Remind yourself: YOU can do this because YOU can do anything. I have not practiced yoga for weeks now and I am looking forward when I get to do inversions again. I was initially scared to do it because of my history but I liked it. Never have I imagined that this day will come after mustering all the courage I have. There's always power when you believe that you can. There's always an opportunity for you to start something and to make that first step. You may be doubtful a bit but you'll eventually overcome that thinking once you're able to dip yourself into the water and realize that you can float.
