New video and blog post on the narrative and RPG elements of Bloodlines 2.
Some key takeaways:
- The game itself is set around Christmas time 2024 in Seattle.
- The protagonist is an elder named Phyre. You can still change your clan/gender, but the character is set. No clarification on a full character creator, or if there are just set gender/clan presets like in Bloodlines 1.
- The player is fully voiced.
- Fabien is a thinblood character that only Phyre can hear (sounds a bit like a V and Johnny Silverhand situation). He's described as an anchor and a compass to the character. He also helps Phyre with technology and the new world.
- Romance is hinted at.
- Phyre awoke from torpor and a fellow kindred named Ysabella stole some of their power via a strange mark on their hand.
- Clothing/fashion choice affects how NPCs will react to the character. You can attempt to alter the resonance of your feeding victims, presumably by scaring them, etc.
- You were known as the slayer in Cairo previously and have quite a bit of infamy. There are NPCs in Seattle that will recognize you. You have some say in your backstory.
- Multiple endings depending on your decisions.
having watched abstinence camp makes npmd so much more fun not only bc of the lautski moments (which are SO GOOD) but because. bear with me here. in the soundtrack version of hatchet town the ensemble all accuse each other of the murders instead of the other characters like in the stage recording the last one being jon matteson being accused as boy jerry. does this mean instead of generic reporter jon plays boy jerry for the whole song. is the implication here that when he's not leading abstinence camp and telling his monstrous son that grew up in the woods to murder teenagers boy jerry is just like. a journalist
What can be said about one of the most talked about topic of Gotham City? Join Juda Boone to hear their take away from the rambunctious renegades that romp around our city streets.

Hello everyone and welcome back to Goth-Pod! Your Gotham based podcast. I am your host and favorite manifestation of talk radio, Juda Boone.聽
Folks, it was inevitable for this podcast. It鈥檚 the one topic anything Gotham-related can not avoid. We talked about Batman, so now we must discuss.. The Rogues Gallery.聽
Now, before anything else, let's lay out some ground rules.聽
I will not be discussing every single Rogue that has graced Gotham鈥檚 headlines. That would take up most of the run time of our whole season if we cover everything from Catwoman to Kiteman.
Secondly, I will not be saying a favorite Rouge. This is like asking which Greek Goddess is the most beautiful.聽
I will not be goaded here or on social media to say things like: Poison Ivy is the best rogue, because environmental causes are near and dear to my heart and lets be honest, someone has to clean up Gotham Harbor.聽
I will not be so opinionated on my objective podcast and say things like: The Riddler is ever-so clever and one of the most fashionable villains in Gotham.聽
Because if I did say that, I'd have more than a dozen very smart and very dangerous people at my door. And of course I want to get most of them on the show, but I'd rather them not show up angry.聽
They're not a "answer questions first" kind of bunch.
The truth about Gotham Rogues is- they鈥檙e people. Sometimes greedy, sometimes angry, sometimes just plain chaotic. But they are people. The Bat shows us that every time he tries to give them a second chance.聽
They are children of Gotham. And in one way or another, Gotham failed them. The city is a mother, but mothers are not always kind. Sometimes children are not always kind. And only then do we ask the question of nature or nurture?聽
I find it very believable that the city that made The Bat her champion, wouldn鈥檛 stop after creating just one creature of the night.聽
So as we are signing off, how about instead of the cheap listener-engagement question of: "If you were a rouge, what would your gimmick be?"
I ask you this: What would be your first act of heroism as a vigilante? I hear Bludhaven has a new one! If you want a deep dive on that, check out Bludhaven鈥檚 new podcast: Haven鈥檚 Happenings.聽
Thank you for joining in. I鈥檓 Juda and you鈥檙e listening to Goth-Pod.
Until next time, stay safe, Gotham.
I started watching Scott Pilgrim Takes Off and then left in episode 3 and started watching The Nanny instead... ADHD am i right?
Anyway I am down bad. Here are doodles to prove it, so the judge will take my side and arrest Jason Schwartzman for all the damage he did to my mind :)

This story happened a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. It is already over. Nothing can be done to change it.
It is a story of love and loss, brotherhood and betrayal, courage and sacrifice and the death of dreams.
It is a story of the blurred line between our best and our worst.
It is the story of the end of an age.
A strange thing about stories--
Though this all happened so long ago and so far away that words cannot describe the time or distance, it is also happening right now. Right here.
It is happening as you read these words.
This is how twenty-five millennia come to a close. Corruption and treachery have crushed a thousand years of peace. This is not just the end of the republic; night is falling on civilization itself.
This is the twilight of the Jedi.
The end starts now.
