Hadassah was born on October 30, 2001, to Logan Howlett and Ororo Munroe (Storm). Unfortunately, her early years took a grim turn, when at the young age of two, Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters fell victim to a Hydra raid. This event marked the beginning of a challenging life for Hadassah, as she was taken hostage by the nefarious organization with no recollection of where she came from or who she was apart from Hydra.

Hydra was aware that she was a mutant with superhuman abilities, so they started conducting experiments on her at a very young age. They manipulated her abilities and trained her to be a human weapon. All the while, making her believe that her superpowers were all thanks to Hydra's experiments.

While Hydra was doing their dark experiments, they discovered that Hadassah's blood had the power to save lives within their ranks. Alexander Pierce, the leader of Hydra, took interest in her when he learned this, especially after he was able to use her blood to save his son, Finnegan (Finn). She ended up growing up alongside Finn and despite the atrocious things that they were forced to do together and to each other, they became like siblings.

The turning point arrived in 2014 when Hydra fell from power. However, for Hadassah, this wasn't a liberation but a challenge. Having never known any other life, she clung to the remnants of Hydra, determined to contribute to its survival. Her allegiance remained steadfast, a testament to the enduring impact of Hydra's twisted manipulation on her life.
