These two photos I am the same weight! The only difference? I went through pregnancy. I was feeling a little down about my stomach the other day and I was comparing my current body to my pre pregnancy body. I had to stop myself and remind myself that I grew a human! Of course my stomach is going to look a bit different! Your body is going to go through changes throughout your life and you can literally be the same weight and have two different looking bodies! And this is your reminder that the number in the scale doesn’t mean shitttttt✨✨ #postpartum #mom #mombod #fitmom #crossfitmom #fitgirl #femalefitness #bodypositivefitness #femalehealth #weightlifter #normalizenormalbodies #fitnessmodel https://www.instagram.com/p/CnEmhUGuTr2/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

The Advantages of Intimate Skin Lighting for Vaginal and Inner Thigh Pigmentation. @eternelleaesthetics. Call us - 9459450888.
The Benefits of Intimate Skin Lighting for Vaginal and Inner Thigh Pigmentation. ( @eternelleaesthetics in Hyderabad )
In the realm of cosmetic trends, intimate skin lighting has gained prominence as a method to address concerns related to vaginal pigmentation and inner thigh pigmentation. This practice involves various techniques aimed at lightening and evening out the skin tone in these delicate areas, providing both aesthetic and psychological benefits.
Vaginal pigmentation and inner thigh pigmentation are natural occurrences influenced by genetics, hormonal changes, and other factors. Intimate skin lighting methods, ranging from topical treatments to laser procedures, offer individuals the opportunity to achieve a more uniform and radiant complexion in these sensitive regions.
One of the primary benefits of intimate skin lighting is the enhanced aesthetic appearance. Many individuals seek these procedures to address darker pigmentation, promoting a more consistent and balanced skin tone. This can contribute to increased confidence and self-esteem, fostering a positive body image and a sense of empowerment.
Additionally, intimate skin lighting procedures often target common concerns such as friction-related pigmentation on the inner thighs. By reducing pigmentation irregularities, individuals can experience improved comfort, especially during physical activities where chafing may be a concern.
The customizable nature of intimate skin lighting allows individuals to tailor treatments to their specific needs and preferences. Whether through topical agents containing skin-lightening ingredients or advanced laser therapies, the procedures are adaptable to various skin types and concerns.
It is important to note that while intimate skin lighting procedures are generally safe, potential risks such as irritation or hyperpigmentation exist. Consulting with a qualified healthcare professional ensures that individuals make informed decisions based on their unique circumstances, minimizing risks and maximizing benefits.
Beyond the physical aspects, intimate skin lighting reflects a broader societal shift towards self-empowerment and personal choice. The practice encourages individuals to embrace their bodies, celebrating diversity while addressing personal preferences for aesthetics.
In conclusion, intimate skin lighting offers both aesthetic and psychological benefits, allowing individuals to address concerns related to vaginal pigmentation and inner thigh pigmentation. As this trend continues to evolve, it underscores the importance of informed decision-making, self-acceptance, and celebrating the diverse expressions of natural beauty.

For the past couple of years I stopped focusing on my nutrition. I stepped away from learning about the foods around me. Not going to lie pregnancy and parenthood took a toll on me. I don’t agree with toxic diet culture but I do enjoy looking at different plant foods and learning about the benefits. Recently, I’ve been trying to add a little more diversity to the foods that eat. Adding in more fruit, veg, legumes, & nuts that I don’t normally go for. Just as simple as adding zucchini to my tofu scramble. Although with these food prices I can’t go too crazy. So for some items that are a bit more expensive, I will only grab those once in a while. Like a new juice or my fave right now, passion fruit. It’s trying to find balance with produce that is more locally grown and seasonal. Which here in Canada isn’t super diverse right now😅 but that all being said, this now makes me excited to start planting and growing my garden this year🫶 Do you try and grow some of your own food? #femalefitness #femalehealth #fitmom #weightlifting #bodypositivefitness #normalizenormalbodies #allbodiesaregoodbodies #plantbased https://www.instagram.com/p/CoUY5ergnIZ/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

In the "Core Confidence" lesson of Fit2B Girls which is led by Kelly Dean, LPT and founder of @TheTummyTeam, she delves into the anatomy and physiology of how core muscles work. The course is for females between the ages of 8-14, and they will learn how their abs impact their alignment and attitudes. As a physical therapist who specializes in postpartum rehab, Kelly can truly help our girls understand how to prevent issues like diastasis recti, hernia and prolapse.
A few of the other lesson topics within Fit2B Girls include:
Natural Period Pain Relief
Dr. Michelle Winchell, ND is who I trust with all my clients dealing with hormone imbalances, and she does such a lovely job of connecting the dots between our periods and how we care for our bodies. A little period discomfort is normal, but a lot is not! Our girls can do many things to improve their cycles!
Better Bladder & Bowel Health Carrie Koziol, WHPT, Pre/Postnatal Pilates Specialist, DRA Specialist has such an elegant yet direct way of discussing the human body. You’ll thoroughly enjoy the way she sits up on her bathroom sink and uses a plastic bag to show how bladders work. She gets real about potty posture and pooping without being gross. Her lesson is truly for everyone!
Your Female Anatomy This one is also by me, Beth Learn, Founder of Fit2B, because I’ve always been such a body nerd, and I honestly didn’t want to let anyone else write the descriptions my daughter would be reading that define such delicate private parts. Every bit of our female anatomy has health functions beyond procreation, so it was a delight to describe every piece within an accordion menu that gives you, the guide, total control on which parts you want to educate your girl about and when. The simple, colorful drawings are by a 16-year old girl.

How Do I Treat Uterine Fibroids
How Do I Treat Uterine Fibroids - A fibroid is a type of abnormal muscle or tissue that grows inside the uterus or on the uterine walls. Leiomyomatous uterine fibroids, commonly referred to as leiomyomas, are smooth muscle tumours. Since smooth muscle is an internal muscle, most of the leiomyomas are located in the gastrointestinal tract. They’re most commonly found in the lining of the uterus, the digestive system’s muscle and submucosa layers, the gallbladder, and the smooth muscle of the skin. Uterine fibroids aren’t usually cancerous.
Tumblr media
They usually develop during pregnancy or when you’re usually able to conceive and give birth. Fibroids affect approximately 40% to 80% of women between the ages of 30 and 50. Women who did not get their first period are less likely to have fibroids. They are also less likely to develop fibroids after menopause. Fibroids are usually small, round, and smooth bumps. Some may also have a thin, mushroom-like stem attached to it. Fibroids can develop on their own or form clusters. It is believed that the matter of size uterine fibroids can be as small as a seed or as large as a watermelon. Even if you have doubts, then it is best to consult the best gynaecologist in Chandigarh, Dr Ruchi Rai Ahuja.
What are the Causes of Uterine Fibroids?
Fibroids can grow in the lining of the uterus, inside the wall of the uterus, in the major uterine cavity, or even outside the uterus. Fibroids are not a cause-and-effect relationship, but healthcare professionals believe it may be linked to hormone levels of estrogens and progestogens. The most common type of fibroid is an ovary-rectal hysterectomy. Women of reproductive age are more likely to develop fibroids. Studies have shown that uterine fibroids tend to grow when estrogen is present (i.e., pregnancy) and shrink when estrogen levels decline (i.e. menopause).
Can I Treat Uterine Fibroids at home?
Fibroids can’t be treated by yourself, but there are things you can do to help relieve the pain. If you have a large fibroid, you may notice a mass in your belly. To relieve the pain, lie down and place a hot pack (or hot water bottle) on your lower belly a few times a day. Even if there are some medicines available that can be used to treat Uterine Fibroids these are also not going to work fully and can cause other health problems if taken without a doctor's prescription either. Here are some
How Do I Treat Uterine Fibroids?
While the majority of small fibroids do not need treatment, larger fibroids may need treatment with medication or surgery depending on - the strength, size, location, and what symptoms and problems they cause.
#1. Endometrial Ablation
In this surgical treatment, the endometrium is removed by the doctor to minimize the amount of bleeding that occurs during the menstrual cycle.
#2. Hysteroscopic Myomectomy
Hysterectomies are when a doctor inserts a light-filled tube called a hysteroscope into the uterus through the vagina and cervix. There is an operative part of the hysteroscope that removes the fibroid tissue
#3. Uterine Artery Embolization
This treatment is done by cutting off the blood supply to the fibroid. This usually causes the fibroid to shrink.
#4. Hysterectomy
A hysterectomy is a surgical procedure that removes the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and ovaries from the uterus. Depending on the operation, it may also remove surrounding organs and tissues.
#5. Abdominal Myomectomy
During Abdominal Myomectomy Under the skin, the surgeon will make a hole in the wall of the abdominal cavity to access the uterus and cut fibroids out of the uterus. Most surgeons make a low, horizontal incision, or a vertical incision if needed.
#6. Laparoscopy
During a laparoscopy, the physician will make a small hole in the lower abdomen. A thin, flexible tube with a camera is inserted to examine the conditions of internal organs.
Conclusion
If you need medical assistance regarding Uterine fibroids and any other medical issues, Dr Ruchi Rai Ahuja is a highly qualified gynecologist. Make an appointment to get a proper diagnosis & treatment.
