How do I get things done?

How do I not get stressed about one thing I have to do and have it keep me from accomplishing anything else? How do I manage to buy groceries and take my cat to the vet and still sit down to draw? How do other artists do studies, finish personal work and other projects, cramp in appointments, chores, handle social media and keep in touch with friends without feeling absolutely stressed out...? I can't figure it out. I can only do one of these things in a day and... I don't get it. What is your secret

I don't know how to describe what my brain does when I try to do things that it doesn't want to be involved in, but I spent an hour trying to get into my research reading for uni and my brain was like sludge, it felt bad, and it was hard to think.

So I laid down for a break, and watched an hour of tiktok nothings and... My brain feels 50% more solid.

Hey all, you know how internet searches suck now? When the results are awful, full-of-AI, death-of-the-internet levels of bad?

Start appending date constraints to your searches - "before:2023".

My results have gone from 90% AI bullshit to ~60% usable - which frankly at this point is a huge improvement.
