continuing on with revamping my desk, i picked up a desk mat because i honestly hate looking at the ugly water stains on my desk. i realised the hard way that i gotta stop putting pressed foliage in my journal 🥲

I've been practicing a lot lately but I'm feeling a little discouraged today. I'm going to do mental practice away from my instruments for the rest of the day and make a plan for how to make things more manageable.
what do you when you are feeling discouraged?🌷

A vlog featuring a combination of the three most significant things in my life: my friends, university, and babysitting.
If you’re familiar with Queensland, Australia, you may have heard of the Sunshine Coast- like the Gold Coast, but north instead of south, and more cozy and less touristy. My friends and I took a day trip up there to go to a TikTok famous café (yes, really) and to visit the University of the Sunshine Coast to study. It was wonderful, and I’d love for you to check it out and experience a window into my life.

I'm so excited to start reading Either/Or: A Fragment of Life soon! Kierkegaard was one of my faves in high school and college. I still love that sad boi.

Day 23: What is something you like about studyblr?
My favorite part about the studyblr community is connecting with people who like learning. For all of grade school, I was the smartest person in my class, and I absolutely loved learning, but no one else did. After I got hurt, I still loved learning things, but I felt cut off from my friends who could still take Honors and A.P. classes because I had to adjust to a cognitive disability. I started engaging with studyblr in college, and I so enjoyed the sense of community I got from it. As I finished college, I felt confident enough to engage with my Honors College classmates outside of class.

I honestly can't wait to get back to uni, I don't know what I'm gonna do for the rest of the holidays... I've really gotta have my nose to the grindstone this year and especially this semester so I got some physical textbooks and revamped my desk a bit to motivate me.
