I’m AuDHD and have been bullet journalling off and on since 2016, and it’s still the only planning method which has consistently worked for me. It doesn’t need to be pretty or fancy, it just needs to work.
A quick reminder that the bullet journal method was designed as a disability tool by a person with ADD. It's meant to be practical, and can be helpful especially to neurodivergent folks. Don't let the Instagram pictures or grind culture make you believe you cannot use it. The method will not work for everyone of course, but it is largely what you make of it.
and just like that, i'm 1 week into the term. i have a feeling the next few months are going to go by really fast - and honestly, the warm spring weather can't come soon enough.
