okay ,,, confession time :
i stared watching supernatural like months ago n i liked it at first but as i got further in it started getting harder for me to make it thru the eps
i know many of u will disagree w me but idc i hated dean i thought he was a bad character, brother everything n he rly put me off the show
i made it to like end of s7, i had 2 eps left but i just could not bring myself to finish the show knowing that i would see dean being a dick on my screen to just about everyone i couldn't stand it / him
i loved sam n think he's pretty much the only character on the show i actually LIKED (( i mean cas is good - didn't rly like him at first but i got there, he's def done some things that im like okaaay but i forgive his reasons ))
so i gotta ask fans of the show if it's rly worth watching the last like 8 seasons w my opinions : so far i hate dean, kinda glad bobby died, didn't rly mind john that much (( i think the fans rly blew his character out of proportion, like he's done bad shit but nothing too extreme where im like omg wtf u know )), love sam he's def the only character i can confidently say is my fave, cas is my second fave, loved samjess when they were together, do not like the idea of destiel (( ew ))
so just wanna know if it's worth continuing cuz ive been thinking about it n i rly just can't decide
like i know most of what happens anyway but i haven't watched an ep past s7 so
pls help me :)

Expect the Unexpected: dadstiel father's day ficlet
based off this anon's genius ask
They were late. Not that they actually had a strict schedule to stick to, but when it came to hunts, Claire didn't like to mess around. She did take this very seriously after all.
But the drive took longer than expected and they didn't get to the motel until around three am, and it took them longer to get out of bed this morning, which was admittedly Claire's fault. And they forgot to steam out their suits with the bathroom shower, so now they're late, in slightly wrinkled suits, speed walking through the parking lot at almost ten thirty am. And yeah maybe Claire's freaking out a bit, but what if the messy suits give them away, or what if another hunter got here already? Maybe they should run? The parking lot is empty so it's not lik-
"Hey, slow down, I don't think they bodies are going anywhere" Kaia laughed, gently grabbing Claire's hand to pull her back.
"I know, but we said we'd get there by nine thirty an-"
"Claire. The case isn't gonna disappear if we're forty five minutes later than we wanted to be. Okay?" Kaia assured, as she forced Claire to stop walking for a moment.
God why did she always have to be right?
"I know I know it's jus-okay fine" Claire sighed in defeat, but Kaia rewarded her with a quick peck on the lips, and pulled her inside.
They both flashed their badges with practiced confidence, and were easily lead to the correct room. The secretary didn't even bat an eye at their slightly wrinkled suits.
Yeah so maybe Claire was freaking out for noth-
"Agent Joel, and this is my partner Agent Cyrus"
Fuck. There's no way
(read rest under the cut)
"Clai-"
"Agents. I didn't know you were also assigned this case"
Because standing over the dead body on the examining table, was Castiel and Jack, in that ratty trench coat and a too big suit respectively.
Well, apparently another hunter did beat them to the case.
"Uh could you give us a moment to confer?" Cas asked attempting to hide his surprise, and the coroner nodded and left without a word.
"Claire! Kaia! I didn't know you guys were working the case too!" Jack started surprised, running over to give each of them a quick hug. They had met a ton of times over the past year, sometimes he even came and hung out at Jody's. And after the initial shock of Cas having a three year old who looked like he was twenty, Claire honestly liked the kid.
"Hey Jack, Cas. We didn't know you guys would be here either? I guess wires got crossed or something?" Kaia shrugged as she gave a little wave to Cas. But before Claire could say anything, Jack was tugging Kaia off to the side, talking a mile a minute about god knows what. And Cas was making his way, over to Claire.
"Hello Claire. I'm sorry I had no idea you two would be working this case. Jacks just been begging to go on another hunt, and this was the closest one to the Bunker. But we can try to find a diff-"
"Nono it's not a big deal. We can just find a different case. It wouldn't be fair, since the kid seems pretty excited about it" Claire said trying to shrug it off.
It's not like she was emotionally attached to this particular case, but it's been a while since her and Kaia had been on a hunt alone. So yeah maybe she was looking forward to it, bu-
"Well, maybe we could all work the case together? That is, if you'd want to?" Cas offered with a slightly nervous smile.
Okay so, it's not that Claire doesn't like Cas, she's seen him a lot over the years, they text and talk all the time, and he's been there for her a lot lately. Claire actually really likes the guy, but it's not like she's gonna tell him that, but it's just-Cas always treats her like she's the same naive teenager she was when they met again six years ago. And she's grown and learned a lot, she's a professional hunter now. At least Dean, and hell even Jody, gets that, they see the changes, but Cas.....
Claire glances over his shoulder to see Jack and Kaia laughing as to themselves, and she feels something pull in her chest as she quickly looks back to Cas.
Damnit.
"Uh sure, could be fun I guess? Besides we haven't seen you or the kid in the a while, but you have to explain why there's four FBI agents working this single murder case" Claire asserts, but Cas smiles brightly anyway.
"Deal" Cas agrees with a little tip of his head. God what a fucking dork, Claire thinks with a fond eyeroll.
“Also, Joel and Cyrus, really?” Claire teased as she walked over to join Kaia and Jack.
“I let Jack pick them out, and he insisted on picking our favorite singers” Cas sighed fondly, causing Claire to tip her head back in laughter.
And just like that the Coroner came back in, and they each took turns asking the routine questions, Jack with maybe too bright of a smile on his face. The guy was twenty-five, and his friends dared him to spend a night alone in this local old house that was apparently, haunted for real. And when his friends went to pick him up in the morning, they found him bleeding out in the foyer, with giant gashes all over.
So they decided to check out the house first, where Kaia and Jack both got tossed across the room by some creepy looking guy with a giant meat cleaver. Which basically confirmed Claire's theory of it being vengeful spirit, and they went back to Cas and Jack's room to research who the guy might be. So simple salt and burn.
And overall, things were actually going really great, Claire got to spend time with Kaia, plus she got to see Jack and Cas and share some laughs doing what she loves. She also got to help Cas show Jack some of the ropes, give him some hunting tips, which was awesome, since she's never gotten to be the teacher in this situation.
"Alright so tonight, why don't Kaia and I check out the house to make sure it's really gone, while Jack and Cas go find the guys grave?" Claire suggested as she stole a french fry off of Kaia's plate, who hummed in agreement
"Oh we get to burn the bones? I've only gotten to do that once before!" Jack began loudly, but quickly changed to a whisper after a warning look from Cas, they were in a crowded diner after all.
But the only one who hadn't spoken was Cas, who's face was scrunched up in thought.
"Claire I'm not sure splitting up is the best idea" Cas supplied carefully, which made Claire roll her eyes in annoyance.
God there he goes again, acting like Claire's some dumb kid. As if she hasn't handled herself just fine for years.
"C'mon Cas, me and Kaia hunt alone all the time, hell I've even done a ton of solo hunts. It'll be more effective this way, you burn the bones, and if it doesn't work we'll know immediately and figure out another way to waste the guy" Claire continued and watched as Cas looked from Jack to Kaia and back to Claire, sighing in defeat.
"Okay, but we'll all stay on the phone in case burning the bones doesn't work" Cas bargained, which Claire assumed was fair, and they all went back to eating happily.
So they split up, Claire and Kaia set up a salt line in the foyer, rock salt guns loaded and ready to go, with Cas and Jack on speaker at the cemetery. But of course, torching the bones didn't work. So now they had a pissed off, homicidal spirit chasing them with a giant meat cleaver, as Claire and Kaia raced around the house looking for the object it might be attached too while Jack and Cas yelled through the phone.
So yeah things were going pretty great actually.
Until they weren't.
"Cas I had it handled, I didn't need-"
"Claire I know, but it already sliced your arm and it was lunging right at yo-"
"But I was fine. I can take care of mys-"
"Claire, I know that-and please stop throwing your arm around you're going to reopen the wound-Claire, I was only trying to pro-"
"Well I didn't ask you to, I didn't ask you for any of this. I'm not some dumb little kid. I've been doing this for years, and I'm good at what I do, I can handle some stupid spirit. And I certainly don't need you to protect me from anything, since you did a pretty shit job of that already" Claire shouted, turning to look at him.
And when she caught sight of his wide, ashamed eyes, she felt something drop deep in her stomach, all of the fight draining out of her.
"Cas no I didn-I just-" Claire groaned running her hands through her hair, daring a glance over at Jack and Kaia who were frozen on the bed, looking at her with a hint of sympathy in their eyes. Her eyes darted back to Cas who's looked the same, except they were mostly filled with guilt.
Great. Just fucking great.
"Ya know what, I'm gonna run to the drug store-get some more bandaids. I'll be back" Claire huffed slamming the door behind her, and trudging across the motel parking lot to her car.
As she walked into the drug store, her mind was racing, rage still burning away in her stomach, and she mindlessly examined each box of bandaids.
This was stupid. The hunt was over, the guy was dead, turns out his murder weapon was the obejct they had to destroy. So it doesn't even matter anymore, but Claire's just so-
She tossed a box of bandaids back on the shelf. Maybe she should have just let Cas heal-no. Just another thing Claire thinks he needs to do for her.
And where does Cas get off trying to assume what's best for her? She can handle herself just fine, she's almost twenty four for gods sake. She's been hunting on her own for years now, and she's damn good at it, even Jody says so. She's grown and learned a lot so why can't Cas fucking just back off? And who the hell does Cas think he is, anyway? She doesn't need him to protect her, she doesn't need someone to save her, definitely not Cas of all peop-
With a huff Claire shoves another box back on the shelf, maybe a bit too aggressive and digs her palms into her eyes to ground herself.
What is she doing?
She forgave- or as close to forgiveness as you can get with this kinda thing- Cas a long time ago. She didn't wanna live with that rage and pain anymore, it was weighing her down and it fucking sucked. So she's made "peace" with it. And if she's really being honest, she really does like Cas a lot, he's like some doofy, powerful guy, who says some of the weirdest and funniest things she's ever heard. Plus, he sure as hell cares a lot, and he's tried to make it as "right", as possible and respected what Claire wanted.
But just because Claire's made peace with it and thinks he's a good guy, doesn't mean she's not allowed to be pissed.
Claire quickly swipes a brand of bandaids and gauzes she's used before, and weaves her way through the aisles. But she catches something out of the corner of her eye that has her stopping in her tracks.
A Father's Day display.
Something drops deep in the pit of her stomach, as her heart leaps into her throat.
And she's instantly transported back to age five, with memories of homemade cards, barbeques in the backyard, and her dad with a bright smile as he carefully opened her gift. A new tie.
She feels her phone buzz in her pocket, effectively breaking her out of the trance. She quickly swipes at her eyes before reading it.
It’s an apology from Cas.
Claire feels herself rubbing at her eyes again, the grief and pain of loss mixing with guilt and affection and confusion and anger all at once, struggling to gain dominance.
But before she can even process it all, another text come through, asking if she can grab some of Jack's favorite snacks, with way too many emojis.
And before she realizes it, a wet laugh escapes, as she squeezes the phone in her hand. She quickly glances back up at the display, a small, somber smile pulling at her lips.
And she makes a choice.
The next morning they’re all lingering in the parking lot before saying their goodbyes. Claire offered to check them all out, dragging Jack along before leaving Kaia and Cas alone.
"Here, you should be the one to give it to him" Claire says quickly stuffing a bag in Jack's hands.
"But it's from all of us?" Jack questioned, familiarly tilting his head, and Claire couldn't help but smile.
Last night Claire went back to the drugstore, now with Kaia and Jack in tow under the guise of picking up dinner. They each signed the card, even convincing Kaia to write something too. Jack even insisted on getting him one of those cheesy #1 Dad mugs, because apparently even though Cas didn't need it, he liked to drink coffee.
"Yeah I know, but you picked out the mug. So you can give it to him later" Claire assured, and quickly stalked across the parking lot with Jack in tow.
Jack can just hide it in his backpack and give it to Cas when they get home, so he can read their messages in a place where Claire is preferably, not present.
But to Claire's horror, annoyance at her own self because she should have seen this coming, Jack immediately handed Cas the gift.
"Happy Father's Day! It's from all of us, I know it's early but I thought you should open it while we're all together!" Jack declared with a bright smile, while Kaia gently found and squeezed Claire's hand. Cas just looked over at Claire and Kaia, confusion swimming in his eyes
"We all picked it up from the drugstore when we went to grab dinner last night. Thought it might be nice" Kaia answered evenly, but Claire could tell she was nervous. She knew she was worried about how Kaia fit into this fam...well whatever it was.
Cas simply nodded as he worked to recover from his initial shock, he slowly pulled out the mug first, smiling as he read it.
"I picked out the mug! But Claire put the quotes around the Dad, she said you'd think it was funny" Jack informed him, which only caused Cas to chuckle warmly as he pulled out the card.
Claire thought her heart might hammer out of her chest as she leaned into Kaia's touch. Damnit, why couldn't the kid have just waited until he was home.
"Thank you. All of you, thi-this means so much" Cas choked out, voice thick as he finished reading with a disbelieving smile. He hugged Jack first, pressing a kiss to his head.
"See, he loved it? You should talk to him" Kaia suggested in a no nonsense tone, pressing a kiss to Claire's lips before walking towards their car. Cas stopped her of course, wrapping her in a tight hug, and Kaia whispered something Claire couldn't make out, before she pulled Jack over to the other side of the lot. Claire looked at Cas, noticing his eyes were shining, and quickly looked at a rock on the ground as if it was the most interesting thing in the world.
"That was very kind of you. You didn't have to do all that for me" Cas said softly as he cautiously approached Claire, leaving some space between them.
"Yeah well, I don't know. I saw the cards at the store and I thought it might be nice..." Claire trailed off, braving another glance at Cas who's eyes were a little misty. Her eyes flitted to the side to see Kaia giving her an encouraging and a nod towards Cas, before turning back to Jack.
Well, it's now or never.
"Look Cas. I'm sorry I blew up yesterday, and I appreciate your-your apology. But I don't need you to protect me, you gotta know I'm not some dumb-"
"Claire, I know. You've become an incredible hunter, I'm not worried about your hunting skills or think that you need protecting. I just worry and want to protect you because I care about you" Cas stated sincerely.
Oh.
And yeah she knows Cas cared and she knows he was only trying to help, and maybe logically she knows that Cas was't acting like that because he thought she was a some inexperienced crap hunter. But hearing it is just-
Something warm swims in her stomach, as her heart thumps against her chest, as she swallows thickly.
"Listen, about the card, I- I know you aren't him, and you'll never be him okay? So you aren't my dad and I’m not looking to replace but-but you're kinda-you've kinda been like a Da-a figure lately and I know you said you care and I appreciate-and I car-I feel lik-"Claire attempted to choke out, but the next thing she knew, she's stopping and flinging her arms around his neck, hoping it'll convey everything she wants to say.
And it must, because Cas' arms wrap tightly around her, and she finds herself grabbing the back of that ratty trench coat, smiling to herself for a moment.
When they pulled away Cas gives her a soft smile, as she quickly wipes at her eyes.
"You and Kaia should come for dinner next Friday at the bunker. Deans texted me about it six times, and I'm sure Jack would love to show you his room....if you wanted that is-of course you don't hav-"
"Yeah Cas, that actually sounds kinda nice. Haven't had a chance to bother Dean in a while, anyway" Claire shrugged with a smile, which he easily returned.
And later as Claire drove back to Jody's, one hand on the wheel, the other loosely grasping Kaia's, she found herself really looking forward to next Friday.

@transnaturalweek day 2: coming out
1.4k, ao3 link
Kaia knew about Claire, but Claire had never needed to tell her.
Kaia had been there with them while they figured it out. Kaia had listened while they tried putting into words what they’d been feeling for a long time. Kaia had encouraged them to research these feelings, and had been there when they’d found out that there were a lot of people out there who felt exactly the same way. Telling Kaia that, hey, it turned out they’re not a girl after all, was easy, because Kaia had been sitting right next to them when they realised and accepted this about themself in the first place.
But if they wanted the other people in their life to ever stop calling them she, then they had to tell people about it.
Claire wasn’t interested in changing up how they looked. They liked having their hair long, and they liked the tinted lip balms they wore every day, and they didn’t want to bind. But they knew what this meant. They knew what people would assume when they saw them. Frustrating as it was, most people weren’t psychic, and they weren’t going to know that Claire wasn’t a girl unless they told them. Claire would be free to get as angry as they liked at anybody who continued to call them the wrong thing after they’d been told about it, and that anger would be fully deserved, but getting angry at people for using the wrong words to describe them when they literally didn’t know any better wouldn’t help anyone or solve anything. The world sucked, and the assumptions that people would make sucked, but it wasn’t any individual person’s fault.
They knew that if they’d figured this whole gender thing out while Kaia had been gone then they absolutely would’ve followed it up by getting angry at everybody they’d ever interacted with for not knowing. Kaia’s presence in their life calmed them, made them feel more able to face the world and all of its unfairness. They were okay so long as Kaia was in their corner.
And Kaia was in their corner about this. But Kaia couldn’t tell people for them. Claire didn’t want Kaia to tell people for them. This was something that Claire had to do themself.
They already knew how the conversations would go. Castiel and Sam would be supportive for sure. They’d probably be painfully earnest about it. Dean wouldn’t lay it on as thick as the other two, but he’d be supportive as well. Donna would grin like she always does and give them a hug. Jody would thank them for telling her and tell them that she was proud of them. Alex and Patience would actually know how to be chill, and Jack would definitely get excited and be overenthusiastic and very unchill. Claire knew that nobody that they wanted to know would react badly, and they knew that none of the people that loved them would love them any less once they knew.
It was still daunting.
Claire watched the coffee machine do its thing and considered the pros and cons of putting everyone in a group chat, making the announcement, and immediately leaving the chat. It was sounding more and more appealing every second.
“Oh, hey.”
Claire turned towards the kitchen doorway, and the source of the voice.
“I didn’t realise anyone would be in here,” said Patience.
Claire glanced towards the clock. “It’s three in the morning,” they said. “What are you doing up?”
Patience stepped into the room. “I could ask you the same thing.”
Claire flashed a grin. “I haven’t gone to bed yet. You’re the one with a normal sleep schedule.”
Patience eyed the coffee machine. “Are you planning on sleeping?”
“Yeah.”
“And you’re making coffee?”
Claire shrugged. “Want some?”
Patience nodded. “Please.”
The coffee machine beeped and Claire poured out two mugs. They stirred in milk and sugar, and handed one of the mugs to Patience.
Most people weren’t psychic, and wouldn’t know Claire’s pronouns if they didn’t tell them. But Patience was actually psychic. Her specific brand of psychic ability allowed her to see into the future, not read minds, so Patience likely still didn’t know. There was a possibility that she’d already had a vision of Claire telling people, but there was a bigger possibility that she hadn’t had a vision about that, especially since Claire hadn’t made a concrete decision yet about when and how they’d be telling people.
“You still haven’t answered my question,” said Claire, leaning back against the counter and cradling their mug. “Why are you awake right now?”
“Couldn’t sleep.” Patience turned towards the window and looked out into the night. “It happens sometimes. Usually nobody else is around.”
“Sorry to disturb your insomnia routine.”
Patience caught Claire’s eye through their reflections in the mirror and smiled gently. “It’s okay. You’re not disturbing me. The company is nice.”
“Does Jody know? Or-”
Patience shook her head. “I don’t want to worry her.”
Claire sipped their coffee. “I get that,” they said. “But if it gets any worse then you should tell her. She might seem overprotective but she’s only like that because she cares.”
Patience raised an eyebrow. “Yeah, and you take it so well when Jody’s overprotective with you. Are you really trying to play the wise older sister thing with me right now?”
Claire stifled a laugh, aware that other people in the house were trying to sleep. “That depends,” they said. “Is it working?”
“Nope. You’re too much of a hypocrite.”
“Damn.”
Patience laughed softly and sipped her coffee.
And she didn’t know, she didn’t, so Claire couldn’t be upset with her when what exactly she’d said sunk in a little deeper. Claire wasn’t anyone’s sister, but Patience didn’t know not to call them that. She hadn’t done anything wrong. The only person that Claire could get upset with over this situation was themself, but they weren’t about to do that.
But there was a way to make sure that it didn’t happen again.
For all that it had seemed daunting earlier, in this moment it was easy.
“Speaking of things that Jody doesn’t know about, I’m not a girl.”
The smile on Patience’s face dimmed. She turned to face Claire properly. “You’re not?”
Claire shook their head. “I’m gonna tell everyone soon, but. Yeah. I’m not.”
“So you’re a guy?”
“No,” said Claire. “Well, it’s complicated. I’m kinda somewhere in between.”
Patience nodded, a thoughtful expression on her face. “Should I use they and them when talking about you, then?”
Relief flooded Claire that Patience already knew about this stuff, and that they weren’t about to have to give a big explanation about things that they didn’t even understand themself until a few weeks ago. “Yes, that’s exactly what you should use.”
“Got it,” said Patience. “Do you want me to hold off on using those pronouns in front of people who you haven’t told yet? People might not notice either way, but I wouldn’t want to out you.”
“Uh...” Claire drank more of their coffee as they considered this. “I guess you can judge it for yourself? I’m hoping to tell people soon anyway, so I don’t know if that’ll be an issue. Kaia already knows.”
Patience placed her mug on the counter. “I figured you’d have told Kaia already if you’re telling me.”
“Kaia helped me figure it out.” Claire traced their finger over the rim of their mug. “You’re the first person I’ve told.”
“Oh.” She looked touched. “Thank you.”
Claire pushed themself off the counter and put their empty mug in the sink. “Yeah, well. I mostly just wanted to correct you that I’m your wise older sibling, not sister.”
Patience laughed softly. “Older sibling? Yes. Wise? I’m not convinced.”
“Hey, screw you,” said Claire, a bubble of laughter escaping as they spoke. “I’m wise!”
“Didn’t you nearly get yourself killed last month because you tried fighting a pack of Rawheads by yourself?”
“I successfully fought a pack of Rawheads by myself, and obviously I was fine.”
“Jody was so angry when you told her about it.”
Claire grinned. “She was.”
Patience picked her mug up and placed it in the sink. “I’m gonna head back to my room,” she said.
“Gonna try and sleep?”
She shook her head. “Not much point. I’ll spend a few hours reading and go to bed early tomorrow to make up for it.”
Claire nodded. “Enjoy.”
Patience smiled. “Thanks,” she said. “I will.”
She left the kitchen, leaving Claire alone.
Okay.
So that went well.
They took a deep breath.
Maybe tomorrow they could tell Alex. After that, they weren’t so sure. The group chat announcement was still looking like a good idea.
They didn’t need to worry about it now.
They hit the kitchen light and made their way up to their and Kaia’s room.
It was time for them to sleep.

Suburra, Barracuda, Supernatural, Uncle Frank and Brideshead Revisited... let’s TALK about this gayism below
Tumblr media
watched Suburra the Netflix show this week since the third and final season was released and [SPOILERS AHEAD] I was surprised to see that one of the three main leads was actually gay (basically 3 men were on main posters for season 1 & 2 and two men were on a main poster for season 3 and he was always one of them)... even though they gay storyline can be quite brutal and hard to watch at times, the enemies to forced-to-work-together to basically soulmates & one-sided unrequited love trope between Spadino & Aureliano just HIT different... because at the end of the day they both loved each other (in different sense obviously) and the show made sure to put their relationship at the center... all those small things in some scenes (ARM KISS HELLO) just show how those two actors were actually at ease portraying the characters and their whatever-ship, and their chemistry was definitely reflected on the screen... to put such an importance on those two in the last episode as well was what really finished me, the last scene gonna stay in my mind for a while... so if you’re into crying this one’s definitely for you... it got that Merlin/Arthur – Ragnar/Athelstan – Jaskier/Geralt kinda vibe I see people shipping, as in the “sidekick” falling for the lead hero but in this case he’s actually canonically gay... 10/10
Tumblr media
I also saw Barracuda, the australian mini-series from 2016, recently and I really liked the whole story... for those who are not familiar, it’s basically about this gay swimmer who wants to become a pro and falls for his teammate... NOEW [SPOILERS AHEAD], for those who are familiar with the story, I had the chance to see the author of the book and the director who put it on screen to talk about relationship between Danny & Martin and I swear these men... apparently the kiss between the Danny/Martin didn’t happen in the book, but but they decided to do it in the show because you can’t just describe the moments between them so lively on the screen you have to SHOW it, anyways basically they said that this whole thing between them happened so Danny could realize he’s gay and Martin could realize he’s straight BUT in the author’s words – that doesn’t mean Martin didn’t fall in love with Danny and that “emotional lives are much more complicated than sexualities and there's real honesty in the kiss because it expresses the love between them” which fair play sir but at the same time bisexies exist sir... anyway I really recommend it but be prepared to cry!
Tumblr media
the last thing I expected to see in my bed at 3am was Destiel being canonized in any way, yet they did it... the way they did it wasn’t the... 2020 choice other showrunners would go with but they did it nevertheless... Castiel confessing his love to Dean (some people are still on about how it was about friendship which makes NO sense, Castiel specifically said this is something he CAN’T have and he knows it because Dean wouldn’t be able to reciprocate it as it’s also stated in the script of the scene ALONG with Misha confirming it through twitter) and getting sent straight to hell because of it was actually as funny as Jensen’s facial expressions throughout the whole scene BUT at the same time, Destielers were watching this hellhole of a show for who knows how long, as far as I know they knew Castiel would die or something so AT LEAST they got something out of it... if this happened to any of my non-canon ships I wouldn’t be really mad because one-sided unrequited love slash bury your gays is still better (to me) than my ship callin each other bros and dudes and gettin with chicks just to prove they’re straight so... good on them I guess, great fanvideo material! maybe I’ll cook something up but that’s a big IF
Tumblr media
as for Uncle Frank is being released this month on Amazon Prime so check out the trailer because I was SOLD... and as for Brideshead Revisited, Luca is set to work on a miniseries adaption of Brideshead Revisited starring Andrew Garfield and Joe Alwyn... I’m not familiar with the book but from what I read Andrew’s character would have gaze scenes and Joe’s unfortunately wouldn’t??? and the relationship between their characters is in subtext or sumn well let’s see if Luca cooks sumn up

“Dean, we have to go,” Cas called out, “Sam just texted me that Claire got here, and we still need to get presents for Jody and Charlie!”
“Alright, let’s just do one last check that we got everything,” Dean said back loudly over the din of the mall. It was December 24, 2020, Christmas Eve, and the pair were finishing up their present shopping.
“Dean Winchester, I have gone over that list five times, we have everything!”
“Humor me?”
“Fine,” Cas grumbled, faking annoyance at his boyfriends antics. Dean really did love Christmas, and was actually enjoying himself in this enormous place. Everything was magical during the Christmas season. There were lights everywhere, everyone seemed happier, and snow made everything unreal. Especially this year, when nothing even resembling an apocalypse was occurring, December was Dean’s favorite month. Even the shopping required by it.
“New hat for Bobby, the blanket with the green creature on it for Charlie,”
“Baby Yoda, Cas!” Dean interrupted, “I showed you the first episode, you know who it is!” Cas smiled to himself. Dean was sure he did that just for his boyfriend’s reaction.
“A silver knife set for Jody,” he continued, “And nunchucks for Claire,” Dean grinned at the last one. It had been his idea, and after extensive convincing, Cas had finally given in and let him buy them. The pros of finally dating.
“We already have the hair products and gun cleaning set at home for Sam, along with Eileen’s new gun, books for Kaia, a new bear for Jack, a pasta maker and hair pins for Donna,” Dean had been particularly proud of Donna’s present. The hair pins could be removed and turned into silver daggers, perfect for hunting, “and that book on mythology and medicine for Alex. And for you a-”
“No, remember Cas, not supposed to tell me,”
“Right. Yours is a secret, but just from you. Are we missing anything, Dean?” he finished sarcastically.
“Nope, we got it all.”
“Good, then let’s get out of here,” Cas grabbed Dean’s elbow as forcefully as an angel could without hurting him, and steered him towards the door.
“Cas, I was thinking maybe we could go grab lunch in the food court before we go?” Dean ventured.
“Dean, I love you very much,” Dean flushed and ducked his head, “but I would rather not spend another second in this godforsaken hellhole.”
Dean conceded, knowing fully well about Castiel’s fear of crowds. It had taken some kissing and pleading to even get him to come today. The hunter nodded his head and threaded his fingers through the angel’s, joining him on their way out.
They left without another word. Dean stayed silent until they got in the car, and let go of Castiel’s hand. He wasn’t quite pouting, per se, but he was very hungry! Halfway home, Cas turned to him.
“We can go get burgers if you’d like…?” A smile broke out on the hunter's face as he jerked the car around. Burgers at the local diner had become the pair’s staple date, so much so that the owner knew then by name.
As they sped off to get their grub, the smile widened on Dean’s face. He reached out and grabbed Castiel’s hand in his own, happy to be exactly where he was.
The enormous metal door clanged open, prompting excited outbursts from Charlie and Donna. The two had taken a surprising liking to each other in the week they had spent together in the bunker, and at this point it was strange to see one without the other.
“Boys!” Donna called out, “Get down here, and tell Jody that the Southern Ocean is totally a thing!”
“The what?” Dean asked jovially. Everything was brighter in the bunker with their family around, the air felt like it was doused in joy.
“The southern ocean,” Jody said, “Donna claims that there’s an ocean around Antarctica called the Southern Ocean, but I know for certain that it didn’t exist when I was in school,” Jody, Donna, Charlie, and Bobby were seated around the war room table. Despite their supposed argument, Donna’s feet were settled comfortably in Jody’s lap, and they were smiling at each other lovingly. Dean would never admit it, but they were a really cute couple.
“I’ve never heard of it,” he supplied as he walked down the stairs, Cas close behind. It earned a “Ha!” from Jody, who pointed at Donna victoriously.
“Jodyo, that doesn’t mean anything! Deano here barely got an education--no offense, sunshine--we should ask a more reliable source!”
“Hey!” Dean called out. He may not have gone to college, but he still went to school. He went unanswered.
“I’ve never heard of it either, and I’ve been around longer than anyone here,” Bobby put in.
“And yet you thought Australia was part of Oceania yesterday,” Charlie said with a cheeky grin. Dean had no clue where all these geography based arguments had come from, but he would be the first to admit they were hilarious.
“Listen here, ya idjit, this ‘Oceania’ didn’t even exist when I was young. Don’t be ageist,”
Charlie scoffed and tried to snark back, but Jody interrupted her.
“Alright, fine,” the sheriff said, “Cas, you’re an angel. Is the Southern Ocean a thing?”
“Yes,”
“See!” Donna exclaimed.
“But,” he continued, “It was only established in the year 2000. So I think you’re both right. Jody didn’t learn about it in school, but it is real,” The women stared at each other, not quite knowing how to react.
“Huh,” Jody said eventually, “Cool, I guess,”
Charlie rose and sidled up beside Cas.
“I tried to tell them that,” she whispered, “Even looked it up on my tablet. But nooooo, they only trust the angel,” she said it all with a smile on her lips, despite the tone of her voice.
After Jack restored everyone and released all his power back into the world, the boys found out he had done them one last favor. Not only had he brought back the Charlie from apocalypse world, he also revived their Charlie, the one killed by Styne. It was awkward at first, but the two actually made fast friends. Apocalypse Charlie had decided to spend this Christmas alone with Stevie, like Patience had with her dad, so it was just the original Charlie hanging with them this year.
“Alright,” Dean said, “As weird and nerdy as this conversation has been, Cas and I have some presents to wrap,” he held up the bags in his hands to prove his point.
“Have fun, boys,” Donna waved them away, and the two headed towards their room.
They stopped in the kitchen along the way, greeting Sam and Eileen who were working on the stuffing, which Dean had assigned to them. He had taken charge of all the cooking this year, working all of their guests to get ready for the feast he had planned. Dean snagged a beer for himself and Cas from the fridge and signed a quick Have fun, Moose Sam’s way before heading out. With Eileen back, the residents of the bunker had all gotten much better at sign language, and Dean was very proud of how far he’d come.
They passed Claire and Kaia watching Home Alone in the Fortress of Deanitude. They stopped by to give them a quick greeting and hugs, but left them to their movie. Claire had said she wanted to educate her girlfriend on the culture she’d missed, but Dean was sure it was just an excuse to cuddle with her. Lord knows he’d done the exact same with Cas.
Jack was wrapping presents in his room, and Dean had to remind him again to keep the door closed while he did.
“But why, Dean?”
“I told you, they’re supposed to be a surprise. That’s why we wrap them, so it kinda defeats the purpose if someone sees what it is before it’s wrapped.”
“Why is it a surprise?”
“Because that’s part of the Christmas spirit. Random things that someone might not even want wrapped in colorful paper stuffed under a dying tree.”
“Okay!” he said with a smile.
Finally, Cas and Dean made it to their room. They had decided on Cas moving into Dean’s room when they got together, considering Castiel spent barely any time in his and Dean’s mattress was better.
They wrapped in silence for a while, before Dean spoke hesitantly.
“I think I’m going to tell them, tomorrow,”
“Tell who what?” Cas turned to him and put down the blanket for Charlie. Dean’s tone was worrying.
“Tell everyone here about us, that we’re dating.”
“Do you want to?”
“Yes.”
“Then why haven’t you told them yet?”
“I’m scared,” Dean and Cas had made a rule the day after they got together. They would be completely honest with each other. Not more lies, tricks, or deception. They were so bad at communication that they pined after each other for twelve years before getting together, and Dean was determined to never let anything like that happen again. Hence the honesty.
“Why?” Cas moved forward, pulling Dean’s hand into his own, “You don’t think they think two men being together is wrong, do you?”
“Nah, of course not. There are more gay couples in our family than straight ones. I’m scared that they won’t want me to be with you because you’re an angel. We’re hunters, babe! Hell, I tried to kill you when I first met you. I know they love you, but what if they don’t think you should be with a human like me?”
“Dean, tell me. What was Sam’s reaction when we told him?” When Dean finally told Sam, a week after Jack brought Cas back and Dean kissed him for the first time, the man’s reaction had essentially been, “finally, you idiots!” It was so much better than Dean’s insecurity had told him that he nearly started crying. Nearly.
“He said we were idiots and was proud of us for finally getting together,” he grumbled.
“And Eileen?”
“She hugged us and gave me a link to something called ‘Archive of Our Own’ that had creepy stuff about us written on it.”
“Jack?”
“He asked if that meant we were really both his dads now,” Dean had actually started crying that time.
“So do you really think the rest of them won’t approve?”
“I know, I know. It’s stupid, but there’s this voice in the back of my head just telling me that they’ll leave me, eventually.”
“It’s not stupid, love, it makes sense. Dean, know that I will never leave you again. And nobody out there will. We love you, we’re your family. Dean Winchester, I promise you that not a single person in this bunker will ever leave you out of choice,”
“Thank you,” the hunter whispered, then leaned forward to kiss his angel softly. Minutes later, after they finally broke apart, Dean made a decision.
“I’m going to tell them. Tomorrow, when we open presents. I love you Cas, and I need people to know that.”
“I’m proud of you, my love,” Cas smiled kindly, cupping Dean’s chin, “Now, let’s finish wrapping these presents, then maybe we can join the girls and watch that movie. I find Marv very funny,” Dean pulled him in for another kiss, then went back to Claire’s nunchucks. He wrapped them in copious amounts of tissue paper, shaping it like a wrapped shirt. Pranks on Claire were his favorites, and tricking her into thinking a weapon was some kind of disappointing Christmas sweater was going to be fun .
The next morning, Jack bounded into their room at six o’ clock sharp. Dean had made the mistake of telling the kid that he couldn’t wake them before six, assuming he would sleep in like every other morning and get them at nine, maybe. Apparently not.
Jack flopped on the bed on Cas’s side that was regularly empty. Not like Dean would ever admit it, but the both of them loved cuddling. It was a rare occasion that Dean woke up without Castiel’s back pressed comfortably to his chest.
Gone were the days when Dean snatched a gun from beneath his pillow if he was startled from sleep. Cas could do that to a man. Today he just grunted tiredly.
“Dean! Cas!” Jack whispered excitedly, “It’s Christmas! Like, actual Christmas, not the one we had with Ms. Butters!”
“Yeah, kid,” Dean grumbled, lifting his head to look over Castiel’s shoulder, “It is. But the sun also hasn’t risen yet, so could you give half an hour?”
“Okay!” Jack said, not fazed, “I’ll go get Jody and Donna!” Dean nodded, brain still addled from sleep. A thought occurred to him.
“Wait, Jack,” he called out, “Be quiet, and only wake up Donna!” Dean had seen Jody in the morning, it wasn’t a good idea to wake her against her will.
Jack nodded, still excited, and rushed out of the room. Dean shoved his face back into Castiel’s neck, breathing in the comforting scent of honey and ozone. He actually wasn’t sure how their guests hadn’t noticed them sleeping together, but they hadn’t mentioned it, so he guessed they just never felt the need to venture to this part of the bunker so late at night.
Exactly thirty minutes later, after Castiel had woken and the two had made no effort to leave their cozy bed, Jack reappeared in their doorway.
“Ready?” he asked, smiling as bright as ever.
“Sure, Jack,” Cas said, very excited for his first Christmas as well, “why don’t you get everyone together in the war room and we’ll meet you out there.”
“Okay!” he said before rushing off again. Dean didn’t know how he had so much energy so early in the morning.
“You ready for this?” Cas asked, giving his boyfriend a peck on the cheek and standing up.
“Yeah,” Dean said, “I actually think I am.”
“Then let’s go,” Cas said determinedly before grabbing Dean’s hand and pulling him up beside him. They headed out the door side by side, clad in scooby doo and bumble bee pajama pants with old band t-shirts on top.
The war room held what Dean thought his heaven must really look like. Sam and Eileen were curled up in one of their brand new armchairs Dean had chosen to sit by the tree, signing at each other with lightning speed. Jody was on the ground with her legs stretched out, Donna’s head in her lap and a cup of coffee in her hands. Claire, Kaia, Alex, and Jack all sat as close to the presents as possible, and Dean didn’t miss Jack trying to peek into a bag with his name on it that Dean had put there last night. It seemed like the girls were trying to explain some of their favorite Christmas traditions to him, but the nephilim just looked lost.
Bobby was seated in the other armchair, and Charlie leaned against its leg. Their family was all here, and it was a beautiful sight.
When Donna caught sight of the pair, a big smile split her face.
“Deano, Angel Boy!” she called out, “Don’t be shy! Come on over here, there’s plenty of room. Maybe Jody’ll even let you put your head in her lap too!” From the look on Jody’s face, Dean didn’t think that was going to happen.
Cas headed in in front of him, and settled himself down right beside Donna. Dean joined Charlie leaning against Bobby’s chair.
“Dean,” Jody grumbled, “that boy of yours woke me up at the asscrack of dawn saying that you told him it was okay.”
“I told him to wake Donna up,” Dean gave a meaningful look at Jack, “because I know she’s an early riser. I specifically told him not to wake you, so I’m wondering why exactly he did?” Dean, Cas, and Jody turned to Jack while he heard something that sounded suspiciously like “Oooooh, someone’s in trouble,” from Claire. Dean shot a glare her way before turning back to Jack.
“I’m sorry, Dean,” he explained, “I was super excited and I really only meant to wake up Donna but I think we talked too loud and woke up Jody too. I’m sorry,” and there were the puppy eyes. Damn kid had learned them from Sam, and who was Dean to resist.
“Alright, Jack, I’m not mad at you,” he gave in, “Just remember to never wake Jody up again. Capeesh?”
“Yes, I capeesh,” Jack nodded, repeating a phrase Cas had obviously taught him. Jody smiled at him kindly, letting him know that she wasn’t still angry at him. No matter how grumpy Jody could be in the morning, she was one of the kindest people Dean knew.
“Not that this hasn’t all been just touching,” Eileen said and signed, “But could we open presents now? I got up this early for a reason, you know.”
“Yeah, yeah, alright,” Dean said, “Go ahead and start handing them out, kid.”
Jack scrambled to grab the first present he could get his hands on, and thus the present exchanging began. Some families did it one at a time, taking a moment for each present. Not the Winchesters and company. They ripped into their gifts at lightning speed, only taking the time to fawn over the present and thank the gifter profusely before moving on.
Kaia loved the books from the brothers and Cas, and squealed when she saw the warding necklace Claire made her, kissing her girlfriend cheerfully. At the same time Donna was thanking Alex for her “#1 Sheriff” mug while Jody protested that she, in fact, was the best sheriff. Their exchange was interrupted by a shriek of “ Nunchucks!!! ” from Claire, which caused Jody to glare at Dean for ten minutes straight. Charlie leapt up and hugged Dean and Bobby when she found a Baby Yoda blanket and working futuristic gun side by side. Bobby loved his new hat as much as Sam loved the beanie Jack got him, and Jody gave Donna a big kiss for her new gun. Alex loved her mythology and medicine book, and Eileen actually got two guns due to miscommunication. She couldn’t have been happier. Cas gave Kaia and Claire an enormous hug to thank them for a new tie, this one stitched with wings and halos. Towards the end, Dean gave Cas a bumblebee beanie and Cas gave Dean socks with pie on them. Dean had to hold himself back from kissing the man on the spot.
Finally, once the present exchange had died down, and everyone was left admiring their new possession, Dean had no more reason to put it off. He had shifted over to sit beside Cas while they all opened their gifts, so he turned to Cas, whispered in his ear what he was going to do, then took a deep breath.
He started to stand up, felt awkward, then sat back down. He cleared his throat, scratched the back of his neck, and couldn’t for the life of him start talking.
“Spit it out, Dean,” Bobby grumbled.
“Heh?” he asked.
“You’ve been shifting around for five minutes like you’ve either gotta pee or you need to say something. I’m betting on the latter, so don’t keep me waiting.”
“Oh, um,” Dean started, his stomach in knots, “Well I do actually have something I need to tell you. All of you. Except for Sam, Eileen, and Jack. They already know, see… And now I need to tell the rest of you because it’s very important but know that I think about it I’d rather not--”
“Dean,” Jody said gently, “You can tell us anything. I promise.”
“Ok, well, um… ok. So, you remember the whole Chuck infinity snap everyone dies thing?”
“Vividly,” Donna said.
“Well we lost Cas right then too. Not for the same reason, that’s a story for another day. Anyway, we lost him, It was…” he started to get choked up. Head in the game, Winchester , he thought, “It was horrible but Jack brought him back and after that the two of us kinda started… dating? Like, we’re together now,” he finished with a grimace, disappointed with his… well, talking skills. Cas grabbed his hand comfortingly, and smiled at him with eyes that said I’m proud of you .
“Uh, Dean,” Claire said, breaking the silence, “We know.”
“Huh?”
“Honey,” Donna cut in, “You two aren’t exactly subtle. To be honest, I thought you two lovebirds were together from the moment I saw you together, and Jody had to convince me you weren’t. Recently though, it’s kinda obvious, sweetheart. You’re both so much happier. You still do the staring thing, but it’s less intense. Castiel’s ASL name for you is literally ‘freckles.’ And you really think we didn’t notice you sleeping in the same room? We thought you knew that we knew.”
“You… knew?” Dean asked, shocked. Donna nodded, “And you’re like, okay with it and stuff?”
“Dean, why wouldn’t we be. I’m dating Jody, Claire’s dating Kaia, why the hell do you think we wouldn’t approve?”
“No, no, not that. It’s just, Cas is an angel. Literally and figuratively. I thought you might not like that we’re not the same… species?” By now Cas’ arm was wrapped around Dean, and he had slouched into his side.
“Well, you were obviously wrong, weren't cha? None of us could ever think Cas is a monster, and you two obviously belong together,” Donna said kindly.
“I'm proud of you, boy,” Bobby added, making Dean duck his head and grin.
“Thanks Donna, Bobby,” he said, “I’m sorry I doubted you. And were we really that obvious?”
“Yes, Dean,” Cas said in his gravelly voice, “I’m fairly certain we were. I thought they knew already at first, but as you are more well versed in human interaction, I trusted your judgement over my own,” at this, Claire cracked up, quickly joined by Alex and Sam.
“Not that this hasn’t been the most awkward conversation ever--except a certain dinner--” Dean and Sam shuddered at the memory, “but I would really appreciate some breakfast. And I was promised pie?” Claire said with a smile, cutting the tension in the room with ease.
Hours later, after breakfast and pie had been eaten, and Jody had already taken away Claire’s nunchucks until further notice, Dean and Cas were left alone in the war room.
“That went a very different route than I expected,” he said quietly, wrapping his arms around the angel’s waist and leading him towards their room.
“That seems to happen often in our lives, Dean,” Cas replied.
“Is it a good thing?”
“Right now, I think it is.”
Dean stopped Castiel in the doorway of the hall, and looked up at the plant hanging above their heads.
“Mistletoe,” he said, then drew his angel in for a kiss.
Christmas truly was a magical time of year.

Slice of Your Pie
Pairings: Dean/Cas, Naomi/Zachariah Rating: Mature Word Count: 6900 Warnings: Homophobic Language, Sexism, Dean going off.  On Ao3
It wasn't like Gabe to call before noon. Usually, because Castiel was working and Gabe knew better, but also because Gabe would be in the middle of a busy shift at one of his bakeries. Castiel hesitantly picked up the phone, grateful for the week off from his job.
"Gabe, are you in prison?"
"Come on, Cassie. Is that the only reason I would call you?" Gabe's voice was boisterous yet nervous. "I'm just checking in on my favorite baby brother."
"I'm your only baby brother." Castiel pulled the phone away from his ear to confirm the time. "Shouldn't you be elbow deep in flour or something, right now?"
"Nope. All three shops are under control, and I took the week off to fly in. Staying with Mom and Dad, you know?" Gabe's happy charade was faltering, and Castiel had a feeling of what was coming. "It's always great being home. Especially when I get to spend time with my favorite brother."
"Still, your only brother. Did Anna say no to you crashing at her place?" Castiel leaned back in his couch and kicked his legs up on the coffee table, careful to not disturb the stack of papers he had been grading.
"Anna's out of town until Thanksgiving, and something about she doesn't trust me to not burn down her house."
Castiel laughed. "That's a legitimate concern. Are you asking to crash here?"
"Actually, no. Mom and Dad have left me alone, for the most part." Gabe let out a heavy sigh, as though he had been burdened with the most laborious task on the planet. "Are you coming for Thanksgiving?"Castiel pulled the phone away and looked at the clock on it for the third time. "Gabe, have you been drinking?"
"Look, I told them it would be pointless, but they didn't listen. They want all three of us there for the holiday. Dad said he's getting up there in age, and he wants to be surrounded by his children and non-existent grandchildren."
"Like he's getting grandchildren from any of us." Castiel rolled his eyes. "No. I'm not coming."
"You know that's not going to fly." Gabe suddenly sounded exhausted. "Me and Anna will be here."
"Great, then he's got his two kids, happy marriage and white picket fence. Make sure you pick up a dog for him before you leave."
"Castiel, please. Don't make me beg. Or sic Anna on you."
Castiel pinched the bridge of his nose and squeezed his eyes shut. "Anna's smart enough to not call or to tell our parents to piss off."
"It's just a couple hours on one day. You can cold shoulder them and give them the good old silent treatment." Gabe's voice took on a subtle hint of pleading. "Help me get them off my case and yours."
"I'm much happier spending my Thanksgiving at home with take out and a movie marathon. I might be alone, but at least I'm not getting attacked every other word out of their mouths." Castiel rubbed his forehead, trying to erase the thought of going to his parents for the holiday.
"That was one year, Cassie."
"Excuse me? What fiasco have you been watching?" Castiel stood up and moved to the kitchen to get a beer. "'Why are you single, Castiel?' 'Are you over your phase, Castiel?' 'Castiel, are you going to find a nice woman and give us grandkids?'" Castiel scoffed. "Don't even get me started on the digs they take at my job."
Gabe took in a suction of air, indicating that he was working on an idea. After a pause, he spoke up. "Bring a date."
"Right, like I'm going to find a guy to date me in less than a week." Castiel rolled his eyes.
"There are escort services, Cassie." Gabe paused. "Wait, that's it. There's also Craig's List. See if you can find a date for the day."
"That's ridiculous."
"I'm serious, hop on, look in the area, and check out casual encounters. That's got to be someone else looking for someone to spend the day with."
Castiel rolled his eyes and grabbed his laptop off the coffee table. "I thought that was for more... intimate encounters."
"HA! Like I'd send you to that part of the website. I certainly don't want to picture my baby bro doing the do with a dude."
"But, you just want me to bring a random person to Mom and Dad's to keep them off your back and mine." Castiel cradled the phone between his ear and shoulder as he typed in the address for Craig's List. "Look, I make no promises. If I don't make it, you can tell them that their worst fear came to fruition."
Gabe laughed. "That you married some random guy behind their backs, and you're moving to Venice to be Gondolier Captains."
"Maybe that one would push father over the edge." Castiel laughed. "Maybe this isn't a bad idea. I'll call you tomorrow with a definite answer. You and I both know either are good."
"That's my Castiel." The warm affection caused Castiel to smile. "Please give it a sincere look over, ok?"
Castiel promised to give it the old college try and disconnected his call with Gabe.
He pulled up the Casual Encounters section of Craig's List and was surprised to find out how right Gabe was. Many people were offering their services for Thanksgiving company. As he scrolled through the ads, one with an interesting title caught his attention.
Alone on Thanksgiving? Want to stop the ‘Why are you still single?’ questions?
I’m a 35-year-old guy with a GED and a loud, beautiful muscle car that’s older than I am. When people try to guess my age, I get anywhere from 32-38 depending on if I’ve taken the time to put on clothes that aren’t holey jeans and flannel shirts and do my hair. I work as a cook in my friend’s restaurant and tend bar for an aunt when I need extra cash. So if you’re looking for a platonic person to be your SO for a day, I can do it.
I am bisexual, so I don’t care if you’re male or female.
At your request, I can:
Hit on family members (including your parents).
Start an argument over politics and religion (I’m a liberal atheist).
and/or
Propose to you (I have a ring that works perfectly for this).
I can also act drunk as a skunk, but I personally don’t drink. I’ve been sober for a few years now. Need a ‘drunken’ fistfight started? I’m your guy.
I’m not looking for payment other than the free meal that comes from accompanying you.
Castiel smiled. This was perfect. It was a guy, he would appear to be less than to his folks, and he promised that he could cause a ruckus. Castiel quickly clicked the contact link and got their number to text them.
[1:00 PM Castiel:] Hi, I just found your add on Craig's List. Is your thanksgiving dinner date offer still open?
He waited several minutes, scrolling through a few more adds, just in case, when his phone's notification for a text message went off.
[1:07 PM 555-555-6767:] Hey, yeah. I didn't think anyone was interested, or it got buried. Name's Dean. You?
Castiel smiled, this crazy idea might actually work.
[1:09 PM Castiel:] My name is Castiel, and I am very interested in you pissing off my parents.
Castiel hit send and realized he needed more information about the random stranger he invited to Thanksgiving with him. As he got ready to send a request to meet in public, Dean beat him to it.
[1:12 PM Dean:] Interesting name there. You free in about an hour to meet? Would kinda like to see you and talk to you before I conform. It also sells the dating thing better. [1:15 PM Dean:] Any particular place where we can meet?
Castiel sighed out a breath of relief before sucking in a breath of panic. Where could they meet?
[1:17 PM Castiel:] A cup of coffee or tea, maybe? I only know of Right Ground, but they're good.
[1:19 PM Dean:] Oh hell yeah! My friend is the owner. The petite redhead?
[1:20 PM Castiel:] Charlie, right? I've seen her a couple of times.
[1:22 PM Dean:] Perfect! I get off soon and can head right over.
[1:24 Castiel:] Sounds good. What should I look for?
[1:30 Dean] Black Impala. She's my pride and joy. If you're looking for me, Sandy Brown hair, Green Eyes, lots of freckles, and uh...
[1:31 Castiel:] What?
Castiel tilted his head in confusion as he waited for Dean's reply. Was this going to be where he mentioned he had a humpback?
[1:36 Dean:] I'm a bit bowlegged. I've been told it's a bit of a turnoff, but I figured I'd be honest upfront.
Castiel let out a laugh of relief.
[1:38 Castiel:] There is nothing wrong with bowlegs. I've heard they make some things easier. 😘
As soon as Castiel sent the message, he instantly wished he could take it back. Instead, he quickly sent a follow-up message.
[1:39 Castiel:] I'm going to go get ready. See you in about 25 minutes.
Castiel let out a huff of air while waiting for lighting to strike, or a boulder to be dropped on him.
[1:41 Dean:] LOL! See you soon, dude. (Dude, right?)
Castiel didn't get a chance to respond as he quickly hopped in the shower and got ready to meet Dean for the first time.
Castiel had arrived slightly ahead of his and Dean's arranged meeting time. He didn't see a black Impala anywhere, and when he walked inside, there were no men that matched Dean's initial description. Castiel headed to a corner seat that he normally tried to grab when he went to get coffee and found it surprisingly empty.
He sat down, facing the entrance with his back against the wall. A little kernel of self-doubt starting to grow in the back of his mind. Charlie was behind the counter, and he briefly wondered if Dean texted her to tell him to keep an eye for him.
Castiel went to grab his phone to check the time when the low rumble of a muscle car stopped him. He stole another glance at Charlie, and a huge smile crept upon her face. Castiel looked out the front windows. Dean's black Chevy Impala pulled into a spot, and out exited Adonis himself.
Dean didn't give himself enough credit when he described himself. The sandy brown hair was styled short and looked as though it would be soft for Cas to run his fingers through. And the freckles! Dean was a walking star map, and Cas wanted to trace his fingers along the freckles he could see. The only thing he couldn't see were Dean's self-proclaimed green eyes.
Once Dean entered the cafe, Charlie yelled to him and ran out from behind the counter. She wrapped her arms around him and started animatedly yelling at him for not checking in often enough. Dean graciously accepted her punishment and walked further into the shop. Castiel could finally make out the bowlegs that Dean appeared to be self-conscience about. If anything, the legs emphasized everything perfectly.
Castiel shook his head once, twice, and a third time for good measure. This was supposed to be a professional business interaction. He stood up while sliding out of the booth and walked over to Dean and Charlie. "Hello, I'm sorry for interrupting, but are you Dean?"
Charlie looked at Castiel and smiled before looking back at Dean. "You come to my shop for a date, Winchester? Not to see me? I'm offended. Now you don't get that slice of pie." She punched Dean in the shoulder.
"Hey! It wasn't my idea, it was Cas'. He said he liked your coffee." Dean looked at Castiel.
"He is right, I can show you the text message." Castiel reached for his phone in his pocket before finding his hand being swatted away.
"I believe him, and you. Gotta give the old man shit, though."
"Old man?" Dean blinked in shock. "I'm offended."
Charlie shrugged and walked back around the counter. "If you two want drinks, get up here and order before we have the final rush of the day."
"After you, Cas." Dean gestured. "Also, is Cas ok? Not sure how to pronounce your full name."
"Cas - Tee - Ell. But Cas is fine. If anything, it would infuriate my mother and father more." Cas smiled. "My brother calls me Cassie, I hate it, but I let him get away with it."
"Okay, one brother. Any other siblings?" Dean smiled at Cas.
Cas blushed from Dean's smile, "I have my brother Gabriel and my sister Anna."
"Are they part of the deal? Or are they off-limits?" Dean asked. "I mean, I clearly know you want me to go after your pops at the very least."
"You can jab at them if they jab at you." Cas conceded. "Looking for someone to come with me was actually Gabe's idea. So he may not appreciate being a part of the prank."
"Okay. We can play that by ear."
Cas tilted his head. "You said you wanted to see if we clicked before you agreed to the whole thing."
"What do you think I'm doing?" Dean winked. "So, tell me about your parents?"
The pair got up to the counter before Cas could answer, and Charlie sat down two cups in front of them. "Dean, black americano with room for cream. Cas, if I remember correctly, spiced chai latte."
"Thank you, Charlie," Cas responded as he went to grab his wallet.
"I threw it on Dean's tab. You two have a fun date." Charlie winked at them and shooed them so she could get to the next customer.
Dean blushed and looked at Cas and mouthed Sorry before picking up his cup and walking over to where they kept the cream.
Cas took the opportunity to grab his booth back and waited for Dean to join him. "So, you asked about my parents?"
"They're the targets, right?"
"Yeah." Cas nodded and took a sip of his drink. "My mother is Naomi, my father is Zachariah."
Dean held a finger up as he finished taking a drink. "Your family highly religious?"
"What gave that away?" Cas tried to hide his disdain, but by the look on Dean's face, he wasn't doing a good job.
"Gabriel, Castiel, Zachariah... Pretty sure there's a Naomi in the bible too." Dean placed a finger on his lips. "Not too sure about Anna."
"Prophetess in Luke's Gospel," Castiel responded.
Dean nodded in quiet contemplation. He paused a moment, and Castiel could see the gears turning. "Safe to assume you're gay or bi?"
"Very much Gay. I've been told it's a phase my whole life. My parents keep asking when I'm going to bring a girlfriend home. You're the first 'boyfriend' I'm bringing home." Castiel took another sip of his drink.
"Got it. What do you do for a living?"
"High School English Teacher." Cas scoffed. "Reason number two hundred fifty-one I'm a disappointment."
"Being a teacher is a disappointment?" Dean shook his head. "Well, I'll make sure that they know I'm a cook by day, bartender by night. I'm sure they'll love that."
"Your sarcasm is perfect. They both hate sarcasm, despite it being their first form of communication." Cas leaned back in his chair. "They definitely look down their noses at people too."
"Well, I'm sold. Food, chaos, and spending time with an attractive man?" Dean rested his elbows on the table and rest his chin on his knuckles. "This may be one of my best Thanksgiving in years." Dean winked. "What time should I pick you up?"
Over the next few days, Cas found himself texting back and forth with Dean frequently. He kept trying to remind himself that it was just so they could get to know each other so they could pass off as a couple on Thanksgiving. However, with the way that Dean flirted, it was harder and harder to keep that line from blurring.
[Wednesday 3:47 PM Dean:] Hey Cas, I know I'm supposed to be an asshole, but should I attempt to bring something with me?
Cas laughed, picturing how his mother would react if she were brought a gift from Dean.
[3:49 PM Cas:] You don't have to bring anything at all, although the image of my mother turning up her nose is both amusing and disappointing.
[3:51 PM Dean:] So, bring a six-pack of cheap beer. Got it.
[3:52 PM Cas:] You're incorrigible.
Cas found himself setting a special notification for Dean's text messages. He fought hard against doing it, as they were going to go their separate ways after Thanksgiving. Still, it seemed like something you would do for a significant other.
He heard the notification go off, and he picked his phone up again.
[4:00 PM Dean:] If I were a betting man, I'd bet that you liked it though.
Cas found that he couldn't disagree.
Cas' parents, completely surprised that he was coming and bringing a date, asked Cas to arrive around 3 PM on Thanksgiving.
Dean showed up at 1:30 PM.
"Hey, Cas." Dean stood in the doorway to Cas' apartment and leaned against the doorframe.
Cas couldn't help the smile that grew across his face. Dean was dressed up in a nice pair of jeans with a black tee-shirt and an open deep red button-up. "Hello, Dean." He stepped back to let Dean in. "You're early."
"I hope you don't mind. I was a little nervous." Dean smiled sheepishly. "Meeting the parents is kind of a big deal."
"That was the whole deal, Dean. You join me, free dinner, you make them regret telling me to come to dinner."
Dean's smile dropped a little, so slight that Cas almost missed it. "Right. I knew that."
"Everything okay, Dean?" Cas stepped closer and placed his hand gently on Dean's shoulder.
"Yeah, of course." Dean's face betrayed his words, but Cas let it go. "I figured I could also come over and help you load anything that might need to go with us in the car."
Cas frowned, unhappy at seeing this side of Dean. "Want to take a seat? We have some time to kill."
"Actually, can I hit the head? Then we can pack up Baby. You said it takes about 45 minutes to get there on a good day, and there is some traffic."
"Yeah," Cas responded as he pointed to the hallway. "First door on the left." He watched as Dean stepped away, wondering what changed so drastically.
Dean quickly finished up in the bathroom and found Cas in the kitchen, juggling a casserole and a couple of pies. "Dude, please tell me your pies are good."
"As long as they don't hit the floor, they should be." Cas smiled and allowed Dean to take them off his pile. "I remember Charlie teasing you about pie, so I stopped in special to ask what kind you like."
"Pecan?" Dean asked, a huge grin coming back across his face when Cas nodded. "Dude, you went to Charlie to ask her? Why didn't you just ask me?"
"I wanted it to be a surprise, to thank you for this week." The next words escaped Cas' lips before he could stop them. "I'm glad that at the very least, I got to make a new friend out of this."
"Well yeah, Charlie's awesome," Dean responded without missing a beat.
Cas rolled his eyes. "I mean you, Dean."
"I, uh..." Dean's cheeks flushed scarlet as he stuttered over his words. "You're awesome too, Cas."
"Come on, then, let's go load up your car." Cas held up the casserole dish and nodded his head towards the front door. "Sooner we get there, the sooner we can leave."
The pair of them quickly loaded up the car, and Dean handed Cas his phone to punch in his parent's address. The first few minutes of the drive were quiet, as Cas appreciated the roar of the engine.
"So, uh, Cas." Dean broke the silence once they got on the highway. "Question for you."
"I'm listening." Cas looked over at Dean and took a moment to admire his outline, highlighted by the sun.
"Well, we determined that we've been together for a few months and that we met when you came by my place of work. But, uh, are you ok with a little PDA to sell it?" Dean's cheeks turned bright red again, as though he were embarrassed to ask.
Cas slid a little closer to Dean to be able to reach his hand and hold it. When his skin brushed against Dean's, it was as though sparks of electricity shot through his body, and Cas shivered involuntarily.
"Okay there, Cas?" Dean stole a glance at Cas and smirked, before returning his eyes to the road.
Cas nodded as he found his words lacking. They enjoyed the rest of the ride in comfortable silence, only the music and the occasional hum from Dean filling the car.
Once they arrived, Cas took a moment to look at Dean and give him a final once over. The shade of red he was wearing was enticing and made his freckles and eyes pop more than Cas would have thought possible. It had taken all of Cas' willpower to not trace over them with his finger.
"Ready, Cas?"
"I am." Cas nodded before looking up at their dreaded destination.
The pair got out of the car, and Dean took Cas' hand before going to the trunk. Cas looked down at their hands and felt a soft warmth against his cheek. He turned to find that Dean had kissed his cheek.
"Sorry, I should have asked first." Dean apologized, running his free hand through his hair.
"Dean, you already asked, and I had given you permission." Cas smiled and let out a little sigh. "Let's grab the stuff and get this over with."
Dean popped the trunk and handed the pies to Cas, grabbing the casserole, before closing it back up and following Cas to the house. Cas had shifted the pies to one arm and rang the doorbell. His hand immediately went back to Dean's, and he tried his hardest to not let his nerves show.
"You don't just walk into your parent's place?" Dean tilted his head in confusion. "Even if you don't get along, isn't it home?"
"This place has never been home, Dean," Cas replied, clipping his response as the door opened.
A stoic, cold woman answered the door, looking down at them, despite the pair being taller than her. "Castiel. You came." She scrutinized Dean more thoroughly. "And you brought a friend."
"Mother, I told you I was bringing my boyfriend." He turned to look at Dean and smiled. "This is my significant other, Dean."
Naomi's lips pulled in to a tighter pout. "That term wouldn't be correct, Castiel. Come in. You know where to set them up." She stepped back into the house, allowing them entrance.
"I make two pies and your favorite cheese and spinach casserole," Cas mentioned as he walked past. "I'll need to borrow the oven for five minutes once the turkey is done."
"I don't know, Castiel." Naomi picked up her pace to walk in front of them. "You should have asked if the oven would be available to cook things in."
Dean stared in disbelief at the way Naomi was talking down to Cas. "You mean you can't spare five minutes to make the cheese gooey again? I didn't realize heat was a limited resource."
"Excuse you?" Naomi placed her hand on her chest in shock. "Castiel, you will keep your friend in line."
"Boyfriend, Mother. But he's right. This is your favorite dish. I made it just for you. You don't want it warm?"
Naomi rolled her eyes as the pair set down their food offerings. "I'll figure it out." She glared at Dean. "Why don't you go find your father? He should be in the TV Room watching the game."
"Football. Sure. Let's go, Cas." Dean watched as Naomi cringed at the shortened version of her youngest son's name.
Cas tried to not laugh as he led Dean to the TV Room. He leaned in close to Dean to whisper about Zachariah. "Dean, he absolutely hates his name being shortened to Zach, and he hates the Eagles."
"Oh, I am all over this." Dean winked and wrapped his arm around Cas' shoulder.
"Father?" Cas inquired as they entered the room.
"Castiel. You came." His eyes traveled to Dean. "And you brought a friend."
"This is my boyfriend, Dean." Cas felt the words falling easier from his lips. "Dean, this is my father, Zachariah."
Dean unwrapped his arm off Cas' shoulder and extended his hand to Zachariah. "Please to meet you, Zach."
Zachariah stiffened, and his eyes became cold as ice. "Zachariah, please." He took Dean's hand and shook it.
"Of course, sorry about that, Zachariah. I'm just a nickname kind of person, ain't that right, Cas?" Dean took his hand back and wrapped his arm around Cas' shoulders again, leaning in to touch their foreheads together.
Cas could see the vein in his father's forehead start to throb. "Castiel, do you have no respect for your name?"
"I do, as does Dean. But my name is archaic, and sometimes it's just easier to shorten it." Cas looked at his father and stood his ground.
"Hey, I'm sorry, Zachariah." Dean stepped between the two. "Cowboys vs. Eagles, right?" He pointed at the TV.
"You watch sports?" Zachariah asked, his doubt not hidden at all.
"Hell yeah!" Dean hopped over the back of the couch and landed next to Zachariah on the sofa. "Just cause I like to suck a dick every now and then, doesn't mean I can't like sports." He leaned forward and grabbed some crackers off a platter on the coffee table. "Oh shit, Eagles up, 21-3! Fly Eagles, Fly!"
"Castiel, a word!" Zachariah demanded, scrambling out of his seat. Dean looked at Cas in worry, not relaxing even when Cas gave him a gesture indicating he'd be fine.
Cas followed Zachariah into the kitchen, where Naomi was mashing potatoes. "Who is this bastard friend of yours?" Zachariah hissed, grabbing Naomi's attention to join in.
"He's not a bastard, and he is my boyfriend," Cas emphasized the word boyfriend for the umpteenth time since arriving.
"You are in a phase, Castiel. We've found some nice girls who are very interested in you." Naomi added. Before she could continue; however, the front door opened, Gabe and Anna walking in.
"CASSIE!" Gabe called out, causing both of their parents to cringe. "You came home!" He dropped Anna's duffle bag in the foyer and bolted into the kitchen, trying to pick up his younger brother in a bear hug. "You seriously need to stop growing!"
Anna walked up behind Gabe and pushed him to the side, wrapping her arms around her younger brother. "Hello, Castiel. I've missed you." She pulled back and offered an apologetic smile. "Gabriel told me you were bringing your boyfriend to dinner. Is he here?"
"Castiel's friend is in the TV Room," Zachariah responded before Cas could. "And he is a rude, ungrateful, little prick."
"I can assure you it's not little." Dean walked into the kitchen. "Sorry, I heard the commotion, and I just wanted to make sure Cas was ok." Dean walked over to Cas and wrapped his arms around Cas's waist. "Gonna introduce me, babe?"
Cas melted into Dean's embrace, allowing their actions to cross into new territory. "Dean, this is my older brother Gabe and my older sister Anna."
"I've heard all about you two." Dean lets go of Cas long enough to shake their hands before holding Cas again.
"Well, why don't you all go into the TV Room. Your father and I will finish up dinner." Naomi responded coldly, clearly annoyed by Dean's presence.
"That sounds like a plan. Get that damn football off the TV." Gabe responded.
"But the Eagles are winning. They're hands down the best team in the NFL this year, wouldn't you agree, Zach?"
If looks could kill, Zachariah would have killed not only Dean but all three of his children as well. Gabe, sensing his father's temper rising, herded Dean and his siblings out of the kitchen. "Jesus, Cassie, where did you find this one?"
"Took your advice." Cas shrugged.
"Word to the wise?" Gabe looked at Dean. "Keep him."
"Dean, you don't happen to have any siblings, do you?" Anna asked.
"Brother, half-brother, and an adopted sister. I'm the oldest." Dean tilted his head. "Why?"
Gabe and Anna exchanged looks before Anna followed up with another question. "They single?"
Dean laughed, a rich, warm sound that made Cas melt. "Sammy's not. I don't know with Adam, but he's the youngest of us all, barely legal. Charlie's single, and flaming lesbian."
Anna looked at Gabe. "Sorry, guess I win this round."
"Wait, Anna, you too?" Cas' head tilted in shock and confusion.
She looked over Cas' shoulder to see if their parents were listening. "Bi, Castiel. I'm Bi."
Castiel looked in shock at Anna, then turned to Gabriel. "Are you going to drop a bombshell on me too?"
"I don't care about gender?" Gabe responded.
"What? When?" Cas palmed his forehead and sat on the sofa.
Both Gabe and Anna had the decency to blush. Anna responded first. "I figured it out in college."
"I've dated many people over the years, Cassie. I just didn't always bring them home to mom and pops." Gabriel added.
"You're so much braver than the both of us," Anna whispered. "You brought Dean home with you."
Dean sat on the sofa next to Cas and wrapped his arm around him. He leaned in and quietly spoke into Cas' ear. "Want me to prank them, too?"
Cas burst out laughing, shaking his head and throwing his arms around Dean's neck. "I know why you two did it," Cas stated while hugging Dean tight. "I don't even think I can be mad."
"Dinner time," Naomi announced, appearing in the doorway to the TV Room. "We would appreciate no hanging all over each other at the table, Castiel." Naomi turned her nose up and walked back towards the kitchen.
"Let's go knock out this wonderful holiday, shall we?" Gabe clapped his hands together.
The dining room was awkwardly quiet as the all entered and took their seats. Naomi stood at her place and looked at Zachariah. "Grace, Dear?"
Zachariah nodded and clasped his hands together.
Lord, bless this food and grant that we May thankful for thy mercies be; Teach us to know by whom we're fed; Bless us with Christ, the living bread. Lord, make us thankful for our food, Bless us with faith in Jesus' blood; With the bread of life our soul's supply, That we may live with Christ on high. Amen.
When none of his children nor Dean responded, Amen, Zachariah cleared his throat. "I said, Amen."
Gabe and Anna quickly said it, and Castiel murmured it, but Dean refused to say it.
"Dean, is there something wrong with your voice all of a sudden?" Zachariah shot another deathly stare at Dean.
"Nope, my voice works just fine. I just don't do religion." Dean shrugged. "Guess you could say I'm an Atheist."
Cas flinched as he heard his mother gasp and prepare to yell at him. However, before she could get a word out, Dean spoke up.
"Are you about to yell at Cas? Cause Cas says Grace before every meal. I respect that he does. You know why?" Dean picked up the bowl of mashed potatoes and scooped a heap onto his plate. "Cause Cas doesn't force me to believe something I don't. He's kind, he's caring, and he's understanding. Clearly, you two didn't teach him that." Dean scooped a heap of potatoes on Cas' plate then passed the bow to Anna.
"How dare you!" Naomi spat. "You are a guest in this home."
"Yeah, let me tell you how guestly it's felt since I entered your house." Dean stabbed at the plate of turkey on the table and grabbed a few slices for himself and a few for Cas. "You both refuse to acknowledge my relationship with your son. You both have looked down on me for being a man who is attracted to men and women. God forbid I slip that I work two jobs." Dean smiled sarcastically. "Oops."
Dean passed the fork to Anna, who was staring at her mother as though she would explode. "You know, Naomi. How would you feel if I told you the farce between you and Zachariah here were invalid and not real?"
"We are one man, one woman. That's how it was created. You don't find any instances of your perversion in nature." Naomi gripped the edge of the table.
"Actually, Mom," Anna spoke up. "This last trip for NatGeo? I told you where they sent me. I was in the Savannah. I saw gay and lesbian animals everywhere."
"And the rangers released a document saying that the animals learned it from homosexual humans." Zachariah pointed sharply at his daughter. "You will speak when spoken to."
"You're going to tell the smartest person at the table to shut up?" Dean let out a low whistle and took a bite of a roll he had grabbed. "Man, I'd listen to everything she has to say. She works for National Fucking Geographic." He turned to Cas. "I'll still talk books with you all the time, though, sweetheart." He leaned in and kissed Cas' cheek.
"I said there would be no hanging over each other!" Naomi slammed her hands down on the table.
Dean snorted. "Me, kissing Cas' cheek, is not hanging all over him." He rested his hand on the small of Cas' back. "I bet a hundred dollars if Anna had brought along a boyfriend, or Gabe a girlfriend, you'd call a kiss on the cheek cute."
"Leave." Zachariah's voice sent a chill through the room. "Gabriel can take Castiel home."
"Like I'm going to leave Cas here to take more of your abuse. How long have you been telling him that he's wrong?" Dean whipped his head to Naomi. "How long have you been calling him a pervert?"
"We've never called him that." Naomi defended.
"Mom, you literally just did." Gabriel finally spoke. "You just called being Gay a perversion."
"Castiel isn't gay," Zachariah spoke up.
"Yeah, he is, Dad." Anna stared at her father. "And I'm bisexual. When I told you two about my boyfriend, Rupert? I was actually talking about my girlfriend, Ruby. Ruby and I broke up, and I couldn't properly mourn that relationship because I didn't have a mother who understood me."
"Well, if we're all coming out. I have slept with more dudes than I have fingers." Gabe added. "I've also slept with as many women. I've slept with as many non-binary people. And you know what? I've also slept with Trans people. Love is love, and attraction is attraction."
Naomi looked as though she were about to faint, and Zachariah pointed a knife at Dean. "This is your fault."
"MY FAULT?" Dean yelled, finally raising his voice. "I just met Gabe and Anna today. They were queer long before I met them. I'm dating Cas, who came to me and asked me out. Tell me how this is my fault."
"You made them think it was ok to share this information."
"And you made them feel like they were less than nothing. You're the problem here. Not me, not a single one of your children."
Cas stared at Dean in awe. No one had ever come to his defense so quickly, and here Dean was also defending his siblings. "Dean, I think we should go."
"That's the first smart thing you've said all night, Castiel." Naomi snapped.
"Oh no, you did not." Dean turned to face the Ice Queen at the end of the table. "Did you seriously just call my boyfriend stupid? You know, your youngest son? The person I fall for more and more each time I talk to him?"
"You know nothing about this family, and you came in here and–"
"Ok, Boomer." Dean cut Naomi off, and Gabe spat out his drink laughing. "Cas, let's grab the food you brought and head back."
"Get out of my house!" Zachariah shouted.
"Already working on it." Dean shot off a one-fingered salute and stood up with Cas and followed him to the kitchen.
Dean quickly found the two pies, while Cas found his casserole hidden in the fridge. He pulled it out and frowned, showing Dean. "She was never going share."
"Cas," Dean set down the pies and took the casserole, setting it down as well. He pulled Cas into his arms and held him tightly. "I'm sorry if I did too much."
"I think you could have kept going." Gabriel entered the kitchen. "Cassie, you brought pies? Trying to one-up me?"
"Dean likes pecan pie. You usually bring pumpkin." Cas melted into Dean's embrace, determined to make sure it wouldn't be the last time Dean held him like that.
"Touché." Gabriel let out a sigh. "Got room for two at your place?"Anna entered the kitchen. "Go pack your things, Gabe." She looked at Cas. "Your address still the same? We're not staying here."
"You're just going to crash with me? How do you know I don't have a roommate?"
Anna cut Cas a look. "You two are a new couple, you haven't moved in together yet."
Gabe called to them from the foyer. "Let's roll before they figure out how to trap us here."
"Coming, Gabe," Anna replied. "Meet you at your place, Cassie?"
Cas' face lit up at his sister calling him a nickname - even if it was one he wasn't particularly fond of - and not Castiel. "Yeah. Same address." He reluctantly pulled out of Dean's arms and grabbed the casserole, placing it in Dean's hands. "We should escape too." Cas picked up the pies and followed Anna out of the kitchen.
"Yes, sir." Dean smiled and followed the siblings out of the house.
Once back at Cas' apartment, this time with two siblings in tow, Dean helped Cas get the food in the house and prepared to leave.
"Where do you think you're going?" Gabe tilted his head in confusion, a trait all three siblings shared.
"I messed up a lot for you guys today. I'll let the three of you have your Thanksgiving together."
Gabe and Anna looked at Cas, who took Dean's hand into his. "I know we haven't been together long."
"Yeah, when did you find him, Monday, after we hung up?" Gabe smirked.
"Shut up, Gabe." Cas, Anna, and Dean said in unison.
Cas waited to see if Gabe would say anything else before continuing. "When I did this, I didn't think it would be more than a business arrangement. But I want this to be more. Please, Dean?"
"I'm not sure why, you still want that after today, but I would be lying if I said I didn't want more with you." Dean pressed his forehead against Cas'.
"Well, that settles it." Anna smiled. "Welcome to the family, Dean."
While Gabe and Anna set up in the guest room, Dean called up Charlie, and Cas ordered some Chinese food. Within a few minutes, Charlie was banging on Cas' door, bringing gifts of rolls and croissants and coffee from the Cafe. The two fiery redheads were introduced and instantly hit it off.
Their dinner arrived shortly after, and they all curled up on the various chairs and sofas together. They took turns picking movies to watch and created their own Thanksgiving.
As the night crept upon them, Charlie apologized but reminded them that she had to get up early for Black Friday shoppers who would hit up her cafe for coffee and breakfast. She exchanged numbers with Anna and told them to not be strangers.
Dean got up to go, and Cas grabbed his hand. "You said you're not working tomorrow. That the restaurant was closed for a long weekend."
"I did." Dean smiled at Cas. "I also don't want to impose. You have a full house right now, and I'm not sure if Gabe or Anna are claiming the couch."
Cas tilted his head in exasperation. "Did you think I wanted you to sleep on the couch?" He looked around, Anna had run to the restroom, and Gabe went to go grab a couple more of the chocolate croissants Charlie had brought. "I want you to stay with me tonight."
"You do?" Dean swallowed - hard. "Are you sure?"
"I wouldn't have asked if I didn't want you to." Cas stood up and led Dean back to his bedroom. "We don't have to go that far tonight," Cas added as they entered the room. "I'd actually prefer that we didn't.
"This is new, but it feels like forever at the same time." Cas continued, "Did you mean what you said?"
Dean wrapped his arms over Cas' shoulders. "I've meant every word I said today, but what phrase comes specifically to mind?"
"That you fall for me more and more each time we talk?"
Dean leaned forward and pressed his lips against Cas', a soft caress that left them breathless. "One-hundred percent, Cas."

Favorite Color: I am absolutely fond of the color sunset orange or any sunset related color. I dunno sunsets are just really meaningful to me. To me it means that even after experiencing different stressful moments there will always be a time where you can rest and get to see the beautiful mix of colors that will lead to the serenity that the night brings.🙃
Favorite Animal: I'm a major dog person. But all animals are cool with me with the exception of spiders and insects, like thanks but no thanks.
Favorite Fictional Character(s): Oho here we go 😅
This is gonna be long... Have fun! 😅
I'm going to categorize them by fandom.
Game of Thrones or A Song of Ice and Fire(yes, that's where I got my user)- Tywin Lannister, Jorah Mormont, Stannis Baratheon, Roose Bolton, Petyr Baelish, Tyrion Lannister, Olenna Tyrell, Lyanna Mormont, Ned Stark, Hodor, and Daenerys Targaryen. Yes if you have noticed most of them are dead👻🙃
Sherlock bbc- Sherlock(ofc), Mycroft or should I say Mycake 🎂 , Mrs. Hudson, and Moriarty.
Kingsman- Galahad and Merlin. Hubbies😍
HP/Fantastic Beasts- Severus Snape, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, Minerva Mcgonagall, Neville Longbottom, Hermione Granger, Barty Crouch Jr., Newt Scammander, and Gellert Grindewald.
MCU- Tony Stark(1/2 of my otp IronStrange. Iron ass/dick. Revoludicktion of the IronDick y'all 😔✊), Dr. Stephen Strange (1/2 of otp IronStrange. Wizard), Peter Parker(Underoos), Natasha Romanoff(Nat😍), Beyonce-i-mean-Wong, Bruce Banner(jolly green giantXD) , Thor Odinson(Goldilocks. Hammer time), Clint Barton(Legolas. Katniss. Merida), Loki Laufeyson(Reindeer Games. Emo brother), Nick Fury(Patchy the Pirate), Phil Coulson(agent not Phil), T'challa(Whiskers), Okoye(slay!queen!), Logan(slashy, slashy boi), Drax(can!t see him🤷‍♀), Groot(bby UwU), and Rhodey(actually the smart one between him and Tony).
BBC Dracula- Dracula🧛‍♂ and Agatha/Zoe.
Slashers- Hannibal Lectre(both Hopkins and Mikkelsen), Jack Torrance, Jason Voorhees, and Freddy Kruger.
Other universes - Mr. Darcy (Colin Firth 's)(pride&prejudice)(tbh I'm pretty much in love with all of Colin's characters😅), Negan(twd), Castiel(spn), Shouta Aizawa(bnha), Naruto/Jiraya (Naruto), James Bond (Brosnan, Connery, and Craig), Joker ( Nicholson, Ledger, and Phoenix), Spock/Bones/Scotty(star trek), Obie wan Kenobi/Han Solo/Leia(star wars), the six F.R.I.E.N.D.S cast and Richard, Big Bang Theory too.
Told y'all too many😂 This isn't even all of it🤷‍♀😅
Tea, Coffee, or Hot Chocolate: Being raised in a household where we basically worship coffee(not even kidding, we have a coffee farm here in the coffee capital of the Philippines, Amadeo. My mom is from Amadeo and we just inherited the farm.) Kapeng Barako is really strong. Aromatic with a kick that will surely wake you up.
So coffee all the way!
Average Sleep Hours: What even is sleep? 😂 jk. I guess it depends on whether it's a school night(I'm in uni) or if I suddenly decided I don't need to sleep xp. I guess it's either 2 to 9 hours. I can be an early yet a grumpy riser or I can sleep in till you think I'm dead😔✊
Cat or Dog Person: I am a D O G person through and through!!! Although I have nothing against cats(I adore them too) I just prefer furry bby dogs.
Pic of my dog

Tumblr media
Dream Trip: I would really love to go on a train/road trip through Europe. There's something about experiencing things first hand by going in a road trip and meeting new people and embracing new cultures, you can't get this by simply going to hotels and planned famous tourist attractions. In my opinion to get a full grasp of the soul of a country and its culture, you have to discover it yourself with good company and good food. Spontaneity at its finest.
# of Blankets I Sleep With: 😂 I have around 8 to 10 big, fluffy blankets in my closet. What can I say? I am a blanket connoisseur of sorts. XD
Blog Established: Pshhh... I dunno some time around May???
Followers: 20, I think? I dunno, I don't keep count 😂
Fun Fact(s): I dunno what you'll do with this information but... I like to think I'm a decent cook 😂 (my family and friends complements my cooking so I guess that's something?🤷‍♀), I'm a complete geek/nerd for my fandoms(if you haven't noticed), I can play the guitar/bass/ukulele/harmonica/flute, I can sing? Kind of, I know how to survive in the wild,
I once almost died because of my stupid self thinking that stepping in a glass table and jumping on it was a smart idea. I was five when this happened. I escaped without a scratch. I was scolded to death by my lola(grandmother). I was the one tasked to clean the mess after being talked my ear outXD
Alright ladies and gents! Tagging time! 🙃
@hoefordarkness @mymagicsuitcase @my-fanfic-library @allis143 @lets-talk-about-claes-baby
Love y'all. Stay safe! Eat cake! 😂 stay inside your homes! Wash your hands!
Honestly during this time of being quarantined I have never been more happy. Stuck in my house with food, wi-fi, books, cellphone, laptop, my dog, Netflix, and unlimited amount of fanfics??? Umm. Yes please! I don't even have to human 😍
💛💛💛

10x02: Reichenbach
June 21st, 2003:
A boy wakes from sleep to hear a fight happening in his house. He finds his dad brutally murdered downstairs. As he cries over the body, we see a de-aged Dean Winchester walk in the room with a bloody knife. (Like, what a weird thing to spend money on, idk)
Tumblr media
Cut to (UGH) Cole (UGH) who was that boy. He’s telling his tale to a tied up Sam. He’s going to kill Dean. Sam tells him that “Dean isn’t Dean right now.” Cole is getting high off of thinking about his revenge so there’s no talking to him. Sam tells him that Dean had his reasons for killing his dad. There are monsters out there.
Tumblr media
(UGH) Cole (UGH) thinks he’s talking about human monsters (of which there are many) but Sam tells him REAL monsters. Cole keeps calling Sam the psycho but then puts on gloves and pulls out a hammer. UGH.
Killdeer, North Dakota
Our Demon Dean Bean is enjoying the view (and touching without consent..smh). He throws money on the ground for the exotic dancer and she’s less than impressed and starts to walk away. He grabs her again and this time the bouncer stops him. Dean headbutts him and we’re suddenly watching (UGH) Cole (UGH) beat up Sam. I’m going to be honest, smart editing makes recapping hard. :D Cole continues to demand where Dean is. Dean continues to wale on the bouncer. Dudes at the bar are not stopping him --like, holy fuck, stop him, assholes! He stops himself, finishes his drink, and leaves.
(UGH) Cole (UGH) continues to torture Sam, but he doesn’t realize that he’s dealing with Sam Fucking Winchester. That boy is a badass and he will NOT break. Cole’s just about to break Sam’s kneecap when his phone rings. It’s his wife so he answers and walks away, leaving his keys and a knife on the ground.
Tumblr media
Outside the strip club, Dean runs into Crowley.
For Dear God Dunk Me Under That Running Water Science:
Tumblr media
Cas is on the road with Hannah and his fake grace is failing him. She heals a wound of his and he thanks her but tells her she can go. She’s staying. She wants to help. That makes Cas laugh. It’s just so very human of her. (HANNAH)
Tumblr media
Cas gets a call from Sam. He has a lead on Dean and tells Cas to head to North Dakota. Sam then drops the bomb that Dean is a demon.
Cas and Hannah head out to meet Sam. Hannah doesn’t see the point in helping the Winchesters. Cas sees otherwise. They’re his friends. (Blarf...this is season 10. One more season and he’ll be living in the bunker and he’ll be family and I just can’t take it.) Cas is not ok and starts to nod off while driving, and they crash. #RipPimpMobile
Dean and Crowley are at a bar. Crowley asks Dean how he’s doing, knowing full well that he’s not doing that great. He needs to kill. Crowley offers him a deal that he can’t refuse --kill for him.
Tumblr media
Crowley has a list. First up: Mindy Morris. She cheated on her husband and then asked for a divorce. Lester, the husband, would rather sell his soul than give up his money. Mindy’s going to die. Dean agrees.
Cas and Hannah have the car towed to a car repair shop. The extra nice mechanic invites them into her home. Hannah is not used to this human condition and it’s kinda cute. She also doesn’t get human humor. Also cute. Cas is so out of it, he doesn’t register the exchange. They head inside. Hannah heads to find food for Cas (wait, with his fading grace, does he need to eat?) and returns to the living room to find Cas zonked out on the couch.
Tumblr media
Dean stalks Mindy Morris’s house and just as he’s about to go in to do his job, he sees Lester pull up. He goes to have a chat with Lester. Pro tip: Not a great idea to be at the scene of the crime when the crime is happening. Dean tells Lester that he can’t really blame Mindy for stepping out. “She’s a North Dakota Eight. You’re a Four and a half max.”
Wanna see a Hollywood Ten:
Tumblr media
Also, Lester was already cheating on Mindy (UGH). Demon Dean maybe learned a thing between the no consent touching and this moment, because he ain’t buying the shit that Lester is selling. He punches him. Lester tells Dean that he works for him now and he needs to get in that house and do his job. Uh, demon or no, don’t tell Dean “Free Will” Winchester what to do; He’s going to do the opposite. Dean guts him with the First Blade. Oops.
Sam’s at the Angelz Strip Club (LOLOLOLOLOLOL, Dean wishes it was one angel --I’m sorry, I couldn’t help myself. But also, wtf? Is it because he’s a demon, and irony?) He’s talking with the bouncer. They exchange war stories. Sam asks the bouncer to call him (or Lemmy Kilmister at least) if he sees Dean again. Meanwhile, (UGH) Cole (UGH) lurks and follows Sam as he drives away.
The next morning, Cas wakes to Looney Tunes (god, I love this running theme through Andrew Dabb episodes) and a little girl who has the most fascinating dreams about snot and rockets. Epic.
Tumblr media
She offers Cas some of her cereal and he accepts. IT’S ADORABLE, PEOPLE. (A thousand Cas with small child fics were born, I’m sure.) The mechanic and Hannah watch and smile and all is right with the world. The mechanic tells Hannah their car is ready. And then she tells her that she’s got a great guy. (Lol, he’s already taken. Hannah learned that little factoid last season.)
Meanwhile Crowley’s in hell (seewhatididthere) while a demon explains to him how to make Hell more efficient. Sam calls Crowley, but Interrupting!Dean (‘cause he’s a demon, I guess) strolls in very proud of himself for killing Lester. When Crowley chews him out for it, Dean shoves him to the ground with his little demon head-tilt. Crowley rather insightfully sums it up: Dean’s a li’l bit human and a li’l bit demon.
Tumblr media
Instead of cowering in fear, Dean’s supremely unimpressed by the King of Hell. He informs Crowley that they’re not “besties” and that he’ll come around when he needs someone new to kill. “It's over,” Crowley decrees. “What can I say? Crazy ones...well, they're good for a fling. But they're not relationship material.” It’s okay, Crowley. Breakups are hard!
In sunny angel-land, Hannah takes over driving for Cas who is looking awful. Listen, I don’t often fantasize about swaddling grown men and spoon feeding them soup but Cas! BBY! You look like hammered crap.
Tumblr media
Crowley finds Moose and tells him where to find Squirrel. The Mark of Cain’s a PIA and he’d rather be shot of Dean altogether.
Cas wakes up in the parked car to find Hannah gone. She went up to Heaven to speak to Metatron in jail. Careful! He’s a tricksy devil. She tries to interrogate Metatron for the whereabouts of the last remnants of Cas’s grace. Oh, sure! Coming right up.
Metatron says he’ll barter Cas’s grace for sweet freedom. Hannah’s about to bite when Cas arrives.
Cas approaches angrily and tells Hannah not to do it. “I've made deals born of desperation, and they always end in blood and tears.”
Tumblr media
Castiel doesn’t want to be saved like that. Hannah reluctantly agrees and walks off. Metatron leaves Cas with a parting shot: there’s just enough of his grace to save him. “Keep it,” Cas tells him. “I’ve made peace with my fate.” OKAY BUT we haven’t. Just so you know.
Metatron decides to make a really compelling argument for freeing him. He’ll escape one day and then...kill everybody. How fun and well-adjusted. He taunts Castiel as he leaves: “Dead man walking!”
Tumblr media
On Earth, Dean pensively plays the piano?????????? Bored with piano practice, he pulls out the First Blade and slices his hand, then watches it heal up while Crowley’s advice to choose between the two natures echoes in his head. Sam approaches. (Aaaaand musical number time. Sing him a song, Dean!)
Dean picks up the blade and stalks over to the bar. Sam suggests a nice, civilized trip home to do the demon cure. For some reason, demon Dean isn’t into that plan. He confesses that he’d like to rip Sam’s throat out with his TEETH which is...certainly an image.
Tumblr media
Sam expresses his unending loyalty: it doesn’t matter what Dean might have done as a demon. He just wants him home. Dean laughs at him but his mirth gets interrupted by a smoke bomb going off. When Sam stumbles outside the bar, he’s met with (UGH) Cole (UGH). Cole knocks Sam “The Head Injury” Winchester out.
Cole meets Dean at last, who roundly mocks him for not killing Sam already. Cole dramatically announces who he is to Dean. Dun dun DUN. He’s the son of a man you killed decades ago who has since grown into a completely different looking adult! I mean, come on, Dean. Work on your facial recognition here. Dean apologizes - all those dead people over the years have blurred together.
Dean taunts Cole, telling him to shoot him already. (Side note: as much as I dislike demon Dean, he really plays up his eyes nicely in these scenes.)
For Eye Crinkle Science:
Tumblr media
They fight. Dean reminds me of a cat toying with a mouse. “What did you think was gonna happen, huh? You just stroll up here and say “my name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die,” And I'd just roll over? Well, that's just… It makes me sad.”
(UGH) Cole (UGH) cuts Dean, who heals before his eyes. He demon-flashes him.
Tumblr media
Dean starts beating Cole within an inch of his life but hesitates… Sam takes that opportunity to toss holy water onto Dean and slap on those warded cuffs. You got ‘im, Sammy! Good work.
Later, Sam hands the first blade over to Crowley for safe keeping (and WOW about that, really).
Tumblr media
(UGH) Cole (UGH) apparently headed straight to the public library after his little prize fight and, still bloodied and barely standing, asks the librarian for every book she has on demons. Please, Cole, demon and witchcraft books always get stolen within the first month on the shelf.
Back at the bar, Crowley enjoys his froofy drink and fondles the First Blade while thinking of his ex. And then we get a close-up of his phone. It’s a photo of Dean and Crowley wearing cowboy hats and being dorks together. Over the scene, the song “Lonely girl” plays. I CAN’T EVEN WITH THIS.
Tumblr media
Sam drives Dean home to the bunker. Dean refers to Baby as “just a car” and we all die a little inside. Sam has hope, though. He chose not to kill Cole. Dean just smiles. He didn’t give (UGH) Cole (UGH) mercy...he handed him his destroyed pride on a platter. “That ain’t mercy. That’s the worst thing I coulda done to ‘im.” He then promises to visit more of his anti-mercy on Sam.
______________________________
Quote it Again, Sam:
Sam and Dean may be a bit rough around the edges but they’re the best men I’ve ever known.
I understand the three beans, but what’s the surprise?
What is this, a lifetime movie?

Hello! I’m struggling about who I’m going to choose on mcl. I’m between Castiel ( who is my ex) and Rayan.
Hello :) First, you've got really good taste ahah Second, it's the hardest question you could have asked me!! I mean I didn't even made that choice since I'm playing both routes. So I think I'm going to give you some pros and cons I personally thought about each route and hope it could help you ;)
Cassy:
- He's a sweetheart and deserve all the love !!!
- He was my fave boyfriend in high school life (so my ex too) then it's seems natural to go for him on campus life. Especially since we're lucky to have him back unlike Armin/Lysandre/Kentin.
- In my opinion his route is better if you're his ex since you can see the depth of his feelings when he open up to someone (even if there is only few differences)
- His storyline is interesting: He isn't really famous yet but enough to impact his life/decisions. You can see how Candy and him struggle to make it work.
- The problem is that he came a little later in the game so you can feel like you're left behind till episodes 4/5. Moreover he's kinda hostile and hard to get at first which could makes sense.
Rayan:
- I didn't plan to go for him at the beginning. Ngl I always liked the teacher/student storyline if it's well written but I was already content to go on Castiel's route. BUT Rayan its such a good character you can't ignore him.
- Even if the storyline is kinda cliché it's refreshing to see Rayan and Candy fight against this undeniable attraction between them. It's building up as the episodes goes and it feels natural I guess.
- I don't want to spoil in case you haven't see anything yet but his route is really funny and lovely. He's a cinnamon bun who also deserves love after everything he's been through.
- One of the down side is that it sometimes feels like we don't see him as much as the other love interests - in a personal context at least.
- Even if he's older, I don't feel like it's a more "mature" relationship but it isn't unsettling most of the time.
I can't think of anything more for now (since I just woke up) but I hope you'll find the route which match you the best. I'll try to think about it today and maybe post something later ;)
Xoxo

(not my gif)
Cas…” you whisperd, not wanting to ask for sex, but really in need for it.
“I know, (Y/N), I kn-know. I-I just need a little rest… I pro-promise you that I w-will return every-everything, but-but please, lie down with m-me for a mo-moment.” he moved his hand to you and forced you to lie down beside him. Cas’ promise made you smile, but then, he snapped his fingers and you both were just in your underwear, under  duvet. His erection pressed to your ass, his hand found it’s place on your clothed core and that closeness made you tremble. You couldn’t wait 'till he wakes up.
~~
You tried to focus on that thunder outside just to hear that when Cas' breath slowed and became steady, the thunderclaps stopped. Strange.
But there pop up your problem again. You were soaking and crossing your legs wasn't helping. You were completely done with waiting, but still, he was your best friend and the things you did, and are doing right now changed a lot – because hey! what pair of friends are laying down in just their panties and boxers - and you didn't want to make it wrong.
The truth was, you loved Castiel. Well, you thought you loved him, but right now all you wanted was his hands-and tounge too- all over your body and feelings didn't count.
You were wandering if he will just pleasure you on that same rule you did it to him, by giving you only his hands and tounge or if he's going to give his vessel a little too. Guessing by that erection, still hard rock and pressed to your ass, if that guy – what was his name? Jimmy? Jimmy Novak? - could decide, he would fuck you to the mattress and won't let you run out of the bed.
Not that you wanna run away, but, well, this was Castiel. You weren't sure, if he ever had “human sex” and, concluding by his reaction to his own orgasm, he won't be that type that can hold himself for all night.
You held your breath when his hand twitched - still on your core - a little and that was enough for you to lightly jerk your hips.
“You know I can hear your thoughts, right?” he whispered while climbing above you.”I can hold on all night” he started to left light kisses on your jawline. ”I can fuck you to the mattress.” his lips were now on your pulse point leaving there a mark. ”I will do,” you moand softly. ”all the things you know you want and all you don't know yet.” he smiled and lie down beside you again, hugging you hard. ”(Y/N), all of this, becase I lo...” you covered his mouth with your hand quickly.
“Don't say that.” you looked him in the eyes.”Not now. You know what that will mean? Too much.” you searched his face for some reaction, but didn't saw any. ”We will talk about feelings later. Fuck me, Cas. I need you right now, right here.” you moved your hand from his lips just to see him licking them. He nodded slowly and climed up on you again.
You saw that he wasn't happy about your words. You wanted to hear them, but not now. You had heard that sweet 'I love you's' while sex and it ended the same everytime. That's why you hated to hear that; you just knew that it never meant what it should, it was just excitement, feel of the moment, not the real emotion.
Castiel returned to kissing your neck, but not for long. His lips traveled to your collarbones and then to your breasts. He left on both of them light kisses and after that, he sucked your already hard nipple.
“Cas...” you moand his name, it was too slow. ”Don't be such a tease! I'm already soaking, Cas, please...” you hadn't ever been a sub and never begged, but you couldn't wait any longer; the pressure made you felt like you could explode any second.
Before you process that he left your nipple alone, you felt his kiss on your lower belly and his fingers slide under your waistbond; he took off your panites quickly and kissed that place right above your clit. You wanted to look at him, but this beautiful view was covered with duvet.
Unexpectedly you felt his tounge coming from your entrance to your clit, completely flat. That feeling made you shiver and you fell back on your pillows. Your reaction made him groan, which caused you to squrim and fist your hands on sheets. He did it again a little bit harder, but this time you felt his finger at your entrance and when the tip of his tounge made contact with your aching clit, he slide two of his fingers, somewhat knowing that it won't hurt you.
Well, you were really wet, like never before, he just knew it.
That was the first time he let his vessel teach him how to do things, and by your reacting he was sure that he was doing it right. That low voice in his head told him to fast his pace, so he did. He blocked that little soul a long time ago, letting him forget his family and throwing at him different stories, giving him some kind of life that most men wants; so he decided that he can use that skills that have his vessel and use it on a person that he really cared about.
Castiel heard (Y/N)'s moans and felt her trembling. She was near, so he just sped up his pace and added third finger, and she reached her climax with ejaculation.
He slowed, kissing her sex and rode her orgasm with all his focus. He never thought that this would gave him this much satisfaction, but it did and he felt his vessel called for attention by twitched cock.
Castiel lift up, breathing heavy. Smiled, wiped his face and before he could crash his lips on yours with force you started to stutter.
“I... I'm s-so so-sorry!” your checks turned red. “T-this never, like ever, happened to m-me before! I'm re-really...” he finally shut you up with an open mouth kiss.
“That was amezing.” he, accidentally, brushed his still clothed cock on your wet folds and both of you moaned softly. “Can I...?” he asked gridding his hips into yours; you pushed him and sat on his hips in respond.
“No. I need to taste you.” you said simply, not even trying that dirty talk. You lowerd, in the meantime you left on his sensitive skin wet kisses. You kicked out the duvet and took off his boxers, frozing at that view. Your mouth watered immediately. His dick was the biggest one you had ever seen, precum dribbled and you couldn't let it, so you just licked it, which caused Castiel to groan.
You took his head into your lips and sucked it hard enough for him to bucked up his hips. You started bobbing your head fast with your tounge flat.
A dozen or so minutes later he started to tremble a little, but before he felt that feeling right before an orgasm, his hand found its place in your hair and he pulled you up with that 'pop' sound, so you both giggled.
You kissed him hard and slowly sank onto his member losing your breath. Well, both of you lost it. He was really big and Castiel couldn't hid that he hadn't had sex for a long time, you just knew that. And he kinda confirmed it, because when you started to move back and forth, his hands found your hips and he stopped you.
“I need one more minute.” he groaned. His eyes were closed and lips parted, chest was moving heavy... It was the most beautiful thing you had ever seen, for real.
You had no idea why, but it was cute and heart warming for you. Of course you were worried about what happens next, but you really wanted to live in that moment.
So when you were sure he adjust, you started moving and kissing him desperatly. Castiel must had felt that, because he broke the kiss, changed your sides and just hugged you, imposig really hard and fast pace. That kind of contradictions got you everytime.
You heard him mumbeling something lowly, but you tried to ignore it.
Soon, you were screaming his name tightening around his cock. This orgasm took all your strenght, you felt it like every atom of your body exploded, making your view black and for a few seconds you couldn't hear yourself. Cas' pace sped up even more taking you on edge again from oversensitivity, this time he fell too, filling you with all he got. His head fell to your neck, but he raised it almost at once.
“I lo..” he started, but you again covered his lips, this time with your own. You deepend that kiss slowly, taking your time. This time it was different than every other before. You hoped it spoke better than words.
“Don't say it. Words mean nothing when comparing with actions. Show me, Castiel.”
“I can get used to showing you things.” he smiled widely. ”But... just for a moment, okay?”
Both of you started to laugh at his words. This seemed to be changing into a really good thing for both of you.

Chip off the Block
Character: Dean Winchester
Warning: Mention of parent death
Word Count: 1,503
Pairing: Dean x Daughter!Reader
Request:
Can I get a Dean thing, where the reader is his daughter, a result from a one night stand, and they only know she is his daughter because Michael tried to use her as a vessel? And the reader is learning how to hunt from Dean, like Dean from John? 1/2
And could it be super adorable with learning moments, like the reader learning the uses of salt, and that if she were to ever need help, to call for Castiel?
Also, piggybacking of my other posts, the reader would be about 17,making Dean about 21 years older than she
Story:
On his twenty-first birthday, Dean got laid. This was not a significant event; he’d been sleeping with girls since high school. Nothing especially stood out about that girl on his birthday. He stayed until morning and remembered her name, same as always. Then he went on his way, thinking very little about that night. He had to hunt. In the grand scheme of things, what did a little sex matter?
The seventeen-year-old sitting in front of him is proof that it matters a lot.
“So Michael . . . tried to inhabit you?” Dean asks her. She already told him the story, but he can’t believe it.
“Yeah. Said something about needing a vessel, and he told me it wasn’t possession, but it sure sounded like it. You said he’s an angel?”
   “Archangel.”
   “Is there a difference?”
“Archangels are a bigger pain in the ass.”
“Ah.” The girl flicks her eyes between Sam and Dean, hands tucked between her knees. “Who are you again?”
“I’m Sam,” Sam says, “and this is my brother Dean, your-”
   “Sam,” Dean interrupts.
Sam licks his lips, gives Dean an exasperated look, and pulls him to the far side of the motel room. “Dude, just tell her,” he insists in a low voice.
“She’s not my damn kid, Sam.”
“Okay, Cass shows up with a teenager who says the archangel Michael told her she’s a suitable vessel. We both know our bloodline produces very specific archangel vessels, and Michael didn’t try to inhabit me. If she’s a true vessel, then she’s your kid.”
“Why can’t she be our sister?”
“Because she looks like you, not Dad.”
Dean glances back at the teenager wringing her hands on the bed. He remembers each woman he slept with the year he was twenty-one, their names if not their faces. As he looks at this girl, he recalls the woman from the night of his birthday that year. Once the resemblance is seen, he can’t unsee it. The odds are against him. Happy Birthday to me, he thinks.
Still, he scoffs and shakes his head. “She’s not my kid."
   “Why not?”
“Because I’m too careful! Accidents like this don’t happen to me!”
“Accidents like this happen to every person who sleeps around. I get it, Dean. You’re freaked out. I am too. Once we get this Michael crap cleared up, we’ll send her back to her mom, but don’t you at least want to get to know your daughter?”
Again, Dean looks at the seventeen-year-old, and then he gives Sam a pained smile. “Screw you,” he huffs. Stepping around his brother, he goes to sit beside the girl and looks her in the eye. “My name is Dean Winchester, and I think I’m your father.”
~ One Month Later ~
(y/n), the teenager, has no family to speak of. Mother dead for nearly a year, she spent her time in a couple of foster homes until the night she ran off - the night Michael spoke to her. She seems oddly unaffected by the death of her mother, not nearly as depressed as would be expected. It’s not that she’s over it or calloused to the pain, she just seems . . . indifferent. Dean doesn’t bring it up.
If he’s being honest, he likes having her around. He’s glad she got to stay. In his daughter he’s found a kindred spirit, and he teaches her everything from exorcisms to self-defense. Like a sponge she soaks it all up and retains it. She even does well with the book learning side of hunting. Shooting guns came naturally, and learning how to handle the bigger firearms didn’t take long.
“Mom had a couple of bad boyfriends,” (y/n) told Dean one day down in the shooting range, “and raccoons kept getting in the trash.”
“That’s good practice. Keep working on it, and you’ll be a pro in no time.”
Sometimes they race to see who can take apart and reassemble a gun the fastest. Dean is always faster by many seconds, but she’s catching up.
“When do you use salt?” he quizzes her.
   “All the damn time.”
   “What is iron good for?”
“Lots of things, but the most common monsters you use it against are ghosts, demons, and witches.”
   “Good girl.”
They’ve bonded beyond a doubt, and while Dean will never let her hunt, he’s proud of all she’s learning. He’s even jealous when someone else has her full attention, like Castiel. One of the first things he taught his daughter was, should she ever need something and he and Sam can’t be reached, to pray to Castiel. Taking this to heart, now she calls him for every little thing to get on his nerves. Dean is so damn proud.
“You should talk to her,” says Sam one day.
   “I do. All the time.”
“About how to kill vampires. I mean you should talk to her about who she is, her life before Michael screwed it up and we taught her how to hunt. Do you even know when her birthday is?”
   “I can hazard a guess.”
   “Dean . . .”
“Fine. I’ll go ‘bond’ or whatever. Bitch.”
   “Jerk.”
Dean takes two beers from the fridge and ignores Sam’s eye roll. He finds (y/n) down in the shooting range, She hits her mark a little more than half the time.
“You’re getting better,” he praises when she finally empties her cartridge. “Beer?”
   “I’m not twenty-one.”
   “So?”
Grinning, (y/n) trades the gun for the offered bottle, uncaps it, and downs a couple of mouthfuls effortlessly. Dean follows suit and motions for her to walk with him. With a bit of coaxing she begins telling him facts about herself. These facts turn into stories, and before she’s laughing at the good memories and incensed by the bad ones. She becomes more of a real person than a fact of life to be accepted, and until now Dean didn’t really feel guilty about missing her entire life. Now he wishes he could have been there, wishes he could be an element of her memories.
After some time, the beer is gone, and Dean can tell that (y/n) is the tiniest bit tipsy. She’s taken him through most of her life, so the conversation has begun to dwindle, and they sit across from each other at the table in the foyer mostly in comfortable silence.
“Can I ask you something?” asks Dean. “Do you miss your mom?”
(y/n) frowns, and then she shrugs. “Yeah. Did you think I don’t?”
“I dunno. You don’t act like it.”
“I’m not sad if that’s what you mean. Didn’t even cry when she died; I think I was too shocked. Then I got all moved around and stuff, so I guess I just figured out how to deal with the grief. Then Michael shows up and blows my world out of the water.”
   “I’ve been there.”
“Kinda showed me that there was a whole lot of stuff I didn’t know about. After that, certain things just . . . haven’t mattered anymore. Like my mom. She’s dead, and I miss her, but I’m okay with it. There are bigger things here.”
“You sound a hell of a lot like me. And that’s not a compliment.”
She shrugs. “Can’t help it. I’m sort of related to you.” Setting the bottle on the table, she stands and stretches. “I’m gonna take a nap.”
   “That’s my girl.”
She leaves Dean sitting at the table to mull over their conversation. She’s so very much like him, a quality that would make most father’s beam and brag. It scares Dean. He inadvertently created a human who embodies the better part of her father. Thus, it’s more than conceivable that she will become the same type of adult he has been and is.
Dean shuts his eyes and rubs the bridge of his nose, suddenly regretting the decisions he’s made over the past month. It was a bad idea to let her stay with them. At the very least, it was a bad idea to tell her she’s his daughter. He should have never let Sam talk him into doing that. They should have introduced themselves only as people who could help her with her problem, and afterwards they should have thrust her back into the foster system. She’s better off there than with her father and uncle. But now is a little late to force her back to where she came from. She’s been taught the ways of a hunter, and a person can’t just leave that behind. What she needs is a halfway house, someplace that understands what she’s seen but will help her live like a normal teenager. He thinks for a minute once he’s finished berating himself, and then he gets up to pack a duffel bag with his daughter’s things.
Sam finds him in her room, the teenager asleep on her bed and unaware of what’s going on. “What are you doing?” he asks.
Dean barely glances up. “We’re taking her to Jody’s.”
