boost. Communicate with family or partner(s) when you have off days.

Do research on everything. There are issues that testosterone can cause. You should be aware of them but also aware of how likely or unlikely something can happen so you’re fully prepared before starting it.

Please take T gel seriously and fully wash your hands after. We wash them twice just to make sure we prevent testosterone from getting onto as much. It can get onto the sink, the towel you dry off with, any clothes on or near you, etc. So remember to keep that area clean too!
