Wasn’t really used to people (besides Elizabeth) being overly clingy and affectionate.
‘What’s up with younger people n’ being touchy?’ He’d always ask himself…
Deadass probably thought you were into him. Not to toot his own horn but he knew he was attractive, so why wouldn’t you have a bit of a crush on him?
The realisation probs hit him one night when you were wrapped around his side like a leach at a sleepover.
He wasn’t even that surprised that you were touch starved.
Probably used the crappy old computer in the local library to do some research.
So (as hard as it was) he did try to give you some more affection than he would normally for other.
He won’t in front of his friends tho. So don’t get upset if he doesn’t hug back infront of them.
Teen Mike was a bully lolz so he’d probably shrug you off infront of other people, not wanting to be betrayed as ‘weak’

lover, you should've come over - m. schmidt
Tumblr media
a/n: you guys should have seen this one coming! as always i appreciate any likes and reblogs and hope you enjoy :) warnings: suggestive themes, big angst, lots of talk about tattoos and pain and needles, mike having horrible anxiety and commitment issues, reader is mostly gender neutral except for one thing ! tattoo aftercare, hurt/comfort, kissing word count: 3.6k summary: you get a tattoo, and it terrifies mike. mostly because he realizes how much you love him. pairing: mike schmidt x gn!reader now playing: lover, you should've come over - jeff buckley "my body turns and yearns/for a sleep that won't ever come/it's never over/my kingdom for a kiss upon her shoulder."
Penny has done almost all of your tattoos, save for the stick and poke star you gave yourself while you were way too high to be handling that sort of equipment, and a few flash designs you’ve gotten for holidays. And usually, you keep it simple and easy, pitching a design idea and getting a finished stencil a few hours later.
But this time, you go into the shop a few months before you plan to get the tattoo and describe to her what you want. She’s shocked that you want a half sleeve—It’s a big step, she tells you, and it’ll mean sitting for a few hours while she does her work. It’ll be painful, and the design will take a few weeks to get made, because she wants to give you the best possible design.
She does good work. When you visit again in about three weeks, you put down a deposit and make an official date to get it done. October 9th.
You go home that night to your small, but warm home to find your boyfriend trying to make chicken parm. His goal all year has been to learn how to cook, not just to make things out of a box. You know a bit better how to cook, but you let him improve his skills, always providing helpful, gentle critiques.
Abby is worse at being gentle.
She’s brutal with her brother’s cooking, and even though Mike loves your gentle words, he appreciates Abby’s feedback, and just wants her to eat a full plate of food before bed each night.
Tonight, his food smells good. You mentioned about a month ago how you missed your mom’s chicken parm, and since then, he’s been reading and researching different recipes at work. Ever since he quit working at Freddy’s, he’s put down the book of dreams and has picked up cookbooks, working his way up slowly.
You tell him he’ll be making Thanksgiving Dinner in no time. You kiss his jaw when you say that, and later, he returns the favor by placing a kiss to your shoulder.
You go to him, standing in the kitchen, as he squints at the recipe book in front of him. He wears washed blue jeans, an old Foo Fighters tee shirt and a pair of blue fuzzy socks. A towel hangs over his shoulder as he mutters to himself, as he gets ready to put some garlic bread in the oven.
You’re still in your work clothes, though, it’s not as if you’re wearing anything fancy. Just a different pair of jeans, and a tee shirt with your shop’s logo on it. Your hair is messy, and you smell vaguely of dirt. The smell has become comforting to him in his time knowing you.
You step closer to him, a hand resting gently on his shoulder. He relaxes at your touch.
“Hey, Mike.” You say softly, leaning your head on his shoulder.
“Hey, how was your day?”
“Not too bad. The food smells pretty good.”
“You think so?” His voice is hopeful, especially since he’s trying to live up to your memories of the dish as a kid. It’s his way of thanking you for being so good to him while he’s gotten his shit together.
“Mhm. I’m gonna go wash up and have Abby help me set the table.” You tell him. You kiss his jaw quickly before heading off to the bathroom to scrub the dirt from beneath your fingernails. You wash your face and arms too and begin to realize how domestic this all is.
You never saw yourself having kids, and never thought of yourself dating someone who did.
And you still never think about having kids, but you did find yourself treating Abby as if she is your own. This has nothing to do with how much you adore her brother. Abby is just easy to love. You wonder if anyone’s ever told her that.
When your work boots find themselves at the end of your bed, you change into a muscle tee. You’re awfully fond of them. You find a pair of Mike’s fuzzy socks and slip them on too. You take a moment to stare at your shoulder in the mirror, imagining how it’ll look when ink covers it. Most of your tattoos are on your legs, and for a long time, this arm has been bare of any ink. You’ve been saving it for this project for years.
You go to Abby’s room and knock gently before entering. You find her painting at this aisle you got for her birthday. She’s been working on this painting for a few days now, and it’s turning out quite nice.
“Hey, Abs.” You say softly, and she puts her paintbrush down to give you this big, toothy grin. “Go wash up and help me set the table?” You ask.
“Sure.” She hums and starts to skip along to the bathroom, but you stop her at the door.
“And remember, even if Mike’s food is bad, what do we say?”
“Mm, this food is so good and not horrible at all!”
“Abby.”
She sighs.
“This is unlike anything you’ve made before, and I appreciate the effort?”
“That’s it.” You let her go wash up, and then go to set the table.
When Mike eventually serves dinner, you’re starved. You don’t care if it’s bad, or if it’s burnt, you know you’ll like it because you weren’t able to take a lunch break that day. But it genuinely looks good.
He cuts up Abby’s food and puts the plate in front of her before sitting down and looking to you two for a reaction. You take a bite, and you have to pause.
Did Mike really cook something not just edible, but… good?
Not fine, not decent, really good.
“Mike, this is—”
“Amazing!” Abby gasps, going in for another bite. His cheeks flush.
“You guys don’t have to pretend, it’s alright—”
“No, Mike, we’re not pretending, it’s really good!” You defend, going in for a second bite yourself. “Try it!”
He does, and he even looks shocked at the quality of the food he’s produced. And it sets the mood for the whole dinner, until you eventually blurt out,
“I booked a tattoo appointment for next week.”
“What are you getting?” Mike can’t ever admit this to you, but he adores your tattoos. He thinks the placement of them are all wonderful, even if they’re smaller. He likes to kiss them, to trace his fingers over them, to just admire them in the summer.
“It’s a surprise.” You tell him. Owning your own shop and being your own boss has its perks. You have no worries about people judging you for your half sleeve, deciding that you can just ban them from your shop.
Your conversation drifts off and you focus on other things. When you’re done, you and Mike begin to clean up with him, letting some of the pan soak in the sink. You sit on the counter, drying some of the plates as Mike rinses.
“Thank you for dinner.” You tell him.
“I’m glad you liked it.” Comfortable silence fills the room. “You’re really not gonna tell me what you’re getting?”
“I told you, it’s a surprise.” You smile softly. He dries his hand and steps between your legs. His hands land on either side of you, caging you in.
“Tease.” He mumbled, leaning forward, and kissing your shoulder. A hand goes to his hair, your fingers tangling in his locks.
“I’m not teasing, I’m just being a little secretive.” You tell him, playing with his hair. You’re a fan of the scruff he’s been growing out lately.
“Isn’t it gonna hurt?”
“Yeah, but I’ll take breaks and remember to eat.” You tell him. “This isn’t my first tattoo, Mike.”
“I know, baby.” He says softly, “I just get worried—”
“You get worried about me? And yet, when I’m worried about you, you ignore me but—” He cuts you off with a kiss, and your hands land on his jaw, the scruff tickling your face.

The ink swirls around your shoulder, a moth wrapping around your shoulder and reaching to the top of your arm. Vines wrap around the moth, as flowers bloom in different places. Your birth flower is one of them, as well as your mother’s. You also place Abby and Mike’s around the moth, maybe protecting it. Thorns poke out of some of the vines, and the ink covers your shoulder, and down to just above your elbow.
You got it done on a Saturday afternoon, leaving late enough so Mike could sleep in without having to deal with Abby, but being able to give them some time to relax together.
It takes a few hours, and by the end of it, you’re exhausted. As with all your other tattoos, you’re sore, but this is a new type of sore. You ache for Mike’s hands on you, to hold you and kiss your shoulders, even though he can’t kiss your left shoulder for a few days.
The second skin will remain on your arm for a day or two, and then you’ll have to go through the process of moisturizing your tattoo.
You have Penny take lots of photos of it before you head home, Mike and Abby both waiting in anticipation for you to come home and show them your new ink. You’re excited to show them, since there’s a connection to them in the art.
When you open the door, Abby runs to you and immediately starts to look for the ink in question. She gasps when she sees it, all wrapped up on your arm.
“It’s a moth,” You tell her, “With my favorite plants.” You crouch down to point out different plans in the works. “These are my mom’s birth flowers, they’re carnations.” You tell her, “Do you know what these are?” You point to another flower.
Abby shakes her head, resisting the urge to reach out and touch the fresh, raw flesh of the person she considers to be her caregiver.
“They’re lily of the valley flowers. They’re your birth flower.” You reach out and tuck hair behind her ear. Then, you point to the third flower. “And these? They’re honey suckles. They’re Mike’s birth flower.”
Mike watches your interaction, listening to your explanation of the tattoo. Suddenly, this anxiety pools in his chest. You’ve been living together for a few months, but somehow a symbol of him and Abby being engraved on your skin makes things all too real.
He could cry.
“Did you get the flowers because you’re a flower person?” You grin, knowing she doesn’t remember the title of your job.
“Botanist, you mean? Sort of, but you two mean a lot to me, and I wanted to tribute something to you guys.” You confess.
She grins and turns to look at Mike.
“I wanna be a tattoo artist when I’m older.” Mike is pale with anxiety.
He wants to tell you it looks good, that it’s brilliantly done, but he doesn’t find it in himself. He wants to run, to abandon this relationship at the door, to never speak to you again to avoid the fact that he wants you desperately and thinks he might marry you one day.
He walks off to the bathroom, and he’s unsure if it’s to throw up or to cry.
You’re disappointed, because you wanted him to like it desperately, since this tattoo is now on you forever, and you wanted it to be a tribute to him. It almost hurts you that he doesn’t love it. Or at least pretend to. Instead, his disdain is visible on his face, and you do your best to turn your attention back to Abby.
“Wanna help me make dinner?” You smile softly, and she nods.
“Did your tattoo hurt?” She acts gently.
“Yeah, but with a good artist it goes quickly, and they don’t aim to torture you.” You explain, as you begin to make mac and cheese.
As she sets the table, you turn back to her and ask, “Can you go get Mike for dinner?” She nods and skips along to your bedroom, where Mike sits on the bed, frustrated with himself.
“Mike?” She asks gently. “We’re making mac and cheese.”
“I’m not hungry.” He says softly, and Abby can just tell something isn’t right.
“Are you okay?”
“I don’t feel well..”
“Oh…” she suspects this is a lie.
“I’m sorry. Tell them I said sorry.” Tears prick Mike’s eyes. He’s unsure why he’s like this, and why he can’t just admire your tattoo and love you and tell you how much you mean to him. But he can’t. He gets the words out. He wants to love you so badly but something in him demands to not let him be happy.
He lays on the bed and tries to stay quiet as he cries.
• • •
Hours later, you sit at the table anxiously, your hands tapping on the wood, a cold bowl of Mac and Cheese on the table. You decide to get up to clean up dinner, and just as you do, soft steps creep out of the bedroom and into the kitchen area.
Mike stands and stares at the cold dinner that he feels bad for rejecting. He should just tell you what’s bothering him. Instead, his gaze turns and looks at you, doing the dishes.
“You didn’t have to make dinner.”
“You didn’t seem well, and Abby needed to eat.”
This comment sparks a much larger fire in Mike, and he isn’t sure why he’s angered by how much you care about his sister, his world.
“You aren’t her mom, you don’t have any reason to make her dinner or put her to bed—”
“Yeah, Mike, well, You’re not really her dad.” You glare. “I’ve taken care of her for months, fed her, made sure she’s taken care of, I’ve picked her up from school, and now suddenly, you’ve decided I have no right to just care about her? Fuck you, if you don’t love me anymore, then don’t take it out on your sister, talk to me like a god damn grown up and stop acting like a child.” You spit, angrily turning back around to keep doing your dishes so that Mike doesn’t see your red face or your tears.
With your back turned, he can see the moth on your shoulder blade, and he aches to trace the lines of your tattoos, kissing the skin around it. But cotton fills his mouth every time he tries to sew the gap between you two.
And your words strike him. He knows why you might think he doesn’t love you anymore, but he does. He loves you deeply and finds himself enamored with you, and yet he can’t even compliment this tattoo that you have obviously put a ton of time, effort and money into.
“I’m sorry—” You start, but he cuts you off.
“I think we should give each other some space.” The words hit you like a ton of brick, and you’re ready to get on your hands and knees and beg him, beg him to not leave, beg him to forgive you (for what, you don’t know), beg him to touch you, beg him to want you.
“What..?”
“I just think I need some space.” He said softly, leaning against the kitchen doorway. You want to ask if he’s hungry, to kiss away all the sadness in the worry lines of his face.
You nod, bite your tongue. He wants to hold you and tell you he doesn’t mean it.
“I’ll sleep on the couch.” You mumble, sighing softly. You also plan to leave early before Mike gets up.
Mike steps towards you, maybe to apologize. You step past him to go get pajamas from your dresser, not letting him grasp onto you. You don’t want him to apologize now. You want him to sit in his regret and you want to sit in your anger.
As you attempt to fall asleep that night, you pray Abby didn’t hear your conversation with him.
Both of you try to drift to sleep and salt streams from your eyes and into your ears.
• • •
A few days pass. Your tattoo starts to heal, and you take the second skin off your shoulder and arm and begin the process of aftercare.
You and Mike exchanged a total of about thirty words over the next few days. Abby noticed your angst towards each other and tried to get the two of you to make up. She figured that Mike was being an idiot, and just needed to apologize.
She was right, but he didn’t want to admit that to his kid sister.
It’s hell. You have to pretend that you don’t want to beg for his forgiveness, but you know that neither of you are blameless. Your pride tells you not to be the first one to cave. His anxiety tells him that you hate him.
When he gets home one afternoon from work, you’re napping in bed. He knows the couch isn’t that comfortable and he’s sure you’re home because you’d mentioned to Abby that you weren’t feeling well. You probably didn’t expect to still be asleep when he got home.
But you’re wearing one of his shirts. He kisses your head and leaves a glass of water and cold medicine on the nightstand, before going to make himself busy somewhere else, as if not to disrupt your rest.
He takes one last glance at you before he leaves.
One night, he comes home from work late. You take it as an opportunity to take a hot shower after putting Abby to bed and taking a few minutes to sit in the bedroom that you missed while sleeping on the couch.
Besides, your bones ached from that uncomfortable couch while you were spoiled, used to Mike’s warm bed.
You barely hear the front door open as you continue your nightly routine. You need to apply lotion to your tattoo, to keep it moisturized as it heals. But you find yourself struggling to reach your shoulder.
Mike watches you from the doorway of the bedroom, biting his lip. The bags around his eyes have grown darker since your fight.
He takes off his boots first, and then strips his top down to an undershirt, then takes off his jeans. If you weren’t so busy, you’d acknowledge how handsome he looked in just his boxers and a gray tee shirt.
The bed dips behind you, as he sits behind you. You stop what you’re doing.
“Give me the lotion.” He says softly, and with a sigh of defeat, maybe even a bit of relief, you hand him the lotion. He squirts some lotion on his hands, then begins to rub it into your skin. You shudder at the contact, and he feels tears in his eyes again. He missed you. “I’m sorry I didn’t say I liked your tattoo. I love it.”
“I’m sorry I said you didn’t love me, and I’m sorry I said you weren’t Abby’s dad.”
“But I’m not—”
“But you are her parent.”
“So are you.”
A silence fills the room.
“What happened on Saturday?”
“I got anxious when I saw Abby and I’s birth flowers on you. Like how much I loved you was just engraved in your skin, and I didn’t know what to do with it. I didn’t mean to push you away, I was just terrified. Terrified that you’re going to leave. Terrified that I won’t be able to protect you.” His voice cracks at the end, and he leans his head against your shoulder that isn’t inked.
Your head turns to kiss his head.
“I’m not going anywhere.”
“I know..” he says softly, but a part of him doesn’t believe it. You and Abby, you’re the only ones who have stayed, the only ones he’s been able to save. He doesn’t know who he is without the two of you. “I’m sorry, I was such a dick.”
“Yeah, but so was I.” You tell him.
“I love your tattoo. I love all of your tattoos. All of them. I love kissing them. I’m desperate for this one to heal so I can kiss this shoulder again.”
“Thank you for helping me with it. It itches like a son of a bitch.” You tell him, a weak smile on your face. Tears stain your shirt.
“Can we go back to normal now? I’ve missed you.”
“I miss you so much.” You turn and wrap your arms around him, the warmth radiating from his body as he holds you close. You wonder if either of you will ever be able to let yourselves be loved.
You hope to let each other try.
You kiss him, salty tears mixing, as you hold him close. He’s careful of your tattoo, not wanting to scratch or hurt you. He’s gentle in a way that betrays him. He desires you in this way that transcends want or need, something that is vital, as if it were breathing.
Yet his hands remain respectful. Gentle. You’re the one that adjusts your position to be over him, as you gently push him back against the bed, kissing him deeper.
He decides he will marry you someday. That maybe the idea of being with you for the rest of his life isn’t scary.
Not when you kiss him like that.

You were just gone for a moment, you had to use the bathroom, you thought that he'd be okay with the other kids. When you came out, he was nowhere to be seen. You looked for him everywhere, in the arcade, the ball pit, the bathroom. Then you heard that other kids also went missing. The police got called, you told your mom what happened. You were growing scared and desperate to find your brother. But weeks turned to months, and months turned to years. The police just stopped looking because they didn't find anything. No suspicious activities or of that sort. No one was found and they didn't even find one single body. It was as if they vanished like thin air. But you? You didn't stopped, you didn't plan on stopping until you found what happened to your brother.
Not only that, but your dreams got all sorts of weird. You had always dreamt of the same thing. You were at the Pizzeria, stepping out of the restroom, wearing the same clothes as you did that day, except the place would get darker and more sinister. The people around you have become faceless and the music sounded much more dimer. You'd spot your brother for a moment, then he'd vanish into thin air. Every time that would happen, you'd call out to him. Screaming his name around the pizzeria. You'd also hear a voice, it sounded robotic. It would always spell out something that you couldn't quite catch. But there were some letters that you could make out. 'C...O...M...E... F...I...N...D M...E...'. You were never able to hear it clearly, it sounded like a broken cassette tape. Then you'd wake up. The dream went on for years, you never really dreamt of anything else. If you did, it would always be something that happened in your childhood, evolving your brother. A lot has changed since he turned out missing.
Now it was the early 2000's, you were already an adult. Working a nine to five job at a Target at the mall and living with your mom still. That early morning, you've woken up from that dream. Again, that same dream. You walking out the bathroom, still wearing that outfit you wore that day and the place was full of faceless people and that music. God that music made shivers run down your spine. You did what you'd always do, look for your brother. It always ended with with you entering the main lobby, near the small single stage. And again, that voice. 'C...O...M...E... F...I...N...D M...E...'. You never could make out what he was saying. Then you'd wake up. You didn't understand it. You never understood it. You got ready for work. You put on your red polo shirt with your name tag and your light brown kaki pants. Before you left the room, you looked at a picture sitting in your night stand. It was of you and your brother, on his birthday. You remembered that summer how he had a pirate themed birthday party. He loved pirates. You remember how he would walk around with a black eyepatch and a hook on his right hand. You would even play with him when your mom would be out working late. You always choose to be a mermaid or the villain in his games. You missed those times.
Besides that, you never really planned on going to school for anything. That was the last thing you would be worried about. So you decided to work, maybe save up enough money to maybe hire a private investigator or someone who can help you find something. Now you were at work, doing what you'd normally do. Just helping customers and ringing them out. It was just a regular day. It felt slower than most days. You heard from your coworkers that a security guard got fired, before he punched a guy who he mistook as a kidnapper. If you were in his situation, you'd probably do the same. Now a-days you didn't know who you could trust or you couldn't even look away from a moment because something could happen with a blink of an eye. It was understandable, at least to you.
You've been invited to do things with your coworkers, except you've declined. Always telling them that you were busy or you just didn't feel like going out. It was hard for you to make friends, you had basically isolated yourself from everyone when your brother turned up missing. You never really tried to make friends again. This worried your mom. Since you'd only go to work, go home, eat and sleep. It was a repeated cycle. She had talked to you about going to see a therapist. But you always declined. You didn't want to go and talk to somebody about how after many years you're still on the hunt for your brother. They'll probably medicate you or get you committed into an asylum. You you avoided that topic.
After work, you were back home. In your room, looking through your book. This book had news paper articles, along with police reports, pictures and other things that you've kept for years. This was your kind of evidence that you kept. You'd study these stuff day and night, for the last couple of years. You never gave up. Not only that, but you've tried asking the owner of the place 'William Afton' if you could go into the place to investigate, except the guy never picked up the phone or responded to your letters. You've even tried to get the job as a security guard, but Steve Raglan, who was a career counselor didn't give you the job. He'd always say that. 'It wasn't good for your mental health' or that 'He needs someone who's more calm and collected'. What he probably meant was that he needed someone who wasn't crazy.
You were busy looking at the old, now yellow news paper. Re-reading the article about the missing kids. You've read it many times by now, you might even memorize it. Then you heard someone knock at your door, then they came in. It was your mom. Who had a face of worry. "Y/n? Have you ate anything?" She asked, looking over you saw that she still had her work uniform on, she must have got back. "No, not yet." You responded, then she got closer. Seen what you were reading. She let out a sigh, as if she was exhausted of some kind. "Again? Y/n, we've been over this." She said, then you looked over at her. "I know, but... I just got to find something." You added to her.
She looked at you, seen the dark circles under your eyes. Indicating that you didn't get much sleep. "Baby, it's been years." She said, while looking at you. "You just... have to accept that he isn't coming back." She said sadly, as if she didn't want to say it, but she did. "I know... I just... want to know what happened to him.. or at least who took him.." you added in defense. Your mom then fidgeted with your hair a bit, as if she was fixing it. "So do it, but... you have to stop this obsession. It's not good for you." She said to you. It went silent for a moment, then your mom let out a small sigh. "I'll get dinner started, I'll come to get you in a bit." She said, giving you a small squeeze to your shoulder and she left your room. You sighed, placing your hands on your cheeks and leaned on the desk. Trying to think of what your mom said. Then you looked at picture sitting on the night stand for a moment. After a whole silent minute, you got up from the desk and went into the kitchen where your mom was, to help her with dinner.

You were at the food court, you had taken your lunch break, now you were heading back. You weren't watching where you were going and you've bumped into somebody. Making them drop a book of theirs. "Shit, I'm sorry." You said, picking up the old looking small book with the title which read 'Dream Theory'. Interesting. "It's alright." He said, then you handed the book to the guy. He was cute. He had messy brown hair and slightly tired eyes. The same description as the security guy who got fired.
"Are you... the guy who got fired from security?" you asked him. He had a look of embarrassment, but he nodded. "Yeah, that's me." He said. It was quiet for a moment, but you spoke again. "What you did was understandable." You said, making him look at you with his eyes slightly wide by your words. "You think so?" He asked. "Yeah, now a-days, you don't even know people's intentions or motives. I would have probably done the same if I were you." You explained. He only nodded at your words, at least someone also thought like him. "Well, I better go, hopefully I'll see you around." You said with a small smile. He nodded and returned the smile. Afterwards, you headed back towards your work place, while he also left to his destination.
You were back home, counting the money you kept in a shoebox underneath your bed. It was enough to fire an investigator, but you knew that you'll need more. This would probably cover the bear bare minimum. It was frustrating. You've spent a whole year saving, yet it didn't feel like it was enough. You knew that you should have got a job sooner, than later. Again, you went through the same old articles and pictures. Trying to find something again. But nothing, it was the same old thing. The same words and the same people in the pictures. Of kids playing around the arcade and one of a person dressed as a yellow bunny. That was odd, you don't remember that bunny at the pizzeria. When was he added? When you looked at the picture of him posing with a girl with blonde hair in pick tails, it felt creepy in a way. Almost unsettling. You didn't really notice this picture or you probably didn't notice it at first.
It was another day, you were in the register, ringing people out. You sighed, in exhaustion. Your feet were hurting and time felt much slower than usual. Another costumer came to the register. You gave them the best smile. "Hello-" you were cut off guard, seen that it was that guy you met the other day. "Oh, it's you. Find everything alright?" You asked him, like you'd normally asked every costumer. You scanned the box of crayons and paper, along with a few things he had in his basket. "Yeah, thanks." He said, while grabbing his wallet. "Found a job yet?" You asked him, out of politeness. "If you haven't, I'm sure you could send in your application." You said. "I actually already did, but thank you for the offer." He responded. You nodded, as you placed the items in a white plastic bag with the red Target logo. "What did you find? If you don't mind me asking." You asked him. "A security guard, at some pizzeria. The pay isn't good, but it's something." He explained.
This caught your curiosity. "Really? What pizzeria?" you asked, putting the packet of bacon in the bag. "It's called, I think. Freddy's Fazbear's Pizza, something like that." He explained. No fucking way. You looked at him wide eyed. "For real?" You asked him, he only nodded. Then he gave you the amount of money that was due. As you handed him his receipt, you hesitated a bit. "When can I see you again?" You asked. "Hm, I don't know, maybe in half an hour while I still have time? Why?" He asked, now curious on why you'd want to see him. "It's cause... I'd like to talk to you about something. It'll be worth your while, I promise." You said, he thought of it for a minute, then he nodded. "Alright, I'll meet you in the food court... When does your shift in end?" he asked. "In about an hour, what's your name by the way?" You asked him. "It's Mike." He told kindly, as you hummed in response. Watching him leave in a bit of a hurry, you went back to work hoping that the time would go by fast.
Tumblr media
After that hour, you were at the food court, waiting for Mike to arrive. He finally did. "Thanks for coming." You said almost shyly. "No problem, but just make it quick. I got to get back home to get ready for my first shift." He explained. You and him sat on a table. "Look, I know you've only known me for a bit. But, please hear me out." You said. Mike nodded, allowing you to processed. "Could you, maybe let me in the pizzeria, while you do your job. I'm just looking for something." You explained to him. He looked at you with a look of confusion. "Don't worry, I'm not going to steal anything, I'm just looking for something." You explained to him. But he wanted to know a bit more. "I don't know. What exactly are you looking for? Treasure of some kind?" He asked. "Well, almost something like that." You told him, but he still not very convinced. You didn't know whether you should tell him the whole story on why you're interested in going into the pizzeria. You just skipped the subject.
"Not only that, but I'll pay you for your troubles. I just want to go in and look, then I'm out." You added, as soon as you said 'paid' he looked at you with more reason. "How much?" he asked. "Two-hundred dollars per night. It'll just be this week and no more." You told him, seen the look of shock in his face. He thought for a minute. Then he nodded his head. "Alright deal, but, you have to pay first. I don't want to get scammed or anything." He said, then you grabbed your wallet and handed him two fifty dollar bills. He took the money and looked at it, in almost as if he'd never seen that amount in while. "That's all I have for now, but I'll give you the rest afterwards." You explained to him. Mike nodded, he seemed as if he was convinced. "Alright, it's a deal then." He said. After that was settled. "Before I go, here's my house number. Call me if anything." You explained to him, writing your house number on a piece of paper and gave it to him. You normally wouldn't give your number to anyone, but you knew that you'd be seen him for the next couple days.
Tumblr media
Back home, you told your mom that you'd be going out at night for the whole week. For some kind of night shift and you'd be back at 6:00 am. You left home and headed to the pizzeria. It was 11:55 pm. You were sitting in your car, waiting for Mike to arrive. A few minutes passed and he had arrived at 12:00 am. On time. He told you to just be smooth and not make it seem as if you were here. He sounded as if he really needed this job. You nodded understandingly and went to search.
Like before, you searched everywhere that you could. Except you got to look more. In the kitchen, boiler room and in the back. But nothing. Despite not finding anything, you'll be back tomorrow night. When you got back to the main lobby, you heard strange movements coming from the single stage. It had dark purple curtains like the main one. You got a bit close, trying to listen and see closely on what was making the inside of the stage move. You reached out and tried to pull the curtains, until you heard the Mike called out to you. "Hey, it's 6:00, we gotta go." He said, you nodded at him, you looked back at the stage. Before you headed out. "Here's the rest." You told him, giving him the other two fifty bucks. He took them. "Thanks." He said, putting the money in his pocket. "No, thank you for letting me do this. I know it's risky." You said with a small smile. "It's nothing really, I just... really need the money and the pay here is not so great. From what I was told." He explained. You nodded. "I understand." You responded to him. "Well, I'll see you later tonight?" you asked him. "Yeah. See ya." He responded with a small awkward smile, then headed to his car. You did the same.
Tumblr media
You went home, slept for a few hours. You had that dream once again. But, there was a slight change. When you got to the small single stage, the voice sounded much different than before. 'Y...O...U... F...O...U...N..D... M... E...' You could slightly make out the letters, but the words completely. Then you woke up again. Like always. You got ready and went to work and after work you went home, then you left to the pizzeria at the same time as you did before. Mike arrived, you paid him the while two hundred dollars and you got to doing what you were doing. You searched in the same places, but this time you looked more in the main lobby. It felt as if you were getting closer to finding something, and that something was in the main lobby. You looked under the tables, bathrooms and even in the trashcans, but nothing. But it still felt close. Looking over at the single stage, you noticed that the curtains were open. You walked over to it, and saw that it was empty. Dammit, you thought something would be in there, before you could leaned close to look inside. You heard a loud thud in the office.
Quickly you ran towards the office. "Mike?" You called out to him, seen that he was on the floor groaning in pain. Bleeding from his arm. You went over and helped him up from the floor. "You good? What happened?" you asked him, setting him back on the chair. "I think so, dunno how that happened." He said, referring to the wound on his arm. It looked nasty. You looked around the office, trying to find a first aid kit. When you found it, you helped him patch up his wound. "What did you do?" You asked him, as you tightened the bandages on his arm. "I have no idea, I just dreamed of this kid, with a pirate hook. I chased after him, then he slashed me." He said, this caught your attention. 'Boy with a pirate hook.' That must have been a sign somehow.
When you got back home, your mom was getting ready to leave. You talked for a bit before she left. When she did, you went to catch some sleep before work. You went back to that same dream, back at the pizzeria, except you were in the last place where it ended. At the single stage, it was open. But it was empty. You got close, leaning in to look inside, but it was dark. All most like a bottomless pit. You stoke your hand in to see if you might find something, inside but you felt something grabbing your hand in the process. You heard the voice again. 'Y...O...U... F...O...U...N..D... M... E...'. Then the house phone rang. Making you wake up with a loud gasp, a bit frightened. Groaning that you've been woken up. You got up and walked towards the living room. You picked up the phone and answered.
"Hello?" you asked through the phone. "Y/n? Hey it Mike, sorry to interrupt whatever you were doing, but. Did you break into the pizzeria earlier this morning?" He asked, sounding worried in a way. "No? I was home the whole time. Why what happened?" You asked him. "Apparently someone or a group of people broke in. I just wanted to conform something." He explained. "That was it, sorry for interrupting." He apologized. "It's alright, I get it. I'll see you later tonight." You said, then you hung up. Who the hell would break into the pizzeria? That was a bit suspicious. You looked at the time and saw that it was close to being time to go to work. You sighed, walking back to your room to get ready.
Tumblr media
Later that night, you were back at the pizzeria, waiting for Michael. He arrived, once he parked and stepped out of the car, then he went to the passenger door and opened it. A little girl stepped out with a small back pack. They both approached you. "Sorry, I couldn't get a hold of the babysitter and I just couldn't leave her alone." He explained to you. "Are you Mike's girlfriend?" she asked. Making you giggle and her brother's face turned a slight red. "Nah, just a friend." You replied to her. "Hm, I didn't think he'd have any." She said, making you laugh and Michael's face becoming redder. After you had a small introduction, you went in.
The place was trashed and a mess. While Mike went to put Abby to sleep, you decided to get some cleaning supplies to help clean the mess. You went to the janitor's closet to find some things, you spotted how on the door there was a dark liquid that had been splattered on there. Weird, it looked almost similar to blood, it was probably an old stain of some sort. You got brooms, dustpans, a bucket, mop and cleaning products. Then headed back to the main lobby. When Michael arrived, you and him got to cleaning. You both swept, mopped and you stocked up the chair and tables. Afterward, he went back to the office while you went on your search. Trying to find any kind of new clues maybe, but nothing. Some 'evidence' must have been cleaned up. You headed back to the office and saw that Mike was asleep and Abby had woken up. "Can you take me to the bathroom please?" She asked. You looked over at her sleeping brother and back at her. "Yeah, lets go." You said, taking her hand and leading her to the restroom.
You were waiting outside of the restroom, waiting for her to finish so that she could go back to her brother. The door opened and she walked out. "Done." She said with a small smile. Then a small noise was heard in the stage. You and Abby looked over for a minute. "Stay behind me." You said, then you slowly walked towards the lobby, with Abby behind you. You saw how the stage slightly shook, you kept the younger kid behind you, grabbing a broom. To defend yourself. Then the curtains of both the stages opened, revealing the animatronics. Of a bunny, bear, and a chick. They were all in good condition, with a bit of dirt and dust on them. The single stage had a fox, a bright red one that was more tattered than the rest, also with some dust.
They all moved their heads, towards your direction. Then they began to walk towards you both. You don't remember them doing that. You held the broom tightly, and kept Abby behind you. Except she peaked and looked towards the animatronics. "Those are my friends." She said, removing herself from behind you and going up to the four animals. "Abby wait." You said, getting closer to them. She seemed as if she knew them. Did she? You kept your broom in hand, watching as Abby interacted with them as if she's known them all her life. You felt something touch your shoulder, looking over, you saw the red fox. He was moving his ears and hook for a hand excitedly. Instead of feeling scared, you felt some kind of attraction? "It's okay, he just wants to hug you." Abby said to you, now the animatronics were looking at you. "He does?" you asked her, she then nodded.
Turning to face the fox, that was twice your size. You set the broom aside, then you extended your arms and moved closer to him. He did the same. You wrapped your arms around the cold fur like robotic body. His arms were around your smaller body. It felt a bit odd, but the more you hugged him, it felt comforting. You felt his hook for a hand giving you small pats, as a way to ease you. This felt nice, then you pulled away from him. Looking at him in his single eye. He moved his jaw excitedly, as well as his ears. It was cute in way. You gave him a small smile. Out of nowhere Abby began to laugh, you looked over and saw how the others were tickling her. She just laughed, which lead to some playful screaming and her telling them to stop. It was all fun and games, until you heard Mike run in to see what was happening.
As soon as he got there, he assumed Abby and you were in some kind of danger, he then grabbed a chair and held it up, as Freddy approached him. About to fight him. "It's okay Freddy, he's my brother Mike." Abby said towards Freddy, who had seemed to have calmed down. Allowing him to let Mike pass. "Mike, this is Bonnie, Foxy and Chica. Everyone, this is Mike." Abby introduced everyone to on another. "This is... is a joke right?" He asked, looking confused at you. "I thought I was tripping, but no." You responded to him. "It's okay Mike, they just want to play." Abby told Mike, then Chica turned to her and gave her a wink, making her smile.
"Alright, it's time to go, come on." He encouraged Abby. "Hold on." She responded to him, then she grabbed her little notepad and a red marker from her pocket. She drew something real quick and tore it off the notepad. Bonnie held out his hand, letting Abby put the picture on his palm. He then showed the picture to Foxy who looked very interested in the heart drawn on the paper. "I had a lot of fun." Abby told them, she then walked towards Mike. But stopped and gave Freddy a nice hug. Freddy returned the hug back. You looked at Foxy, who was waving his ears and jaw rapidly again. Also waving his hook around as if he was waving at you. "I'll see you around?" you asked him, he nodded his head. Then you walked out of the place with Mike and Abby.
"That was something." Mike said, watching Abby get in his car. "Yeah, it was." You responded, looking back inside, seen that Foxy was near the door. You guessed to make sure that you would all leave. You turned back to Mike who was closing and locking the gate. "So, find something?" He asked again. "Not yet, but I'm much closer than before." You explained to him. After he finished locking up the door. "I better get going. I got work in a few hours." You told him. "Alright, I'll probably stop by." He teased, making smile. "Alright, don't be a stranger." You told him, then you looked at Abby. "Goodbye Abby." You said kindly to her and she gave you smile, then you headed to your car, turned on the engine to get home. Back home, your mom wasn't there. You assumed she went to work early. You took off your shoes and just jumped on the couch, getting comfortable. Taking yet another nap before work. Hopefully afterwards you could get some better sleep. You fell asleep shortly afterwards.
You back at the pizzeria, except wasn't almost scary looking and dark like before. It seemed more friendly and nice to be in. You were standing outside the bathroom, the same clothes as before. Looking around, you saw someone in front of the single stage, they were small, like a child. You got closer to see who it was. Your eyes widen when you saw the back of that person's back of his head. They slowly turned around. You saw that it was your brother, he looks just like how he did when he went missing. He had on his orange shirt with blue jeans, shoes and his pirate hook that he had made.
"You found me." He said, you felt your eyes watering. It's been so long since you've seen your brother. You almost forgot how he looked like. You said his name in a whisper, then you went over, getting on your knees and pulling him into a hug. "Oh...I'm so sorry, I was only gone for a minute. I knew I should have been more watchful of you." You said, as you cried more, hugging your brother. "It's okay. You found me" He responded to you, all you could do was hug him and cry. As much as you wanted to continue to hug and be with him, you couldn't. This was only a dream. You pulled away, and looked at him in the eyes. "Please... I have to know... who took you?" You asked him, hoping that he'd give you answer or a clue. He didn't say anything. "Please tell me, who took you from me and mom?" You asked him again, but again. Nothing. Before you could ask him again. You woke up.

I came back from the movie theaters (Fnaf Movie) My lord I FREAKING LOVED IT THE WHOLE THING IDC AHHH Ahem-
I saw that requests are open, SO a Platonic Headcanon Request if you don't mind, Fnaf (Movie) Animatronics with Gender-Neutral (17-soon to be 18) Reader as the new security guard? or maybe tags with Mike and possibly Abby? (Reader ain't tall just-idk 5'2 maybe I am projecting-)
(I know this request doesn't make sense because of the tiredness due to staying up late because of excitement. Feel free to delete this ask if its too complicated)
bonus: If you want to, You can also Include Chica's Cupcake
Have a nice day/night, From 📞 ☕ (PhoneCoffee) Anon
Oh I can definitely work with this ^^
......
When you started working at Freddy's overnight, you hoped this would be your last summer job ever before you turned 18.
"Steve" said it was all pretty straightforward: watch the cameras and make sure nobody broke in.
Easy as pizza pie, right?
Well, when you realized one of the animatronics very subtly moved from their usual spot, you wanted to check them out for yourself.
Plus, sitting in the office for six hours every night would def get boring as hell.
So you head to the main stage area, finding the whole gang mysteriously gone--Foxy included.
Then you get surprised by them emerging from different places in the pizzeria, eyes glowing a sinister yellow as they surround you, wary of your intentions.
"O-Oh hey..um..Fazgang?" You try your best not to look so terrified.
Surely someone was controlling them, right? They couldn't possibly hurt you.
Yet they stop and collectively realize "wait, isn't this a teenager? And why are they working this job??"
But since you're not wrecking anything in the pizzeria (or screaming bloody murder unlike the last guard), they spare you and are just very chill overall.
You now start to believe all the rumors of them being haunted by little children.....although not even that scares you.
On the second night, you learn that they can understand simple drawings--and that's how you pretty much communicate with them and build up trust.
While Bonnie is regarded as the "most aggressive", he was a real sweetheart who let you shine his guitar and hugged you tightly to express his thanks.
Alas you haven't found a way to stop it from constantly short-circuiting when he strums it...but you vow to figure something out.
Chica was equally as sweet, although for some reason Carl the Cupcake made you feel nervous.
The way he can be on the plate one moment and then disappear the next makes you worried that he'll sneak up on you and bite your ankles off.
But as long as Chica's around, that won't ever happen.
Although Foxy looks quite dangerous, you try your best to patch up the hole in his chest using some spare parts from backstage while being oblivious to the deadly Freddy mask saw trap in the corner, something he's grateful for.
He even sang you a little sea shanty as thanks!
Freddy was the first to be suspicious of you, but after seeing a drawing you made of him, he grows to like your presence, too. Especially after how nice you've been to his bandmates.
So you definitely survived more than five nights at this place--longer than anyone so far.
When Mike gets hired and comes in for his first shift with you, he's surprised that a teen is training him.
He suspects this was some lousy summer job you were forced to get and thinks you're gonna act miserable the entire time you work together and not actually teach him shit.
But as it turns out, you love your job!
You show him the Fazgang during their "showtime" performance and assure him that while they may look creepy, they're not bad at all.
And while you're not getting paid extra to do simple maintenance on them, you still enjoy trying to keep them in tip-top shape (especially Foxy, who needs repairs the most).
Mike seriously thinks you shouldn't be doing that as it's not in the job description AND it could be dangerous.
Even if you have expertise in robotics, he still thinks it's not worth losing a limb or finger to those complex contraptions.
Like he almost did after getting near a springlock suit.
But you just teasingly remind him who the trainer is..and he goes quiet.
Foxy overhears this, and you see him snickering from behind the Pirate's Cove curtain, amused by you basically schooling this 25-27 year old man.
Unfortunately he startled poor Mike, who looks over quickly.....only to find the fox standing in his usual position, acting completely normal.
"Was he just laughing at us...?"
"Nope." You play dumb, shrugging. "Must be his voice box malfunctioning....c'mon. Let's see if we can fix that."
Least to say, you're not gonna let him sleep on the job anytime soon.

surprise! part 4 is here early for 100 followers, so in turn there may be a few more errors than usual 🥹🫶 appreciate all of you so much, and very happy reading!
——————————————————————————
Monday came faster than you’d expected as you walked over to Abby and Mike’s house, preparing yourself for another night shift of babysitting. You were surprised Abby was able to make it a day without seeing you or finding a way to somehow be in your vicinity. She’d become quite clingy, in the best way possible. More often than not, she just wanted you to be there with her, even if that meant finishing up assignments while she drew.
You opened the door to hear the sound of muffled arguing between the siblings. As you placed your backpack down by the dining table, you caught the slightest glimpse of Mike walking down the hall to Abby’s room. Abby was strung across his shoulder, the young girl pulling on his shirt as she wore Mike’s security vest.
“Mike! Let me come with you! Please!” Abby whined as she tried to latch onto the door frame. Before you could attempt to see what was happening, the door slammed shut and Mike walked out with his vest in hand.
“Everything okay?” you asked, trying to read the situation. He stopped for a moment, not knowing how long you’d been there and how much of the situation you saw or heard.
“Everything’s fine. She’s all yours.” he huffed as he walked past you.
“You sure?”
“Don’t worry about it, Y/n.” he was grabbing his bag and keys, still visibly upset about whatever had happened. “See you tonight.”
The door shut quickly as he left the house, not giving you a chance to say anything else back. You stood for a moment, still confused about what you had just walked into, until the sounds of muffled crying broke the silence. You quietly made your way to Abby’s room. As you got closer, the sounds grew louder. You gently knocked on the door.
“Hey Abs. It’s Y/n/n. Can I come in please?” you said in a gentle voice.
You heard the patter of small footsteps as she made her way to the door. It slowly opened and Abby scurried back to the blanket fort in the corner of the room. The room was full of drawings tapped over ever surface, including many the two of you had done together over the past 2 months. It had everything a girl Abby’s age could ever want, down to the smallest details.
“You okay Abs?” you stepped in slowly, giving her space.
“Mike hates me Y/n.” she said.
“Why do you think Mike hates you?”
“He’s always at work. He never wants to draw with me anymore. He is never at home anymore Y/n.” she started sniffling again.
You grabbed a golden teddy bear from her bed, looking down at it as you approached the blanket fort. It had a bow and top hat, you instantly knew where it was from and who got it for Abby.
“Mike would never hate you Abs. You know how much you love Mike? He loves you a million more times than that.” you could see her shuffling in the fort, turning away from the opening. You sat down in front of the opening to get down to her level.
“If he loved me he would let me come to work with him.” she mumbled.
“I know you love your brother Abby, but he is just really busy right now. That doesn’t mean he hates you or he doesn’t want to play with you anymore. He just has a lot of work to do right now.” you set down the golden teddy bear in the entrance of the fort and lightly tapped Abby’s shoulder. “I think Fredbear wants a hug.”
She slowly turned around and looked down at the bear that sat in front of her. She looked down at the bear, then up at you who sat crisscross on the floor smiling softly at her.
“Who got you this bear Abs?”
“Mike.” she said as quiet as a mouse.
“And what about everything else in your room?”
“Mike.” she said quietly again.
“He cares about you so much more than you think Abs. He works a lot so he can get you all of these awesome toys and art supplies. He loves you more than anything in the world.” you were patting the top of the hat on the bear.
Abby grabbed the bear swiftly and held it in her arms. After a moment she snuck her way out of the fort and practically jumped on you, giving you a hug now too.
“Promise me you’ll give your brother a hug just like this when he’s home again?” you said as the young girl wouldn’t let go of you.
“I promise Y/n.” you could tell she was smiling in the way her voice sounded. “I love you, Y/n.”
She had never said that to you before. After just under two months of babysitting, after building such a strong bond with the girl in such little time, it came both as a shock and comfort. You could feel tears start welling in your eyes, smiling bigger than ever before. You knew how hard it was for the girl to trust people and build relationships with people her age. You were pleasantly surprised at how quickly she warmed up to you after Mike warned you it might take a while. You didn’t want Abby to ever feel this way again, you wanted to make sure she knew she was loved and cared for. Just like she loves and cares for Mike, and now you.
“I love you too Abs.” you responded, trying your best to hold it together. She finally pulled away from you, still holding the bear in her hands.
“Can we play now?” she said, already gathering a pile of plush animals and dolls from her blanket fort. You could not help but chuckle at this, it was right on character for her to be back to her happy and energetic self.
“Of course Abs.” you said with a smile.
“Here is your food Mr. Panda.” Abby said giggling, handing over a paper plate stolen from the kitchen with pieces of paper colored to be pieces of food on top of it.
“Thank you Mr. Chef, this is quite the delicious meal.” you said, attempting to sound like a posh British business man, making Abby laugh even more. “Wait, why is there a toad in my meal?!”
“I pranked you!” she shouted laughing even harder.
“Ew! I am leaving this establishment!” you said, keeping up your accent, throwing the plate back at her as you took your panda bear, pretending to make it walk away.
“Let’s do it again!” this was probably the 100th time she’d said this. While it was the best feeling seeing her laugh and have fun, the same pranks over and over again get boring after about 5 times.
“I don’t know Abs, it’s getting kind of late.” it was almost 10pm and you knew she was technically supposed to be asleep by 9:30 per Mike’s rules.
“Please Y/n!” you thought for a moment before speaking.
“How about this, you go get ready for bed and we can hang out in your little fort until you get sleepy.”
“Like a sleepover?” she said, almost jumping from joy.
“Just like a sleepover.” you said smiling.
“Okay!” she ran to grab her pajamas and brush her teeth. Once she returned she pulled your arm right into the fort. She pulled a blanket over her legs as she sat down and gave you the spare one that was left.
“Let’s tell each other our biggest secrets.” Abby said immediately after you sat down, a mischievous grin on her face. Wow, this girl really doesn’t take a break. “You go first Y/n.”
“Wow, thanks Abby.” you said hesitantly, not knowing what kind of information the girl was trying to get out of you. “Hmm… okay. My biggest secret is I actually really hate cake.”
“Y/n, that’s a lame secret. And I know you’re lying.” she said, extremely unamused.
“How do you know I’m lying!” you said, pretending to be annoyed, softly smiling at her. “Okay fine then, what’s your biggest secret?”
“Mike has a crush on you.”
“What?” you said, your smiling dropping, jaw hanging open.
“Yeah, he has a hugeee crush on you Y/n.”
“Th- that’s really funny Abs.” you nervously laughed, trying to save yourself from the extremely shocked and obvious reaction you had at first.
“I’m not lying Y/n.” she was dead serious.
You sat there for a moment, still nervously laughing until you realized she was being so serious. You could feel your face starting to burn up out of both embarrassment and shock of the confession she had just made. Memories of her saying you’d be a great princess for Mike flashed into your mind. She definitely told him about the situation the next day, and somehow, like she always does, got the information out of him. You weren’t sure what to do next until she made the decision for you.
“Do you have a crush on Mike?” she was clearly picking up on your reaction.
“Um, well, I mean-“
“Just say it Y/n.”
“Okay fine, maybe I do have a crush on Mike.”
“I knew it! Are you going to get married to Mike?”
“Abs slow down!” you said covering your face with your hands.
“I am so happy you have a crush on Mike!”
“You aren’t at all grossed out by this? Shouldn’t you be saying something about us having cooties?” you knew at her age you did not feel this way about crushes, she was way too excited about this.
“No, I think you guys would be perfect for each other.” she was smiling and giggling to herself.
“Well,” there’s no point holding any of this in anymore, she already knows too much. “Maybe I feel the same way about it.”
“I know. I can’t wait for you to be boyfriend and girlfriend.”
“Abs, you know you can’t tell Mike about this, right? This is my biggest secret.” you said, now realizing you had to warn the girl based off her inability to keep other people’s secrets.
“You said hating cake was your secret.”
“Abby.” you laughed and playfully pushed her shoulder.
“Okay I promise I won’t tell Mike if you promise to tell him you have a crush on him.” she began grinning mischievously again.
“Abby you are something else.” you were laughing and shaking your head. “I think it’s time for you to go to bed now.”
“Fine.” she groaned, “Only because you told me about your crush on Mike.”
You attempted to get up, but she stopped you.
“Can we sleep in here?” you noticed she didn’t say I but she said we.
“You know what, why not.” you smiled.
You stepped out to shut off the lights, noticing the fort had a glow to it from christmas lights strung all around it. You grabbed a pillow from Abby’s bed for her to use and went back to the fort. She already had her posse of stuffed animals gathered around her, pulling her blanket up until only her head was poking out of it. You pulled the extra blanket and laid next to her. The fort was small for someone your age to be laying down in, but you made do for her.
“I never want you to leave our house again Y/n.” Abby said softly as she laid her head on your shoulder. “I wish we could have a sleepover every night.”
“I do too, Abs.” you said as you looked up to the shapes on the blankets above your head. You didn’t realize she quickly fell asleep after her last comment, and you fell asleep quickly after. You were content hoping you made an impact on her tonight and also content knowing there was a chance Mike felt the same way you did. There was a chance you could be there for Abby forever, the chance that one day you’d never have to leave them again in the morning.
The front door opened quietly in the early hours of the morning as Mike returned home from another grueling night shift. This shift was especially difficult. It was a long night, he didn’t get as much sleep as he wanted to, and the dread of coming home to confront both Y/n and Abby over the earlier situation was in his mind constantly. He didn’t want to mess up for either of them and it sure felt like he had. He didn’t want to disappoint his girls.
“Hey Y/n.” he said quietly as he set down his things, rubbing his eyes tiredly. When he didn’t hear a response back he expected you to be asleep, but when he went to look for you in your usual spot on the couch, you weren’t there. He panicked for a moment, flashbacks of Garrett going missing played in his mind. He quickly made his way to Abby’s room, trying his best not to let the floorboards creek on his way there. When he opened the door and caught a glimpse of the two of you fast asleep in the blanket fort, he felt relief wash over him.
He stepped into the room quietly, not wanting to wake up either of you. When he approached the opening of the fort, he saw the way Abby’s head leaned on your shoulder, and the way yours leaned against her head. The smallest of smiles formed on his face.
He felt forever indebted to you for giving Abby the childhood memories she deserved. He knew Abby loved him, but he never felt like he was able to do enough. He was never able to be anything more than a brother to Abby. You knew which activities she liked, how to play with her, and exactly how she liked her spaghetti cooked. He knew deep down inside that Abby deserved you in her life, but he didn’t feel like he deserved you at all. You didn’t deserve to be pulled into a situation like this, yet you gave it your all. He paid you only when he could, and you never complained. Not once. No matter how stressful school was, you never called off. You pushed through for Abby. But Mike didn’t realize you pushed through it for him as well.
He poked his head through the entrance of the fort just enough to place a light kiss on Abby’s forehead. Before he could stop himself, he leaned over Abby and placed the lightest, most gentle kiss on the top of your head. He slowly took his head out of the fort, and sat for a minute on the floor.
“I’m sorry.” he whispered so quietly. Only the sound of the girls quiet breaths filled the room, then he got up quietly, and went to bed. He didn’t get anymore sleep that night.
7am came slower than ever as Mike sat in his bed. He had nothing to look at above him as he removed his “Nebraska” poster a few days after starting the new night job, bringing it to work instead. He brought it there to distract him instead. He got out of bed, and went over to Abby’s room to find the two of you still asleep. He felt bad having to wake you guys up, but he had to do it.
“Hey Abs, it’s time to get ready for school.” he gently shook her shoulder. “Come on, get up.”
She slowly woke up, groaning, asking for 5 more minutes. She got up, immediately giving Mike a biggest hug. She wasn’t going to forget her promise she made the night before. Mike was surprised by the gesture after yesterdays altercation, but he didn’t think much of it.
From all the stirring, you also slowly woke up, not entirely remembering what happened last night and how you ended up in Abby’s fort. When you finally fully woke up, the memories came flooding back. “Mike has a crush on you.” Suddenly it felt awkward for you.
“Morning Y/n.” he said as he held part of the opening open for Abby to get out and start getting ready.
“Sorry for staying longer than usual.” you rubbed your face trying to wake yourself up and hide the redness in your face.
“Y/n. You have absolutely nothing to be sorry about.” he quickly looked over his shoulder towards the door, listening for any indication Abby was nearby. “Listen, Y/n, do you think you can come over an hour early tonight?” he said in a whisper.
“Yeah, what’s up?” you said, a confused look on your face.
“I don’t want Abby to know. Just wanted to talk to you for a bit.” he was avoiding your eyes, still holding the blanket open from the fort. “Nothing bad. I just don’t want Abby knowing you’ll be here early, kind of hard to talk to anyone when she’s around.”
“Yeah, yeah I can do that.” you said, getting out of the fort, now standing in front of him.
“I’ll distract her before you get here.”
“Okay, sounds good.” you said with a tight lipped smile.
“Thanks, Y/n.”
“Anytime.”
You both stood there for another second, making eye contact again, until you looked away quickly.
“I’m gonna go now, have a few classes today.”
“Right. Sorry for keeping you long.”
“You told me not to apologize, now it’s my turn to tell you not to.” you said with an airy chuckle.
“See you later Y/n.”
You made your way towards Abby’s door to leave, bumping into her on the way out. She gave you an extremely knowing glare after noticing you had been talking to Mike, alone, in her room just moments before.
“See you guys tonight.” you waved, exiting the room. Mike followed you out. When you reached the front door, he opened it for you, and waited there as you left. He waited there, like he always does, making sure you cross the street safely. This time he waited until you opened the door to your own house, and for the first time, you both noticed the other.
Had he not stayed until you opened your own door, he wouldn’t have known you turn around every time you go home, hoping you’d see him one last time. Had he not stayed, you wouldn’t have known how he waits every single time, no matter how tired he is, just to make sure you get home safely. And so he doesn’t have to keep you out of his sight for any longer than he has to.

Depending on how sensitive you are, he could either be the best big brother… Or he could be a fucking asswipe (take Evan for example lolz).
LETS YOU SIT ON HIS SHOULDERS!!
Pokes fun at you every chance he gets, and depending on how close you guys are you’ll know if he means it or not.
Type of guy to walk into your room to annoy you then leave without shutting the door.
HE’S DEFINITELY HID UNDER YOUR BED AND GRABBED YOUR ANKLES WHEN YOU GOT CLOSE ENOUGH TO IT.
Call him a furry when he wears his Foxy mask, he gets so pissed off it’s hilarious.
He’s genuinely surprisingly protective of you, not in a ‘awe! How sweet of him!!’ Way. Kinda more like a ‘I’m the only one who can pull that shit on them’ way lmao.
You two have the dynamic of dumb and dumber (doesn’t take rocket science to find out who’s who…)
Like imagine trying to do seemingly simple tasks with him… IT JUST WOULD’NT GO AS PLANNED!!
He’s deffo gonna interrogate any partner you get, like I’m talking whinging a light into their eyes and asking every question in the book.

Being Mike's Younger Sister
Tumblr media
Your life isn't easy
After your brother Garret's disappearance and losing your parents, Mike became both you and Abby's guardian
He did his best to take care of you, but did struggle
Though you and Abby appreciated his efforts
Speaking of Abby, you watch her when you can, which Mike really appreciates
You and your brother have a close relationship
That being said you both go back and forth with snarky comments
You playfully make fun of him all the time, but you're never serious
When he gets a job at Freddy's you initially have no interest in it
However you're forced to go when he takes Abby with him, and Mike doesn't want you home alone
You had to admit, the place was kind of cool
When Mike falls asleep, Abby suddenly leaves the room
Worried about her, you follow Abby into the main area of the pizzeria
When the animatronics comes to life, you're hesitant to trust them
They acted friendly enough, but something felt off about them
Abby quickly grows fond of them, so both of you end up going to work with your brother more often
That is, until Mike leaves you home with your aunt one night
You chose to stay in your room since you never got along with her
Later, you spot Abby in the hallway, talking to someone
Curious you peak out of your room
That's when you see the animatronic in your living room
Your aunt is on the floor, dead
Abby asks you to come with her to the pizzeria
You refuse at first, but after seeing that Abby was going to go with or without you, you go along with her
The whole time, you have a bad feeling in the pit of your stomach
You try to stop Abby from following Chica, but you end up going with them
The two of you get locked into the storage room where there's a dangerous looking suit
When you notice Chica reaching for your sister, you put yourself in front of her
This ends with Chica throwing you against the wall
You hit your head, knocking you out
The next time you wake up, Mike is there
He stopped Chica from hurting either of you
The three of you made your way back to the main room where you're eventually confronted by man in a yellow bunny suit
Though you end up injured, things turn out ok
You're glad Mike is the one taking care of you

NOTE: although I've now finished Ruin, this was written for fun when I had only seen the first half. Its relation is limited
(Wasn't) Worth Fixing by clutterspace
You find the Daycare Attendant of your childhood hidden behind your apartment building, severely damaged.
You... probably weren't intended to.
G | Words: 1,386 | Chapters: 1/1
∘₊✧────────────────────✧₊∘
Your mother used to work as a technician at the pizza place half-way across town when you were little. It took some time for you really memorize the name—Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex—when all you did as a young child was raise your hands up high to your mother so tall and ask when you could go to pizza.
For every day she had gone to work, she brought you with her. You boundlessly scribbled in Freddy Fazbear themed colouring books with crayon on the near silent bumpy car ride there, as she had always requested the quiet before the cacophany of shouting noise the mall offered its full family guests. And much too young to be let loose among the older children, you had always been dropped off at the establishment's daycare before her shift.
The place had once held a charm to it, a brightly coloured wonder of dizzying family fun that evolved into a more thoughtful appreciation for the advanced robotics you eventually grew old enough to possess. Even the daycare had been attended to by a single machine, and to this day, you genuinely wondered sometimes if the bounciness of life its creaky frame held had really been there at all, a marvel of technological advancement, or if it was only the low standard magic that all little eyes saw the world through. Your memories were few and far between, but it had been a joyous place that looked upon you kindly, and much of that credit went to that very machine in place.
It was enough to make you feel a little bad for just how much you begged your mother to let you freely roam outside of the daycare later on, but life went on and on for little minds, and it wasn't a thought worth lingering upon.
When you blessedly just barely became old enough for it, you had gotten your wish granted to you by your exhausted mother, and stuck closely around the Glamrocks and their masses of crowds from then on. It was an endlessly exciting change from the norm, and the musical daycare of childish screams and brightly enthused words of encouragement that had welcomed you with open arms became an afterthought.
You had asked your mother one day where Bonnie went. The older kids had spoken in jokes that fell like cruelty upon your ears, and it was only your mother who might as well have been the CEO in your eyes who you could trust. Older now, you knew there was no harm in the jokes the other children had made among one another, but that a mind so easily swayed could only listen in horror.
Your mother had not sugar-coated it, much too used to the more grown-up side of her occupation to bother. You would have been fine to hear that he was on vacation, or off to bigger and better performances across the globe. You would have smiled, proud to hear of his accomplishments. But the words she told you had been without care.
He wasn't worth fixing, so they got rid of him.
It had been a nagging fear that crept over your spine for a year afterwards that the same could ever happen to you, childishly lacking in the understanding of your differences in value to the surrounding world.
And it was as you silently stared back into the wild, frozen, broken eyes dimly illuminating the dark, filthy alleyway between apartment buildings in vibrant yellow and red hues, with a right hand on your own open back door's handle and a left hand tightly gripped around a filled garbage bag at your side years later, that those very words rung back to you.
Police sirens blared in the distance, but that was the usual.
People talked, but knew little. There had been something off from the usual in town lately, police cars circling the area endlessly. They were looking for someone, or something. And your neighbours speculated, but they all speculated different topics amongst themselves, bringing all that mystery down to a he said, she said, who cares anymore. It all became naught but a backdrop with no follow-up.
Maybe no one wanted to hear a possibly dangerous animatronic was on the loose. Or- no. Maybe just no one wanted to admit to the potentially catastrophic failing, what with the previous rumours already spiralling out of control. A silent capture was in play.
The animatronic looked banged up, shattered holes all along its body. Fabric was littered with rips and tears, while not an inch of casing went uncracked. Its rays adorned with a familiar blue hat were broken, and its faceplace was almost entirely shattered in half. But despite all of the horrific damage it bore, you could recognize the animatronic for the daycare of your early childhood from anywhere, even though only an hour prior, you would not have recalled its form. It held itself still under your gaze, and you too did not move, for there was a shocked terror in the way it held itself firmly pressed against the bottom of the wall, too-thin metal fingers cracking the pavement beneath it.
It looked so scared for something (someone?) that could easily do to you what it was doing to the pavement. Though you doubted that it had any desire to do so.
You didn't know how long you two stared, until finally, you took the slowest step you could towards the garbage bin that stood only a couple feet away in the dim alleyway. The second you moved even an inch, a mechanical hum rose in volume from the wary animatronic's metal body that reminded you of the sounds your own computer makes. It didn't move, didn't talk, only watched you out of the corner of your eye as you ever so slowly made your way towards the bin. You lifted the garbage bag into it, and the clattering sound of its contents shifting within rung out much too loud for the careful silence you required. You internally recoiled from the noise, but outwardly showed not a reaction as you inched your way back towards your door as if nothing out of place had been seen at all.
Your hand fell upon the door as you stepped up across the threshold. You did not walk any further, and instead looked over your shoulder at the vulnerable state the broken, hiding animatronic you had unintentionally spotted was in. You inhaled, feeling doubtfully uncertain, but reminiscent for the sounds of shrieking laughter and the ever so foggy memory of a large sunshine grin poking into a play structure to announce that you had been found. As advanced as its facial recognition likely was, you sincerely doubted that it could connect you back to the toddler you had once been. It had no idea who you were, and therefore had no intentions of ever having been seen by you. But even if it did, would that matter at all? You couldn't be but a single file and a brief, fading memory to its systems.
(It seemed smaller like this, but you knew that you had only grown taller.)
He wasn't worth fixing, so they got rid of him.
"They check this alleyway," you whispered into the cool night air. A small clicking sound of an unknown origin sounded out from the animatronic at the sound of your voice. It did not respond, but you did not expect it to.
You turned away and walked inside of your home, intent on brushing your teeth and going to bed.
You did not close the door behind you. An unspoken invitation, because surely you would not be to blame if the ever so frightening machine found its way into your home all on its own.
You stayed in your bedroom for the rest of the night, and when the muffled sounds of police sirens finally circled back towards your street, you just barely heard the almost inaudible sound of your back door quietly clicking shut. You did not emerge, no matter what shuffling noises you heard afterwards, and instead rolled over in bed to play a song from your phone's lit screen into your newly pushed in earbuds.
If anyone asked, they had been in all night.

Had fnaf idea in my head ever since seeing the movie. Was trying to find people who were doing fnaf movies ideas and remembered I'd seen your ask box! Love your works btw
So I had this idea of night guard! Reader whose terrified of the animatronics and try not to get too close to them. But needs the money. And one night someone tries to break into the pizzeria and the animatronics protect them from being hurt/mugged
If your asks aren't open then feel free to ignore this, ♥️
FNAF animatronics x reader
Tumblr media
Oohhhh yes yes yes, I love this idea very much anon. I swear this movie has reawakened my childhood. Word count:943
You were incredibly strapped for cash, The last job barely kept you afloat, you weren't able to pay your rent or afford your groceries. you were running out of options really fast. Heading to your career's councillor Steve Raglan. He said that there may be a job for you.
A security guard at the old pizzeria, but the place was abandoned. why would you be offered a job like that ??. He stated that the owner was just not ready to let it go yet. Not to mention, they had those creepy ass animatronics... There was just something about them that sent shudders up your spine. Maybe it was how life-sized they looked or the way they moved... its just... *shudders*
But right now you didn't have any choice, so you took the job. Your first shift was the next night, 12 a.m. on the dot. You entered the pizzeria and looked around, it was very retro. Save for the dust everywhere. You then noticed the stages on the far end. Was it where... they were housed.
"Keep walking keep walking...." You said to yourself, But for one reason or another, your feet kept walking to the stage. Your hand reached the curtain as you pulled it back, turning on your flashlight and got scared when the first face you saw was bonnie the bunny.
"Nope, not having it"
You rushed to the office immediately, not wanting to look at them one bit.
Once in your office you switched on the power, the pizzeria now buzzing with life as if it was never changed one bit. Switching on the camera's the first thing you saw was the animatronics again, this time two more you didn't see. Chica the chicken and Freddy Fazbear.
You also noticed another stage nearby, but the curtains were closed with the sign 'Out of order' on the front. Whatever that was behind their, you didn't want to find out.
Over a couple of nights, when you entered for work. You rushed straight to your office, not wanting to even look at them. God why did you have to be scared of animatronics ??.
Spying the camera's again, you just saw the same stuff as last time, but what the camera's didn't pick up was the back.
"Come on hurry up !!" A person in a hood said.
"I'm trying man !!" Another said as they tried to pick at the lock of the roller door before managing to unlock it.
"Alright, you know what to do"
The two entered the pizzeria with the malicious intent of robbing the place. the cameras picked them up near the supply closet. You quickly got up and investigated.
"Who's there ?? Come on out right now" You shouted.
"Shit, run !!!" They immediately bolted, you began to rush for them.
"HEY !!!!"
You ran after them leading back to the main area of the pizzeria, where you were met with a chair to the face, knocking you over to the floor as you were instantly jumped on, one with their foot on your arm holding it as well.
"Piss off and leave us be, or you'll get what's coming, kid !!!" He warned as the other began to search you for your wallet, phone and car keys.
"Get off !!!' You tried to squirm out but this only increased the pressure on your arm, threatening to break. "Gaah !!"
"Got their keys, come on !!" the thief said as he got up and turned to the entrance, only to be met by a large figure... It's eyes glowing red. It was Freddy Fazbear.
"What the he..." Before he could even say a full sentence, Freddy quickly turned the tables. Grabbing his arm and breaking it, Making him fall over. screaming in pain.
"Th/n !!" His accomplice shouted as he tried to help him only to be met with a sharp pain in his ankle. What looked like a cupcake which was a part of Chica's set was biting him, Even it and Chica's eyes were glowing red. You scrambled to the corner watching the madness ensue in such confusion. How were the animatronics moving on their damn own !!!, Someone had to be controlling them. But how could they if you were the only damn one here !!
Two more animatronics emerged, Bonnie and one that came from the Out of order stage, It looked like it spent a lot of time inside there from how damaged its body was. The fox animatronic then slashed one thief across the back with its hook, drawing blood. Letting out a blood curling scream as they immediately retreated.
You were scared. Fully and petrifying scared, Seeing what they were capable of, You hid your face from them. Completely frozen in fear. But what you didn't expect was Freddy's hand gently as a feather placed on your shoulder, almost in a way comforting you.
You started to hesitantly look up at them all, Their eyes all no longer red. Back to their natural colours. They all gave you a comforting look.
"Your... You're not going to hurt me ??" You asked them all cautiously.
Bonnie closed his eyes and shook his shoulders as if he was giggling, In a way saying "No we won't hurt you".
Freddy helped you up and gently brought you in for a hug. You couldn't help but smile at them, Wrapping your arms around his body.
"Thank you guys"
The others gave you a cute look Like they just met a new best friend for their little group. And that is what it exactly was. Maybe they weren't so bad after all...
Part 2 ??

Oh-ho-ho! Wouldja look at that! How adorable--now, you didn't get that because of little ol' him, did you? Oh gosh, that's so sweet of you! He feels so special now! You even got one for Moon! That makes him feel Double Special!!! (There's a little pep in his step for the rest of the day, and he can't stop glancing at it every chance he gets. You really got that for him! He's so happy and so, so, so, so flattered!!!)
🌙Moondrop + "A New Tattoo:"🌙
Oh-ho! Eye-spy, with my little eye...something new! A new moon! And a sun...of course. Now, you didn't get this because of him, did you? Now why would you do that? Hm...maybe you should give him one. (Just kidding! Not that he's not going to stop staring at it for a...suspiciously long time. Maybe he'll draw one on himself. In washable marker, of course.)

You woke up, in a cold sweat. You sat up from the couch, hyperventilating. You ran your hand across your face to remove the sweat away. You've found your brother, he had been in the pizzeria the whole time, but what you now wanted to know was who did it. As much as you didn't want to go to work, you had too. Maybe you could ease up your mind. You decided to shower, to get the smell and stickiness of the sweat off your body. Once out, you put on lotion on your damp body, then got dressed, did your hair however you could and were out the door.
At work, you felt distracted. Sometimes you'd just stop what you were doing to think about what happened in your dream. Why didn't your brother tell you who did it? Did he not want you to know? Was he scared to say something? It was getting to you. Your boss took notice and pulled you aside. "Y/n? What's wrong? You've been distracted all morning." She said, sounding concern. "I'm fine, it's just... a lot on my mind." You told her, while fidgeting with the hem of your shirt. She could see the bags under your eyes and how you seemed to just not be in it today. "You know what, you can take the rest of the day off." She said, making you look up at her worried that she might fire you. "I'm not going to fire you, just go home and rest. You don't have to show up tomorrow if you don't want to." She explained. You couldn't help but smile at her. "Thank you." That's all you could say, she gave you a smile in return. Shortly after you left work and went home.
Back home you were in your room, as much as you wanted to sleep. You just couldn't get any shut eye. It was almost frustrating, you were about get yourself some chamomile tea to sleep. But then you got an idea. You got your book that you kept in your desk drawer. You put the book of the wooden surface, you paged through the book fast. Pulling out some loose pages and analyzing them again. From the now yellow articles, police reports, and pictures that you had got. You looked carefully, trying to find something, but nothing. It was getting frustrating, you were getting desperate on trying to find who did this. You stopped eventually, you just sat there, thinking of what you could do or what to do. Nothing. You found nothing again, it felt as if you were back in square one.
You sighed, leaving your desk and walking to the bed, sitting down on it. You felt so frustrated, that you didn't find anything with the little information you had. You looked over at the picture on your night stand. Of you and your brother, you grabbed the frame and looked at it. Remembering back at that summer many years ago, he had recently turned seven years old, right after you. At that time you were about third teen. He had grown a fascination for pirates, he loved being the captain with a hook that he had made himself. That was the theme of the party. You sighed, looking at the picture, it was a nice one. You and him were dressed up, standing in front of the table with a cake in the middle with seven candles. As well as many kids around the table, but you and him were in the spot light. The more you looked at the picture, you couldn't help but notice something in the very back.
You brought the picture closer, at the very corner, you saw a yellow rabbit. A yellow rabbit? You looked closer, seen that he had a pirate hat on and an eyepatch to match the theme. How could you miss that? Well, it wouldn't be very easy to spot. You could barely even see the yellow guy. It felt oddly strange as if, he wasn't really meant to be there. That made a shiver run up your spine just thinking about why the yellow rabbit would be at your brother's party. You placed the picture back at the night stand. Thinking about why you felt slightly disturbed by the picture now.

Later that night, you were at the pizzeria, still thinking about the picture and your dream. You didn't even hear or see Mike's care pull up. Till you heard Abby call out to you. "Hey!" She said, running up to you. "Oh, hey kid. How are you?" you asked her. Then you smiled at Mike who was coming, he gave you a small awkward smile. Then you and Abby moved out of the way to let him open the gate. When open, you all went inside. As soon as you stepped into the lobby, Abby went up to the animatronics, who were already up. You and Mike watched from afar. Seen her interacting with them.
"You alright?" Mike asked, making you turn to him. "Oh, yeah, I'm good." You responded, a bit to quickly. "That's something a person with a lot on their mind would say. I'd know that." Mike said to you. He saw right through you. Then Abby called you and him over, you both walked over to the stage, seen that she had a notebook out, with a drawing of a huge fort. "It has to be big, so that we can all fit." She explained, looking at you and Mike. At first it seemed weird, but she was a kid, she more focused on playing than anything that was happening. "I mean, I'm sure that we can use the tables and chairs?" You suggested, Abby seemed to agree with you, along the animatronics. You looked over at Mike, who didn't seem so sure, but once he locked eyes with you, he seemed to agree.
Then everyone got to putting up the chair and tables up together. Except for Abby, she was telling every one where things went or should go. It was easy, specially since there was more hands to work with. When the fort was done, Abby couldn't help but shout. "You did it!" She said, happily. Then Bonnie began to tilt back, falling off the chair and into the floor, heard. You and Abby went over and asked him. "Are you okay?" She sounded concern, then Bonnie gave her a thumbs up to show that he was alright. Afterwards, everyone squeezed into the fort. Laying on their back. You were between Foxy and Freddy, while Abby and Mike were laying between Bonnie and Chica. The night was chill so far. You were all just interacting with one another.
Then Abby said that it might be raining soon. So you had the idea of going to the back to see if there was any kind of table clothes you could use. You got up from off the floor, telling them that you'd be back. The Mike decided to go with you to the back. In the back, you looked around for Table clothes, looking through the shelves and in some boxes. "Hey." Mike made his presence known. "Hey." You responded, as you looked some more. "I've... been meaning to ask... what exactly have you been looking for?" He asked, making you stop at your tracks. Looking down at your feet, then you looked over at Mike. "My brother." You told him, making his eye go wide. "Your brother?" He asked.
You nodded. "Yeah, many years ago in the eighties, my brother along with some other four kids, went missing here. They never found him or a body. It was almost as if he vanished." You explained to him, Mike listened to you. Your situation sounded similar to his. "Eventually the police stopped looking, the case had turned cold. For many years I've been hoping to find him or the person that did it. That's the reason I began to work, to get some money and maybe hire a private investigator. But instead I came across you and I thought that maybe you could have helped me by letting me in here to find something." You explained to him.
Mike nodded, he understood clearly now. Why you had asked in the first place to let you, if he was you, he would have done the same thing. "I understand, I too lost my brother and I've been wanting to find him too or at least, find out who took him." He explained. "I mean, the only reason I took this job is so that my aunt doesn't take Abby away from me. She thinks I'm not qualified to watch over her. So, I really need the money, that's the reason I let you in here in the first place, despite it being risky." He added. You nodded understandingly. "It seems like you and I here much in common." You said to him, giving him a small comforting smile. He also smiled back at you, but it was a bit more awkward, it was cute. Then you found some purple clothes on some boxes, you picked them up and looked at Mike. "Let's get back, they're probably waiting for us." You said, Mike nodded. Both of you going back to the main lobby.
Music was playing on the main stage. They must have been the ones who were playing. You watched how Abby was on the stage, watching Bonnie 'playing' the guitar. You saw how she was about to play the string, but you noticed how a small spark went out from Bonnie's wrist. "Abby!" You yelled out, but it was too late, as soon as she touched the guitar strings, electricity sparks went all over her. Shocking her, making her fall backwards. Both you and Mike quickly ran towards her. She was on the floor, passed out. You then picked her up, taking her to the floor and laid her down, using the table clothes as pillow so that her head isn't touching the floor. You leaned down to her chest, listing to her heart beat. It was fast, but it must have been due to the scare.
"Is she okay?" Mike asked, in a panic. "Yeah, she just passed out, give her a minute." You said, then the animatronics came close to check on her. They all seemed worried, specially Bonnie. He didn't think that would happen, he felt bad. A couple minutes passed, then Abby finally opened her eyes. "What happened?" she asked, slowly opening her eyes. "You got shocked and passed out. Are you alright?" you asked her, she sat up, rubbing the back of her head. "Yeah, it's just my head. It hurt." She whined, then you pulled her into a hug. "It's okay, you'll be fine." You said, comfortingly rubbing her back. You then helped her up from off the floor. "I think she should go home." You said to Mike. "Yeah, but I can't leave her alone." He said. "It's fine, I'll take to my house to watch over her." You said, while hugging Abby to your side. "You sure? I wouldn't want to bother you." He said. "I'm sure, you can trust me." You said to him. For a moment, you locked eyes with one another, then he spoke again. "I trust you." He said. "Let me walk you both out." He finished.
As you walked out, the animatronics waved at both you and Abby. Their faces still filled with concern. You walked outside to your car, opening the door for Abby and letting her in. You then turned to Mike. He had a look of guilt on his face. "You alright?" You asked him. "No, Abby got hurt." He said sadly, you reached out and gave his shoulder a small rub. "It's okay, it was an accident." You said trying to ease him up. Mike just nodded, still feeling guilty for what happened. "Call me when you're shift if over, so that you could come pick up Abby." You said, with a small smile to him. He nodded, then looking in the backseat, giving Abby a small wave of goodbye and he went inside. You got in the driver's seat and turned off the car, driving back home.
The car was quiet, normally you'd have music playing, but not this time. "Something is wrong isn't it?" Abby asked. You looked at her through the small mirror. "What do you mean?" you asked her as you drove. "Something is wrong with Mike. He may think I don't notice but I do... It's me isn't it?" she asked, sadly. You didn't know how to explain it to her. "He is trying. He really is. He is doing everything in his power to keep you with him." You explained to her, hoping that she'd understand. "I want to be with him." Abby admitted, you knew that she loved her brother more than anything. He was everything that she had left. "You will, trust me." You said with a small smile. She smiled back at you, still a bit sad. "I trust you, Foxy told me to trust you." She added. "He did?" You asked her. "Yeah, he talks an awful lot about you." She explained, this made your heart slightly swell up by this new information.

You were back at your house, again, your mom had left early. Abby looked around the place, a bit then she went over and sat on the couch. "You hungry? Want anything to eat?" You asked her, while in the kitchen, looking for something to eat maybe. "Do you have bacon?" She asked, you looked in the fridge spotting some bacon. You looked over at the time, seen that it was barely 5:22. It was already Friday and she may have school, but It would be fine that she didn't go today. "Yeah, I do." You told her.
So you made breakfast, very early in the morning. You made scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast. Now you were sitting in the dinning room table with Abby, eating together, in silence. It was comfortable silence. She seemed to really enjoy the food, looking over at the time, you saw that it was 6:03 already, Mike must have been out of work. You then got a called and picked up the phone, it was Mike. He had asked for your address, you told him what it was and ended the call with him a 'See ya soon'. A couple minutes passed and Mike had arrived, you let him in. Abby was sitting on the dinning room table, finishing her glass of milk. "Hey." He said, getting both your attention. "Hey Mike." You responded to him.
"Come have a seat, you're probably hungry." You offered, but he declined. "No, I'm fine, just came to get Abby." He said, but you weren't having it. "Just sit down." You said, your tone made Mike's eyes widen and he sat down on the chair across Abby, who was slightly giggling. You came back with a plate of food, putting it down in front of Mike. "Eat, it'll do you good." You said, sitting down next to him. Mike only nodded, beginning to eat the plate you had made for him. Abby on the other hand, was attempting to hide her small grin. She seemed happy that Mike was actually eating something, unlike other times he barely ate anything. Most of the time he'd just say that he ate earlier or that he wasn't hungry.
After that, Abby was back in the living room, watching the TV. While you were in the kitchen with Mike who was helping you with the dishes. "Hey y/n, could I ask you a favor?" He asked. Making you look over at him. "Sure, what is it?" You asked, looking at him. "Could you watch Abby for a couple hours? I got something to do." He asked, seemed a bit desperate that you'd say yes. "Yeah, I'll watch over her, what are you doing?" You asked, out of curiosity. "Just... something, I'll be back I promise." He said, you only nodded. "Thank you, I'll make it up to you." He said, putting the last plate on the drying rack, wiping his wet hands onto his jeans and he went over to Abby to tell her that he'd be back later.

You didn't go to work that day and Abby didn't go to school either. All day you spent it with Abby, you got a call from your mom that she'd be home the next day. So it was just you and Abby until Mike came home. Afterhours, Abby had fallen asleep. You let her sleep in your room while you were in the living room, laying on the couch about to go to sleep. Mike had not returned yet. Odd, it was about to be 12:00. You were growing tired youself. So you decided to try and take a small nap. Slowly you closed your eyes, the sounds of the TV turned into muffles and everything went completely dark.
Shorty after, you woke up. In the Pizzeria. But this time you woke up in the middle of the lobby. Still in that outfit you wore many years back and the place was much brighter. Your brother was right there. You called out to him, making him turn to you. "What's going on?" You asked him. "Everything is fine, we'll be together again." He said, this confused you a bit. "We will?" You asked him. "Yeah, but first Abby must come with us, then you'll come with us." He explained. "What are you talking about?" You asked him, now concerned. "Mike said we could have anything we wanted if we helped him know where his brother is at. And we want Abby, but also you." He said.
That sounded wrong, you knew that Mike wanted to find his brother, but he wouldn't give up his sister. "Look, maybe he wasn't thinking straight at the time, but you can't take her away from her brother." You told him. "Why not? We want her, she's our friend." He said. "I understand, but... you just can't have her." You told him, you saw the look of sadness in his face. "So.. you don't want to be with me?" he asked. "Yes, I want to be with you. I'd do anything to be with you, but that isn't the way." You told him, he didn't seem very happy with what you told him. "Please... Don't do something you might regret." You said. But then he just scratched you with his sharp hook. Making you wince in pain. Looking down you saw a cut on your hand. Then you looked up at him. Then you saw how his eyes were now a pitch black and black liquid rolled down out of them. Letting out a loud scream.
You woke up, flinching violently. You scrambled around the couch and sat up, breathing heavily. Your body was covered in sweat, looking down at your hand, you saw a cut that was bleeding. You got up from the couch, about to go to the Kitchen to clean off the wound, then you saw the front door open. Weird, then you looked at the hallway, seeing that your bedroom door was wide open. "Abby?" you called out to her. Quickly you ran into the room, seen that she wasn't in there, making you go into a panic. "Abby?!" you called out to her, looking for her all over the room. Then you looked in your mom's room, the bathroom, kitchen, dinning room area, living room, and outside. Before you could do anything else, remembered your dream. It was them, they took her. Quickly you got into your car, turning it on and then you drove to the pizzeria as fast as you could. Hoping that they hadn't done anything to her.

The whole drive, you were worried that the kids might have done something to Abby. You wanted to call Mike, but you never asked for his phone number, which you felt stupid for not asking him for it. As soon as you arrived at the pizzeria, you parked quickly and ran inside. Not noticing that Mike's car was on the parking lot. You went inside, looking for Abby. "Abby!? Abby?!" You yelled out, you saw how both Bonnie and Freddy were laying on the floor, as if they had been shut off. You ran towards the Arcane area, seen that Foxy was on the floor, also shut down. You spotted both Mike and Abby. "Abby!" you ran towards them, to see if they were okay. "We have to get out of here, now!" Mike said, all of you then ran towards the main lobby, but stopped, seen someone coming from out the shadow of the main entrance. Both you and Mike pulled Abby behind, as a form to protect her. It was two glowing dots.
Your eyes widen when you saw who it was. That damn yellow rabbit, stepping out of the shadows. The suit was now warned out and decaying slowly. Mike then tried using the teaser gun on him, but that made him laugh and pushed him out of the way hard. You then moved Abby to a safer spot. Hiding her. "You couldn't just leave it alone, could you?" It asked, in a robotic like voice. He laughed. "Lucky me! First I killed your brother and now I kill you!" He said, giving Mike another kick. "This is going to be so much fun!" He claimed, then the Animatronics began to get up, and approach towards the main stage. "And you!" He said, looking at you. Pointing his knife at you. "You couldn't just mind your own business! You couldn't just forget!" He snared. You then ran up to him, attempting to fight him, but he was much stronger and bigger than you. That made him drop his mask, revealing himself to you. It was him, Steve.
He manage to get the upper hand, he grabbed your wrists. Making you fall to the floor, Abby then moved from her hiding spot, this caught William's attention, before he could go get her. You grabbed him again so that he couldn't get her in time. Then you felt sharp pain in your side, looking down. You saw that he had stabbed you with his knife. He then pulled it out of you. Causing you to you fall to the floor. Mike was still on the floor, weak and in pain. You couldn't help but cough, in pain. Holding onto your wound. "How could you!? They were only kids!" You cried out in pain. He looked down at you, watching you slowly bleed out. "Oh, don't feel too bad, they did try to fight me off, but... I'm sure you know the rest." He said as if it was nothing.
You whined and coughed in pain. Trying to hold onto your bleeding wound. "It wasn't hard, but it wasn't easy either. The girl screamed, a boy tried to hide, the other, I had to decapitate. Not only that, but one of those brats gave me a sore jaw. He was a pain.. Now, your brother. He tried running, to get help. To get his sister." He said, mockingly. You felt tears rolling down your eyes, you felt sick just listening to him talk about his murders. You were breathing heavily, in pain. You felt more blood coating your hand. "Since he wants his sister so bad, I think I might just give him that... I mean, the more the merrier right?" he asked, lifting his knife up, to kill you. "I'm sure you'd be a great addition, I have just the perfect model for you." He said, about to bring the knife down to end you.
Next thing you knew, the lights shut off, making Steve look around to see what was happening. Then the lights went back on, directly to the wall of pictures, the animatronics began to approach it, to see the new picture Abby had replaced with a new one. It was of the yellow rabbit, but he was welding a knife, with blood. Around him was the five kids that went missing. With X's on their eyes and frowning face. Indicating that they were dead. "They can see you now. They know what you did." Abby said, she was right under the night, in the dark spot. She the ran over to where Mike was to help him. Calling out his name. Then the animatronics turned, looking at the man in the yellow rabbit suit. You were growing weak, but you could still see what was happening. "Move... Move!" He demanded, but then the lights began to turn on, around him. Making him cover his eyes so that he wasn't blinded anymore. Then they moved towards him, surrounding him. Foxy was in front of you, glaring at the guy with his single eye. Not only that, but the place began to make loud noises and move around.
"Look at you. Look at the nasty things you have become! Look how small you are, how worthless you are! You are wretched, rotten little beasts! I made you!" He insulted them. They had stopped trying to get closer. Then the cupcake jumped off its plate and bit right into where his rib cage is. Both Abby and Mike approached you, seen that you were unconscious on the floor. Bleeding out. "Y/n." Abby said worriedly. Both of them helped you get up, you were getting weaker and weaker, you needed to go to the hospital. You were about loose complete conscious. Last thing that you saw was how Foxy was dragging away the yellow rabbit, with his mask on. As he whimpered in pain. You also saw how Foxy looked back at you, then everything went black.

Now you were in the hospital, you had to put into Acoma for a little bit. Then eventually you woke up. Your mom was worried that something might happened to you. She couldn't bare the idea of loosing her other child again. At first you were worried on how you were going to explain to your mother how you got stabbed by a serial killer. But she most have been told another story. Which she believed to your surprise. You were laying on the hospital bed, in a bit of pain. Your mom had gone back home for a moment, but she would be back. You were thinking about what happened a while ago, how was your brother and the others doing? Were they okay now? What happened to Steve. Was his name even Steve? You wondered.
Then the door opened, it was nurse. "You got a visitor." She said, then she moved out of the door and let the visitor in. It was Mike. He had a handmade card and some flowers. "I'll leave you both." She said, politely and left. "Hey, how are you feeling?" He asked, with an awkward smile. "I'm alright, the wound will scar for sure." You commented. Then Mike handed you the flowers and card. "Oh thank you." You said with a small smile. "Abby made you the card." He said, you looked at the card. The 'Get Well Soon' was drawn in huge letters along with drawings little drawings. When you opened the card, they were small drawings of who you assumed was Abby, Mike, along with Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy and a golden Freddy. In the middle said 'We Miss You'. The card made you feel a bit emotional. "She also says Hi, I'd bring her to see you, but you know how the hospital is." Mike said, while looking at you. "It's very cute, tell her I said thank you." You told him, with a small smile.
It was silent for a minute, then you couldn't help but just ask. "How's Abby?" You asked Mike. "She's doing great, she's actually made friends." He explained, he also seemed very happy about it. "That's good." You responded. "Hey, Mike. I know this is coming out of context due to the situation, but would like to go out sometime?" You asked, making Mike's face become a red by the sudden question. "Did... did I hear you properly?" he asked, and you nodded. "Yeah, I mean, unless you can't, then I'd understand." You said to him, but he quickly jumped in. "I would like too!" He said quickly, making you slightly giggle a bit. "Yeah, just let me get out of this hospital and we could maybe go somewhere. I could ask my mom to watch over Abby or you could bring Abby along." You added. Then you looked back down at the letter, looking at the little drawings of the animatronics. You couldn't help but wonder, how were they doing? Could you perhaps go and see them some time? Specially your brother, how was he doing after all that?
