You know that gag from "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" where Roger Rabbit can easily slip out of a pair of handcuffs that are too big for him, but only once it's funny to do so?

I think that's how Dante's ability to operate a vehicle works. He can drive any vehicle so long as it's cool enough for him.

Put him behind the wheel of your average car, and he can't drive for shit. But if he's riding a motorcycle or some sort of hot rod? He can tear up the streets with ease.

This is also the reason that Vergil can never drive. Some vehicles are cool, but they're not the right kind of cool for Vergil, they don't match his aesthetic. He could ride the shit out of a beast, though.

I was listening to Familyjules/Lollia's Bury the Light cover for some of this. I like their different approach to the more growly parts of the song. The vibes of that cover influenced this piece a decent bit.

Bookmark Concepts

Been cooking these for a while now, basically it's first appearance vs last appearance in game. So it's Dante 1 and Nelo Angelo

Tried to add little things about both twins stories on the bookmarks, like Vergil is chained to his never ending hunt for power where as Dante is chained to his love for humanity and the love for his family.

Had fun making these, might make some other series into bookmarks lemmie know (I'm thinkin trimax vs stampede would be a good new set of them)
