When the immune system is good, the virus may not affect your health but can reside in and you may be a carrier for it and when move out can pass on to others and the person with metabolic conditions like diabetes, or high Blood Pressure with low immune system get affected. #Ingredients 1. 1 3/4 cups shredded unsweetened coconut (130 g) 2. 1 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk (320 ml) 3. 100 gm ghee 4. 4 tbsp Erythritol (40 g) 5. 1 tsp cardamom powder/ elaichi powder 6. 10-20 saffron threads 7. Garnish with chopped almonds #Method 1. Take a bowl and mix the shredded coconut with 300 ml (1 1/4 cup) of coconut milk. 2. Keep this mixture aside for 30 minutes. 3. Add remaining 20 ml coconut milk. 4. Add the saffron threads and the erythritol. Mix it properly for the sugar to dissolve. 5. After 30 minutes, heat a wok and melt the ghee in it. 6.Add the coconut mixture, and keep mixing ensuring the flame is at low and the mixture does not stick to the surface. 7. Keep mixing for 5-7 minutes. Add the Elaichi / cardamom powder and cook the mixture for another 5 minutes. 8.Take a baking tray/ barfi tray, butter it and spread the mixture evenly, up to 1 cm thick. 9.Freeze it for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Cut small squares according to your own liking and the barfi is ready. 10. Can change the quantity as per your Requirement #ingredients 10 large eggs 2 tsp. garlic powder Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar 1 c. baby spinach 1 c. chopped tomatoes 20 thin slices of Chicken Breast #DIRECTIONS 1. In a large bowl, crack eggs. Whisk together with garlic powder or Fresh Garlic and season with salt and pepper. 2. In a large nonstick Pan over medium heat, melt butter. 3. Add eggs and scramble, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. 4.Stir in cheddar until melted, then stir in baby spinach and tomatoes until combined. 5.On a cutting board, place two slices of Chicken Slices. 6. Top with a big spoonful of scrambled eggs and roll up. 7. Women Health after 35 years of age. As the adolescence needs care age after 35 years too needs to be taken care. Well, earlier it was above 40 or 45 years but recently due lot of reasons it’s advised to take care of yourself at whatever age you are but mostly with post 35 years. Body gets into degeneration, of course that can’t be stopped but can be delayed. YES! With the healthy habits it can be delayed. The body gets into lots of changes may it be with the hormones or the absorption of vitamins, the menstrual cycle too goes under different changes, few face heavy flow, few miss on to their cycle and few have a scanty periods. All these needs your attention. Our body tells us if it is under any changes, need to keep a close watch. Recently have clients who have cyst that has become very common but shouldn’t be ignored.
