I am the righteous hand of God! And I am the devil that you forgot! And I told you one day you will see, That I'll be back I guarantee, And that hell's comin', hell's comin' Hell, hell's comin' with me.

And then they all fell to their knees
And begged that drifter, begged him please
As he raised his fist before he spoke:
"I am the righteous hand of God!
And I am the devil that you forgot!"

May I introduce to y’all the fact that Hell’s Comin’ With Me by Poor Mans Poison...
Is heavily reminiscent of Morgana? At least in My Mind?
Here’s The Song, listen to it because it’s incredible and I’ve been listening to it on repeat for like two weeks.
But anyway.
Part of the first verse:
They said you ain't welcome 'round here anymore You just might as well go He wiped the blood from his face as he slowly came to his knees He said, I'll be back when you least expect it And hell's coming with me
Morgana swearing vengeance (either aloud or in her head) when she comes to the conclusion that she’s no longer welcome in Camelot, because of her magic, and switches sides.
Then, a line in the Pre/Chorus:
You line your pockets full of money that you steal from the poor
She already resents Uther for disregarding the safety and comfort of the people, OR it could be read in the way that both Arthur and Uther use magic when it benefits them, but condemn others who use it for similar, or even better reasons.
Then these two verses which are just... magical:
There was a drifter passing through that little valley See he had promised he was coming back to town They didn't know him by his face, or by the gun around his waist But he come back to burn that town to the ground
First there was fire, then there was smoke Then that preacher man was hangin' by a rope Then they all fell to their knees and begged that drifter Begged him please, as he raised his fist before he spoke
She comes back, and whilst people obviously know she’s Lady Morgana; they don’t see her true colours, they just treat her as normal because they don’t know she’s switched sides. Obviously there’s all the attacking of Camelot, her taking over and the various tragedies that occur because of her, and the murder of The King.
Then the Chorus, I guess when people finally see her for who she as after all the conflict:
I am the righteous hand of God And I am the devil that you forgot And I told you one day you will see That I'll be back I guarantee And that hell's coming, hell's coming Hell, hell's coming with me
She genuinely thinks she’s doing the right thing, that this is divine intervention or something, that Camelot is the evil place that needs to be wiped from the map/taken under her control so she can fix it. People underestimated her (specifically Arthur and Merlin, and Gaius too I guess, who knew about her magic) and the kingdom fell because of that. She promised retribution, and she bought it.
ANYWAY
I have no idea if anyone sees it the same way I do, I’ve just been thinking about it for ages and wanted to share to see if anyone else agrees with me😅
Let me know Gang, and let me know if you want more of my thoughts on various songs, whether they’re on my BBC Merlin Playlists or not :D

so I decided to hop on the tiktok mini-trend and make an oc animatic for my Outlander Delia, as honestly would she really be sith if she didnt get revenge on those who wronged her (without killing of course, she is a nice sith) and flaunt the throne?
small problem, I haven’t actually played the expansions specifically with her, but that never stopped me before

This is the perfect song for Law in Dressrosa's arc, it embodies the thirteen years of waiting for his revenge, his plans moving to destroy Doflamingo, destroying the SAD fabrication, murdering Vergo, exposing his lies to Dressrosa and the Marines.
I am the righteous hand of God And I am the devil that you forgot
When I hear that part I can only imagine Law stabbing Doflamingo with Gamma Knife and he can just imagine Rosinante behind Law.

I wonder if someone has done a welcome to night vale animatic with Hell’s Comin With Me. I don’t know where the lyrics would fit entirely because I haven’t gotten far enough in, but the sound of the song sounds like something that might be able to be in an animatic for WTNV

Finished Thud! and...
What can I even say? It’s obvious that I must have enjoyed it since I read half the book in a single sitting. (Though I’m also dead sick and that might have something to do with it.)
My favorite part is hands down, when the parade of the Watch all read the kids book to the kid together. I read that part twice because it made me so happy.
I actually took a few extra minutes on my work break as the clock ticked to 6.
What other song would I pick for Thud!?
