DPXDC prompt. Adult!Danny x Sleep-deprived!Constantine: We seem to have a misunderstanding.
Warlock was willing to admit that the Phantom’s company was mostly useful and not unpleasant. Because of the specifics of his work they had to meet quite often. It was nice to be at least a little sure that you wouldn’t get stabbed in the back. The new ghost king seemed to be amused by the World of the Living and that was quite useful. In addition, the Infinite Realms had a history of endless conflicts with Hell, so when demons was messing with him, Phantom was happy to put sticks in their wheels.
However, the current enemy of the League was another alien. Both John and Phantom happened to be nearby. But it seems ghost had no reason to help Hellblazer now, as this fight had nothing to do with his kingdom. Given that Batman had explicitly instructed John to stay on the battlefield, it seemed that if John Constantine wanted to count on a weekend, he would have to use his trump card now.
Constantine: In view of the urgency of the situation, I would like to make a proposal. Life offers many challenges. I know I can meet them if you're willing to face them with me. In the spirit of saving time..[holding up a ring] This is for you. You in?
Phantom: I..I don’t know, John. I mean i want to say yes but It’s all so sudden. Please gimme some time to think, okay? And let me help to deal with these invaders first and then we’ll talk about it.
John: ..Sure?

Tucker: Whoa crazy battle dude.
John: Civilians are not allowed here.
Danny: It's all right. We were going to meet at a cafe, but now, well, there is no cafe. I mean, he's with me and not so civilian, okay?Ehem..John, meet my best friend Tucker. Tucker, meet my..Em, this is John, and he's kinda my John. It's new for us.
Damn. He was in a hurry and offered more than he should have. It turns out the ghost had an interest in protecting the city. It is unlikely that he would allow the destruction of the place where one of his humans lives.
And worst of all, Phantom did not accept the ring (for which John had to hunt for several months) as payment. Constantine got it specially in case he needed a favor or a way to calm the anger of the spirit he was starting to get along with. Like, really, John spent a fair amount to own the artifact which would have neutralized the consequences of wearing a ring of rage. But Ghost didn’t want it? Why? And yet he helped. So John was in debt.
And how it's all at a bad time. The peace treaty and the treaty of cooperation between the States and the Infinite Realms was concluded only recently. Of course John didn't even have time to discuss the terms of their deal because the blushing ghost flew away to fight but to say that he won't pay for the service is like admitting that you want to start a new conflict. Constantine was starting to have a headache. He'll think about it when he gets at least a couple of hours of sleep. Whatever payment the ghost needs, it can wait a couple of hours.

But as it turned out, the ghost couldn’t make up his mind and decide what he wanted from him. He started showing up at John’s place and looking at him thoughtfully, also recently dragged him to pick out a suit. How he could be mistaken for a stylist John did not understand but preferred not to unnerve a potential ally.
Moreover, for some reason the chaotic creature decided that he had the right to condemn John for always forgetting to have dinner or take a bath. This scoundrel dared to lock him in a bathroom with strange scented candles and colored water. Whatever these bath bombs were, dumb spirit failed to poison him but now John smelled like peaches. Disgusting.
After breaking down the door he found the same mess with candles on the kitchen table. Phantom fought a fierce battle with the green goo in the pot that he brought to John's house, but eventually gave up and they ordered delivery. All in all, it was a pleasant evening. Of course John didn't admit it but for some reason Danny decided that he could make such a mess every Friday.

Danny: So..me and Morningstar are friends now. Do you mind? I know you don’t get along very well.
John: Why should I care? Your friends are your business. Considering you’re crazy about the stars I’m surprised you’re not sleeping with their maker.
Danny: Hell no, Lightbringer is great. And I’m glad he’s sharing with me what I wouldn’t find in books but I would never cheat on my partner.
John: Good to know. (Wow, who knew the Phantom has a lover.)

Morningstar: I have no idea what you see in this arrogant man, stardust.
Phantom: I don’t know. It’s interesting to be around him. You never know what’s going to happen tomorrow. And his determination and sarcastic nature are really charming.
Morningstar: Well, I’ll get rid of some of his contracts for your wedding but only because I like you and not because I’m willing to deal with this liar.
Phantom: Thanks, Luci, you’re the best.
Morningstar:That’s true. But it's not free. I need you as a babysitter to keep Spawn busy while, well, Detective and I are busy.

— decided to post other parts of the full fic in blurbs/drabbles! i was cringing rlly bad rereading so i might tweak some parts
“Y/n?”
Expecting your brother, you’re face-to-face with Jisung. Your brother’s best friend.
While your older brother decided to attend college near home, Jisung studied abroad in Europe. You hadn’t heard from him in three years. It was almost as if he disappeared from existence, but, you think again. He shouldn’t hinder your thoughts because he isn’t your best friend, he is your brother’s– a person who did not owe you an explanation, a call, or anything, really.
“Jisung... What a pleasant surprise,” you blurted out, hoping to avert from your surprised expression.
The smirk that adorned his face gave notice of a new piercing at the corner of his lips. You just then realize how different he looks at first glance. Of course, his growth from adolescence was during high school and you had taken notice. But standing in front of you in the current time, he looks like the same Jisung you knew but maybe a tad taller, sporting tighter clothing, and toned arms– your eyes eventually travel down to his fingertips where you notice thick rings and a flashy tennis bracelet. And his hair. In high school, Jisung repeatedly destroyed his hair with bleach, occasionally adding some ginger or pink into the mix. But now, it returned to the original charcoal black color you always tried to persuade him to re-try.
“You’re staring,” he teases, resting an arm against the door frame.
God, he’s hot. This is so not good for your mental health.
“Just was expecting Taeyong. Caught me off guard,” you cross your arms.
Jisung rolls his eyes, poking the inside of his cheek with his tongue. “You’re saying you look at Ty like that? I gotta tell him to stay away from you,” he jokes.
“Shut up, you’re disgusting,” you grimace.
“Actually, I think calling professionals will solve this problem,” he pulls out his phone, pretending to dial a number.
“You’re so annoying. Gimme that before I smack you with it,” You hurdle forward to grab the phone, but he beats you to it, holding it behind his figure. At the door frame now, shoulder to shoulder with Jisung– You’re a lot closer to him than you realized, slightly tilting your head up to look at him, and he merely looks down at you.
You really couldn’t move your feet. Both of you just stay in that position, unable to break the ice.
After what feels like a million light years, Jisung is the first one to slice through the silence.
“It’s been a while huh?”
It’s so sudden, like a smack in the face. Of course, it’s been long. But did he just notice? Did he just remember that his best friend has a sister he used to know? There’s a weird feeling in your chest at the statement because something that you occasionally reminisce about is just background noise in his life.
You just nod. “Yeah, it has.”
“I would lie and say you look the same as when I left but you look different,” he says as his low tone fills the air. Jisung only stares at you with a gaze you can’t quite comprehend. You don’t recall him ever looking at you this way.
You tilt your head to the side slightly and crinkle your eyebrows in an attempt to understand the curveball he had just thrown.
“Well, I hope that’s a good thing. If you’re here to insult me after three years, then you have something comin’ for you Park.”
“It is,” his orbs flicker around your face.
The silence is too uncomfortable for you to handle and the only excuse you can think of is: “It’s nice seeing you again Jisung, but I need you to start getting the boxes out of my car while I say hi to my parents and Taeyong.”
“Wow,” he chuckles. “It's been three years and the first thing you do is boss me around. I can’t say I haven’t missed that,” he says as he brushes past you in the doorway.
“Oh, are you saying you missed me?” you cross your arms once more, turning around to look at him.
He opens the driver door, crossing his arms against his chest before leaning against the car.
“You have no idea.”

Today, am a little obsessed with the concept of Cas + cars
The "pimpmobile" as the mark of immaturity & unsettled identity:
Ah, yes. THE Lincoln V. Very "Tom Selleck." (Magnum PI)
When he steals the Continental "pimpmobile," Cas is symbolically the young buck who hasn't settled down. Indeed, in seasons 9 & 10, Cas is wandering the world in search of penance, inevitably finding himself drawn into another guerilla-angel war. (The new flock with Hannah has all the markings of modern warfare, from the tracking to the maps on the wall. They're just trying to get home, but it's still war.)
In groups, Cas does not drive the car. (Driving is still pretty boring thing to him, and he misses his wings.) So, then, the Continental isn't perfect fit...he just likes it. It's a "searching" car. Cas is trying to find his preferred path.

But perhaps Cas grows into the retro meaning of the Continental
The 1978 Lincoln Continental V was modeled after the Thunderbird and sold as a luxury item. Popular in its own right, colors like the one Cas drive were referred to as "understated like a diamond solitaire." It's aimed at the idea that "'real' men command quiet power and don't need to throw it around for show."

When Cas is with Hannah, he starts embodying the retro meaning of the car: "Good guy you got there," says the trucker after seeing him interact with her child. Slowly, throughout season 10, the idea of Cas + parenthood is being planted and watered.
At this junction, Cas makes a bold switch to try to appear more human than angel, and among this is doing penance to Claire Novak. Cas learns that being a father fills him with...something. It's a feeling that appeals to him and gives his life a new kind of meaning. He's starting to create a life-framework he prefers.
Yes, the Continental is a "searching" kind of car. Cas drives it primarily when he's without his own grace. (Who ARE you now? Who are you, without "all the bells and whistles?")
When Metatron steals the Continental, thus begins his own dark night of the soul, and we see him struggling with soul-searching up until season 11. Indeed, Metatron has also lost his grace, and he loses his faith in everything, from his father to the very idea of the novel and stories.
When Cas gets the car back, something has changed in him, and it no longer fits. He's got his own grace back, for starters. He also starts staying in the bunker more permanently, the choosing of the human struggle over heaven's war. He's feeling out his human family and finding where he wants to fit within it.

The brown truck as mark of family!protectorhood
And post-Continental, it turns out Cas is toootally a truck guy. A few things about trucks:
they sit higher on the road, so the driving experience is totally different than a sedan, or even a muscle car
in terms of handling, you can generally be much rougher with them
that is, they're less responsive to steering, so you can grip and turn considerably less delicately, which might be really nice for someone like Cas
they're less responsive to braking inputs due to their suspension and weight, so if Cas is a lead-foot, this would also be very nice for him
they can carry heavier loads than cars and for greater distances
they're also very reliable and they're less likely to break down
when they do break down, they're easier to work on
Cas's 1987 Ford F-Series from season 12
In season 12, when Cas steals the workerman's truck, he takes on family protector more overtly (or the "father" role, as Cas conceptualizes it in season 15's Gimme Shelter). The protector!truck is a SPN mode reflected all the way from John's truckzilla to the tan Ford truck (same model, nearly same year) that Dean drives when he's "dad" to Lisa & Ben's family unit. Though perhaps unlike Dean, Cas thrives in this role. It's comfortable to him.
From SPN 1x21, John's black 1981 GMC Sierra Grande truckzilla, and from SPN 6x21, Dean's tan 1988 Ford F250. Far right is the The Ford of the kind man who offered him water and a sandwich after The Great Fall in SPN 9x01.
The tan truck is a positive sign of a healthy father!protector, whereas John's truck represents a crumbling of strength and brokenness, with only the outward signs of being a stable father. The tan truck also has a positive motif of kindness, since it bears a striking resemblance to the truck of the guy who showed Cas compassion when he fell (offering him food and drink).
Cas's taking of this vehicle as he rushes to rescue a kidnapped Sam represents a resolution to offer support as a father figure to Sam, post-Dean's "death." Certainly, Cas is Sam's friend; it's not as simple as Cas being solely his angelic protector figure. But there is an element of "parental" support in how he interacts with Sam, especially in later seasons (Gadreel + grace extraction, loss of the AU hunters + subsequent mentorship).

Stealing the vehicles, though!
Nevertheless, there's something a little dark in Cas stealing the vehicles, subtly reflecting the horror of the taking of Jimmy's vessel in season 4.
However, since his body was restored to Cas directly a la "organ donation" from God, this late-seasons vehicle choice can also reflect a choosing of roles and identity.
Of note, in his later vehicles, Cas usually drives them, even in groups. They are more fully his.

But oh, back to the tan Ford truck. This little farm truck is cute. It is probably in this truck that Cas first listens to the mixtape.
Cas continues his parenthood journey in it when he spirits Kelly n' Jack away. When Cas is agonizing over whether or not to kill Kelly, his little tan truck breaks down. It reflects his uncertainty to take on this new mantle of mature fatherhood, almost like Jack is pausing the narrative as he considers if Cas will be a good choice of Father. And after this, in the hotel room, Jack indeed chooses Cas.
In doing so, Jack's also choosing the Winchester human family of which Cas is a part. We see this when Jack literally steals Baby, and Kelly waxes poetic about how Cas has been chosen as she drives it. (And Baby does NOT break down. She complies, like she's agreeing that Jack should be born and Cas is indeed the Father.)

Alas, it ends in tragedy. There's something so achingly sad when we see the abandoned truck in front of this dilapidated lakehouse in the valley. It's a desolate image next to the dusty, dull impala. And unlike with the Continental, which represented a Cas trying to fill a graceless, human role by reflecting Dean, the truck showcases a more integrated Cas with new familial role: spouse. Which is why the widower arc feels like that.
Visually, Cas (the truck) and the house (the family unit) are dead. The war has killed them and left only an orphaned child in its wake. And Dean and Sam are in the valley. (Indeed, when Cas returns, in the script, he's described as long-lost father, returning home from War.)
(Lakehouses have so much spooky symbolism with regards to the interconnectivity of space and time, but that's another tale for another day.)

The Dodge SRT-10, AKA The Family Truck: renewed faith + fatherhood + retaking of Angelicity
Ah, the Dodge.
So, I love that Cas has this truck in particular. This truck is legendary, kinda controversial and it's just SO ridiculously overpowered and goes SO fast for a truck, hahaha. It's definitely a family support vehicle.
Originally, it is ALSO the vehicle, throughout multiple versions of the script, that was supposed to have the broken tapedeck. (Which means, since it's a 2000s-era truck, that someone probably had to put in a CD-tape combo. Ahem. Anyway, I prefer these original scripts, because this broken tapedeck mirrors Cas's empty deal wonderfully.)
So, the Dodge. With 500 horsepower and 525 lb-ft of torque, it is the fastest truck available, doing 0-60 in a reported 5.2 seconds. It's just so overkill for a quad family truck. ("Nobody else was making a four-door truck with 510 horsepower, so the Dodge people took it upon themselves to fill the void.")
This looks like a shopped-for truck. You're not just gonna happen across a truck like this. "Less than 10,000 of these were ever produced and with a fire breathing V10 under the hood, they were quite possibly one of the coolest trucks ever made." So, we can guess that yes, Cas does appear to genuinely like trucks, and he definitely seems to have chosen this sledgehammer of a vehicle.
The Dodge Ram 1500 SRT-10 pickup truck (specifically for work/hunting and family support). It's a stupid lot of power stuffed into a truck, like how Cas is an angel is stuffed into a human.
Also, this hints that Cas likes rapid acceleration and driving fast. This makes sense to me, as he complained about the Impala being slow, and he told Hannah in season 10 that he would take the curves FASTER "to help her nausea." (Oh, Cas...)
For the later seasons, this truck is visually very "Cas," and in scenes and drafts, he's exclusively the one driving it, and he's usually driving it when other family members are feeling vulnerable; ergo, support. (See original draft versions of The Spear.) Like the specter of the double diamonds in 15x09, The Trap, Cas is utilitarian and pragmatic, a divergent-convergent thinker.
In season 14, Cas also drives:

But I'm 99% confident this is Sam's car
Because vintage SPN underlines that blue, nondescript cars are actually Sam's preferred car make and look
It's fuel efficient, so Cas takes it to the shaman
Also, Cas's acting on behalf of Sam's wishes when he goes to see Sergei
Ford LTD Crown Victoria (the bird poop car)
Presumably, he drives the bird poop car in Peace of Mind to be a little more incognito than the big, imposing truck
It also reflects Sam's low state of mind
Sam drives it in Moriah, too, a direct parallel to Sam versus Chuck and Sam versus Mayor Harrington from Charming Acres
The super sexy 1968 Mercury M100
Another truck Cas drives in late season 15 with Jack is this open-bed teal classic. The incredibly collectible 1968 Mercury M100.
And this M100 is delicious.
It's also, like the SRT-10, highly sought after and not a truck you're going to just happen across. It's another shopped-for truck. (I find it unlikely that it was one of the classics sitting in the MoL bunker, since they were slaughtered by Abaddon in 1958 and this one's make is 1968.)
So, either Cas has gotten into rare trucks (a real possibility since this one is even more challenging to drive), or Dean shopped this one with him, too. It's probably a mix of both, considering that in 13x22's Exodus script, Cas is shown helping with basic mechanics and repair. It's very possible that Cas has developed an interest alongside his newfound interest in human language and metaphors.
ANYWAY, these M100's are as classy as fuck and are actually workhorse trucks, too.
It's got a legendary straight six engine, and again, there weren't many of these vehicles built or sold. (Straight six is a trusty little pump of power, especially for the time. It's also easier to work on than most; would be great for someone who's only so-so at maintenance.)
This truck, unless it's been upgraded, is a little bit hard to handle, too. It takes a firm grip and a heavy foot, because it's a manual through and through. Manual gear shifting and no power steering. It's a two-hander just to go around curves.
In terms of its style, it's a little more laidback than the Dodge, which is probably why Cas is taking it on the murder investigation (i.e. not hunting). It's got an open bed, which means it's probably a little more fun for Jack, too. (Indeed we see Jack enjoying sitting in the truck bed. The green/teal is a symbol of renewal & growth, visually keying into Jack's return and the slow healing of the family unit.)

I would never look beyond the plan. And then, of course, when it all came crashing down, I found myself lost. I didn't know what my purpose was anymore. And then one day, something changed, something amazing. I... I guess I found a family, and I became a father. And in that, I rediscovered my faith. I rediscovered who I am.
This is Castiel's preferred answer to season 15's question of nihilism.
This is what Castiel has chosen, and his later-seasons vehicles reflect this desire and this chosen identity. He even walks away from it in 15x06 to meditate on his path, and when he steps away, he sees Chuck for what he is. He chooses to come back specifically to fight Chuck's machinations and protect his family from them. To help them find their way post-existential crises, the way they helped him find his way re:Heaven. For better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish...till death do us part.

Playing around with inking/shading/simple coloring a bit more. Not sure how much I love inking — on one hand it’s super satisfying erasing the undersketch and being left with crisp lines, on the other I realized entirely too late I should’ve used the star as a light source and couldn’t go back to fix my shading
Onto this guy— I’ll admit, Wish is kinda growing on me these days. I don’t think it’ll be great, but it’ll probably be good. The character designs are beautiful and the way the animators are rendering the CGI is pretty neat. I do love that we’re getting a Classic Disney Villain again, though, and I’m super interested in this guy because he seems to break so many CDV rules — while there’s some Evil Green Magic in his villain song, he himself doesn’t have a CDV color pallet (greens, black, reds, purples), instead having light grays, whites, and light blues. He looks genuinely friendly and approachable, but he isn’t a Plot Twist Villain. They’re outright advertising him with his Villain Song. He’s also married. I don’t think we’ve seen him and his wife interact at all in marketing yet, and given the fact that the queen is included in toy sets with Asha, the hero, I don’t think she’s gonna be a Plot Twist Villain, so they might not still be married by the end of the movie, but still, it’s unique (I can’t think of a single CDV who’s married off the top of my head. The rest play Unwanted Suiters, widows, romantic obstacles, reconned into having a past relationship for the sake of Sequel Babies, or have no involvement in romance at all)
I’m crossing my fingers that he has more than one song. Thanks I Get has grown on me the more I’ve listened to it, and I do like the actual animation that accompanies it, but like. It’s basically Evil You’re Welcome y’all. Like Gaston got a fun Villain Song too, yeah but he also had the Mob Song — please give Magnifico the same courtesy and give him a second boisterous and wicked song — it doesn’t have to be another Hellfire, but please gimme more Friends on the Other Side and Mother Knows Best, I beg you. This is the first actual CDV in a musical in what? A decade? Go all out with him!
(Also, juries out on if it’ll gain an explosive fandom after the movie comes out or not. I can see fans going either way — Encanto took off like wildfire when it went to streaming and Frozen had those snow storms in NY to help boost it, while other Disney movies barely have their time in the sun. Tbh there have been many media properties that I’ve been meh about over all that I’ve come to adore because they have an engaging fandom and good character designs/concepts)

Let's break this down, okay it seems this ink variant has colored hair with rainbow screens in it, but being mostly white at the top and I think main back,, adorable I love rainbow hair...
The ears looks wolf like so I assume it's some sort of wolf or canine, with black slops dripping down and up, cool cool, I also like the little red fur tips
However the face is covered by the hair, but with a small heart nose, sharped mouth, fteckles and a little inky paw print on its cheek... I love that detail!!
Normal skeleton upper half until you get to the chest bone aka the rips which seemed to have a huge crack and be damage in some sort of way
Then the furry bit takes back over with lovely rainbow like legs, and pawpads/beans being the same black as the ears! Very lovely they look so adorable!!
Tail has the same color pallette as the legs but with more goopy tipped tail!
The hands are normal skeletonal hands but with black icky pawpads and a bit sharper then usual :33

(Sorry it's long & for late response, was shopping for birthday stuff)
First 1: Memory in my design has white streaks they got from Void's side! Void just dyes his hair black to hide em for unknown reasons (probably ego or smth I dunno. Voids out of my control /j)
2: They're 6'4, uses mostly It/They but also uses he. They prefer mostly the other two tho but won't get mad if he is also used. (This one's mostly based off how in canon, Memory was referred to as a thing by Sabre, and he would use It/They until switching to He. Mem was still called a thing but used he ig). Oh and ig they also used nicknamed but only like it when Void calls em them. Like Memmy/Mem/Memoy/Fancy Steve lol
3: He has light sensitivity and uses their mask to help it when outside of the void/memory dimension
4: It has heterochromia, but in a different way! His left eye doesn't have a iris/pupil, and the area that's supposed to be white is pure red like Voids. (I think it's called the sclera) and also on said left side, they have a scar on its cheek that it got during some event they doesn't like talking about
5: Memmy likes cats and owns two! One tuxedo cat named Voodoo, and the other, a black cat (Bombay I think) called Morticia! Memmys had them since they was a smol lil swirly peppermint boi, and treats them like royalty as deserved 😤
6: (this one's kinda from a quote my friend made but it's too funny to not make a Memory headcanon) If Memory got called a specific slur I'm not gonna say, he'd just be like "Yeah no duh, it's obvious. Now please tell me something I already don't know about myself, or leave please and thanks."
7: Memory is highly skilled in swordsman ship, archery, and fighting. It's won awards in competitions they entered secretly (not because Void would be mad, but because they're Void's son. Void's like a king/God in the eyes of the other steves [of course except Nightmare LMAO] and terrifies em.) They's only lost once and that was more on its end since he didn't want to do competitions anymore, so they purposely disqualified itself by starting a fight.
8: while this one may be more of a ship that was started for funnies, it took my brain over so uh yeah. Memory is married to Faceless. The reason for why (to me) is because since Faceless doesn't have a face (no duh), he's immune to Memory's powers, even when mimicking others. And Faceless just couldn't resist a fancy boi in a suit. (I love this ship but at the same time I'm like "I want it gone from my mind its been 3 months help") ik they never met canonically but I speculate they met a tiny bit when Elemental worked for Void and El had to capture Faceless. It's a long shot but yolo I was bored
9: Memmy boi like flowers. Mostly roses or any black flower, but they'll be content with any other color if red & black are unavailable :)
10: While Memory may seem stern and cold, when you get to know them, he's really nice! Though it's usually always on guard and will unintentionally break your arm if you happen to spook them (somehow).
11: Memmys very sneaky and will smile a cheeky smile when it scares someone from behind.
12: Memory really hates cameras. Like, REALLY REALLY hates em. Whether it's off or not, they don't care and WILL throw a dagger at it. This one's more from a funny thing Sabre himself replied with in his discord when I said "I wish Memory had more screen time. He would of bee such a cool villain" with Sabre replying "maybe he did but we forgot".....I walked basically right into that joke but I love it so I'm considering it canon /hj
Uhhhh yeah anyways I think that's it other than more funny meme ones me and a friend made when I was bored and thought 'what if after the camera was off, Sabre and the steves would have a smp world together' and Memory would be the sometimes chaotic one of the server.
Ye uh I rambled alot lmao idk if this will even post but thank you so much for the ask and willingness to hear the headcanons about our silly little peppermint boi! Memory deserves so much more love that what's seen, I love him so much

This post is a collection of WIPs that I'm working on intermittently, on top of College Tennis: Origin Story and Merry Crisis, because I want to do everything. Gimme 40 hours in a day and I'd gladly take it.

Kefir-house for Elves
Themes: Low fantasy (eastern-flavored) x Slice-of-life x Romance x Restaurant management x Small town life
Play as a grizzled, world-weary veteran soldier who has deserted the war (well, fled for your life is more accurate), who is now keeping a low profile in a small border-town nestled in the mountain range that divides two kingdoms at war.
Run an Kefir-house (a place to grab a kefir-drink and relax, chat, or talk revolution with other ne'er do goods) when the manager, Tarshid, runs off and leaves you with his only-child.
Meet colorful townies and regulars, survive as a human in contested ‘elven’ territory, and attempt to heal and forge a new life for yourself in the quiet town of Ōha.
Will the ghosts of your past catch up with you? Will you make enemies within the town when they discover that you’d fought in the war (as the enemy)? Will the Kefir-house survive—and can it become a safe haven for both humans and elves as the war drags on?

Romantic options:
The boss's only-child. Big-hearted, with a generous laugh and a colorful personality to match, plus an unhealthy tendency to run off on their latest escapade/obsession and leave you to handle the kefir-house on your own (just like their father), you sometimes wonder how the establishment had survived until you arrived. Still, they're an absolute cooking / brewing whiz, and when they are around, sales double. They're half-human, half-elf, and their family has lived in the Ōha for generations now. All they want is for the war to be over, so that they can go back to their merry lifestyle. They hate soldiers with a burning passion. One reason why you hope they never find out what you once were.
The garrison captain. There's a small elven garrison present in the town, presumably to guard against a potential human invasion force North of the mountains. Still, you're not quite sure what a garrison of fifty men is supposed to do if such an invasion were to happen. You...unfortunately, have been part of such an invasion force yourself, more times than you'd care to remember. The captain is brusque, surly, often cold, though you've seen the hint of a fiery temper on some occasions. They might figure out you're a deserter, and a human one at that. Best keep encounters minimal - except they seem to have a penchant for coming over for a pint or two (skulking quietly in a corner) after a hard day.
The merchant. The elf moves your product and brings the ingredients/supplies you need every week...They're also a regular patron of the kefir-house, and always engage in a ridiculous amount of flirting in the process. Worldly, charismatic, and just a little bit dastardly/roguish, they do what they can to navigate (and flourish) in a world at war. Sometimes, you wonder if their lack of moral conviction will catch up them one day (it seems they have friends and enemies in every town). But as you get to know them a little better, you start to wonder if the merchant's devil-may-care amorality might simply be a front for something much deeper...
Not ROs, obviously, but there will be a cat and a child-gremlin involved.

FIFA world cup
Themes: Sport, Slice-of-life, Romance
Play as a relatively unknown footballer who has been called up to represent the US National Team at the World Cup for the first time. Is this the break-through you've been waiting for?
Will you explode onto football's greatest stage, and make a name for yourself amongst the greats?
Will you find a way to play alongside the ageing legend, who unfortunately plays the exact same position as you? Will sparks fly on the pitch (or off)?
Or will you catch the eye of the kind, confident, ‘poster child’ of football, a brilliant, suave journalist, or your agent - with whom you share a fraught past?
Note: This is set in the same 'universe' as CT:OS, my main WIP, meaning that it uses the same main cast (Rayyan, Tobin, Sam, G), with slightly adapted backstories. Treat it as a kind of... interactive fanfic for CT:OS.
Romantic options:
The rival. Rayyan Afiq was a legend in their youth. Now that they've hit 30, they are just as fiery and intense as ever, and absolutely determined that they're still at their peak, even if everyone seems to be writing them off as a has-been already. It doesn't help that you've come in to give them one good kick to the grave - but does your success necessarily have to come at their expense? You might end up enemies, grudging friends, or ... if you play your cards right, perhaps something in the middle...
The captain. Kind-hearted, charismatic, and sweet, Tobin Harris is currently the footballing world's golden boy/girl. But it seems they've battled every odd to get where they are, and there appears to be a lot more hidden under their easygoing, unflappable surface. They hold themselves up to an impossible standard, and sometimes, someone needs to tell them that they don't need to hold the weight of the entire world alone.
The agent. Behind every great footballer, there is an agent pulling strings in their favour. Agents and footballers are often friends, but in your case, you share an even more colorful history - you had gone to school with Sam O'Connelly, and there might be one or two skeletons buried in the closet. Will you be able to maintain a purely pleasant, professional relationship - or is there something more to your easy rapport?
The journalist. The very best journalists have the power to create—or destroy—careers with the flick of a pen. It's a pity the particular journalist who has been assigned to cover the World Cup for The New York Times seems to hate their job with a passion. Ambitious and brilliant, Genevieve/Guillaume has tracked a meteoric rise amongst the journalistic ranks, thanks to several incisive investigative exposés of the rich and powerful. Unfortunately, it seems they've ruffled too many feathers, and orders have come down above. They're being forced to lie-low, and their boss has decided that the sports column is the best way to do just that. Will you catch their (admittedly extremely disinterested) eye?
Status: Character set-up completed, prologue halfway done
Other notes
Updates will be sporadic for these (if at all), and demos/demo updates will be released exclusively for Ko‑fi supporters [Details], if they ever do get released. Mostly just wanted to keep these projects on the down-low, with zero obligation to actually finish them. I'm writing in twine for both, just to give myself some practice using twine.
And, of course, there's a cafe game and a film star game, but I won't get too carried away - those are in a much more prelim stage of writing/brainstorming.

S2E3 Javier Peña’s Clothes
These are not the Jeans of the Gods from Season 1, but the first time we see Javi in this episode we get a good look at his new jeans. And it is definitely a good look.
Listen, I adore Javi, but we’ve seen his baby ass in other pants, whereas these pants make his ass appear nice and juicy. Have I mentioned their wardrobe leads are amazing? These could only be improved if they actually had the word ‘Juicy’ written across those cheeks.
Speaking of, how much would Javi love the Juicy ass trend of the early 2000s? SO MUCH. In my headcanon, Javi is an ass man.
The way the shirt pulls across his shoulders as he steps back from shaking hands. Hnnng. I wanna run my hands over that back, all evening. On my sofa, while I’m half naked, on his lap.
Javi is smiling to himself after saying hello to Carrillo and I just wanna know what was happening off camera to make Pedro smile like that. I love these moments where it appears he is breaking character for a moment.
The Stance from the side looks just as good as it does from the front. Let’s get a closer look, shall we?

Those rolled up shirtsleeves…goddamn, Javi. Please wear every long-sleeved shirt ever with the sleeves rolled up. It suits your long swimmers’ arms and muscular forearms perfectly.
Gimme those handcuffs. Around my wrists. Attached to your headboard.
I love the rich color and leather of those shoes. A pair of well broken in and well cared for leather boots/shoes are incredibly sexy. You know Javi works hard running around on tin roofs in comunas, and his shoes reflect that. “Work hard, fuck hard”. I’d like to think Javi has that hanging in his bedroom.
Second instance of The Stance in this episode, and I’m cheating on myself a bit here because this isn’t a new outfit, but I will not pass up an opportunity to look at Javi in those jeans.
I noticed something VERY IMPORTANT when I changed the coloring of this shot: you can clearly see sweat on his lower back, leading up his spine. This means he just finished and jumped out of bed to smoke, still sweaty from exertion. I wanna lick him. And kudos to the team for this amazing detail.
In 'real life’ I doubt Javi would put on jeans to smoke, so this is a TV censor concession. Otherwise, I’m sure we’d see his sweaty skin all the way down his body.
I can’t see clearly enough to see if these are the same jeans as earlier in the episode, but when he turns? TUMMY. So I don’t care.

“And she’s off!” Anti laughed as he opened the door, and DC booked it outside as soon as she could, nearly knocking him over. DC, short for Dark Chica, could grow her body to be big enough to swallow a man whole, but she also liked to keep her body at the average size of a golden retriever. Although, she was more of a ‘gray retriever’ since her fur color was the same grayish hue as her owner’s. “I haven’t even thrown the ball yet, gal.” He called after DC. He jumped off the porch and jogged down to the middle of the yard.
Anti loved how big of a yard they had. It was just a mile-long stretch of grass with a big hill on one side and a forest on the other. They were in the definition of the middle of nowhere, but half of them could teleport in a way, so there was no need to worry about living near anything.
“Go get it!” Anti half-yelled as he threw the tennis ball, laughing as DC took off for it.
Dark stepped out of the house and heard Anti’s yell, seeing him watching his dog run. He came out to do some reading. It was rare for Dark to give himself a break from work, but whenever he did, he preferred to read and would go to the patio if the sun was out.
“Give me that ball! Gimme!” Anti continued laughing, spinning in a circle with DC running around him. “You can’t keep that ball!”
Dark softly chuckled and got comfortable in one of the chairs, finding himself sitting in one that let him look out into the yard. Usually, he went for a seat facing the hill. He chuckled again when Anti went to his knees to get the ball from DC but got knocked over and was now lying in the grass with the dog right on top of him.
“I have been trapped!” Anti’s voice had a habit of going up an octave when playing with DC, and today proved no different. “Oh, what a foul beast!” He wrapped his arms around DC in a hug, getting her to drop the ball and lick all over his face. “Dog breath!”
Dark had forgotten his book by this point, a soft smile on his lips as his eyes stayed on Anti and DC. He wasn’t even aware of Wilford leaving the house and sitting with him until he spoke.
“They’re just adorable, aren’t they?”
“Yeah,” Dark said his thought before he could catch himself. “Wait-I mean-”
“Nope, no take-backs,” Wilford said with a playful grin. “You think Anti’s a cutie.”
“I did not say that.”
“You might as well have, and those heart eyes only prove it.”
“I do not have those.” Dark sat his book aside. “I am simply making sure that my dog is okay.”
“DC and Anti’s ass are in very different places.” Wilford wiggled his eyebrows.
“Would you stop-”
“Hey, Anti! Dark says you’re adorable!” Wilford called out. “Have fun~” He sang and was gone in a flash of pink, not even giving Dark time to scold him.
“You said I’m adorable?” Anti was now in front of Dark, having glitched over. DC was rolling around in the grass, scratching her back.
“Technically, Wilford said it.” Dark was unable to lie for some reason.
“And you agreed?”
“I…well…” Dark weakly cleared his throat. If he teleported back into the house, he could avoid this conversation. Go back to work and just hide away until this got forgotten. That idea flew right out the window when Anti grabbed his tie and pulled him into a kiss.
“I think you’re pretty cute too, Darky.” Anti giggled, and in a blink, he glitched back over to DC and left Dark to blink and have his face turn into a deeper shade of gray.
It was even rarer to fluster Dark, yet Anti had done it so easily.
Wilford was going to have a field day with this.

Kim had secrets. Chay knew this. He just didn’t know he had this type of secret. The kind that actually could make or break a relationship. The kind that may not be accepted by other partners. The kind that now had Chay holding in his emotions so tightly, he thought he was going to explode.
Here Kim was before him, fresh outta the shower, baked as the day he was born, with ears and a tail.
Yes. Ears and a tail.
The look of shock and fear frozen on Kim’s face was a silent scream in the back of Chay’s mind, due to the soft looking cat ears currently perked perfectly up like small mountain peaks. They matched the same beautiful dark chocolate color of Kim’s locks, except for the very tips, kissed with a spot of white. His tail matched, and was currently puffed up like a sweater fresh from a dryer filled with static. Chay didn’t know how to react at this moment. Part of him wanted to walk away to have a moment to process all of this. Part of him wanted to let his mouth run free and ask a million questions. And part of him wanted to walk right over to Kim, push him up against the marbled sink, and rub his cute little cat ears between his fingers.
“Angel…” Kim whispered, sounding scared and almost like he was in pain. Chay watched in real time as Kim’s ears flattened on his head, before disappearing as if they had never been there before.
Chay swallowed the question that lingered in his throat, and flicked his eyes down to meet Kim’s. He knew what would happen just from the look in Kim’s eyes. The look that he had whenever something bothered him, or he couldn’t and wouldn’t let his emotions take over. The moment he would slide on his mask, and go take a trip to their gym room, lock the doors, and work out until his body was so sore that even breathing hurt.

some joyce and robin hc's for you!!
even after will is discharged from the hospital, joyce tries the best she can to come up to the hospital and visit robin too. it's during these trips where she basically drafts robin's adoption papers sjgksdjghksd
after robin's able to come home, she goes back to her house. to melissa and richard. but they just... Don't Get It. her nightmares, the ptsd. she calls joyce one night, just to talk to will, just so she can kind of clear her head and make sure that she's Here and not There, ya know? except will's already asleep. robin apologizes about bothering them so late and that she won't do it again she'll just like, write about it in her journal or something. joyce's heart breaks for her!! she tells robin to give her no less than ten minutes. ten minutes later The Pinto is in the buckley yard.
robin does look scarily enough like jonathan. they're the same height. same hair color. same sense of fashion + music. joyce has referred to them as 'the twins' at least once.
robin coming out to joyce is something so personal to me....robin who's been a little Off all day. not like, upside down related stuff, she's just...Off. out of it. all day long. they all notice, and especially joyce. after dinner that night, joyce asks robin what's been eating at her all day. gently. warmly. robin has a tendency to either spill her guts or recede completely into her shell, so she has to do this carefully. robin weighs her options carefully; tell joyce and lose all of this, or, not tell joyce and have joyce continually ask her about it. she takes a deep breath, steadying herself, and says, "i think there's something wrong with me, joyce."
(will and jonathan are trying very hard not to spy on them from the living room. will, mostly. he just wants to know why she's so sad :( )
anyway. robin comes out to joyce and it's a whole Moment. robin's crying. joyce hugs her and tells her there is nothing wrong with her. (+ will seeing this and finding the courage later to tell joyce + jonathan!!)
joyce tries to play matchmaker for robin. she definitely also owns one of those "I LOVE MY LESBIAN DAUGHTER" shirts.

am i insane? probably. moving on.
slide 1: first day(s)??? same fits for terra & flora in that sneak peek, all in the winx suite together and yet at the stone circle musa & bloom have changed but the others haven’t?? and also can’t find flora to save my life in the crowd so maybe that’s beforehand and then we meet flora? also stella is def spying on sky & riv in what is maybe the war room area at some point that day?? idk all this feels like a definite time jump and i am READY to be shown the changes via the girls plotting away.
slide 2: feels like it’s early after the first slide because bloom is unhappy with controlling her emotions (does she get embarrassed by marco in the stone circle???) also i *think* bloom is wearing the same thing here aaaand musa is still close with the girls (more on this to come)
slide 3: it’s A Lot but bare with me. this is where i think musa starts to drift apart. highly recommend watching the clip of them all using their magic together because you’ll see aisha give musa a very concerned look and question her (someone who can lip read help me out) and musa is clearly Not Happy about this all, which makes sense considering her little magic beam is practically nonexistent. is this all after the talk with riven and training and totally being like you know what he’s fucking right i don’t want to be a mind fairy look i’m not even good at this fuck it (you know, getting in her *head* about it all and therefore weakening her powers). or is the training with riven after she realizes she’s not as strong as the other girls and she’s like fuck ill go to the one guy who may just get being an outsider/cast and she then gets vulnerable with him???? fuck me either way. NOT TO MENTION bloom is somehow off campus during the day at this diner, back on campus in the room to do magic beam circle, back off campus or at least away from the group when they’re with sky at the barrier??? color me v intrigued.
slide 4: THE GRAPEVINE PUB AKA THE CLUB. v excited for this one because musa is doing a lot. you can see the green tan under that jacket in the bus, then its the same things shes wearing while dancing with flora and then she’s also running away on stairs that SUSPICIOUSLY look like the ones at the DUBLIN HELLFIRE CLUB???? oh lordy. should be a fun outing fam 👀
slide 5: the official “musa is off doing her own thing” timeframe. allllll wearing the same outfits we see here and guess what? musa is off training with specialists while the rest of the winx suite is off at the barrier doing little spins and twirls to what? break the reinforced barrier??? and then aisha’s new boo comes in to play here too??? v excited to see how musa denies her powers and the other girls continue to get stronger. GIMME ANGST NOW.
slide 6: random scenes as of rn where bloom is in the same graphic tee +/- blazer that i *think* may be the same look as where she’s kissing sky here???? so unsure but don’t think it’s bea/riv there because heights as well as bea wears different boots in the one boots + skirt combo we’ve seen (re: slide 1)
slide 7: the formal/banquet/whatever they looking fancy ok? loving all these looks, very excited for whatever comes of this banquet. mad i can’t see musa, stella & terra’s getup yet.
slide 8: angry bea gets ragey in an office and lights it UP UP UP fun times.
slide 9: stella & bea having some lovely one on one time at some point in the series and probably find the stumbling fairy who’s been drained of magic??? while they were chitchatting. also pretty sure this is the same outfit on bea as when we see this threesome? and i’m just??? did you skip out on them bea? did you go there after? did you get interrupted? so lost. and playing “i do not see” because rivusa supremacy lmao
