I want to share this mad idea a french ttrpg designer had.

A system of rules to speedrun campaigns and scenarios.

Warning : the table MUST have played it normally before. These rules are for giving a second life to these campaign books catching dust in your library

These rules are an add-on to the system you used for the campaign. Now you can Bunny hop, glitch, clip, go out of bonds in your game. Bugs can appear. Suddenly the game is in another language, good luck to the players who don't speak it.

You can add little challenges, the same as video game speedrun. Like an all boss run, a no hit run, a non lethal run, etc.

Honestly I found the idea bonkers. I want to try it, seems like a good idea for a crazy game night.

Have you played FACING THE TITAN ?

Facing the Titan is a GM-less, zero-prep roleplaying game, for one-shots games of about 3 hours. It has been designed and playtested for groups of 3 to 5 people. A solo mode is also available.

You will play the Compagny, a group of heroes whose fate is to face the colossal Titan. And to destroy it!

You will only need something to write with and on, and two dices: a white one and a black one. Based on Swords Without Master (by Epidiah Ravachol), the game system will get you to tell the journey of your Companion to the final clash against the Titan in a series of five distinct Phases:

The Companions Phase, where we meet the characters of this epic story

The Titan Phase, where we learn about the Titan

The World Phase, where we talk about the journeys of the Companions

The Preparation Phase, where the Companions expose their plan

The Clash Phase, where the Companions go against the Titan

This is my first cthulhu rp character, for a very long time I played with him, and he became my character with the most development. Here is a small compilation to better understand this ship. Marya is a humain who became a Vampire and Arthur would become a Banshee when he dies, and they will become Immortal. I made a list of all the RPG I made illustrations for on Itch.io.

Adventures On A Single Page I did the illustrations for adventure n°12, The Elven Temple.

ECOPUNK: 2044 I did a spread for this book, a cutaway of a city and two illustrations. Lancer Core Book I did two spreads for Lancer, a cutaway of a "mobile base" and an illustration.

Barkeep on the Borderlands I did two illustrations for Barkeep, a cutaway of an upside down tower and an illustration of a parade. ARCHOL-EOLOGIE I did all the illustrations for this pamphlet.

Abilities Considered Unnatural I did the cover, the maps and most of the illustrations. The Cleaning of Prison Station Echo I did maps for Station Echo.

So one of my favorite french ttrpg will be translated in English : KNIGHT RPG.

Play as modern knights in mecha armor (armors named after dnd classes), fighting against the darkness and horrors, the Anathema, that invaded Earth. An Epic Horror game

With a system based on combo of attributes, loads of dice where all the even numbers are successes. Different horrors on differents parts of the world ( with some more hidden of course),

Big cities full of lights controlled by rich and immortal people ( never a source for concern, no never)

( Poll Runner Note : As a French person knowing the original, this submission is weird to me. Do I put it as an English game or French ? I mean Croc is one of our biggest name in ttrpg. Is it different from the french version ? The original was marked by a very irreverent and absurd humor. Like the character I created with the D666 system , based on tables, was a demon Joe Duplantier from Gojira who dressed as a 17th century noble. Is it the same in the English version ? Do you still have Jesus as a Barman in the only neutral bar on Earth ?)
