🤣🤣🤣🤣 Spiritual protection practices are a must for helping you maintain your optimum state of being without being at the mercy of other people’s energies. For example, earlier today someone tried to project their stressed overworked self on to me by making unnecessary comments. Because I was vibrating high and very in tune with myself from all the protection and cleansing work I had been doing over the past few days, in that moment I was able to observe everything clearly and objectively without any form of emotion. I remained calm and purposely chose silence as my weapon of choice. I refused to give the low vibration any of my energy and immediately the situation was squashed. It could have gone another way by getting involved in unnecessary back and forth with someone whose sole intention was to use me as a means to vent their frustration. The moral of this story?
