Who calls Aziraphale’s bookshop to ask about a copy of The Fairly Accurate Prophecies in Season 1?

i‘ve been wondering about this for quite a while now after my however-manyth rewatch of S1: who is the person that calls aziraphale at the bookshop asking about the fairly accurate prophecies book in S1E2?

it‘s not anathema, for sure, since she has the only copy of it there is. and who else would know about it? aziraphale doesn’t seem to know the caller. and i‘m pretty sure that neither the (arch)angels nor the demons know about that book? all we know is that the caller ends up cussing out azi which also seems a little weird? they must be pretty keen on getting the book then, if they‘re so upset about azi not having it.

or am i off and it’s actually a book that‘s more well known in canon good omen’s human world and it‘s just a random caller who happens to want to have the book at the same time that armageddon is about to happen? seems a bit unlikely, to be honest. it feels like a clue to something but i can’t put my finger on it and then it‘s just never explained again. or did i miss it? does everyone know except me? HELP!

This unusual symbol decorates several windows of The Dirty Donkey, both indoor glass panels and outside windows. I can't figure out what it's supposed to look like and I'm curious why it was chosen. I'd love to hear any ideas or insight!

Photo cropped from this Den of Geek article below. In less-clear photos elsewhere you can see that the dark triangle shape at the bottom of the outer circle is actually blue like the tiny circle at the top.

i was thinking about that post comparing Jessica Rabbit as an asexual to Barbie and an asexual and then i thought of the Neil Gaiman post (was it a post?) about Crowley and Aziraphale being asexual sexless and then this happened.

crowley used the metal tool in season 1 to start time, and we learn that he's used it first to start space. to create the stars -- he still remembers how. he still remembers all of heaven's passwords: in the book crowley is described as an optimist because he has the "utter surety... that the universe would look after him". not god, but the universe. and of course he does: he helped create it and he's looking after it, too.

think about it: aziraphale had a sword, but crowley is about to face satan who wants to destroy the world, and crowley's only weapon is a tool of creation

Aziraphale pulls down when doing a miracle, because he’s pulling down from Heaven

Post-Fall Crowley pulls up then snaps. Showing that he is pulling power from Hell

Pre-Fall Crowley does both. He pulls down and slightly up then pushes forward because there isn’t an Earth yet. He would be pulling power from anywhere and everywhere. There would only be the divine.

When they perform the Jim miracle together, they both slowly pull respectively from their “own” sides

The more I think about the last minutes the more I’m sure Crowley was saying goodbye from the minute Aziraphale told him he’d said yes to Heaven. He doesn’t confess his love like he’s hopeful, he confesses it like a eulogy. He doesn’t kiss him to make a beginning, he kisses him to seal the end. He watches him go like it’s the last time.

Crowley knows Heaven. He knows they’ll want to either make Aziraphale just like them, or destroy him. Either way I think he believes he’s seen his angel for the last time.
