Navigating my Blog
When it comes to mental health you need to give yourself time. It’s easy to start with good intentions and then give up at the first hurdle. I have always had good intentions, but mental health with a disability is difficult to process.
Since the start of my blog 12 years ago, I have made the transition to tackle mental health easier. Through my intuition and insight, there is lots of information on my blog that can help you change the way you think about your life, about mental health, and about your experiences. It takes time, patience and perseverance.
Through writing, I have come to understand everything about ‘me’ and about my life, about life in general, and about others. Over the 12 years I have been writing, I have seen just how more self-assured I am.
My spiritual beliefs carry me, what I put out on my blog is what I use in my everyday life. There is no difference between what I write on my blog and in my real life. My words on my blog are ‘my real life.’
Through my words, I am able to understand and adjust my life to fit what I need. Through autism and in the pandemic it has been difficult. But my blog isn’t just for me, it’s for anyone who is prepared to put the work in, to work through their own lives.
