Math Practice Problems from last Week (pls ignore the bad lighting lol)

January 5, Thursday - January 6, Friday, DOP 7-8

These two days have been more productive than like ever. I did flunk one math mock exam majorly (28%) but I still did a lot more work.

I studied Blood and Circulation, Parts of Speech, Lines, and Reviewed Vectors and Periodic Properties. ( I am so proud of me **wipes fake tears** )

My weekly mock is tomorrow and it has a huge syllabus. Hopefully, if I continue not sleeping(jk), I can finish everything in 18 hours.

To-do:

Practice Vector and Lines Problems

Review Periodic Propeties more thoroughly

Online mock test

Not kill myself in the process 😅

Anyway, hope to survive this whole ordeal.

POV: The few weeks before university.

You’re starting a chapter in your life, it’s exicting but also scary, you spend the summer doing stuff that you know you won’t have time for once you start your studies but now the weeks are moving faster and now you have 2 weeks before your classes start. You start to think about buying new stationery for the new year, you want to be organised to make the most of your university life, you wonder if it’s time to buy new technology such as a laptop or a tablet since every company is doing a back to school sale.  You don’t want to start buying your new equipment so soon but you also don’t want to miss out, you wait a few more days while doing research so you don’t go in blind and spend so much money on the wrong technology.  As the days go on you wait for your timetable to come through, slightly panicked that it hasn’t come through yet, after all you want to write in the brand new planner you have just brought! Starting to check your emails even more then you already have even though you have plenty of time, you know your start date after all.  The email comes through and your fill joyful, you’ve been given dates to pick up your student ID! Although slightly sadden by no information on your timetable.  Now you’ve done your research on what technology you want and you decided when you will go get it, you think to yourself “I should just relax now” but you still have that worry in the back of your head. And now, you throw yourself into your hobbies waiting for the information you need and to start the new chapter in your life.

This is it!! The final day!! I woke up at 4:30 this morning to get to the airport to catch my 7:30 flight. While on the flight I started reading Babel and I surprised my self by getting through the first chapter while in flight. I’m really intrigued by it so far and can’t wait to read another chapter before bed.

After the flight we had an hour drive to the meeting center and only thirty mins to rest after checking in before heading to lunch followed by an hour and a half long meeting session. After the meeting session I went to a two hour Q&A before taking an hour break to call my parents and then met up with my friend who’s doing the internship with me to head to dinner. After dinner we went to a social get together for all the interns and I met a few people from all over the US. But don’t worry I still got my Italian practice in haha

I’m so excited to have finished this challenge!! on the special occasion of finally completing 3 years here is a lil thank you post. I started this blog back in Jan 2020 at the same time I started bujoing and decided to share my progress here as I was very inspired by the whole community and I am still touched by how welcoming and sweet everyone was to me. I have met some [hopefully] lifelong friends, had some of the best interactions and got to know the kindest people here.

Tumblr always felt like a home to me, there’s a strange comfort here, and even after 3 years the community hasn't changed much. Of course, I miss some of my beloved that aren't super active lately but just going to their accounts and revisiting the memories feels so intimate. I have sure made great memories here so just a little thank you to everyone who has ever interacted or sent me kind words with or without anon, everyone who has sent me moon pictures saying “it reminds me of you” have checked on me during exam season or left encouraging tags on reblogs, younger tumblrinas who said they want to journal like me, i truly love all of you!
