I just felt like doing these<3 I don’t usually do concepts and I’m testing out the waters so they’ll likely be short ;3 also I wanna do more than just relationship hcs bc it’ll be more fun ✌︎

At first he feels it’s kinda pointless

like he’s thinking “why would you wanna sit on my lap?!—sit on a chair or- just- somewhere else!...even the floor or something idk?!!”

but however you somehow convince him to let you, whether that’s bribery (swords or alcohol), sitting on him anyway or schmoozing him over into letting you,

you did it!!

And that’s all that matters :)

he probably got tired of your relentless request and just let you eventually

While you sit on him he’s usually sleeping sitting up, drinking alcohol or just relaxing with his eyes closed

When you sit facing him it’s a little more comfortable for him

he prefers it that way

sometimes you lay your head on his shoulder/chest and fall asleep on him

he’ll scoff either way but he gets a bit annoyed if he was trying to do something that requires getting up

Like training for example

If he wasn’t too busy in the first place then he just scoffs and probably takes a nap himself

if he’s not tired he waits for you to get up

he doesn’t like to stir you from sleep but if it’s important like a ship attack he’s kinda rough about doing so- 😀

bro he basically yanks you up and yells your name

not because he’s trying to be mean 🤷‍♀️

Just the fact that if an attack comes your way you won’t be able to dodge—and protecting someone isn’t his thing when fighting, he always tells you to go hide if your weak

uh anyway 😗

When you sit with your back to his chest its comfy but like don’t be surprised if he picks you up and turns you around (i don’t wanna hear anyone saying they’re too heavy bc you obviously must not have seen the weights he lifts on a daily)

sitting like that’s kinda annoying bc having to crane your neck back and to the side is not fun 😬😀

plus you probably hit his jaw a lot-

Or things like

1) he bites his tongue

2) his teeth hit your head (and it hurts for both of you)

3) he spits his alcohol in your hair (when you hit his jaw with your head)

4) you hit your head on his nose

So yeah this position is less common for you guys

Bonus if your hair is long

then he gets his fingernails stuck to it too :)

he prefers you don’t sit on his lap in public

mostly because he doesn’t like the stares that come with it 💁‍♀️

he just feels awkward

If you once again somehow convince him to let you in public however…..

it’ll be the type where he man spreads and you sit on one leg facing him

that way he has a bit more space to move and one of his arms is free

just in case an attack comes that he needs to block

orrrrrr just for simply drinking alcohol 😋

on the merry/sunny he’s more likely to cave in

especially since it’s just the strawhats

unless they make fun of him or smth (especially robin) then he doesn’t mind as much

plus y’all can have some privacy in the crows nest most likely

ngl he pretty comfy to sit on

unless your really tall or smth he’s prob bigger than you

so it’s not like y’all are uncomfortable or squished

zoro after time skip is low key more comfy because you know that dark green coat he wears?

yeah it like bends to create a little chair when he manspreads

starting off strong with velvette:

velvette is a girly girl at heart and she definitely has like a 70 step skincare and haircare routine, that she so graciously shares with you. velvette loves babying you in the sense that she both loves being pampered and pampering you, and she just wants you both to feel pretty ✨ you definitely have spa day dates and she always takes time out of your evening to do nighttime skincare with you

along w this, velvette definitely loves being pampered as well and on days where she's too tired to do so, you'll wipe off her makeup for her while whispering sweet nothings to her while she drifts off in your arms

velvette is one of those people who ALWAYS smells really nice, and definitely has a signature scent. im picturing it but its hard to describe so i'll try my best, but i imagine she smells sweet in a berry type of way, sort of like rasberries and strawberries? but it also has like another very elegant aroma of a hint of peachy vanilla too. idk maybe im just insane. but ANYWAYS she has like a very specific perfume that she wears and when you both first start dating, she not so subtly offers for you to start wearing it too. your hers, so why shouldn't you smell like her as well? this perfume is very expensive and is literally her signature smell, so literally anyone who smells it on you knows your hers and its velvette's subtle classy way of "marking" you

once she begins to trust you enough, lute would absolutely love it if you cut her hair for her. as someone who used to have like a halfshave buzzcut (that was an... era...) having short hair actually takes a lot of time and energy to maintain bc it grows SO FAST. lute's hair grows pretty fast and it can be quite the challenge to cut on her own, so once she realizes you can cut it for her, she would totally be down to let you cut it

lute teaches you basic self defense, she always wants you to be safe and would feel 100x better if she knew you could defend yourself. sure, you're in heaven, but that doesn't mean danger might not arise elsewhere

even tho lute seems pretty small physically, she's actually ridiculously strong and can and will pick you up! she loves carrying you bridal style, and if you were ever out in public and you were sick of walking, she's definitely the type to scoop you up without another word. she'd even carey your shoes for you if they were the cause of your discomfort!

lute always buys you small gifts like necklaces and charms and loves seeing you wear them. its one of her main love languages and while she isn't great at expressing her feelings through words with her sharp tongue, her gifts are always meaningful

And Luci oh my god he’s such a cutie! I’m so glad everyone recognizes Lucifer and his “Oh, he’ll cook for you” energy because that is so him. Sorry to send another ask so soon (and idk if someones asked this already) but if you have any headcanons for Jon I'd love to hear them!

OK SO im really sorry it took me THIS long to get to this i quite literally.. forgot i had smth in my inbox woopsies. the reason i remembered is cause mootie posted some Spine hcs and i was like "woah"

alsooo im not good at putting my thoughts onto "paper" especially in english so you will have to excuse me

anywho my jon headcanons some sad some random /ref

First of all i think that his relationship with Peter Walter I would be far from close. he would be seen as the type of child who's both "too much mess to take care of" and "strong enough to take care of himself" if that makes sense. Peter did love him as his creation but would openly admit that he's not his proudest one, meanwhile Jon wouldn't feel much connection at all. he sympathized with his creator but only in a way he would with any other human being, there was more gratitude than love

Jon struggles with constant malfunctions and his mechanisms are a mess (partially because he gets himself in trouble all the time), so at one point Peter would get tired of fixing him so frequently, and tell him that he can just "walk some things off". That thought stuck to the bot and he would think of all of his malfunctions as slight inconveniences, i mean, he can still perform so why pay attention to the constant neck pain or powering up struggles ? it just became a habit and he kind of forgot that things like that shouldn't be ignored

After a long while when Peter Walter VI grew up enough to start learning more about how automatons work, Jon would be used as a "lab rat" (not really but its just what he himself called it) for young VI to practice fixing mechanisms. thats pretty much when he heard "Wait this cant be right" about his messed up physical state for the first time in a long while. little Peter didnt get to fix all of the things that were wrong with Jon's body, but he did manage to take care of some of them, which almost surprised Jon with how nice it felt to not hear pieces of broken gears rattle in his head every time he moved (who wouldve thunk)

ok now to more lighthearted stuff !!

Jon actually has a very strong bond with Sam ! He loves watching the mustached man work and sometimes follows him around, just enjoying his company. At first Sam thought that the tone-gold automaton was creepy and uncanny, but grew attached to him and his stupidity (/lh). i also think that Sam would be one of the few Walter workers who dont baby the Jon and actually treat him like they would treat any other robot :3

Also Jon just loves his robot family endlessly. shocker !! im not sure how explain it but i think hes the only one to look at other Walter automatons and go "bro i love them so much" at all times. in his head at least. obviously he teases them and argues with them but he wont think twice before accepting a hug from his siblings (except for Upgrade theyre rivals /j)

Speaking of Upgrade !! They feel the most sibling-ish to me (aside from Rabbit & The Spine) because they constantly poke fun at each other yet they still are willing to give each other help and comfort when needed. She once had to carry him all the way back to the Walter manor because they forgot to take some extra cans of crystal pepsi

Also Upgrade got in an accident once which caused her to have a fractured face for a couple of days, and Jon was there the entire time to comfort her and constantly tell her that shes still very pretty

Unlike with other robots, the food that Jon eats doesnt just fall through his uncovered jaw/run into his boiler or anything like this, instead it just. disappears. once he closes his mouth the food just vanishes into the unknown, yet Jon claims that he enjoys the process of "eating" (nobody knows how it works)

LITTLE GIRLS THAT GO TO SPG SHOWS LOVE HIM !! once the band finishes performing, he constantly gets pulled away by a small giggling pink-ish blob to join their tea party or hula hooping contest. thats why he has quite a knowledge on "girly" themes and educates other automatons on the matter

it’s just like for a while i feel like every time a piece of media comes out even if it’s not popular there’s always a love interest and i feel like not every story has to be a love story or involve one. and what REALLY got me thinking this was how originally in itsv, gwen and miles were supposed to kiss before they went into the portal and i was like why? like i can see their chemistry in the first film but the story can go the same way even with them as friends and when i see that in movies I’m like “did they really have to be love interests?”

MORE SO it’s just like every time a girl and a guy are friends in a movie or show it just feels like they always put a romance between them and it’s like yes, it makes good writing. are gwen and miles cute together? yes the dynamic between them is so good. but did it NEED to happen? like i just wanna see a film where a male and a female can be strong companions without a hinted at romance.

You and Steven would go out to karaoke and will sing your lovely hearts out, rarely you guys will take turns and when it’s your turn to sing he’d focus on you with heart eyes.

“Boy, you got me hooked onto something who could say that they saw us coming? Tell me do you feel the love?” You were to into the music to see Steven staring at you like how a kid stares at a mountain full of candy, he smiles with a pink tinted face thinking how lucky he is to get someone like you. Until you finally noticed you stopped singing “you alright, love?” He snaps out of his trance before nodding “yeah! Yeah! No I just got distracted that’s all!” He smiles before you continue singing.

Terrified of you going to the journey with him and Marc, he is aware you are able to protect yourself but still. He’d get worried but that worry disappears when he sees your fight.

You quickly ducked before punching the shit out of a dude who tried to kidnap you “touch me again, you’ll lose that fucking arm.” You glared at him in front of his face, Steven watches in awe as the man ran away before making his way to you “That was amazing! Love you were beautiful out there!” You gave him a soft smile before grabbing his hand “let’s go! Less talking, more walking!” You both were a match made in heaven, at least that’s what Steven thinks. You both are so lovely together it’s crazy. I wish I was with someone 😪

Anyways, You’d put Marc in his place if he speaks up to you. Idc. I know I said this is a Steven head cannon but I must include the big daddy in here.

Marc would take over as you were in the middle of talking to Steven before you also paused “wait a minute, where the hell did Steven go?!?” Marc would gaslight you and prob get going on the mission or say something snappy, that wasn’t going to be on your watch “AH UH! AINT NO WAY YOU IGNORE ME LIKE THAT.” You pull Marc by his ear before he slaps your hand “OW, what was that for?!?” You glared at him “for ignoring me.
